0:00:44 > 0:00:46The boys beat the girls.

0:00:48 > 0:00:50Well done, boys.

0:00:50 > 0:00:53And they won the first island treasure.

0:00:55 > 0:00:59Now the island is ready to do battle with them again.

0:00:59 > 0:01:02And the girls face a meltdown.

0:01:02 > 0:01:05It's not going to reach.

0:01:05 > 0:01:08We can't just ignore it because we think our own way is better.

0:01:09 > 0:01:12This is Scorpion Island.

0:01:40 > 0:01:43- Hello, I'm Myleene.- And I'm Johny. - Welcome to Scorpion Island,

0:01:43 > 0:01:46the island that likes to make it tough for anyone that visits.

0:01:46 > 0:01:48Two teams of adventurers are on the island

0:01:48 > 0:01:50and they're on a mission to escape.

0:01:50 > 0:01:53They won't let the island's devious plans get them down.

0:01:53 > 0:01:57No way, they need to be the best as only one team will escape on the final day.

0:01:57 > 0:02:01Scorpion Island relishes in its splendid isolation

0:02:01 > 0:02:06and uses its natural world as an impenetrable defence system.

0:02:08 > 0:02:12The island is teaming with life, its precious treasure.

0:02:14 > 0:02:18In recent times, an adventurer came from far across the seas.

0:02:18 > 0:02:21He was a fortune hunter, whose mission it was

0:02:21 > 0:02:24to plunder the island of its legendary treasure.

0:02:31 > 0:02:34He took on the island's challenges, and succeeded.

0:02:34 > 0:02:36But when he failed in his final escape,

0:02:36 > 0:02:40the furious island mischievously captured the Fortune Hunter's spirit

0:02:40 > 0:02:42and locked it away.

0:02:44 > 0:02:45Ahhhgggggghhhhh.

0:02:48 > 0:02:52Now ten new adventurers must follow the path he created.

0:02:52 > 0:02:54Their mission - to escape the island.

0:02:54 > 0:02:57They must battle it out in terrifying challenges

0:02:57 > 0:03:01and the victors will win an island treasure.

0:03:01 > 0:03:05The more they win, the greater advantage they have in the final race to escape.

0:03:05 > 0:03:09So, who is this mysterious fortune hunter and what role does he have to play?

0:03:09 > 0:03:12All in good time, Johny, all in good time.

0:03:12 > 0:03:15What I can tell you, is that during our adventurers' time on the island,

0:03:15 > 0:03:17there'll be plenty of twists and turns.

0:03:17 > 0:03:19Both teams gathered around the island fire,

0:03:19 > 0:03:23the place where the island communicates its devious plans.

0:03:23 > 0:03:27So, now it's time to discover who'll be your new team captains

0:03:27 > 0:03:29for your second day on the island.

0:03:39 > 0:03:41Jeremy, you'll be the captain for the girls.

0:03:44 > 0:03:48And the captain for the boys, is Jordan.

0:03:48 > 0:03:51Well done, guys. So, let me come to the girls first.

0:03:51 > 0:03:53Jeremy, any thoughts, any plans?

0:03:53 > 0:03:56I just want my team to win, that's all my goal is.

0:03:56 > 0:04:00So your team, you wish to captain to victory tomorrow?

0:04:00 > 0:04:03What about you, Jordan, what are your plans?

0:04:03 > 0:04:06My plan is to keep the team together and everything,

0:04:06 > 0:04:09to keep our confidence high and just do really well

0:04:09 > 0:04:12and have strategies for the games and everything.

0:04:12 > 0:04:16You're talking strategy, you're talking results.

0:04:16 > 0:04:18Well, I wish you both luck.

0:04:18 > 0:04:20Give yourselves a round of applause, guys.

0:04:20 > 0:04:24So, the new team captains are Jordan for the boys

0:04:24 > 0:04:25and Jeremy for the girls.

0:04:27 > 0:04:31They'll have to lead their teams against the island's tough defences,

0:04:31 > 0:04:35but they'll be getting help from the Fortune Hunter.

0:04:35 > 0:04:38He's left the adventurers a collection of items

0:04:38 > 0:04:41that will be of use to them on their journey.

0:04:41 > 0:04:44These relics will help them succeed where he failed.

0:04:45 > 0:04:51And one of these is a mysterious ring covered in strange symbols.

0:04:51 > 0:04:53The Fortune Hunter has used the symbols to document

0:04:53 > 0:04:59the challenges he faced when he battled the island for its treasure.

0:04:59 > 0:05:02But the island wants to stop the adventurers gaining any advice

0:05:02 > 0:05:03from the Fortune Hunter.

0:05:03 > 0:05:09So, in a deliberate act of sabotage, has smashed the symbol ring into pieces.

0:05:14 > 0:05:16Now the teams must attempt to piece together

0:05:16 > 0:05:21the chards of the symbol ring as quickly as they possibly can.

0:05:25 > 0:05:29Jordan, because you're the team captain, you're automatically playing.

0:05:29 > 0:05:31I need to ask you to have a wing man with you.

0:05:31 > 0:05:35Who would you like to assist you with this trial?

0:05:35 > 0:05:36Peter.

0:05:36 > 0:05:38Peter, tell me why you've chosen Peter.

0:05:38 > 0:05:42Peter's a nice relaxed boy who doesn't get stressed.

0:05:42 > 0:05:46He's just a nice friend to be with.

0:05:46 > 0:05:49Good tactics. Jeremy, you're team captain for the girls.

0:05:49 > 0:05:52I'm going to ask you to choose somebody to help you.

0:05:52 > 0:05:53I think I will go for Natty.

0:05:53 > 0:05:55Natty, tell me why you've chosen Natty.

0:05:55 > 0:06:00Natty's very calm and good at doing puzzles, so I think that's good.

0:06:00 > 0:06:04You do know that this is a race against time, so you'll have to be quick?

0:06:04 > 0:06:05Yes.

0:06:05 > 0:06:07OK then, fantastic.

0:06:07 > 0:06:09The team that can complete the ring the fastest,

0:06:09 > 0:06:11will get the right to play for an advantage,

0:06:11 > 0:06:15when they take on the island later in the Island Challenge.

0:06:15 > 0:06:18But in true Scorpion Island style,

0:06:18 > 0:06:22the island has added some rogue pieces to make it even more difficult for them.

0:06:22 > 0:06:26Your time starts now.

0:06:26 > 0:06:31Both teams begin to piece together the Fortune Hunter's symbol ring.

0:06:31 > 0:06:35There are seven pieces of symbol ring here, but only four make the ring complete.

0:06:35 > 0:06:37Devious island.

0:06:37 > 0:06:39Not much talking.

0:06:39 > 0:06:44We found it quite difficult, because the ends of the ring

0:06:44 > 0:06:46didn't quite match.

0:06:46 > 0:06:50We got quite frustrated and I don't think I was communicating

0:06:50 > 0:06:54that well with Natty and I think we could've communicated better.

0:07:05 > 0:07:10- That's it, well done, you've got it. - The boys have beaten the girls.

0:07:10 > 0:07:14Lads, that was excellent. Do you think you worked well as a team?

0:07:14 > 0:07:15Yeah, very well.

0:07:16 > 0:07:20Because the boys completed the ring in the quickest time,

0:07:20 > 0:07:26they'll be given the chance to play for an advantage in the island challenge later on.

0:07:26 > 0:07:29And the Fortune Hunter has devised a special trial.

0:07:34 > 0:07:38Carved by the Fortune Hunter, the ring has 26 symbols.

0:07:38 > 0:07:41Peter and Jordan will have 20 seconds to memorise the ring.

0:07:41 > 0:07:45They'll then be presented with a group of symbols,

0:07:45 > 0:07:48but three of them are not on the symbol ring.

0:07:49 > 0:07:53If they can correctly identify the three rogue symbols,

0:07:53 > 0:07:57they'll gain an advantage in the Island Challenge.

0:07:57 > 0:08:00And Jordan's ready.

0:08:00 > 0:08:05I do really well with mental puzzles if Scorpion Island was to give me some.

0:08:05 > 0:08:10I'm great at memorising things and I love riddles.

0:08:11 > 0:08:14OK, as you know, this is a memory trial.

0:08:14 > 0:08:16You now have 20 seconds

0:08:16 > 0:08:21to memorise as many symbols on this symbol ring as possible.

0:08:21 > 0:08:25Your time starts now.

0:08:27 > 0:08:29Test your memory, too.

0:08:30 > 0:08:32You've got 15 seconds left.

0:08:40 > 0:08:45Five, four, three, two, one.

0:08:45 > 0:08:48That's it, your time's up. Please step away from the barrel.

0:09:00 > 0:09:04You have two minutes to remove the ten correct symbols,

0:09:04 > 0:09:07leaving the three rogue symbols behind.

0:09:07 > 0:09:13- Do you understand?- Yep. - Are you ready? Your time starts now.

0:09:13 > 0:09:19That one isn't. That one doesn't. Does that one? That's the only one.

0:09:19 > 0:09:23I know this one does. Mine and yours. That was ours.

0:09:37 > 0:09:41That one was. Shall we just check these?

0:09:42 > 0:09:44They've chosen their ten symbols

0:09:44 > 0:09:47and they're making the most of their time left to double check.

0:09:47 > 0:09:50Yes?

0:09:50 > 0:09:55- You seem pretty confident? You don't want to triple check?- No.

0:09:55 > 0:09:58OK, you're, like, just put me out my misery. OK.

0:09:58 > 0:10:01Peter quickly identified the three symbols

0:10:01 > 0:10:04they believe to be rogue.

0:10:04 > 0:10:05But did they get it right?

0:10:07 > 0:10:08Before I reveal how you've done

0:10:08 > 0:10:11I have to say you look quietly confident.

0:10:11 > 0:10:14Jordan, you seem to know exactly what you're doing.

0:10:14 > 0:10:17Peter, you are a demon pointing out all the correct symbols.

0:10:17 > 0:10:21- You feeling confident now? - Really confident.- I hope so.

0:10:21 > 0:10:25You had a chance to change the pieces, but you still don't want to?

0:10:25 > 0:10:26OK, time for the big reveal.

0:10:39 > 0:10:43OK, first up, you chose the square.

0:10:44 > 0:10:49- Yes!- That is correct. Well done.

0:10:52 > 0:10:55Next, the rain cloud.

0:11:01 > 0:11:03- Yes!- That is correct.

0:11:05 > 0:11:06The third symbol.

0:11:06 > 0:11:09If the boys get the third symbol right, they'll gain

0:11:09 > 0:11:14an advantage when they take on the island in today's challenge.

0:11:14 > 0:11:17Yes!

0:11:18 > 0:11:22Boys, congratulations, that was a tough task,

0:11:22 > 0:11:25you did fantastically, well done.

0:11:25 > 0:11:27- Happy?- Yeah, very happy.

0:11:27 > 0:11:32The boys were correct and they will be rewarded with the right to choose

0:11:32 > 0:11:36whether they go first or second in the island challenge.

0:11:36 > 0:11:39- Have you always known that you've got a great memory?- Yeah.

0:11:39 > 0:11:42- You have known that? What about you, Peter?- No.

0:11:42 > 0:11:46You surprised yourself. Team, you look very pleased with the boys.

0:11:46 > 0:11:49- I was very shocked. - You didn't think they could do it?

0:11:49 > 0:11:50Looking at that one,

0:11:50 > 0:11:54I thought, "Is that a road symbol? I haven't seen that before."

0:11:54 > 0:11:58- So the right members were chosen. - Yes, I don't think I could do that.

0:11:58 > 0:12:01Team captain Jordan, I've got one question for you.

0:12:01 > 0:12:05Do you guys want to go first or second at the island challenge?

0:12:05 > 0:12:08- Have a little conference.- Second.

0:12:08 > 0:12:12- Second, yeah.- It worked well last time, it'll work this time.

0:12:12 > 0:12:16- What's your answer?- Second.- Second it is. Girls, you're up first.

0:12:20 > 0:12:23The symbol ring will play an important role

0:12:23 > 0:12:26in the adventurer's journey on the island.

0:12:26 > 0:12:30And the Fortune Hunter is using the symbols to communicate

0:12:30 > 0:12:33a message about the island challenge.

0:12:33 > 0:12:36A square within a square.

0:12:36 > 0:12:37Teams within teams.

0:12:39 > 0:12:43A rain cloud, wet conditions.

0:12:45 > 0:12:49A lone branch - a single adventurer will have to walk alone.

0:12:49 > 0:12:53But this is not the only way the Fortune Hunter can communicate

0:12:53 > 0:12:58with the adventurers. He is about to make contact with them directly.

0:13:00 > 0:13:05Team captains Jeremy and Jordan have discovered a rusty casket,

0:13:05 > 0:13:08in the fast flowing waters of the creek by River Camp.

0:13:17 > 0:13:20Look at it, this thing is old.

0:13:20 > 0:13:24Yes, Jeremy, it's one of the Fortune Hunter's relics.

0:13:24 > 0:13:28It's a typewriter, with a message mysteriously attached.

0:13:28 > 0:13:31"Adventurers, I want you to battle against the island and succeed

0:13:31 > 0:13:34"where I failed when the island took treasures from me."

0:13:34 > 0:13:38"Girls, you must do better. On my second day the island challenged me

0:13:38 > 0:13:42"to a frightening game of Venom Cascades.

0:13:42 > 0:13:45"You must have a head for heights, a good aim

0:13:45 > 0:13:47"and remember, team work is a key."

0:13:49 > 0:13:54- What do you think that means, then? - I think that's our next challenge.

0:13:54 > 0:13:56Let's go, take it to the others.

0:13:57 > 0:14:02- Guys, look, we found a message. - It's from the Fortune Hunter.

0:14:02 > 0:14:08Who is the Fortune Hunter, though? It says "Girls, you must do better."

0:14:08 > 0:14:10He must still be alive then, watching us.

0:14:10 > 0:14:13I'm not really sure about the Fortune Hunter.

0:14:13 > 0:14:17I think he or she is on our side,

0:14:17 > 0:14:22but um...I'm a bit curious about where this person is

0:14:22 > 0:14:27and what role they're playing in our challenges and if it's

0:14:27 > 0:14:30actually the island pretending to be the Fortune Hunter or something.

0:14:30 > 0:14:36What if it's the island making us feel like it's somebody else?

0:14:36 > 0:14:37Maybe it's messing with us.

0:14:37 > 0:14:39He knows what's going on to say "girls".

0:14:39 > 0:14:42Or maybe the island knows what's going on.

0:14:42 > 0:14:46The adventurers have had some help from the Fortune Hunter,

0:14:46 > 0:14:49but now the girls will have to face the island alone.

0:14:54 > 0:14:58The island's second treasure is the cactus.

0:14:58 > 0:15:02The cactus represents survival in extreme conditions,

0:15:02 > 0:15:07something our teams need to learn on this extremely guarded island.

0:15:09 > 0:15:12The boys have won one island treasure already,

0:15:12 > 0:15:16but the girls have none.

0:15:16 > 0:15:20They must win today if they are to stop the boys forging ahead.

0:15:23 > 0:15:25First up, it's the girls.

0:15:25 > 0:15:27That's Eleanor,

0:15:27 > 0:15:29Lizzie,

0:15:29 > 0:15:31Natty,

0:15:31 > 0:15:32Khadie,

0:15:32 > 0:15:35and today's captain, Jeremy.

0:15:38 > 0:15:41This is Under Fire.

0:15:41 > 0:15:44Tumbling off the edge of a lake are the Venom Cascades

0:15:44 > 0:15:48and one member of each team will be suspended

0:15:48 > 0:15:52above this terrifyingly high wall of water, armed with a net.

0:15:53 > 0:15:56They will have to use this to catch balls launched at them

0:15:56 > 0:15:59from a cannon by two of their teammates way below.

0:16:01 > 0:16:05If a ball is caught, the remaining two members of the team

0:16:05 > 0:16:09have to haul the suspended teammate to the side of the cascades

0:16:09 > 0:16:13so they can try to throw the ball into the collection tub.

0:16:14 > 0:16:17Each team has ten minutes to do this and whichever team

0:16:17 > 0:16:22has the most balls in the tub at the end of their turn, wins.

0:16:22 > 0:16:27The teams are playing for the second island treasure, the cactus,

0:16:27 > 0:16:30and, as the boys won the first, the silver eagle, this could

0:16:30 > 0:16:35either give them a psychological lead or it could level the score.

0:16:35 > 0:16:38There's everything to play for as the teams go Under Fire.

0:16:43 > 0:16:46The boys have chosen to take this challenge on second, which means

0:16:46 > 0:16:48they can watch the girls

0:16:48 > 0:16:51and learn from their triumphs and their mishaps.

0:16:51 > 0:16:53It could be a real advantage.

0:16:53 > 0:16:57- Girls, are you ready?- Ready!

0:16:57 > 0:16:59Now, the girls are in position,

0:16:59 > 0:17:02captain Jeremy over the cascades, Khadie and Lizzie on the ropes

0:17:02 > 0:17:06and Natty and Eleanor at the cannon, ready to load balls

0:17:06 > 0:17:10one at a time, prod them into place, and fire them up at their net.

0:17:11 > 0:17:15In three, two, one, go!

0:17:17 > 0:17:19And they're away.

0:17:19 > 0:17:21Khadie and Lizzie pull Jeremy into place

0:17:21 > 0:17:25and here go Eleanor and Natty with their first shot.

0:17:25 > 0:17:28- Ooh!- The first shot has gone way too high.

0:17:28 > 0:17:31They are going to have to do better than that.

0:17:31 > 0:17:35It's not shooting that way, it's shooting higher than the cannon.

0:17:35 > 0:17:38They need to direct it lower than it actually is.

0:17:38 > 0:17:42It sounds like the boys are already developing their... Ooh!

0:17:42 > 0:17:45She's got one already! That's great news for the girls.

0:17:45 > 0:17:49Only their second shot and that is the girls' first catch.

0:17:49 > 0:17:52Jeremy does really well to net this one, but this is only

0:17:52 > 0:17:53half of her task.

0:17:55 > 0:17:58Now Lizzie and Khadie have to winch her over

0:17:58 > 0:18:02to put the ball in the bucket. Only balls in the buckets count.

0:18:02 > 0:18:04Put your hand in as you go across.

0:18:04 > 0:18:07You can let go straight away when you get there.

0:18:07 > 0:18:11The boys are really thinking this challenge through

0:18:11 > 0:18:14and they might be right. Is Jeremy wasting too much time?

0:18:16 > 0:18:19- There we go, she has got one, well done for the girls.- Quick!

0:18:19 > 0:18:21A bit more, come on.

0:18:21 > 0:18:25You have to go fast in and out, that is what is taking the most time.

0:18:25 > 0:18:27That's fine. No, stop, that's fine.

0:18:27 > 0:18:30The girls are communicating well, this is quite impressive.

0:18:30 > 0:18:33What's also impressive is how well Jeremy is coping

0:18:33 > 0:18:36with being suspended over the cascades.

0:18:36 > 0:18:39The thing about water that I am so nervous about is that

0:18:39 > 0:18:43when I look into water, all I see is something blue

0:18:43 > 0:18:46and when I stare down I feel I'm going to fall into it.

0:18:46 > 0:18:49She is afraid of water,

0:18:49 > 0:18:53but here she is above the rapids at a massive height and unraffled.

0:18:53 > 0:18:55Now, can she ramp up her catching?

0:18:56 > 0:19:00That was quite a good shot, but Jeremy is quick enough with the net.

0:19:00 > 0:19:04Oh, if that had been half a metre lower she might have just had it.

0:19:06 > 0:19:09But have the boys picked up any more tips?

0:19:09 > 0:19:14When you hear that tick, get ready, because you know it's coming.

0:19:14 > 0:19:17- As long as we get more than them. - Look, it goes "tick".

0:19:17 > 0:19:21Get your net lower. No, net lower!

0:19:21 > 0:19:25The girls need to make sure their aim is good.

0:19:25 > 0:19:27Ooh, and that was so close.

0:19:27 > 0:19:29This is so frustrating for Khadie and Lizzie

0:19:29 > 0:19:34because until their team mates get a catch, there is nothing

0:19:34 > 0:19:35they can do to help their team.

0:19:35 > 0:19:38All they can do is watch and cheer them on.

0:19:40 > 0:19:43Lower! Lower!

0:19:44 > 0:19:48Sound advice from Jeremy, but will they listen?

0:19:48 > 0:19:52- Lower it!- Lower the cannon, it's not going to reach!

0:19:52 > 0:19:55Lizzie and Khadie are fuming, they're saying to lower the cannon,

0:19:55 > 0:19:58but the girls aren't listening.

0:19:58 > 0:20:02They need to start listening fast because the clock is ticking.

0:20:02 > 0:20:05- Well, that was closer. - I have a really good idea.

0:20:05 > 0:20:09- We should always shoot low so we can keep the net down.- Yeah.

0:20:09 > 0:20:12- Catch!- Oh, unbelievably close!

0:20:12 > 0:20:16Perhaps the girls have got their game plan together at last.

0:20:22 > 0:20:27- Oh, that was so close.- They were unlucky not to get that one.

0:20:27 > 0:20:30It hit the handle of Jeremy's net, maybe they can...

0:20:30 > 0:20:31Oh, no, off the net again.

0:20:31 > 0:20:33Unbelievable!

0:20:33 > 0:20:36The chances of this happening are so slim,

0:20:36 > 0:20:38not once but twice in a row!

0:20:38 > 0:20:42Eleanor and Natty fire the balls so that it bounces off Jeremy's net.

0:20:42 > 0:20:44If they can keep this up

0:20:44 > 0:20:48surely it's just a matter of time before she catches a second ball.

0:20:50 > 0:20:55- Oh, yes!- Oh, they've got a second tennis ball. Great news.

0:20:55 > 0:20:59Eleanor and Natty manage to repeat their aim once again

0:20:59 > 0:21:03and Jeremy dips the net at just the right moment to make the catch.

0:21:03 > 0:21:07Brilliant, and it's just what the girls needed because they have

0:21:07 > 0:21:11used up nearly half their time and have only got one ball in the tub.

0:21:13 > 0:21:14Can they get this one in?

0:21:14 > 0:21:19Do what she is doing, she gets her hand in before she gets there.

0:21:21 > 0:21:24They're giving it their all to haul her in.

0:21:24 > 0:21:28Jeremy, well done, you're doing brilliant! Yes!

0:21:28 > 0:21:32Oh, no, this is a disaster!

0:21:32 > 0:21:35Jeremy tosses it into the tub with too much force

0:21:35 > 0:21:38and it bounces straight back out again.

0:21:40 > 0:21:43So that one doesn't count and the girls are still on one.

0:21:43 > 0:21:45They need to get a move on,

0:21:45 > 0:21:49but they can't panic or else they'll lose the aim they've just got set.

0:21:49 > 0:21:51- Lower!- OK, coming.

0:21:55 > 0:21:57Yes...oh, stay there.

0:21:57 > 0:22:00That was close, they're getting closer now.

0:22:00 > 0:22:02Oh, they've got another one!

0:22:02 > 0:22:04Eleanor and Natty's aim was dead on here.

0:22:04 > 0:22:09Jeremy just needed to hold her net in place and the ball shot in.

0:22:10 > 0:22:13- Lightly, or it will bounce out. - Lizzie's right.

0:22:13 > 0:22:16They can't afford for this one to bounce out as well.

0:22:16 > 0:22:18Oh, no! The ball's bounced out again.

0:22:18 > 0:22:24This is a shocker! Jeremy hasn't learnt from her last mistake

0:22:24 > 0:22:26and drops the ball too firmly again.

0:22:26 > 0:22:29So it bounces back out, meaning all the girls' efforts here

0:22:29 > 0:22:33have been for nothing and you can see how she feels about that.

0:22:33 > 0:22:38- Quickly. Stop! Ready.- I can't believe she dropped it again.

0:22:38 > 0:22:40Khadie sounds disheartened,

0:22:40 > 0:22:43but the girls need to keep pulling together as a team

0:22:43 > 0:22:47and to keep totally focused if they want to avoid an absolute collapse.

0:22:48 > 0:22:52They've got another one, they're doing really well now,

0:22:52 > 0:22:53getting into the flow of it.

0:22:53 > 0:22:56Please, Jeremy, don't let the ball bounce out.

0:22:56 > 0:22:59Well, at least she makes this catch look easy.

0:22:59 > 0:23:02A gentle stretch from the net and the ball goes in,

0:23:02 > 0:23:04but as she heads towards the collection tub,

0:23:04 > 0:23:07she must be feeling enormous pressure.

0:23:07 > 0:23:10She's the girl's captain today, and it would be awful for her

0:23:10 > 0:23:12to know her mistakes had set them back.

0:23:14 > 0:23:17She looks totally focused. Is she going to get this one in?

0:23:17 > 0:23:19Don't let it drop.

0:23:20 > 0:23:23And she's done it, that is two balls. Brilliant.

0:23:23 > 0:23:27But with 3.5 minutes left, the girls have got to get a wriggle on.

0:23:27 > 0:23:30- Keep on going!- Ready!

0:23:30 > 0:23:32Oh, just a little bit over.

0:23:34 > 0:23:38So, that was close, but they need to be bang on

0:23:38 > 0:23:41if they want to set a score the boys will find hard to beat.

0:23:41 > 0:23:44They've got another ball in, they're doing really well.

0:23:44 > 0:23:46This one looked so simple.

0:23:46 > 0:23:51Eleanor and Natty shot the ball straight into Jeremy's net.

0:23:51 > 0:23:55She avoided the last one bouncing out of the tub. Can she do it again?

0:23:55 > 0:23:59It's about Khadie and Lizzie pulling her across as quickly as they can.

0:23:59 > 0:24:01Here she goes, and yes!

0:24:02 > 0:24:06- Down, down, down! - So that's three tennis balls.

0:24:06 > 0:24:07OK, ready, go!

0:24:07 > 0:24:10Jeremy is three metres above the edge of the cascades

0:24:10 > 0:24:15and so, around ten metres higher up than the canyon - how frightening!

0:24:15 > 0:24:17Go lower!

0:24:19 > 0:24:23- Ooh excellent!- They've got another ball in. This could be four.

0:24:23 > 0:24:25Just as Khadie seems to be losing faith,

0:24:25 > 0:24:28Jeremy makes another neat catch.

0:24:28 > 0:24:31It's such exhausting work pulling Jeremy along,

0:24:31 > 0:24:34but the team have got to keep their morale up.

0:24:34 > 0:24:38They need to believe their hard work will pay off.

0:24:38 > 0:24:41- So here she goes for another drop, and yes, it's in!- Come on!

0:24:41 > 0:24:45So it's four tennis balls for the girls, but the pressure

0:24:45 > 0:24:48is still on as we don't know what the boys are going to do.

0:24:48 > 0:24:53I think the main thing is getting the aim right and communication.

0:24:53 > 0:24:56Because everything can change during the game.

0:24:56 > 0:25:00If something goes wrong, you have to communicate to get it back.

0:25:00 > 0:25:04The girls are communicating so clearly, but with only a minute left

0:25:04 > 0:25:08they must hope everything that's going to go wrong here already has.

0:25:10 > 0:25:14The girls desperately want to win the treasure to level things out.

0:25:15 > 0:25:17So, they've got another tennis ball.

0:25:17 > 0:25:19Great reactions from Jeremy here.

0:25:19 > 0:25:23At the start of the challenge this ball would have got past her,

0:25:23 > 0:25:27but now she gives it a tidy drop of the net and that's a catch.

0:25:27 > 0:25:30The only problem them is there is so little time remaining for her

0:25:30 > 0:25:32to try to get it into the tub.

0:25:32 > 0:25:3420 seconds left.

0:25:34 > 0:25:36Khadie and Lizzie look shattered,

0:25:36 > 0:25:40but they're going for it to get Jeremy back fast enough.

0:25:40 > 0:25:44And, yes, it's in! Surely that's got to be their last ball.

0:25:44 > 0:25:45Go on!

0:25:45 > 0:25:50Five, four, three, two, one, and your time is up, girls.

0:25:50 > 0:25:51Whoo!

0:25:54 > 0:25:58That was an exciting end to a thrilling turn for the girls

0:25:58 > 0:26:01which put every member of their team to the test.

0:26:01 > 0:26:03Eleanor and Natty took a while to get their aim in,

0:26:03 > 0:26:05but when they kept focused,

0:26:05 > 0:26:09managed to get shot after shot after shot on target.

0:26:09 > 0:26:12Jeremy put her fear of water to one side and gradually got the hang

0:26:12 > 0:26:14of catching the balls.

0:26:14 > 0:26:17Khadie and Lizzie showed enormous strength and real grit

0:26:17 > 0:26:20to keep hauling Jeremy along to the tub.

0:26:20 > 0:26:24However, it didn't all go the girls' way as not once, but twice,

0:26:24 > 0:26:28Jeremy dropped the balls too heavily into the tub and they bounced out.

0:26:28 > 0:26:32As only the balls in the tub at the end count, that means

0:26:32 > 0:26:36while they could have been on seven, the girls actually ended up on five.

0:26:36 > 0:26:38Will that be enough to beat the boys

0:26:38 > 0:26:41and win the latest island treasure, the cactus?

0:26:41 > 0:26:46We'll find out later. But how do the girls think this challenge went?

0:26:46 > 0:26:50This challenge was pretty important considering we lost the last ones,

0:26:50 > 0:26:55so we want to get on a winning streak, so hopefully we will.

0:26:55 > 0:26:58Show people what we can do. Because girls are better than boys.

0:26:58 > 0:27:03Going into this challenge I felt lots of pressure on me

0:27:03 > 0:27:06because I knew I had to win the challenge for my friends

0:27:06 > 0:27:10and my team mates because the boys are leading.

0:27:10 > 0:27:15But one of the girls thinks there's room for improvement in their team.

0:27:15 > 0:27:18We will have to talk to the team about communication

0:27:18 > 0:27:21because when there's something important that we need to do

0:27:21 > 0:27:24we can't just ignore it because we think our way is better.

0:27:24 > 0:27:25We have to work as a team.

0:27:26 > 0:27:30Next time, it's the boys' turn to battle against the island.

0:27:30 > 0:27:34Jordan, remember, put this in, don't throw it.

0:27:35 > 0:27:38- Yes!- Watched by the fiercely competitive girls.

0:27:38 > 0:27:42The pressure is on them because they know how many they have got to get.

0:27:42 > 0:27:45Only one team can win the island treasure.

0:27:45 > 0:27:48It's a battle of boys versus girls.

0:27:50 > 0:27:53We'll see you next time for more drama from the girls and the boys.

0:27:53 > 0:27:57As both teams try to Escape From Scorpion Island. Bye.
