0:19:29 > 0:19:35Bella has a bear, a very special bear called Arthur.
0:19:35 > 0:19:39He's as brave as a knight, as strong as ten elephants
0:19:39 > 0:19:42and he does karate.
0:19:42 > 0:19:45When Bella sleeps, Arthur is busy.
0:19:45 > 0:19:47He guards the bed
0:19:47 > 0:19:51and keeps away monsters that come sneaking from the shadows.
0:19:51 > 0:19:55Safe in her bed, Bella dreams of her favourite things,
0:19:55 > 0:19:59like rainbows and rainforests.
0:19:59 > 0:20:05One morning, Arthur was worn out from so much karate.
0:20:05 > 0:20:09Bella made him his favourite breakfast of toast and honey
0:20:09 > 0:20:11and tucked him up snug in bed.

0:20:17 > 0:20:21Bella went to her room to give Arthur a slice of pizza for supper.
0:20:21 > 0:20:26Bella pulled back the quilt and yowled.

0:20:32 > 0:20:38Bella's mum looked upstairs, Bella's dad looked downstairs

0:20:57 > 0:21:03Her lip trembled as she climbed into bed. Bella couldn't sleep.

0:21:12 > 0:21:16She fell asleep dreaming of fire-breathing dragons,

0:21:22 > 0:21:27She couldn't juggle. Even the ice cream didn't cheer her up.
0:21:27 > 0:21:31And at bedtime, there was still no sign of Arthur.
0:21:31 > 0:21:37The wind began to blow and howl. Bella woke with a start.
0:21:37 > 0:21:41She saw things looming and scratching at the glass.
0:21:41 > 0:21:45Bella leapt out of bed and ran as fast as she could
0:21:45 > 0:21:48across the hallway into her brother's room.
0:21:48 > 0:21:53Finlay was sound asleep. Bella began climbing into his cot.
0:21:53 > 0:21:56Peeking from under the blanket,
0:21:56 > 0:21:59she saw the tip of a soft, furry nose.
0:21:59 > 0:22:02It was Arthur!
0:22:02 > 0:22:06Bella was so happy to see him.
0:22:06 > 0:22:11But she was very angry with her brother for taking him.
0:22:11 > 0:22:14She grabbed Arthur and started back to her room.
0:22:14 > 0:22:20Left all alone, Finlay was afraid. "Monsters", he cried.
0:22:20 > 0:22:23Bella pretended not to listen.
0:22:23 > 0:22:27"Serves him right", she thought, as she reached the door.
0:22:27 > 0:22:30Bella looked back at her brother.
0:22:30 > 0:22:35She saw Finlay's eyes wide and full of tears
0:22:35 > 0:22:37and her anger melted away.
0:22:37 > 0:22:41Bella realised that Finlay needed Arthur more than she did.
0:22:41 > 0:22:45Finlay wasn't nearly as strong and as brave as she was.
0:22:45 > 0:22:51Bella took Arthur back to Finlay and tucked them both up in bed.
0:22:51 > 0:22:55"Don't be scared, Finlay. Arthur will look after you."
0:22:55 > 0:23:01Bella felt braver and braver with each step she took back to her room
0:23:01 > 0:23:06and when at last she climbed into bed, Bella felt brave as a knight.
0:23:06 > 0:23:11All the monsters shook with fear and fizzled into nothing.
0:23:11 > 0:23:14That night, Bella slept long and deep
0:23:14 > 0:23:18and dreamt of all her favourite things.
0:23:18 > 0:23:21And so did Finlay.
