0:17:04 > 0:17:07She always offered support to her fellow adventurers.

0:17:09 > 0:17:12My advice to them would be communication is the key
0:17:12 > 0:17:14and listening to your team.
0:17:14 > 0:17:16One thing on Scorpion Island troubled her.
0:17:16 > 0:17:20I am a bit freaked out by heights.
0:17:20 > 0:17:23But she cleverly overcame this is vanishing point.
0:17:23 > 0:17:27Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate.
0:17:27 > 0:17:31Whenever we said chocolate was when we were scared of the height.
0:17:31 > 0:17:33It took your mind away from it.

0:19:20 > 0:19:23And she is already getting very close to the bottom.
0:19:23 > 0:19:27Just look at the lead she has on Natty who still seems alarmed.
0:19:29 > 0:19:34Lizzie is taking her last few steps over the rocks. She's going steadily
0:19:34 > 0:19:36and has proved much quicker than her opponent.
0:19:36 > 0:19:39Natty is taking her time. She is quite frightened.
0:19:39 > 0:19:43But she really needs to hurry up because Lizzie's at ground level now

0:20:31 > 0:20:35Natty and Lizzy seem physically well matched but this ended up anything
0:20:35 > 0:20:39but a close race and what split them was Natty's evident fear of heights.
0:20:43 > 0:20:46I was a bit scared and I fell a bit on the rocks
0:20:46 > 0:20:47but once I started to get up
0:20:47 > 0:20:50and going I grew a more confident but I was still scared
0:20:50 > 0:20:52but I managed to do it.
0:20:52 > 0:20:57I wasn't scared, I just raced down as quick as I could
0:20:57 > 0:21:00and Natty had a bit of a fear from heights
0:21:00 > 0:21:01so that was kind of an advantage.
0:21:01 > 0:21:05And it meant that Lizzie hit the ground while Natty was still way up
0:21:05 > 0:21:07on the cliff face.
0:21:07 > 0:21:12There was an alarming moment when she lost her footing
0:21:12 > 0:21:15before she touched down with the silver pit viper
