0:23:21 > 0:23:28.
0:23:34 > 0:23:38Now, what on earth are you doing here?
0:23:39 > 0:23:41Hello, little fella.
0:23:41 > 0:23:43Hello!
0:23:43 > 0:23:45My name's Jonas,
0:23:45 > 0:23:48and I've found this teddy beside the bookcase,
0:23:48 > 0:23:51and I don't know who it belongs to.
0:23:53 > 0:23:57Do you know? It's exciting, finding things, isn't it?
0:23:57 > 0:24:00It's especially exciting finding new friends,
0:24:00 > 0:24:04and that's what happens in tonight's story.
0:24:04 > 0:24:08Dragon meets somebody new and wants to learn all about them.
0:24:08 > 0:24:11This is by Timothy Knapman and Gwen Millward,
0:24:11 > 0:24:14and it's called Guess What I Found In Dragon Wood?
0:24:14 > 0:24:18You'll never guess what I found the other day.
0:24:18 > 0:24:22It's called a Benjamin. I didn't know what to do with it,
0:24:22 > 0:24:25so I took it home to meet my parents.
0:24:25 > 0:24:29Mum thought it wanted something to eat, so she cooked it a meal
0:24:29 > 0:24:33with the ponkiest fish, and the rankiest, mankiest worms,
0:24:33 > 0:24:37but it turned out it wasn't even hungry.
0:24:37 > 0:24:40"Can it sleep in my room, Mum?" I asked.
0:24:40 > 0:24:44"Well, I don't know if he's ever slept in a bed before,"
0:24:44 > 0:24:47said Mum, "but he does look very tired."
0:24:47 > 0:24:50So, I gave it some pyjamas, and guess what?
0:24:50 > 0:24:53Its feet weren't stripy, after all.
0:24:53 > 0:24:56Next morning, I took it to meet my friends.
0:24:56 > 0:24:58"We're going to school," I said,
0:24:58 > 0:25:02"and today we're going to learn how to sit on a volcano!"
0:25:02 > 0:25:04The Benjamin didn't look keen.
0:25:04 > 0:25:09Perhaps there aren't schools where it's from. When he saw the Benjamin,
0:25:09 > 0:25:13Mr Crockface said volcano-sitting class was cancelled,
0:25:13 > 0:25:16as you don't see a Benjamin every day,
0:25:16 > 0:25:19and we could learn lots from something so strange.
0:25:19 > 0:25:25And the Benjamin was VERY strange. It got around without wings,
0:25:25 > 0:25:30it had soft, stick-out stuff on its head, and where were its scales?
0:25:30 > 0:25:33Its claws were blunt. Its tail had dropped off!
0:25:33 > 0:25:36No wonder its roar was more like a squeak!
0:25:36 > 0:25:42And instead of breathing fire, it leaked water out of its eyes.
0:25:42 > 0:25:46You see, it turned out that the Benjamin was homesick.
0:25:46 > 0:25:50He told us of the far away, magical land he comes from,
0:25:50 > 0:25:53a land full of Benjamins!
0:25:53 > 0:25:54Can you imagine it?!
0:25:54 > 0:25:58They think dragons are story stuff and make-believe!
0:25:58 > 0:26:03"So," I said, "you don't fly? You don't roar or breathe fire?
0:26:03 > 0:26:06"What DO you do?".
0:26:06 > 0:26:11I know. It looks silly, doesn't it? Apparently, it's called football.
0:26:11 > 0:26:15The Benjamin promised it'd be fantastic, and it was!
0:26:15 > 0:26:18But, you're not supposed to fly in the penalty area,
0:26:18 > 0:26:24eat the ball or burn the goalposts. So many things to remember!
0:26:24 > 0:26:29We had an awfully nice afternoon, but when it was time to go home,
0:26:29 > 0:26:32the Benjamin looked like he was going to leak again.
0:26:32 > 0:26:37"Do you miss your mummy and daddy?" I said, and the Benjamin nodded.
0:26:37 > 0:26:41"I'll miss you," I said, but I knew it was time for him to go.
0:26:41 > 0:26:45Besides, I really wanted to see the land of the Benjamins,
0:26:45 > 0:26:49so I asked my friends if they'd like to come with us,
0:26:49 > 0:26:54but I think they were too scared, and I was a little anxious myself.
0:26:54 > 0:26:59I only met one Benjamin, how would I cope in a country full of them?
0:26:59 > 0:27:03But the Benjamin was so happy to be going home, I had to smile.
0:27:03 > 0:27:07It was an awfully long way. Far, far across the seas,
0:27:07 > 0:27:10but it was just as beautiful as he said it would be.
0:27:10 > 0:27:15Mind you, the Benjamins have a very funny way of saying hello.
0:27:15 > 0:27:20When I got back home, I told all my friends about the wheel boxes,
0:27:20 > 0:27:24wow noises, and the whirly-birds with the flashing lamps.
0:27:24 > 0:27:29They were very excited. "Will you ever go back?" they asked.
0:27:29 > 0:27:34"Of course!" I said. "The Benjamin wants me to meet HIS teacher!"
0:27:34 > 0:27:39Or, was that EAT his teacher...? I wasn't quite sure.
0:27:39 > 0:27:43I've got to go now - football practice!
0:27:45 > 0:27:49That story was called Guess What I Found In Dragon Wood?
0:27:49 > 0:27:51Oh...
0:27:52 > 0:27:56I wonder if Benjamin or the dragon left this teddy?
0:27:56 > 0:28:00Maybe I should find them, or maybe I should wait until tomorrow,
0:28:00 > 0:28:04as it's time for bed, and I'll see you soon for another story.
0:28:04 > 0:28:07Goodnight!
