0:14:43 > 0:14:48- Before you start make sure you're wearing safety goggles.- Goggles on.
0:14:48 > 0:14:50- And you've got an adult with you. - Dad!
0:14:50 > 0:14:54Let's add half a bottle of hydrogen peroxide.
0:14:54 > 0:14:56Then a good squirt of washing up liquid.
0:14:56 > 0:15:00And just so we can see the mess let's add some food colouring.
0:15:00 > 0:15:03And then to make the mess, some yeast.
0:15:05 > 0:15:07- Whoa!- Whoa!
0:15:10 > 0:15:11Nice one, Fran. That is epic.
0:15:13 > 0:15:15But I want to make a proper mess.
0:15:15 > 0:15:18And for that I need some hardcore science stuff.
0:15:22 > 0:15:25Here we've got just about the same stuff as before.
0:15:25 > 0:15:26We've got hydrogen peroxide.
0:15:26 > 0:15:28This time it's a lot stronger
0:15:28 > 0:15:31and definitely not stuff you should be playing with.
0:15:31 > 0:15:36I'm going to add hydrogen peroxide. Then we've got our washing up liquid.
0:15:36 > 0:15:37Some food colouring.
0:15:38 > 0:15:40I'm going to put a different colour in each one.
0:15:40 > 0:15:42- Orange.- Green in here.- Oh.
0:15:43 > 0:15:46- Cyan!- And blue in here. - Close enough.
0:15:47 > 0:15:49Then, add the potassium iodide.
0:15:49 > 0:15:54It does the same job as yeast, but a lot faster. So get ready for this.

0:16:26 > 0:16:29- Firstly, you need to be able to jump on the scooter.- Easy.
0:16:29 > 0:16:31So how do we do that?
0:16:31 > 0:16:36- Bend your arms and knees and jump up, like this.- OK, not so easy.
0:16:36 > 0:16:38Once you've practised jumping on the scooter, you can
0:16:38 > 0:16:39now practise the bar spin.
0:16:39 > 0:16:44Get your bars and pass the bars around 360 degrees. Just like this.

0:17:09 > 0:17:12and I'm going to show you how to make your own home-made, fizzy cola.
0:17:12 > 0:17:15- Take it away.- You need...
0:17:19 > 0:17:21A lime, a lemon and an orange.
0:17:36 > 0:17:40- Grandad, where are your cinnamon sticks?- Everything goes in the bowl.
0:17:42 > 0:17:44We're going to add water.
0:17:46 > 0:17:50At this stage it does look a bit like pond life but trust me
0:17:50 > 0:17:54- on this one.- Next, put your pond water, I mean cola, into a pan.
0:17:54 > 0:17:57Then get an adult to help because you are going to be using the oven.
0:17:57 > 0:18:00Simmer it for about 20 minutes and then leave it aside to cool
0:18:00 > 0:18:03and as it cools all of those wonderful flavours,
0:18:03 > 0:18:07the spices and the fruit should melt together into a delicious syrup.

0:18:10 > 0:18:11Once it's cooled and it's nice
0:18:11 > 0:18:15and syrupy it's time to strain off all the bits and bobs.
