0:00:16 > 0:00:20Do you know someone special who lives far, far away?

0:00:20 > 0:00:23A boy in tonight's bedtime story loves someone

0:00:23 > 0:00:27who lives far away from him. The story's called

0:00:45 > 0:00:47There was only one problem.

0:00:47 > 0:00:51Ben's house, which was little and red with a slopey roof

0:00:51 > 0:00:55and a rabbit in the garden, was over here,

0:00:55 > 0:00:58and Gran's house, which was tall and twisty

0:00:58 > 0:01:03and cluttered with books and cats and knitting, was over there.

0:01:33 > 0:01:38Ben and Gran found lots of ways to send messages and presents,

0:01:38 > 0:01:40but it wasn't as much fun

0:01:40 > 0:01:43as actually seeing your favourite person.

0:01:43 > 0:01:46So Gran sent Ben a special letter.

0:01:46 > 0:01:48"My Dear Ben,

0:01:48 > 0:01:51"I must see you, even if I have to cross

0:01:51 > 0:01:53"the whole, wide world to do so.

0:01:53 > 0:01:56"It'll probably take me a week.

0:01:56 > 0:02:00"Expect to see me next Saturday just before teatime.

0:02:00 > 0:02:02"Love Gran."

0:02:02 > 0:02:04"Yippee!" cried Ben.

0:02:04 > 0:02:09Mum helped Ben send a special e-mail to Gran.

0:02:09 > 0:02:12"See you on Saturday at teatime."

0:02:12 > 0:02:14Then Ben thought for a bit.

0:02:14 > 0:02:18"I've got a lot to do to get ready for Gran," he said.

0:02:18 > 0:02:22"It'll probably take me a week." So he set to work.

0:02:23 > 0:02:27The next day was Sunday. Gran packed her bags.

0:02:27 > 0:02:31She packed one umbrella, two sensible cardigans,

0:03:30 > 0:03:34and crossed the desert on a camel on her way to see Ben.

0:03:34 > 0:03:39The camel wasn't very helpful. Gran didn't get very far that day.
