0:00:32 > 0:00:36Mr Bear was tired, Mrs Bear was tired

0:00:36 > 0:00:39and Baby Bear was tired.

0:00:39 > 0:00:42So they all went to bed.

0:00:44 > 0:00:48Mrs Bear fell asleep, Mr Bear didn't.

0:00:48 > 0:00:51Mrs Bear began to snore.

0:00:52 > 0:00:56"Snore" went Mrs Bear.

0:00:56 > 0:01:02"Snore, snore, snore."

0:01:05 > 0:01:11"Oh, no," said Mr Bear, "I can't stand this."

0:01:12 > 0:01:16So he got up and went to sleep in Baby Bear's room.

0:01:16 > 0:01:19Baby Bear was not asleep either.

0:01:19 > 0:01:23He was lying in bed pretending to be an aeroplane.

0:01:23 > 0:01:27"Nee-yow" went Baby Bear.

0:01:27 > 0:01:32"Nee-yow! Nee-yow!"

0:01:32 > 0:01:37"Oh, no," said Mr Bear, "I can't stand this."

0:01:37 > 0:01:41So he got up and went to sleep in the living room.

0:01:41 > 0:01:45Tick-tock went the living room clock.

0:01:45 > 0:01:50Tick-tock, tick-tock, cuckoo, cuckoo.

0:01:50 > 0:01:57"Oh, no," said Mr Bear, "I can't stand this."

0:01:57 > 0:02:01So he went off to sleep in the kitchen.

0:02:01 > 0:02:05Drip...drip...

0:02:05 > 0:02:09went the leaky kitchen tap.

0:02:09 > 0:02:13Hm-m-m-m-m-m,

0:02:13 > 0:02:16went the refrigerator.

0:02:16 > 0:02:22"Oh, no," said Mr Bear, "I can't stand this."

0:02:22 > 0:02:26So he got up and went to sleep in the garden.

0:02:27 > 0:02:30Well, you would not believe

0:02:30 > 0:02:33what noises there are in the garden at night.

0:02:33 > 0:02:36"Twit-twoo," went the owl.

0:02:36 > 0:02:40"Snuffle, snuffle," went the hedgehog.

0:02:40 > 0:02:43"Meow," sang the cats on the wall.

0:02:43 > 0:02:50"Oh, no," said Mr Bear, "I can't stand this."

0:02:50 > 0:02:53So he went off to sleep in the car.

0:02:53 > 0:02:57It was cold in the car and uncomfortable.

0:02:57 > 0:03:02But Mr Bear was so tired that he didn't notice.

0:03:02 > 0:03:04He was just falling asleep

0:03:04 > 0:03:10when all the birds started to sing and the sun peeped in at the window.

0:03:10 > 0:03:17"Tweet-tweet," went the birds. Shine, shine, went the sun.

0:03:19 > 0:03:26"Oh, no," said Mr Bear. "I can't stand this."

0:03:26 > 0:03:29So he got up and went back into the house.

0:03:29 > 0:03:34In the house, Baby Bear was fast asleep

0:03:34 > 0:03:39and Mrs Bear had turned over and wasn't snoring any more.

0:03:39 > 0:03:45Mr Bear got into his bed and closed his eyes.

0:03:47 > 0:03:51"Peace at last," he said to himself.

0:03:51 > 0:03:56Br-r-r-r-r-r, went the alarm clock.

0:03:56 > 0:03:58Br-r-r-r-r-r!

0:03:58 > 0:04:02Mrs Bear sat up and rubbed her eyes.

0:04:02 > 0:04:06"Good morning, dear," she said. "Did you sleep well?"

0:04:06 > 0:04:11"Not very well, dear," yawned Mr Bear.

0:04:11 > 0:04:16"Never mind," said Mrs Bear, "I'll bring you a nice cup of tea."

0:04:16 > 0:04:17And she did.

0:04:20 > 0:04:25And that story was called Peace At Last. Poor old Mr Bear.

0:04:25 > 0:04:27Didn't get much sleep at all, did he?
