0:17:02 > 0:17:05She always offered support to her fellow adventurers.

0:17:08 > 0:17:10My advice to them would be communication is the key
0:17:10 > 0:17:12and listening to your team.
0:17:12 > 0:17:15One thing on Scorpion Island troubled her.
0:17:15 > 0:17:18I am a bit freaked out by heights.
0:17:18 > 0:17:22But she cleverly overcame this in Vanishing Point.
0:17:22 > 0:17:25Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate.
0:17:25 > 0:17:29Whenever we said chocolate was when we were scared of the height.
0:17:29 > 0:17:31It took your mind away from it.
0:17:31 > 0:17:36Now she is about to face another height challenge.
0:17:36 > 0:17:39I'm a bit nervous because I am a bit scared of heights
0:17:39 > 0:17:45and with abseiling you can't see where you are going backwards.

0:19:18 > 0:19:22And she is already getting very close to the bottom.
0:19:22 > 0:19:26Just look at the lead she has on Natty who still seems alarmed.
0:19:28 > 0:19:32Lizzie is taking her last few steps over the rocks. She's going steadily
0:19:32 > 0:19:34and has proved much quicker than her opponent.
0:19:34 > 0:19:37Natty is taking her time. She is quite frightened.
0:19:37 > 0:19:41But she really needs to hurry up because Lizzie's at ground level now
0:19:41 > 0:19:45and she is racing over to Claw's position on the beach.

0:20:29 > 0:20:33Natty and Lizzy seem physically well matched but this ended up anything
0:20:33 > 0:20:37but a close race and what split them was Natty's evident fear of heights.
0:20:41 > 0:20:44I was a bit scared and I fell a bit on the rocks
0:20:44 > 0:20:45but once I started to get up
0:20:45 > 0:20:48and going I grew a more confident but I was still scared
0:20:48 > 0:20:50but I managed to do it.
0:20:50 > 0:20:55I wasn't scared, I just raced down as quick as I could
0:20:55 > 0:20:58and Natty had a bit of a fear from heights
0:20:58 > 0:21:00so that was kind of an advantage.
0:21:00 > 0:21:03And it meant that Lizzie hit the ground while Natty was still way up
0:21:03 > 0:21:05on the cliff face.
0:21:05 > 0:21:10There was an alarming moment when she lost her footing
0:21:10 > 0:21:13before she touched down with the silver pit viper
