0:00:39 > 0:00:42First of all, you need to get comfortable on your scooter

0:00:42 > 0:00:44cos you're going to learn how to jump.

0:00:44 > 0:00:46All you need to do, you need to bend your arms and knees and jump up.

0:00:46 > 0:00:50But make sure, every time you land, bend your knees, just like this.

0:01:17 > 0:01:19First of all, you've got to gather some speed, like this.

0:01:19 > 0:01:22Once you've got some speed, you need to jump,

0:01:22 > 0:01:24bending your arms and knees and kicking the tail right round,

0:01:24 > 0:01:26like this.

0:01:26 > 0:01:28Truly epic.

0:02:05 > 0:02:09To do this, you're going to need a large piece of white paper

0:02:09 > 0:02:13to fit your hand on, a pencil and some different colour marker pens.

0:02:13 > 0:02:14Got it.

0:02:14 > 0:02:16So first of all, you need to get your white paper,

0:02:16 > 0:02:20place your hand on it and with a pencil, draw all the way around.

0:02:20 > 0:02:21OK, done it.

0:02:21 > 0:02:23Once you've got the outline of your hand,

0:02:23 > 0:02:26you need to grab yourself a thick, black marker pen,

0:02:26 > 0:02:30draw straight lines until you get to your pencil drawing.

0:02:30 > 0:02:34Then do a curve and a straight line at the end.

0:02:34 > 0:02:37You're going to repeat this all along your hand.

0:02:37 > 0:02:41Yeah, I guess I should have moved my hand first. Major fail.

0:02:41 > 0:02:43And then when you get to the fingers,

0:02:43 > 0:02:46do an individual curve for each of your fingers.

0:02:46 > 0:02:49Once you've drawn all of your lines on your paper, get your different

0:02:49 > 0:02:53colour marker pens and fill all the white gaps with your colours.

0:02:53 > 0:02:55Oh, looking pretty.

0:02:55 > 0:02:59And that's how you can be epic at drawing a 3D hand.

0:03:18 > 0:03:21Oh, I see. Low tide is the best time to go rock pooling.

0:03:21 > 0:03:23You'll find loads of weird creatures

0:03:23 > 0:03:25but the low tide changes from beach to beach,

0:03:25 > 0:03:27so you must check before you go out.

0:03:27 > 0:03:29You don't want to get stranded by the high tide

0:03:29 > 0:03:31and have to be rescued.

0:03:31 > 0:03:33Always go out wearing decent footwear

0:03:33 > 0:03:37and take a bucket with you filled with some sea water

0:03:37 > 0:03:38and some seaweed.

0:03:38 > 0:03:43- It'll allow you to examine your finds.- Right, let's rock....pool.

0:03:43 > 0:03:44There's some amazing life to be found

0:03:44 > 0:03:47hiding under the rocks of a rock pool, so don't be afraid

0:03:47 > 0:03:51to get in there and start checking them out.

0:03:51 > 0:03:54But be careful, some rocks are big and heavy.

0:03:54 > 0:03:58- If in doubt, get an adult to help you.- Adult, check.

0:03:58 > 0:04:02Now, what I'm going to show you is a classic inhabitant of the rock pool.

0:04:02 > 0:04:04You'll find these guys everywhere.

0:04:04 > 0:04:06This is a green shore crab.

0:04:06 > 0:04:07What a looker.

0:04:07 > 0:04:09Oh, Blowfish!

0:04:09 > 0:04:13Lastly and most importantly, always put them back.

0:04:13 > 0:04:16These creatures live here, this is their home.

0:04:16 > 0:04:20So you must put them back safely before you go home to yours.

0:04:20 > 0:04:23And that's how to be epic at rocking a rock pool.
