0:26:27 > 0:26:31Once upon a time, there was a lonely girl called Cinderelephant.
0:26:31 > 0:26:34Cinderelephant lived with her two cousins who were
0:26:34 > 0:26:37known as the warty sisters.
0:26:37 > 0:26:40They were horrible, mean and smelly,
0:26:40 > 0:26:42and they had no table manners.
0:26:42 > 0:26:46They made Cinderelephant do all the cooking and cleaning
0:26:46 > 0:26:49and they never, ever said thank you.
0:26:50 > 0:26:55Cinderelephant was sad and tired and fed up with being ignored.
0:26:55 > 0:26:59One day, an invitation arrived from the palace.
0:26:59 > 0:27:03Prince Trunky had decided it was time he found a girlfriend,
0:27:03 > 0:27:06so King Saggy and Queen Wrinkly had invited all the girls
0:27:06 > 0:27:08in the neighbourhood to a ball.
0:27:08 > 0:27:12The warty sisters were very excited and started to plan
0:27:12 > 0:27:14what they would wear.
0:27:14 > 0:27:17"If they're inviting all the girls," said Cinderelephant,
0:27:17 > 0:27:19"perhaps that includes me!"
0:27:19 > 0:27:24"Of course you won't be going, Cinder-irrelevant, ha ha ha,"
0:27:24 > 0:27:26laughed the warty sisters.
0:27:26 > 0:27:29"Whoever would want to dance with you?! Ha!"
0:27:31 > 0:27:33The day of the party arrived
0:27:33 > 0:27:37and the warty sisters dressed up in their most fashionable clothes.
0:27:37 > 0:27:42"Bye-bye, Cinderelephant," they called as they left the house.
0:27:42 > 0:27:46"Don't wait up! We're bound to be home very late! Ha ha!"
0:27:46 > 0:27:49Poor Cinderelephant sat alone in the silent house,
0:27:49 > 0:27:54a big tear rolled down her trunk and plopped onto the floor.
0:27:54 > 0:27:57"Hey," squeaked a small voice.
0:27:57 > 0:28:01"Watch where you drop those tears, I'm getting soaked!"
0:28:01 > 0:28:05Cinderelephant saw a tiny mouse looking up at her crossly.
0:28:05 > 0:28:07"I'm sorry," she sniffed.
0:28:07 > 0:28:11"I'm just feeling sad that I can't go to the party."
0:28:13 > 0:28:15"Excuse me for asking, but who are you?"
0:28:15 > 0:28:19"Why, I'm your fairy god mouse, of course," he exclaimed.
0:28:19 > 0:28:22And with a flick of his magical tail,
0:28:22 > 0:28:24he said, "You shall go to the ball!
0:28:27 > 0:28:31"Wow! You look amazing! Go to the party and enjoy yourself,"
0:28:31 > 0:28:33said the fairy god mouse.
0:28:33 > 0:28:37"But, and it's a big but, you must be home by midnight."
0:28:37 > 0:28:41At the palace, Prince Trunky was bored.
0:28:41 > 0:28:44He didn't want to dance with any of the girls.
0:28:44 > 0:28:46He was worried they might get squashed.
0:28:46 > 0:28:50If only he could find someone a bit more his type.
0:28:50 > 0:28:57But wait, who was that vision of loveliness that had just walked in?
0:28:57 > 0:29:00"Oh, clear the floor," bellowed Prince Trunky.
0:29:00 > 0:29:03"Want to dance?" he asked Cinderelephant,
0:29:03 > 0:29:06and he swept her off her feet and onto the dance floor.

0:29:09 > 0:29:12danced together for the rest of the evening.
0:29:15 > 0:29:18"Who is that?" everybody asked enviously.
0:29:18 > 0:29:22"She looks a bit like... But no, it can't be. She looks so good
0:29:22 > 0:29:26"and she's such a great mover," said the warty sisters.
0:29:26 > 0:29:29Cinderelephant had never been so happy.
0:29:29 > 0:29:33She didn't notice the time passing until suddenly,
0:29:33 > 0:29:34the clock struck midnight.
0:29:34 > 0:29:36BELL TOLLS
0:29:36 > 0:29:40"Whoops!" she exclaimed. "I've got to go home."
0:29:40 > 0:29:45As she rushed from the palace, she dropped one of her beautiful shoes.
0:29:45 > 0:29:48"Wait! What's your name?!"
0:29:48 > 0:29:53Prince Trunky called after her, but Cinderelephant had already gone.
0:29:53 > 0:29:57At his feet, lay one of Cinderelephant's fabulous shoes.
0:29:57 > 0:30:00Then and there, Prince Trunky made a decision
0:30:00 > 0:30:04and Prince Trunky's decisions carry a lot of weight.
0:30:04 > 0:30:07Picking up the stiletto, he declared, "I shall find
0:30:07 > 0:30:12"the girl whose foot fits this shoe and I shall marry her!"
0:30:14 > 0:30:15The next day,
0:30:15 > 0:30:18Prince Trunky began the search for the girl of his dreams.
0:30:18 > 0:30:20He went from house to house,
0:30:20 > 0:30:25trying the fabulous shoe on every girl's foot. It fitted nobody.
0:30:25 > 0:30:29"Will I never find her?" sighed the prince.
0:30:29 > 0:30:33At last, he arrived at the warty sisters' house.
0:30:34 > 0:30:37"Give me that shoe!" demanded one warty sister!
0:30:37 > 0:30:40"It's bound to fit me!"
0:30:40 > 0:30:43But of course, her little trotter was far too small
0:30:43 > 0:30:44for the gorgeous shoe.
0:30:44 > 0:30:48"Let me have a go!" said the other sister, snatching it.
0:30:48 > 0:30:51"I am Prince Trunky's one true love!"
0:30:51 > 0:30:54But of course, it did not fit her either.
0:30:54 > 0:30:56Sighing quietly to herself,
0:30:56 > 0:31:00Cinderelephant peeped shyly through a crack in the kitchen door.
0:31:00 > 0:31:05But woops! She accidentally stepped into a bucket knocking over the mop,
0:31:05 > 0:31:09bringing down a pile of pots and pans, crashing and clattering down.
0:31:11 > 0:31:14"Who's in there?" asked the prince.
0:31:14 > 0:31:18"Oh, nobody important," said the warty sisters, hurriedly.
0:31:18 > 0:31:22Taking no notice, Prince Trunky went to investigate.
0:31:23 > 0:31:27"Could it be you?" asked the prince,
0:31:27 > 0:31:31slipping the lovely shoe onto Cinderelephant's foot.
0:31:31 > 0:31:33It was a perfect fit.
0:31:34 > 0:31:38"You are the one for me!" cried the prince in delight.
0:31:38 > 0:31:43Cinderelephant had never been so enormously excited in her life.
0:31:43 > 0:31:47Cinderelephant and Prince Trunky were married the very next day
0:31:47 > 0:31:51and of course, they were hugely happy ever after.
