0:06:27 > 0:06:31Written by Dave Ingham, pictures by Leah Ellen Hemmy.
0:06:31 > 0:06:33In the town of Bang-a-buloo
0:06:33 > 0:06:36was a house with three musical instruments,
0:06:36 > 0:06:40Big Bass, Boisterous Bongo, and a very Busy Bassoon.
0:06:40 > 0:06:44You'd think they would love to live together,
0:06:44 > 0:06:48but they just didn't get along. Early every morning,
0:06:48 > 0:06:51Big Bass did his exercises. Every morning, he'd go...
0:06:51 > 0:06:56"Ba-doom, doom, doom, boom-ba-doom, ba-doom, ba-doing, doing,"
0:06:56 > 0:07:00which woke Boisterous Bongo and Busy Bassoon from their sleep.
0:07:00 > 0:07:03- Oh, I need my sleep!- I don't!
0:07:03 > 0:07:07After lunch, it was the Boisterous Bongo's turn to be a pest.
0:07:07 > 0:07:10He loved to rehearse his rolls and paradiddles.
0:07:10 > 0:07:14"Ba, da, da, da, da! Ba, doob, doob, doo! Ba, da, boo, boo!"
0:07:14 > 0:07:20Busy Bassoon loved to sing out loud from the latest sheet music.
0:07:20 > 0:07:23"Pweedle-dee, doo, boo, doo, dilly-doo!",
0:07:23 > 0:07:26which didn't go down well with the neighbours at all.
0:07:26 > 0:07:29One day, all three had had enough,
0:07:29 > 0:07:33so decided to play over each other, and drown each other out.
0:07:34 > 0:07:39Big Bass went, "Ba-doom, doom, doom, doom, boom-ba-doom, doom!",
0:07:39 > 0:07:44Boisterous Bongo went, "Ba, doo, doo, doo, doo, boom, boom, boom!",
0:07:44 > 0:07:46and Busy Bassoon just had to go,
0:07:46 > 0:07:49"Bee, dee, dee, bee, dee, dee, beedley-doo!",
0:07:49 > 0:07:54- but they weren't just annoying each other. Who else?- Everybody!
0:07:54 > 0:07:59They were annoying everybody in Bang-a-buloo.
0:07:59 > 0:08:03They were taken before Judge Piano Forte, a very grand piano.
0:08:03 > 0:08:09She didn't like what she heard, as she'd been woken up during a dream.
0:08:09 > 0:08:13Big Bass told the Judge that it was the others that had made the noise.
0:08:13 > 0:08:17Boisterous Bongo said that he was just having a practice,
0:08:17 > 0:08:21and Busy Bassoon said she was driven to it by the other two,
0:08:21 > 0:08:25and, with that, all three began to argue once more,
0:08:25 > 0:08:28making a right old racket. The Judge slammed her lid,
0:08:28 > 0:08:33shouting, "Silence in court!", and passed judgement on all three.
0:08:33 > 0:08:39"You must go straight to jail..." she shouted, in her deepest tones,
0:08:39 > 0:08:42"..or learn to live together in harmony!"
0:08:42 > 0:08:45So, every morning, noon and night, the three instruments
0:08:45 > 0:08:50decided to play together, and soon forgot their differences,
0:08:50 > 0:08:52and the more they played,
0:08:52 > 0:08:56the more their music became the toast of Bang-a-buloo!
0:08:56 > 0:08:59The end. Well, what did you think of that?

0:09:23 > 0:09:26- Boing, boing!- Boing, boing!
0:09:26 > 0:09:32I was sleeping, but all that noise woke me up!
0:09:32 > 0:09:35- Too much noise!- Boing!- Boing!
0:09:35 > 0:09:39That's me, I'm being the Judge!
0:09:39 > 0:09:44- Boing, boing!- Ba-da-ba-da boo-boo! - Bang! Bang! Bop! Bop!
0:09:44 > 0:09:48- This is cool! - THEY LAUGH
0:09:48 > 0:09:52That was great, well done! You all loved that story, didn't you?
0:09:52 > 0:09:58Banging bongos, boinging basses, playing together with busy bassoons!

0:10:02 > 0:10:06- Big Bass! Boinga! Boinga! - Busy bassoons! To-do, to-do, to-do!
0:10:06 > 0:10:11Doesn't that sound nice? They make a great marching band, don't they?
