0:01:20 > 0:01:23- Right.- What's the move called? - It's called the wave.- The wave.

0:01:23 > 0:01:27- Talk me through it slowly.- Stand still. Both hands, shoulder height.

0:01:27 > 0:01:30What we're going to do is we're going to do it in stages, first.

0:01:30 > 0:01:33All right, stages. Go really slow.

0:01:33 > 0:01:36- Just for you, I'll go slow. - OK, right. Wicked.- Knuckles.

0:01:36 > 0:01:40Knuckles. Wrist. Elbow.

0:01:40 > 0:01:42Shoulder. Chest.

0:01:42 > 0:01:43Now, for this arm -

0:01:43 > 0:01:46- it's the same move but outwards, so it's the opposite.- OK.

0:01:46 > 0:01:50So, here, when we went, wrist, elbow, shoulder,

0:01:50 > 0:01:54we're going to go shoulder, then elbow, wrist, knuckle, knuckle.

0:01:54 > 0:01:56- Do you see the pattern?- Right.

0:01:56 > 0:01:59- Is it good to practise in front of a mirror?- Definitely.

0:01:59 > 0:02:02It's the best place to do it because you can see what you're doing.

0:02:02 > 0:02:06- So, this move, you can put into any routine?- Any routine you want. I do.

0:02:06 > 0:02:09- I put it into all my routines. - OK.- It's in every one I do.

0:02:12 > 0:02:14- Yeah.- Arms out. Knuckles,

0:02:15 > 0:02:20elbow, shoulder, chest, shoulder, elbow, wrist,

0:02:20 > 0:02:24- knuckles, knuckles. - Right. One more time for me!

0:02:24 > 0:02:27- This is really bad! - All right, let's go again.

0:02:27 > 0:02:31- Knuckles, knuckles, wrist, elbow, shoulder.- It's the elbow.

0:02:31 > 0:02:34- Just run through that bit.- To do the elbow, when you get to here,

0:02:34 > 0:02:37you turn your arm slightly, it's the trick to it,

0:02:37 > 0:02:40put your elbow up as if you're..., not hitting somebody, hitting air.

0:02:40 > 0:02:42Remember to hit air.

0:02:42 > 0:02:45As you do this, you put your wrist, still facing that way,

0:02:45 > 0:02:48- exactly like that.- Right, wicked.

0:02:48 > 0:02:51So, you've got to get it fluent so you're constantly doing that.

0:02:51 > 0:02:55If you're finding it difficult, keep going over this constantly,

0:02:55 > 0:02:57and eventually...

0:02:57 > 0:02:59- So, it's better to do it in stages? - And then more stages,

0:02:59 > 0:03:04- and eventually, it'll look exactly like a wave.- OK.- Right.

0:03:04 > 0:03:08- Do you want to go to the music? - Yeah, let's try it to the music.
