1:04:08 > 1:04:10Sit back, strap yourself in

1:04:10 > 1:04:13and get ready to become epic at everything!

1:04:16 > 1:04:18Welcome to your quick blast of epicness.

1:04:19 > 1:04:22So what are we waiting for? Let's do this!

1:04:27 > 1:04:30First up, here's how to do an amazing skateboard trick

1:04:30 > 1:04:31to impress your mates.

1:04:34 > 1:04:35Hi, I'm Georgie Winter

1:04:35 > 1:04:38and I'm going to teach you how to pop shove on a skateboard.

1:04:38 > 1:04:41Get in!

1:04:41 > 1:04:42Meet Georgie Winter.

1:04:42 > 1:04:45She's ranked in the top five female skateboarders in the UK.

1:04:45 > 1:04:48She's even been in an all-girl skating film.

1:04:48 > 1:04:52So, if anyone knows how to pop shove, it's her.

1:04:52 > 1:04:54First of all, get your feet in position.

1:04:54 > 1:04:57Front foot in the middle of the board, with your toes angled

1:04:57 > 1:05:00slightly towards the top and your back foot on the tail.

1:05:00 > 1:05:03OK, that's our feet position sorted. But what now?

1:05:03 > 1:05:06Crouch down and jump up. You need to scoop the board behind you.

1:05:06 > 1:05:10You do this by pushing down and back on the board.

1:05:10 > 1:05:13So, you've jumped on it and made it spin. But how do we land it?

1:05:13 > 1:05:17Keep an eye on the grip tape and once the board has spun 180 degrees,

1:05:17 > 1:05:18get your feet back on it.

1:05:19 > 1:05:23So, to do a pop shove, you have to have one foot on the back

1:05:23 > 1:05:25of the board and one in the middle,

1:05:25 > 1:05:27which is angled slightly forwards.

1:05:27 > 1:05:30Crouch down and as you jump, push down and back

1:05:30 > 1:05:31on the tail of the board, then

1:05:31 > 1:05:34watch it spin 180 degrees below you.

1:05:34 > 1:05:36Keep your eye on it, and then land

1:05:36 > 1:05:37both of your feet back on the board.

1:05:37 > 1:05:39Pop shove it!

1:05:39 > 1:05:42And that is how you do a pop shove.

1:05:42 > 1:05:46Thanks, Georgie! OK, here's an epic tip for you all.

1:05:46 > 1:05:49Want to avoid massive phone bills and ringtone scams?

1:05:49 > 1:05:51Then you're in the right place.

1:05:51 > 1:05:54Hi, I'm Ricky, and here's how to avoid being scammed.

1:05:54 > 1:05:55PHONE BEEPS

1:05:55 > 1:05:56Sorry, just got a text message.

1:05:56 > 1:05:59If you receive a text message from a number you don't recognise

1:05:59 > 1:06:03offering you a free ringtone, then think twice and be streetwise.

1:06:03 > 1:06:06The first ringtone may be free, but the ones after it might cost you

1:06:06 > 1:06:09quite a bit and that might become pretty pricey.

1:06:09 > 1:06:12If this happens to you, find out how to stop it.

1:06:12 > 1:06:15You can usually work out who's sending you the number by searching

1:06:15 > 1:06:17online and you can usually end it by

1:06:17 > 1:06:19texting the word "Stop" to the number.

1:06:19 > 1:06:21And that's how you can avoid being scammed.

1:06:21 > 1:06:24Sage words, Ricky. Noted.

1:06:24 > 1:06:26Now for something completely different.

1:06:26 > 1:06:29If you want to freak out your friends, or just win

1:06:29 > 1:06:33a game of hide and seek in the most epic way possible, then listen up.

1:06:33 > 1:06:35Hi, I'm Paul 'Chalky' White,

1:06:35 > 1:06:38and I'm going to show you how to camouflage yourself.

1:06:38 > 1:06:39Ooh, exciting!

1:06:39 > 1:06:41Camouflage is a skill you can use to blend

1:06:41 > 1:06:44yourself into the surroundings so nobody can see you.

1:06:44 > 1:06:45So, the first thing I need to do

1:06:45 > 1:06:47is make sure I'm wearing the correct clothing.

1:06:47 > 1:06:50You notice the clothing I'm wearing is the clothing soldiers would wear

1:06:50 > 1:06:54because already, without even applying camouflage, I'm starting

1:06:54 > 1:06:57to blend in with the background and that's what I'm trying to achieve.

1:06:57 > 1:07:00- Very simple, but effective. - Let's do this!

1:07:00 > 1:07:03So, what I need to do first of all is camouflage my skin.

1:07:03 > 1:07:06And for this I'm going to use camouflage cream.

1:07:06 > 1:07:09Available in all good fancy dress shops.

1:07:09 > 1:07:11First thing I'm going to do is my hands.

1:07:11 > 1:07:13So, I'm going to go for a nice dark

1:07:13 > 1:07:14and a light colour

1:07:14 > 1:07:17and I'm just going to work it into my hands.

1:07:17 > 1:07:19I'm going to go in-between the fingers

1:07:19 > 1:07:21- and down the fingers, as well. - Looks lovely.

1:07:21 > 1:07:25Who needs fancy make up and creams when you've got this stuff?

1:07:25 > 1:07:27Then, using a mirror, we're going to apply it to our face.

1:07:27 > 1:07:29Don't forget your ears!

1:07:29 > 1:07:31NARRATOR WOLF-WHISTLES

1:07:31 > 1:07:32Perfect.

1:07:32 > 1:07:36Hands and face covered, what could possibly be next? Hats!

1:07:36 > 1:07:37We need to break down that outline,

1:07:37 > 1:07:40and what we're looking for is something on our head to

1:07:40 > 1:07:42come down over our shoulders to hide that shape.

1:07:44 > 1:07:46So put on top...

1:07:46 > 1:07:48a bit of natural foliage. Let's do that.

1:07:48 > 1:07:51All we simply do, tuck in the greenery.

1:07:51 > 1:07:53Put it all together and you've got...

1:07:54 > 1:07:56What on earth is that?

1:07:56 > 1:07:58Oh, it's Chalky.

1:07:58 > 1:08:00And that's how you camouflage yourself.

1:08:00 > 1:08:02No kidding. Thanks, Chalky.

1:08:02 > 1:08:06So there you have it - your quick blast of epicness.

1:08:06 > 1:08:10Now, go forth and be epic at everything!
