0:07:17 > 0:07:21In tonight's bedtime story, Posy has a favourite cuddly toy.

0:07:21 > 0:07:24Would you like to hear about it?

0:07:27 > 0:07:33This story is called Pip and Posy: The Bedtime Frog by Axel Scheffler.

0:07:35 > 0:07:38Posy was going to stay at Pip's house.

0:07:38 > 0:07:41She packed up her suitcase very carefully.

0:07:41 > 0:07:44She didn't want to forget anything.

0:07:44 > 0:07:49Then she got on the bus. She was very excited.

0:07:51 > 0:07:58Pip was really happy to see Posy. "Hi, Posy", he called.

0:07:58 > 0:08:01"Hello, Pip", giggled Posy.

0:08:01 > 0:08:04Pip and Posy had lots of fun.

0:08:04 > 0:08:09They played with Pip's cars. They played with the farm.

0:08:09 > 0:08:15And then they played a game called pirates in hospital. Ha-ha, ha-har!

0:08:15 > 0:08:17They ate spaghetti. Slurp!

0:08:17 > 0:08:22They had a bubbly bath, brushed their teeth,

0:08:22 > 0:08:26and they read a funny story.

0:08:26 > 0:08:30After that, it was time for bed.

0:08:30 > 0:08:36"Aaaaah, night-night, Posy", said Pip as he cuddled up with his Piggy.

0:08:36 > 0:08:39"Sweet dreams, Pip", said Posy.

0:08:39 > 0:08:42They switched off their lights.

0:08:42 > 0:08:48Pip was very nearly asleep when he heard a voice.

0:08:50 > 0:08:52"Froggy", said the voice.

0:08:52 > 0:08:57It was Posy. "I've forgotten Froggy", she sniffed.

0:08:57 > 0:09:01"I can't sleep without my Froggy!"

0:09:01 > 0:09:03Pip turned his light back on again.

0:09:04 > 0:09:10"Erm, would you like this teddy, Posy?" he said.

0:09:10 > 0:09:14"It's not green", she said. "My frog is green."

0:09:16 > 0:09:19"Wold you like my dinosaur? He's green."

0:09:19 > 0:09:21"No!" said Posy,

0:09:21 > 0:09:26"That dinosaur is too big and too scary."

0:09:26 > 0:09:34"Erm, what about my frog money box?" said Pip. "No!" said Posy.

0:09:34 > 0:09:38"That is the wrong frog!"

0:09:38 > 0:09:42Posy cried and cried and cried.

0:09:44 > 0:09:47Oh, dear. Poor Posy.

0:09:47 > 0:09:54Pip thought for a moment, then he did a very difficult thing.

0:09:54 > 0:09:58"Would you like Piggy, Posy?" he said.

0:09:58 > 0:10:00Posy stopped crying.

0:10:00 > 0:10:03Piggy was an extremely nice pig.

0:10:03 > 0:10:06"Yes, please, Pip", she said.

0:10:06 > 0:10:10Soon Pip was asleep. And so was Posy.

0:10:10 > 0:10:15And the next day, when Posy went home to her house,

0:10:15 > 0:10:20she found her frog exactly where she had left him.

0:10:20 > 0:10:23Hurray!

0:10:24 > 0:10:28That story was Pip and Posy: The Bedtime Frog.

0:10:28 > 0:10:32It was very kind of Pip to let Posy borrow Piggy, wasn't it?
