0:23:47 > 0:23:53"Hi! I'm Shaun," he said. "And this is Pete."
0:23:53 > 0:23:58"Baa!" said Pete politely, which in sheep talk means, "Hello!
0:23:58 > 0:24:02"Delighted to meet you, madam. Please, step this way."
0:24:02 > 0:24:05"You can't have a sheep sheep!" cried Big Bob.
0:24:05 > 0:24:09"Why don't you get a proper dog?" yelled Ratso.
0:24:09 > 0:24:13"Strewth!" muttered Bongo, who never said much.
0:24:13 > 0:24:16"Pete's as good as any sheepdog," said Shaun.
0:24:16 > 0:24:19"We just do things differently."
0:24:19 > 0:24:23"Baa, baa," said Pete, which in sheep talk means,
0:24:23 > 0:24:27"If you don't mind waiting, sir, Shaun will be with you shortly."
0:24:27 > 0:24:30Shaun and Pete were a great team.
0:24:30 > 0:24:35Shaun was a sensational shearer, and the sheep really liked Pete.
0:24:35 > 0:24:37"Baa, baa?" asked Pete.
0:24:37 > 0:24:40"Yeah, you're right," said Shaun.
0:24:40 > 0:24:43"I do need to take off a little bit more around the ears."
0:24:43 > 0:24:47"Well, we do things properly in this shed," yelled Ratso.
0:24:47 > 0:24:53"Go bring in some sheep, Brute!" "Hurry up, Tiny!" called Big Bob.
0:24:53 > 0:24:57"Yep!" agreed Bongo, who never said much.
0:24:57 > 0:25:00But the sheep didn't move.
0:25:00 > 0:25:03They were waiting for Pete!
0:25:03 > 0:25:08"That sheep sheep is nothing but a troublemaker!" yelled Ratso.
0:25:08 > 0:25:11"He has to go!" cried Big Bob.
0:25:11 > 0:25:15"Too right!" shouted Bongo, who never said much.
0:25:15 > 0:25:19"If Pete goes, then I go," said Shaun.
0:25:19 > 0:25:23"Well, that suits us fine," yelled the other shearers.
0:25:23 > 0:25:26"What will I do now?" Shaun asked sadly.
0:25:26 > 0:25:28"I love shearing!"
0:25:28 > 0:25:32"Baa," Pete said, comfortingly.
0:25:32 > 0:25:37"You're right, Pete," said Shaun. "I still have you to shear."
0:25:37 > 0:25:41First, Shaun sheared Pete's front and back legs.
0:25:41 > 0:25:44Then, he sheared Pete's neck and middle.
0:25:44 > 0:25:50Then, he took off Pete's hat and gave him a whole new look.
0:25:50 > 0:25:53When Pete showed it off to all the other sheep,
0:25:53 > 0:25:58they were amazed. "Baa! Baa!" they exclaimed excitedly.
0:25:58 > 0:26:00"Where did you get that cool cut?"
0:26:00 > 0:26:05"Baa!" Which gave Pete an idea...
0:26:05 > 0:26:07Their first customer was very happy.
0:26:07 > 0:26:11So was their second, and so was the third.
0:26:11 > 0:26:15Soon, everyone was talking about Shaun's Sheep Salon.
0:26:15 > 0:26:18News of their success spread quickly.
0:26:18 > 0:26:22Before long, Shaun and Pete had so many customers,
0:26:22 > 0:26:26they couldn't look after them all! The other shearers were furious.
0:26:26 > 0:26:29"That's not fair!" said Ratso.
0:26:29 > 0:26:32"We're the ones with the proper sheepdogs."
0:26:32 > 0:26:35"Too right!" agreed Big Bob. He looked around.
0:26:35 > 0:26:38"By the way, where are our dogs?"
0:26:38 > 0:26:43"Jumping June bugs! Look what I've just found!" roared Bongo,
0:26:43 > 0:26:46which was more than he usually said in a week.
0:26:46 > 0:26:49The shearers raced into town.
0:26:49 > 0:26:53The three dogs had crept sheepishly into the salon.
0:26:53 > 0:26:56"Woof?" asked Brute, hopefully.
0:26:56 > 0:27:00"Arf!" agreed Tiny. "Grrr!" added Fang,
0:27:00 > 0:27:03admiring a sheep Shaun and just shorn.
0:27:03 > 0:27:06"I'm really sorry," apologised Shaun.
0:27:06 > 0:27:08"But our salon is for sheep only."
0:27:08 > 0:27:13"Baa, baa! BAA!" Pete said, firmly.
0:27:13 > 0:27:15Shaun grinned.
0:27:15 > 0:27:18"You're right, Pete!" he said.
0:27:18 > 0:27:22"There's no reason why sheepdogs can't look gorgeous too!"
0:27:22 > 0:27:25Shaun had just finished curling Tiny's tail,
0:27:25 > 0:27:28when the three shearers rushed in.
0:27:28 > 0:27:31"Where's my dog, Brute?" yelled Ratso.
0:27:31 > 0:27:36"Where's Tiny?" cried Big Bob. "FAANG!" bellowed Bongo.
0:27:36 > 0:27:39"Woof!" barked Brute, firmly.
0:27:39 > 0:27:41"Arf, arf!" added Tiny.
0:27:41 > 0:27:43"Grrr!" growled Fang,
0:27:43 > 0:27:47which in dog talk means, "No way am I leaving until I'm done."
0:27:47 > 0:27:50"What are we gonna do?" moaned Big Bob.
0:27:50 > 0:27:55"Well, there aren't any sheep left for us to shear," added Ratso.
0:27:55 > 0:28:00"Even our mangy mutts have deserted us. Doggone dogs!" grumbled Bongo.
0:28:00 > 0:28:03"Baa! Baa!" said Pete.
0:28:03 > 0:28:06In the end, it all worked out happily.
0:28:06 > 0:28:10Ratso could shear styles that were almost as good as Shaun's.
0:28:10 > 0:28:14Big Bob specialised in sheepdog styles, and Bongo
0:28:14 > 0:28:19learned how to speak to the clients. "Oh, madam! You do look lovely.
0:28:19 > 0:28:23"I only wish everyone could look as gorgeous as you do."
0:28:23 > 0:28:26"Baa! Baa!" cried Pete the sheep.
0:28:26 > 0:28:28He had another idea.
0:28:30 > 0:28:33Well, that story was called Pete The Sheep,
0:28:33 > 0:28:35and it's given me an idea!
0:28:35 > 0:28:37What do you think, Meg? A new hairstyle?
0:28:37 > 0:28:41Couple of spikes, maybe a few curls round there? No?
0:28:41 > 0:28:44No. I think you're lovely the way you are.
0:28:44 > 0:28:48Anyway, there's no time to restyle Meg - it's time for you to sleep!
