0:01:54 > 0:01:55It may look like a tropical paradise,

0:02:40 > 0:02:45He took on the island's challenges and succeeded.

0:02:45 > 0:02:48But when he failed in his final escape, the furious island

0:03:52 > 0:03:54Natty and James have won the honour

0:03:54 > 0:03:58but also the unenviable task of picking their new team-mates.

0:03:58 > 0:04:01In the last Island Challenge, adventurers had to aim rocks

0:04:01 > 0:04:03at a bull's eye

0:04:03 > 0:04:07and their best shot dictated the order in which they'll be picked.

0:04:07 > 0:04:11'They must step up two at a time and the captains will take turns

0:04:11 > 0:04:14'to choose an adventurer to join them.'

0:04:53 > 0:04:57I think I am going to have to go with Peter. I'm really sorry.

0:05:20 > 0:05:22WHISPERING: Dilhan.

0:05:22 > 0:05:27- Um, yeah, but Jordan's really good. - But Dilhan's really good as well.

0:05:31 > 0:05:36Dilhan, please join Claw.

0:05:59 > 0:06:01Lizzie, please join Claw.

0:06:04 > 0:06:09Eleanor and Jeremy. Please step forward onto the island.

0:06:09 > 0:06:13James, you must now decide.

0:06:15 > 0:06:19I'm going to pick...

0:06:56 > 0:07:04'Team Claw are James, Zach, Dilhan, Lizzie and Eleanor.

0:07:04 > 0:07:08'But has James let his heart rule his head?

0:07:08 > 0:07:11'He chose Dilhan over Jordan, who holds an Island Treasure.

0:07:11 > 0:07:15'But no-one said picking team-mates was going to be easy.'

0:07:15 > 0:07:17It was really difficult, choosing.

0:07:17 > 0:07:19Because, you know, when they come out,

0:07:19 > 0:07:23they're looking at you with those big eyes, going, "Oh, please pick me."

0:07:23 > 0:07:28And you just have to tell them, "I'm sorry, but I want the other person."

0:07:28 > 0:07:32# There's three boys in the Sting Team!

0:07:32 > 0:07:34# We are 11, 12 and 13! #

0:07:34 > 0:07:37It was really hard, choosing all the people,

0:07:37 > 0:07:40cos Jordan and Dilhan were in the same batch and I wanted them both.

0:07:40 > 0:07:42So I really had to guess one.

0:07:42 > 0:07:44- We are Sting!- Sting!

0:07:44 > 0:07:48And this is the best team Scorpion Island has ever found!

0:07:48 > 0:07:50And, by the way, just so it proves it,

0:07:50 > 0:07:53we've got three Island Treasures, and they've got two.

0:07:53 > 0:07:57I feel really happy that I'm in Sting,

0:07:57 > 0:07:59because they're all really nice people.

0:07:59 > 0:08:02My new team-mates, so far, we've been getting on really well.

0:08:02 > 0:08:04We are Sting!

0:08:04 > 0:08:08'The captains now have to get their chosen adventurers

0:08:08 > 0:08:10'to work together as a successful team.'

0:08:13 > 0:08:16It's a fresh start with two fresh teams

0:08:16 > 0:08:20and the new captains already have to make another choice.

0:08:20 > 0:08:22The choice of camps.

0:08:24 > 0:08:26You've got to choose which camp you want.

0:08:26 > 0:08:27Tree camp.

0:08:27 > 0:08:29River camp all the way.

0:08:29 > 0:08:30OK.

0:08:31 > 0:08:32Shake it!

0:08:32 > 0:08:36That's a show of bad character.

0:08:37 > 0:08:40The captains have gone for familiar territory.

0:08:40 > 0:08:44Natty has chosen the girls' old camp

0:08:44 > 0:08:46while James has chosen the boys' camp.

0:08:46 > 0:08:48Ooh! T-shirts!

0:08:48 > 0:08:50Oh, that's so beautiful.

0:08:50 > 0:08:52They know these camps well,

0:08:52 > 0:08:55and they'll be a good base for talking tactics.

0:08:55 > 0:08:57Oh, man, we're in Sting.

0:08:57 > 0:09:01So now the biggest challenge yet faces the captains.

0:09:01 > 0:09:04Can they get once sworn enemies to become trusted team-mates?

0:09:04 > 0:09:07Right, guys. We are now Team Claw!

0:09:07 > 0:09:08THEY CHEER

0:09:08 > 0:09:12- Who are we?- Sting! - Who are we?- Sting!

0:09:13 > 0:09:17New teams Sting and Claw still have a long road ahead of them.

0:09:17 > 0:09:20Destination - escape.

0:09:26 > 0:09:30The newly-formed Sting and Claw may be beginning to bond

0:09:30 > 0:09:33but they have yet to take on the island,

0:09:33 > 0:09:36throwing twists and challenges in their path at every turn.

0:09:36 > 0:09:40The Fortune Hunter once faced these challenges

0:09:40 > 0:09:44and he knows that only those that can now pull together quickly

0:09:44 > 0:09:46and work as a team can escape

0:09:46 > 0:09:49this treacherous island and free his spirit.

0:09:49 > 0:09:53He has left a system of clues in a symbol ring

0:09:53 > 0:09:56to help them on their way.

0:09:58 > 0:10:01But the island is furious that the Fortune Hunter

0:10:01 > 0:10:05is attempting to help the newly-formed Sting and Claw,

0:10:05 > 0:10:09and has smashed the ring into pieces and now they must attempt to piece

0:10:09 > 0:10:13the shards of the symbol ring back together in the fastest time.

0:10:13 > 0:10:16Three, two, one, go!

0:10:18 > 0:10:21With each day that passes, the island makes the puzzle

0:10:21 > 0:10:24more complicated to solve.

0:10:24 > 0:10:26There are eight pieces of symbol ring

0:10:26 > 0:10:28but only four make the ring complete.

0:10:30 > 0:10:35- We need the inside. - No, it's not this one. Quick.

0:10:35 > 0:10:39Natty's tactics are to work with Khadie, a familiar team-mate,

0:10:39 > 0:10:42who has already proved herself at the puzzle.

0:10:42 > 0:10:44James has gone for different tactics

0:10:44 > 0:10:47and has decided to work with a new team-mate, Lizzie.

0:10:47 > 0:10:50Which choice will win and get to play for

0:10:50 > 0:10:53an advantage from the Fortune Hunter?

0:10:53 > 0:10:54Done!

0:10:54 > 0:10:58Stop the clock, that's it, game over.

0:10:58 > 0:11:02- Girls, that's got to have smashed your last record.- Yeah.

0:11:02 > 0:11:04That was really quick!

0:11:04 > 0:11:06Khadie, you managed to remember some of the symbols.

0:11:06 > 0:11:10Yeah, I remembered a fish and a cloud and the cloud was in a square.

0:11:10 > 0:11:13And I remembered from this diamond to here, so...

0:11:13 > 0:11:16You remember all of these symbols?

0:11:16 > 0:11:19From here, all the way round to...there.

0:11:19 > 0:11:20Now, that's impressive.

0:11:20 > 0:11:24Well, I can now tell you that you, Team Sting, will go through

0:11:24 > 0:11:26to the next round.

0:11:26 > 0:11:28It's time for the Code Cracker.

0:11:28 > 0:11:32Sting may have mastered the puzzle

0:11:32 > 0:11:36but now they must prove themselves in a brand-new, tougher trial.

0:11:36 > 0:11:40As the island makes the adventurers' journey harder, the Fortune Hunter

0:11:40 > 0:11:43must prepare them for the tougher challenges to come.

0:11:47 > 0:11:52The symbol ring has been placed on a code wheel.

0:11:52 > 0:11:56Each symbol relates to a letter of the alphabet.

0:11:56 > 0:12:01Adventurers will be given just one letter that relates to one symbol.

0:12:01 > 0:12:05It is then up to them to use the rest of the wheel to spell out

0:12:05 > 0:12:10a message from the Fortune Hunter that contains a three-digit code.

0:12:10 > 0:12:13Natty and Khadie will have five minutes to work out the message

0:12:13 > 0:12:17and win an advantage in the forthcoming Island Challenge.

0:12:22 > 0:12:26Now this is where things are about to get interesting.

0:12:26 > 0:12:30If you fail to crack the code, you automatically lose

0:12:30 > 0:12:35and Team Claw will be declared the winners. Are you ready?

0:12:35 > 0:12:36Yeah.

0:12:36 > 0:12:41Three, two, one, go!

0:12:41 > 0:12:45There must always be one person at the board describing the symbols.

0:12:45 > 0:12:48The first one is this and it says it equals "W".

0:12:48 > 0:12:49And one at the wheel

0:12:49 > 0:12:53identifying the letter that is paired with each symbol.

0:12:53 > 0:12:55It equals W.

0:12:55 > 0:12:57Team Sting align the code.

0:12:57 > 0:13:02- The first one is lightning. - So, lighting.- What letter is it?

0:13:02 > 0:13:04Lightning, lightning cloud is F.

0:13:04 > 0:13:11- F. Next one, um, is circle.- Circle.

0:13:11 > 0:13:14The circle is I.

0:13:14 > 0:13:16The next one is the fish sign.

0:13:16 > 0:13:20- The fish?- The fish which looks... The fish, yeah.- Oh, yeah, OK.

0:13:20 > 0:13:22This one is R.

0:13:22 > 0:13:27Just one wrong letter could throw Sting completely off course.

0:13:27 > 0:13:31- What?- Is the square S? - The square is S, yes.

0:13:31 > 0:13:34And then the lightning thing. Is that T? T, T!

0:13:34 > 0:13:38- Lightning cloud? Lightning...? - Here. T.

0:13:38 > 0:13:40"First."

0:13:40 > 0:13:43Now the tooth, the horned tooth.

0:13:47 > 0:13:51The what? Oh, the X. Um, the X is N.

0:13:51 > 0:13:54The lightning again. Oh, it's T.

0:13:54 > 0:13:59"Enter..." Wait. What's that? A shark, shark!

0:13:59 > 0:14:01Shark, shark is O.

0:14:01 > 0:14:02- O, you say O?- Yes.

0:14:02 > 0:14:07Khadie is racing ahead by working out that some of the symbols

0:14:07 > 0:14:10appear more than once, and saving time by filling them in.

0:14:10 > 0:14:12Clever tactics.

0:14:12 > 0:14:14Lightning is T... What's a pyramid?

0:15:16 > 0:15:18O, um, S,

0:15:18 > 0:15:23E, um...

0:15:23 > 0:15:25Oh, what's that little shape?

0:15:27 > 0:15:30- The eye, the eye.- Quick, quick.

0:15:30 > 0:15:34With everything seemingly going smoothly, Khadie accidentally

0:15:34 > 0:15:38pulls the wheel out of synch. Will she notice her mistake?

0:15:38 > 0:15:41- V, V.- Sure?- Yeah. - You just spun it, though.

0:15:41 > 0:15:45The code is back in place but has this cost them vital seconds?

0:15:45 > 0:15:49- E, um...- The square, come on.

0:15:49 > 0:15:51Three...square...sevens.

0:15:51 > 0:15:55OK. "First enter one three

0:17:00 > 0:17:02Very happy?

0:17:02 > 0:17:06Team Claw... 10 seconds. You'll have to work harder. Think you can do it?

0:17:06 > 0:17:08- Yeah.- It doesn't matter, to be fair.

0:17:08 > 0:17:12We're not... It's going to be a close thing, no matter what.

0:17:12 > 0:17:14It doesn't matter if they have an advantage,

0:17:14 > 0:17:15- we'll work twice as hard!- Yeah.

0:17:15 > 0:17:20I'm going to help them as much as I can and make sure they give 200%.

0:17:20 > 0:17:23200% from Team Claw, please!

0:17:23 > 0:17:27In that case, Team Sting, congratulations. We wish you luck.

0:17:27 > 0:17:32- Team Claw, we wish you 200% more luck!- OK.- Thanks.

0:17:36 > 0:17:40For the first time, the island will make the new teams' captains

0:17:40 > 0:17:44go head-to-head to try to win the advantage for their team-mates

0:17:44 > 0:17:48when they compete for the latest Island Treasure in round two.

0:17:48 > 0:17:53So Sting's captain, Natty, will be battling Claw's captain, James.

0:17:53 > 0:17:57This is the first time they're representing their new teams,

0:17:57 > 0:18:02but we've seen them giving their all in the boys versus girls challenges.

0:18:02 > 0:18:06Natty was one of the girls' most physical adventurers,

0:18:06 > 0:18:08and one of the sharpest critics of the boys, too.

0:18:08 > 0:18:09Pass it to James!

0:18:09 > 0:18:12He's ordering them around a lot. They're doing their best.

0:18:12 > 0:18:15Has she got what it takes to beat James here?

0:18:16 > 0:18:20He played a crucial role, always cheering the others on...

0:18:20 > 0:18:22Come on, guys!

0:18:22 > 0:18:24..and proving a great team player.

0:18:24 > 0:18:28But how will he cope as a solo competitor?

0:18:30 > 0:18:31Plus, don't forget,

0:18:31 > 0:18:35both Natty and James had the skills to come out on top in the Divider.

0:18:35 > 0:18:37But there can only be one winner here,

0:18:37 > 0:18:41so who will win the advantage for their team in round two?

0:18:41 > 0:18:44They have never before battled one-on-one

0:18:44 > 0:18:47without the support of their team-mates

0:18:47 > 0:18:51and there has never been so much pressure put on the adventurers.

0:18:51 > 0:18:53This is huge.

0:18:57 > 0:19:00And here is what the captains are going to be facing.

0:19:00 > 0:19:04This is Flight Of Fear.

0:19:04 > 0:19:07In the forest clearing are some of the tallest trees on the island.

0:19:07 > 0:19:09Natty and James have to climb up

0:19:09 > 0:19:12fixed ladders attached to one of these trees

0:19:12 > 0:19:16before swinging across to angled cable ladders to collect giant cogs.

0:19:16 > 0:19:19They have to deliver these cogs into collection tubs

0:19:19 > 0:19:21at the base of the tree.

0:19:21 > 0:19:25And the captain who gets all eight of their cogs in a tub first wins.

0:19:25 > 0:19:29If a cog hits the ground it is out of play, and if a captain

0:19:29 > 0:19:33completely loses momentum and can't reach either of the ladders

0:19:33 > 0:19:37they'll be lowered all the way back down, a real waste of time.

0:19:37 > 0:19:40Plus, as team Sting won the Code Cracker,

0:19:40 > 0:19:43Natty has a ten-second head start.

0:19:43 > 0:19:46Will it be enough to ensure victory in the first

0:19:46 > 0:19:49Sting verses Claw Island Challenge?

0:19:49 > 0:19:52Remember, what's at stake is an advantage for the teams

0:19:52 > 0:19:57in the second round when they try to win the latest Island Treasure.

0:19:58 > 0:20:02Guys, welcome to the Flight Of Fear and the forest clearing.

0:20:02 > 0:20:05- Are you ready for today's Island Challenge?- Yeah.

0:20:05 > 0:20:07This is the first time it's been one versus one.

0:20:07 > 0:20:09Are you a little bit nervous?

0:20:09 > 0:20:11- A little bit.- A little bit.

0:20:11 > 0:20:14Maybe a bit... Maybe nervous about the height.

0:20:14 > 0:20:16Just a tiny, tiny, tiny bit, though.

0:20:16 > 0:20:18- But you won't let it get to you?- No way.

0:20:18 > 0:20:21James, how about you? Will you conquer the Flight Of Fear?

0:20:21 > 0:20:23I should. I usually climb trees, not ladders,

0:20:23 > 0:20:25but, yeah, I should be good at it.

0:20:25 > 0:20:27And, James, you could do really well

0:20:27 > 0:20:29but Natty still has a ten-second head start.

0:20:29 > 0:20:31Think you'll be able to make use of that?

0:20:31 > 0:20:34Yeah, I hope I will.

0:20:34 > 0:20:37I'm pretty sure, though, I'll be able to use it to my advantage.

0:20:37 > 0:20:41- And, James, are you confident you'll be able to catch Natty up?- Yeah.

0:20:41 > 0:20:45- We'll see.- OK. Let's have a look at what they're playing for.

0:20:47 > 0:20:50Island Treasures are vital to the adventurers

0:20:50 > 0:20:54and key to the success of Sting and Claw.

0:20:54 > 0:20:56The more Treasures they are awarded,

0:20:56 > 0:20:59the greater the advantage they will gain in the final race

0:20:59 > 0:21:03to release the Fortune Hunter's spirit and escape.

0:21:06 > 0:21:10The island's sixth Treasure is the Butterfly and represents change.

0:21:10 > 0:21:16The adventurers have gone from boys and girls to Sting and Claw,

0:21:16 > 0:21:18and they must embrace this change like the journey

0:21:18 > 0:21:23of the chrysalis to fully-fledged butterfly.

0:21:23 > 0:21:27Sting hold three Island Treasures and Claw have two.

0:21:27 > 0:21:30The pressure is on Claw to win today and equalise,

0:21:30 > 0:21:33otherwise Sting will create a clear lead.

0:21:38 > 0:21:41Natty, you have a ten-second advantage.

0:21:41 > 0:21:43- So we will start with you. Are you ready?- Yeah.

0:21:43 > 0:21:46In three, two, one, go!

0:21:48 > 0:21:51Now, can she make this head start count?

0:21:51 > 0:21:57Five, four, three, two, one, James, off you go!

0:21:57 > 0:21:58Go, James!

0:21:58 > 0:22:00Natty's already across.

0:22:00 > 0:22:03She's got one cog. That ten seconds equalled a cog.

0:22:03 > 0:22:06But she's got to get it into the tub.

0:22:06 > 0:22:09Oh, but James is swinging over and, yes,

0:22:09 > 0:22:14he's got his first cog but Natty is there and she's dropping hers in.

0:22:14 > 0:22:16Yes! That's first score to Sting.

0:22:16 > 0:22:17Come on, Natty!

0:22:17 > 0:22:20But Claw need James to keep the pace up.

0:22:20 > 0:22:23He can't let Natty get too far ahead.

0:22:24 > 0:22:26And the cog's safely in.

0:22:26 > 0:22:28Run up that ladder, go, go, go!

0:22:28 > 0:22:30Well, Eleanor, he needs to

0:22:30 > 0:22:33because Natty is already swinging across to her second cog.

0:22:33 > 0:22:35Come on, Natty, come on!

0:22:35 > 0:22:40James has made good time up the ladder and he's getting across too.

0:22:40 > 0:22:43Go, go, go, go! Yes, come on, James!

0:22:43 > 0:22:45This is so close.

0:22:45 > 0:22:47Down, down, down.

0:22:47 > 0:22:50Who's going to get down first?

0:22:50 > 0:22:53Down, down, down.

0:22:53 > 0:22:59Oh, it's James. But Natty's only just behind him.

0:22:59 > 0:23:02Interesting. James always goes right down to the bottom

0:23:02 > 0:23:05and places it in but he's a lot quicker than Natty is.

0:23:05 > 0:23:09But can he keep this speed up?

0:23:09 > 0:23:11- No.- Oh, no!

0:23:11 > 0:23:13He's got to go back and swing again.

0:23:13 > 0:23:16This could be a great opportunity for Natty. Yes!

0:23:16 > 0:23:20Natty's ahead again. James is struggling with that third cog.

0:23:22 > 0:23:26Ooh, but he's grabbed the ladder. Can he get the cog?

0:23:26 > 0:23:28Yes, he's got it.

0:23:28 > 0:23:30Go, go, go!

0:23:36 > 0:23:40That's Natty's third cog in but James is scampering back down

0:23:40 > 0:23:44just seconds behind her with his third. It's in.

0:23:44 > 0:23:47- Yes!- They both started really strongly, really quickly,

0:23:47 > 0:23:49but will they feel it later on?

0:23:49 > 0:23:51- Swing!- Come on!

0:23:51 > 0:23:54Well, Natty isn't showing any signs of fatigue yet.

0:23:54 > 0:23:57That was a hugely confident leap.

0:23:58 > 0:24:02James going as fast as he can, but Natty is still in the lead.

0:24:02 > 0:24:05James could really do with a quick grab here.

0:24:07 > 0:24:09Oh, no!

0:24:13 > 0:24:18That's Natty's fourth cog in but James... Whoa!

0:24:18 > 0:24:21At last he's got it, but he's slipped massively behind now.

0:24:21 > 0:24:23Argh! Down!

0:24:24 > 0:24:28Natty's looking determined and at around the halfway point

0:24:28 > 0:24:30of this first ever Sting versus Claw one-on-one,

0:24:30 > 0:24:34she's definitely in the lead.

0:24:34 > 0:24:37- But that's James down and his fourth cog in.- Well done!

0:24:37 > 0:24:43He is so fast on the ladders, but here comes Natty.

0:24:43 > 0:24:49No! She has to kick herself back on and James is diving out again.

0:24:49 > 0:24:51Oh, he's swung out too low.

0:24:51 > 0:24:55He's wasted time there, but Natty's losing all momentum.

0:24:55 > 0:24:59Oh, Natty's in no-man's land, this could be disastrous for Natty.

0:24:59 > 0:25:04But James has swung higher and got his fifth cog so quickly.

0:25:04 > 0:25:06Go, go, go!

0:25:06 > 0:25:08This is where James could take the lead.

0:25:08 > 0:25:10It's really neck and neck, exciting stuff.

0:25:13 > 0:25:16Oh, yes, Natty is back on.

0:25:16 > 0:25:20They're at the exact same point now. Who's going to get this cog in next?

0:25:20 > 0:25:23Well, Natty has just crept into the lead.

0:25:23 > 0:25:26But this could go either way.

0:25:26 > 0:25:28Natty's first in there.

0:25:28 > 0:25:32That was her fifth cog but James is close behind getting his fifth one.

0:25:32 > 0:25:36And he's absolutely zooming up the ladder.

0:25:36 > 0:25:40Three cogs left for Natty and James to get each. This is so close.

0:25:40 > 0:25:42And it's getting so high as well.

0:25:42 > 0:25:45It must be almost impossible to keep focused

0:25:45 > 0:25:48when you're way up there among the tree tops.

0:25:48 > 0:25:53James is the first one back onto the ladder but Natty is there.

0:25:53 > 0:25:56James has lost control and so has Natty. It's anyone's game.

0:25:56 > 0:25:59Which of them will build enough momentum to get

0:25:59 > 0:26:01back on the ladder first?

0:26:01 > 0:26:02It's Natty!

0:26:02 > 0:26:05Now James is back too.

0:26:05 > 0:26:07Go, go!

0:26:07 > 0:26:10The new teams desperately want the first Sting versus Claw victory

0:26:10 > 0:26:12but cheering is all they can do.

0:26:12 > 0:26:14The captains are battling on their own.

0:26:17 > 0:26:22That was Natty's sixth cog in, but James is not giving up.

0:26:22 > 0:26:24James has popped his in.

0:26:24 > 0:26:26Two cogs left for each.

0:26:27 > 0:26:31They're going for another swing.

0:26:31 > 0:26:33Claw's captain is first to leap.

0:26:33 > 0:26:36Oh, but James missed! What a disaster!

0:26:38 > 0:26:42Especially because Natty made it.

0:26:42 > 0:26:45She's climbing up for that cog but James is utterly floundering.

0:26:45 > 0:26:48How frustrating for him and his team.

0:26:48 > 0:26:51Weak return swing from Natty. No surprise she didn't make it

0:26:51 > 0:26:55but it's not what Sting were looking for.

0:26:55 > 0:26:59Still James is being lowered to ground level now.

0:26:59 > 0:27:03Once you lose all your swing there is no way you can reach the ladder.

0:27:03 > 0:27:07He had to go right down to climb up again. A proper time waster.

0:27:07 > 0:27:09Can Natty grab the ladder now?

0:27:09 > 0:27:14Nearly, but no! And she can't get back to that side either.

0:27:15 > 0:27:20James must be exhausted but he's managing to keep moving ultra fast.

0:27:20 > 0:27:23- Yes!- James has got it.

0:27:23 > 0:27:27That's his seventh cog and he is racing down with it

0:27:27 > 0:27:32just as Natty has to be lowered. An epic waste of time for Sting.

0:27:32 > 0:27:37But at last she has got her seventh cog in,

0:27:37 > 0:27:40nudging her back into the lead, but with James so close behind

0:27:40 > 0:27:45she can't afford to take as long on her final cog.

0:27:45 > 0:27:49Oh, and that's his seventh in and now it's a straight race to see who

0:27:49 > 0:27:51can get the final cog in quicker.

0:27:51 > 0:27:54And James is definitely climbing much faster.

0:27:54 > 0:27:57He's already caught Natty up but she is first to swing.

0:27:57 > 0:27:59Now James.

0:27:59 > 0:28:01Go on, James!

0:28:01 > 0:28:05ALL SHOUT AND SCREAM

0:28:05 > 0:28:08Their teams are absolutely screaming for them to win,

0:28:08 > 0:28:11its Sting against Claw, it's James against Natty.

0:28:11 > 0:28:14She's swinging back.

0:28:14 > 0:28:17No, she can't make it! This could be a disaster for Sting.

0:28:20 > 0:28:23So close, it's agonising for Natty!

0:28:23 > 0:28:26James is coming down. This is for the last cog.

0:28:27 > 0:28:30And it's for the first Sting versus Claw victory.

0:28:30 > 0:28:34Can Natty do anything to pull this back? She's going for the drop.

0:28:34 > 0:28:36No! Her cog's bounced out

0:28:36 > 0:28:40and that means James can toss his in to take this for Claw.

0:28:40 > 0:28:45The winner is James. That was amazing stuff.

0:28:45 > 0:28:48Heartbreak for Natty and Team Sting.

0:28:48 > 0:28:51Jubilation for James and Team Claw

0:28:51 > 0:28:53and it's great to see them be so sporting.

0:28:53 > 0:28:55But Natty must be really disappointed

0:28:55 > 0:28:58her long cog drop didn't pay off.

0:28:58 > 0:29:02I just knew I had to take that risk.

0:29:02 > 0:29:05Cos if it had've, we would've won, but...

0:29:05 > 0:29:08I wouldn't have made it down if I'd tried, anyway,

0:29:08 > 0:29:10so I knew that it was either that or...

0:29:11 > 0:29:14..finish the game with that cog still in my hand,

0:29:14 > 0:29:15not having done anything about it.

0:29:15 > 0:29:20I don't think Natty deserved to get beaten, because she did really well

0:29:20 > 0:29:23but, I mean, she was really unlucky that I beat her on the last one.

0:29:23 > 0:29:27That's the first Challenge we've done so far and we've won.

0:29:30 > 0:29:33Well, James and Natty did seem really evenly matched

0:29:33 > 0:29:35with both pulling off some great swings

0:29:35 > 0:29:39and both struggling at times, too.

0:29:39 > 0:29:41Natty began with the head start but the lead changed

0:29:41 > 0:29:44throughout the challenge, thanks in part to some

0:29:44 > 0:29:48extremely fast ladder climbing from James.

0:29:48 > 0:29:51Natty was just ahead as they raced for their last cogs

0:29:51 > 0:29:55and it was the worst possible moment for her to lose her momentum.

0:29:55 > 0:29:59She tried for a long distance drop but the cog bounced out,

0:29:59 > 0:30:03allowing James to nab the win.

0:30:03 > 0:30:06And so that means team Claw will have the advantage

0:30:06 > 0:30:10when the teams compete for the all-important Island Treasure,

0:30:10 > 0:30:12the Silver Butterfly in round two.

0:30:15 > 0:30:19Guys, my nerves are wrecked. What a game - that was so close!

0:30:19 > 0:30:21You went right down to the bottom to place it in.

0:30:21 > 0:30:24Natty, I saw you and I thought, "Oh, James has won this."

0:30:24 > 0:30:27- You went for the throw, but it bounced out!- Yeah.

0:30:27 > 0:30:30So the winners of that round were Team Claw.

0:30:30 > 0:30:31Yes!

0:30:31 > 0:30:35Well done, Team Claw, that means you guys are going to go first

0:30:35 > 0:30:39in round two and you have an advantage, you have a spare cog.

0:30:39 > 0:30:42So that means, when you're throwing them down,

0:30:42 > 0:30:44if one bounces out, you'll have another.

0:30:44 > 0:30:48But first, I need you to pick your two team-mates

0:30:48 > 0:30:50to play this Challenge.

0:30:50 > 0:30:52Claw, we going to start with you, James.

0:30:52 > 0:30:56The captains now have to decide who will play in the next round.

0:30:56 > 0:30:59In Claw, James is struggling with his choice

0:30:59 > 0:31:02and his team-mates aren't making it any easier.

0:31:02 > 0:31:06You have to pick not just your friends and who hasn't done it.

0:31:06 > 0:31:10You said that last time and I picked you and you always say that.

0:31:10 > 0:31:15OK, I think you should pick someone who hasn't done this challenge.

0:31:15 > 0:31:17What will he do?

0:31:17 > 0:31:20I want Lizzie because she is tall and that is a good advantage

0:31:20 > 0:31:23when doing all of those things.

0:31:23 > 0:31:24But...

0:31:25 > 0:31:30I think I'm going to go with...Zach.

0:31:30 > 0:31:33That's interesting. I am surprised you picked a girl and a boy.

0:31:33 > 0:31:36I thought you might stick with what you knew and two boys.

0:31:36 > 0:31:38You're kind of mixing it up, that's good.

0:31:38 > 0:31:41I'm going to come to Team Sting next. Natty.

0:31:41 > 0:31:44I want you to pick two team-mates for the next round.

0:31:44 > 0:31:48Well, this is quite difficult because I know everyone wants to go up.

0:31:48 > 0:31:53Khadie is really, really strong, so I am going to go with her

0:31:53 > 0:31:56but I don't know who to pick next.

0:31:56 > 0:32:01I just think I'm going to have to go with Peter.

0:32:01 > 0:32:03I'm sorry, Jordan. I knew you wanted to.

0:32:03 > 0:32:08Well, I can't wait for round two, which is going to be coming up soon.

0:32:08 > 0:32:09Still to come,

0:32:09 > 0:32:14James has creeping doubts about the decision he's just made.

0:32:14 > 0:32:18I think I might have accidentally made the wrong choices.

0:32:18 > 0:32:21There's no let-up as Sting and Claw go head-to-head

0:32:21 > 0:32:24in the second fearsome round of Flight Of Fear.

0:32:24 > 0:32:26- No, higher!- I can't!

0:32:26 > 0:32:31Claw are desperate to win and take the butterfly Island Treasure.

0:32:31 > 0:32:34But Sting will be no pushover.

0:32:37 > 0:32:39It's all coming up.

0:32:46 > 0:32:50So, jubilant Claw are back at camp, having won the advantage,

0:32:50 > 0:32:53and captain James should be in high spirits.

0:32:53 > 0:32:55THEY CHEER

0:32:58 > 0:33:01However, he is having nagging doubts about his choices

0:33:01 > 0:33:06for the impending second round of the Island Challenge.

0:33:06 > 0:33:09When we were choosing people it was a bit pressurized

0:33:09 > 0:33:12because I was trying to pick good people,

0:33:12 > 0:33:15but people who wanted to do it as well. Trying to mix it up together.

0:33:15 > 0:33:18I want Lizzie cos she's tall

0:33:18 > 0:33:20and that's an advantage when your doing those things.

0:33:21 > 0:33:26'But then there was Zach, who I thought would be very good at it'

0:33:26 > 0:33:28and who wanted to do it as well,

0:33:28 > 0:33:30'but then Dilhan wanted to do it as well.

0:33:30 > 0:33:34'So, I wasn't sure if I wanted to pick Zach or Dilhan.'

0:33:34 > 0:33:38Zach put the pressure on James

0:33:38 > 0:33:41'so, then James ended up choosing Zach'

0:33:41 > 0:33:46even though he wasn't really into choosing him.

0:33:46 > 0:33:48'He would have preferred Dilhan, I believe.'

0:33:48 > 0:33:51I think I am going to go with...

0:33:51 > 0:33:53Zach.

0:33:53 > 0:33:55I didn't force James at all to pick me.

0:33:55 > 0:34:00I told him, "I am up for it and I think I would be good for it."

0:34:00 > 0:34:03I don't mind that today I wasn't chosen

0:34:03 > 0:34:06as the person to be selected to do the challenge

0:34:06 > 0:34:11and maybe next time the team captain will go with their instinct

0:34:11 > 0:34:14and pick whoever they think will do their best.

0:34:14 > 0:34:16I think I'm going to go...

0:34:16 > 0:34:19'But now thinking back to it I might have gone for Dilhan.'

0:34:19 > 0:34:23I think I might have accidentally made the wrong choices.

0:34:23 > 0:34:26Only time will tell who will get the Island Treasure,

0:34:26 > 0:34:30as Sting and Claw take on the second round of the Island Challenge.

0:34:34 > 0:34:37In round two, the island is, for the first time,

0:34:37 > 0:34:40setting Sting and Claw against each other as teams

0:34:40 > 0:34:43to try to win the latest all-important Island Treasure.

0:34:43 > 0:34:47Because the adventurers took the treasures they'd won

0:34:47 > 0:34:50in the boy's verses girl's challenges into the new teams.

0:34:50 > 0:34:54As it stands, Sting has three treasures while Claw have just two.

0:34:54 > 0:34:56It's amazingly close

0:34:56 > 0:35:00and so both teams will be doing everything they can to win here

0:35:00 > 0:35:02and add the Silver Butterfly to their trove,

0:35:02 > 0:35:06which means there's immense pressure on Khadie and Peter for Sting,

0:35:06 > 0:35:12as they take on Lizzie and Zach for Claw in round two of Flight Of Fear.

0:35:13 > 0:35:15Amongst the tallest trees on the island,

0:35:15 > 0:35:19one team member will have to climb an angled cable ladder

0:35:19 > 0:35:21collecting giant cogs one at a time,

0:35:21 > 0:35:25before passing to their team-mate who's climbing a matching ladder

0:35:25 > 0:35:28on the other side of the forest clearing.

0:35:28 > 0:35:32To make these passes the adventurers have to swing towards each other,

0:35:32 > 0:35:36so this is going to be an immense test of coordination

0:35:36 > 0:35:37and communication.

0:35:37 > 0:35:40As well as a huge physical challenge.

0:35:40 > 0:35:44Once the cog's been passed, the second team member has to deliver it

0:35:44 > 0:35:47into the collection tub at the base of the angled ladder.

0:35:47 > 0:35:49If a cog hits the ground it's out of play

0:35:49 > 0:35:52and if an adventurer completely loses momentum

0:35:52 > 0:35:56and can't reach either ladder, they'll be lowered right down.

0:35:56 > 0:35:57A real waste of time.

0:35:57 > 0:36:02Both teams have eight minutes to deliver as many cogs as possible

0:36:02 > 0:36:06and whoever has the most cogs when the time runs out wins.

0:36:06 > 0:36:08Sting starts with nine cogs on their ladder,

0:36:08 > 0:36:11but because the cogs that James won round one, Claw have ten.

0:36:11 > 0:36:14Meaning they have the potential to score more.

0:36:14 > 0:36:19Will this be decisive, or can Sting power their way to glory here?

0:36:19 > 0:36:23With the latest Island Treasure, the Silver Butterfly, up for grabs

0:36:23 > 0:36:27you just know that both teams are going to give it 100%.

0:36:31 > 0:36:35Sting and claw welcome to round two of Flight Of Fear.

0:36:35 > 0:36:39The captains played in round one and it was full of drama, weren't it?

0:36:39 > 0:36:41Are you ready for round two?

0:36:41 > 0:36:42ALL: Yeah.

0:36:42 > 0:36:44- Are you a bit scared? - BOTH:- No.

0:36:44 > 0:36:47- What's makes you so confident? - I'm just not scared of heights.

0:36:47 > 0:36:49- No-one's scared of heights?- No.

0:36:49 > 0:36:51Team Claw, you're going first

0:36:51 > 0:36:53and you have the advantage in this round.

0:36:53 > 0:36:56Team Sting had it last round and they didn't capitalise on that.

0:36:56 > 0:36:59You think you'll capitalise on having an extra cog?

0:36:59 > 0:37:02We'll get all of them in, hopefully. So...

0:37:02 > 0:37:06- You don't reckon you need it? - No. Let's hope we don't need it,

0:37:06 > 0:37:09but I'm sure Lizzie will keep a steady aim and... Yeah.

0:37:09 > 0:37:12Well, let battle commence for round two.

0:37:16 > 0:37:21First up, Team Claw and they're in position for the game.

0:37:21 > 0:37:25Zach's ready to climb up and collect the cogs and pass over to Lizzie,

0:37:25 > 0:37:29- who'll and drop them into the tub. - Zach and Lizzie of Team Claw.

0:37:29 > 0:37:32- Are you ready?- Ready.

0:37:32 > 0:37:35Three, two, one, go!

0:37:35 > 0:37:37And they're off!

0:37:38 > 0:37:41The boys and girls haven't worked together in a challenge.

0:37:41 > 0:37:44It's the first time we can see if they work together well.

0:37:44 > 0:37:47We're going to see it in a challenge which is the ultimate test

0:37:47 > 0:37:49of team work and communication.

0:37:49 > 0:37:52- Keep going, Lizzie. - Go to the top one first.

0:37:52 > 0:37:56Hmm, interesting technique, they're going for the top cog first.

0:37:56 > 0:37:59And this could be a clever tactic.

0:37:59 > 0:38:03Heading up to where the distance between the ladders is shortest.

0:38:03 > 0:38:06Guys you have to talk to each other. Communicate!

0:38:06 > 0:38:08Go on, Lizzie!

0:38:08 > 0:38:10Come on, Zach?

0:38:10 > 0:38:12Zach's nearly at the top of the ladder.

0:38:12 > 0:38:14More than ten metres off the ground.

0:38:14 > 0:38:15Amazing!

0:38:16 > 0:38:19- Ready?- Here we go, it's the top cog. The first cog.

0:38:19 > 0:38:22- And he's got it.- Ready?

0:38:22 > 0:38:26- One, two, three!- So, they're going for their first swing.

0:38:27 > 0:38:29Oh, they missed. They have to try again.

0:38:29 > 0:38:33They need to be a whole lot closer than that.

0:38:33 > 0:38:34Oh!

0:38:34 > 0:38:35Lizzie, you need to go up.

0:38:35 > 0:38:39- Zach, go down! - Zach, go down, or Lizzie go up.

0:38:39 > 0:38:41Three, two, one, go!

0:38:43 > 0:38:46Just throw it instead. Just throw it, I'll catch it!

0:38:46 > 0:38:47- Sure?- Yeah.

0:38:49 > 0:38:52Can this possibly work? He's going for it!

0:38:52 > 0:38:53Oh, no.

0:38:53 > 0:38:54That's one cog down,

0:38:54 > 0:38:57but remember, Team Claw do have a spare cog.

0:38:57 > 0:39:00So they've still got the full nine cogs that they can try and get.

0:39:00 > 0:39:03Don't do that again that was a spare!

0:39:03 > 0:39:06But will Zach listen to Eleanor here?

0:39:09 > 0:39:10ALL: Yeah!

0:39:10 > 0:39:13That's great, they've got the first cog.

0:39:13 > 0:39:16Great work there by Zach and Lizzie. Great team work.

0:39:16 > 0:39:21At last! They managed to transfer a cog and they do so in style,

0:39:21 > 0:39:24with a terrific mid-swing throw from Zach.

0:39:24 > 0:39:27Followed by a brilliant catch from Lizzie,

0:39:27 > 0:39:29just as she turns back to the ladder.

0:39:31 > 0:39:37It's great stuff, but now she needs to get it into the tub ASAP.

0:39:37 > 0:39:39Could this be the first cog?

0:39:39 > 0:39:43And it's a success. One cog is in the basket.

0:39:43 > 0:39:46But it's taken them more than three minutes.

0:39:46 > 0:39:49They really need to speed up and that's going to be hard work

0:39:49 > 0:39:52if they stick to going for the highest cogs.

0:39:52 > 0:39:55Lizzie has got to climb so far back up the ladder.

0:39:55 > 0:39:57Bit higher!

0:39:59 > 0:40:01Don't throw it, OK?

0:40:01 > 0:40:03- Just throw it.- No, don't throw it!

0:40:03 > 0:40:06Swing. Three, two, one.

0:40:06 > 0:40:08Well, they're going for another swing.

0:40:08 > 0:40:11Oh, no throw and Zach just didn't get enough momentum.

0:40:11 > 0:40:14It's really tough because it's about coordination,

0:40:14 > 0:40:16as they've both got to leave at the same time.

0:40:16 > 0:40:18Well, they are going again.

0:40:18 > 0:40:21Oh, no! Zach didn't let go.

0:40:21 > 0:40:24Communicate with each other! Go up and then swing out.

0:40:24 > 0:40:26You have to throw it.

0:40:26 > 0:40:29Three, two, one.

0:40:29 > 0:40:32Oh, no, that's another cog that's been wasted by Team Claw.

0:40:32 > 0:40:35This is bad news for Claw.

0:40:35 > 0:40:39Zach threw the cog well, but it slipped between Lizzie's fingers

0:40:39 > 0:40:41and plummeted down to the ground.

0:40:41 > 0:40:43The rest of their team had been frantically shouting

0:40:43 > 0:40:45not to go for the throw.

0:40:45 > 0:40:47Did Lizzie and Zach ignore them,

0:40:47 > 0:40:51or was their advice lost in a wall of noise?

0:40:54 > 0:40:57Either way, it means they have less than half their time left

0:40:57 > 0:41:00and they've still only got one cog in the tub.

0:41:00 > 0:41:05Zach, you need to push harder off the ladder.

0:41:08 > 0:41:10Zach, are you listening?

0:41:10 > 0:41:12He's not going to listen.

0:41:12 > 0:41:14He's not listening to what we're saying.

0:41:14 > 0:41:18This is tough and I think Team Claw are starting to panic a little bit.

0:41:18 > 0:41:20Go!

0:41:20 > 0:41:24You have to throw it! Doesn't matter, just throw it!

0:41:24 > 0:41:26Zach! You need to push harder.

0:41:26 > 0:41:29OK, mate.

0:41:29 > 0:41:32Three, two, one...

0:41:32 > 0:41:35Well, they're going for another pass

0:41:35 > 0:41:37and yes, she's got it.

0:41:37 > 0:41:40Lizzie, a great catch there and a good throw by Zach.

0:41:40 > 0:41:41She's got to get down.

0:41:41 > 0:41:44It doesn't count until it's in the basket.

0:41:44 > 0:41:46And it's such a long climb down to it, too.

0:41:46 > 0:41:49Claw are working SO hard here.

0:41:52 > 0:41:54Lizzie's nearly at the bottom,

0:41:54 > 0:41:56but she can't afford to take any risks here.

0:41:58 > 0:42:01Yes, it's in. That's Claw's second cog in the tub,

0:42:01 > 0:42:05but they've only got just over a minute and a half left.

0:42:05 > 0:42:09Zach and Lizzie are both hauling themselves up their ladders.

0:42:09 > 0:42:13This must be utterly exhausting.

0:42:13 > 0:42:16- Lizzie, keep going up. - I can't my fingers hurt!

0:42:16 > 0:42:18Oh, no!

0:42:18 > 0:42:21Lizzie's fingers are hurting, she's really struggling.

0:42:21 > 0:42:25She has to do so much climbing to keep going so far up.

0:42:25 > 0:42:27Lizzie, you have to go higher,

0:42:27 > 0:42:30- otherwise you're not going to be close enough.- I can't!

0:42:30 > 0:42:33A really tough challenge, this.

0:42:33 > 0:42:35Round two is proving to be difficult.

0:42:35 > 0:42:38But if claw want to win the latest Island Treasure

0:42:38 > 0:42:42they have absolutely got to drive themselves on here.

0:42:42 > 0:42:46Three...two...one.

0:42:46 > 0:42:48Another swing!

0:42:49 > 0:42:50ALL: No!

0:42:50 > 0:42:52Oh, no! They have dropped another cog.

0:42:52 > 0:42:56The rest of Team Claw will not be happy about that.

0:42:56 > 0:42:58Lizzie couldn't climb any higher,

0:42:58 > 0:43:01so Zach had to pass the cog down to her.

0:43:01 > 0:43:04If he'd have thrown a moment earlier, it might have worked,

0:43:04 > 0:43:08but as it was, she was already swinging back to the ladder,

0:43:08 > 0:43:12leaving the cog frustratingly uncatchable.

0:43:15 > 0:43:17But with less than 30 seconds left,

0:43:17 > 0:43:20have they got time to get another cog across

0:43:20 > 0:43:22and all the way down in to the tub?

0:43:22 > 0:43:24Two, three!

0:43:24 > 0:43:27Could this be their last swing?

0:43:27 > 0:43:29Ooh, what a catch! Amazing work from Lizzie,

0:43:29 > 0:43:33but there's just seconds left on the clock

0:43:34 > 0:43:38Oh! She looks like she's going for the drop, yes!

0:43:38 > 0:43:40Oh, no!

0:43:43 > 0:43:48Three, two, and one, that's it! That's game over for Team Claw.

0:43:48 > 0:43:53A heartbreaking moment for Claw and they are gutted.

0:43:53 > 0:43:55Really disappointed.

0:43:55 > 0:43:57I think Lizzie did really try her best,

0:43:57 > 0:44:00her catching and throwing skills are really good,

0:44:00 > 0:44:03but I don't know if I could do any better.

0:44:03 > 0:44:06Our communication skills between me and Lizzie were good,

0:44:06 > 0:44:12but our communication between us two, to those three, was appalling.

0:44:12 > 0:44:15Well, you're being a bit tough on yourself there, Zach.

0:44:15 > 0:44:19This was a valiant effort from you and Lizzie.

0:44:19 > 0:44:22They swung bravely and made some impressive swaps,

0:44:22 > 0:44:26though if they had been more in sync they could have made even more.

0:44:26 > 0:44:31Nonetheless, they managed to end up with two cogs in the tub.

0:44:31 > 0:44:35So, that's the target Sting have got to try and beat and they're up next.

0:44:39 > 0:44:41- Team Sting, are you ready?- Ready.

0:44:41 > 0:44:46In three, two, one, go!

0:44:46 > 0:44:49And they're off and they're RACING up there!

0:44:49 > 0:44:54So, let's see if team Sting can work as team better than Claw.

0:44:54 > 0:44:56They're going for a different technique.

0:44:56 > 0:44:59Remember, Team Claw went right to the top...

0:44:59 > 0:45:00Ready?

0:45:00 > 0:45:03..these guys are lower, that could make the difference.

0:45:03 > 0:45:05A big swing, ready?

0:45:05 > 0:45:09Careful, don't let go, don't let go of the cog!

0:45:09 > 0:45:12Three, two, one, swing!

0:45:12 > 0:45:15They're going for the swing. Can they make the pass?

0:45:15 > 0:45:16Oh, no!

0:45:19 > 0:45:22Peter and Khadie seem to be communicating well

0:45:22 > 0:45:26and swing together at just the right time, but Khadie fumbles the catch.

0:45:26 > 0:45:30So, the cog plummets down to the ground. Bad news.

0:45:33 > 0:45:37And remember, these guys have only got nine cogs to play with.

0:45:37 > 0:45:39They haven't got that extra cog.

0:45:39 > 0:45:41- Come on!- Careful!

0:45:41 > 0:45:43Ready?

0:45:43 > 0:45:46There are so many things at work here, they've got to be quick,

0:45:46 > 0:45:50accurate, strong and they've got to have balance.

0:45:50 > 0:45:53Three, two, one...

0:45:53 > 0:45:55Here they go again.

0:45:55 > 0:45:57Keep it, keep it, keep it!

0:45:59 > 0:46:00Good work by Khadie.

0:46:00 > 0:46:03She told Peter to keep the cog. She wasn't sure she'd get it.

0:46:03 > 0:46:05Peter is swinging wildly.

0:46:07 > 0:46:08Peter, one, two...

0:46:08 > 0:46:10But Khadie is taking control.

0:46:10 > 0:46:12Oh, he's late for the swing!

0:46:12 > 0:46:14They are going for it.

0:46:14 > 0:46:18Yes! A great catch from Khadie this time.

0:46:18 > 0:46:20Oh, but Peter's out of control.

0:46:22 > 0:46:25Slowly. Don't throw it and don't touch the floor.

0:46:25 > 0:46:28Well, she is carefully lowering it down into the tub...

0:46:28 > 0:46:30And yes!

0:46:30 > 0:46:32THEY CHEER

0:46:32 > 0:46:33Next one, come on!

0:46:33 > 0:46:35They've got to get back up.

0:46:35 > 0:46:37The higher they go, the more difficult it becomes.

0:46:37 > 0:46:40Team claw are already looking worried.

0:46:40 > 0:46:45Impressively, the heights don't seem to be bothering Khadie or Peter.

0:46:45 > 0:46:48Three, two, one, swing!

0:46:50 > 0:46:54Another swing! Oh!

0:46:54 > 0:46:56They're being very careful and cautious.

0:46:56 > 0:46:58They don't want to waste any cogs.

0:46:58 > 0:47:00They haven't got as many to play with.

0:47:00 > 0:47:01Ready? Three...

0:47:01 > 0:47:03They're going again, straight away.

0:47:03 > 0:47:07- Oh, no!- So close, Peter.

0:47:07 > 0:47:11This is one of those games that is so much harder than it looks.

0:47:11 > 0:47:13- Swing!- Here they go again.

0:47:13 > 0:47:14- Catch it! - THEY CHEER

0:47:14 > 0:47:17And this time, they made it look easy!

0:47:17 > 0:47:20But Khadie's still got to get back onto the ladder

0:47:20 > 0:47:22and deliver the cog into the collection tub,

0:47:22 > 0:47:26while Peter climbs up to get the next cog. Great team work!

0:47:28 > 0:47:30And Khadie is getting into position now,

0:47:30 > 0:47:33the rest of Sting look concerned. Here she goes for the drop.

0:47:33 > 0:47:35Yes, it's in!

0:47:35 > 0:47:37THEY CHEER

0:47:37 > 0:47:40So, with just under half their time left,

0:47:40 > 0:47:42Sting have matched Claw's final score.

0:47:42 > 0:47:46Now, can they do even better? Peter's poised with another cog,

0:47:46 > 0:47:49set to swing when Khadie's climbed back up.

0:47:49 > 0:47:52- Ready, Khadie? - Three, two, one, swing!

0:47:52 > 0:47:55They are going in again, looking good.

0:47:55 > 0:47:56Ooh!

0:47:57 > 0:48:00Keep your focus, come on, guys!

0:48:00 > 0:48:02Oh, no, Peter didn't get a hold of the ladder.

0:48:02 > 0:48:05He's wasting valuable time now.

0:48:05 > 0:48:10Yes, he's back and he's in position to try again.

0:48:10 > 0:48:15She has counted them in for another swing and what a catch!

0:48:15 > 0:48:17Come on, Khadie!

0:48:18 > 0:48:22Oh, no! She's lost all momentum. Nightmare!

0:48:22 > 0:48:25Khadie trying to reach but she is just missing out.

0:48:25 > 0:48:26I can't reach the tree!

0:48:26 > 0:48:30That means she is going to have to be lowered all the way down.

0:48:30 > 0:48:35How frustrating and, of course, that cog goes out of play.

0:48:35 > 0:48:37They need one more and they've beaten Team Claw.

0:48:40 > 0:48:43But they've only got just over a minute and a half left

0:48:43 > 0:48:47and each and every climb back up is more exhausting for Khadie.

0:48:47 > 0:48:50Three, two, one.

0:48:51 > 0:48:54Oh, and they are swinging out again and the throw,

0:48:54 > 0:48:57- Yes!- Khadie has caught it, all she has to do is get down that ladder.

0:48:57 > 0:49:01But at this stage in the game that's much harder than it looks.

0:49:01 > 0:49:04- This is really draining work. - Khadie going down.

0:49:04 > 0:49:06They are working great together,

0:49:06 > 0:49:08Khadie and Peter never worked together before.

0:49:08 > 0:49:12Before they were rivals and now they're team-mates.

0:49:12 > 0:49:16And it seems to be getting results.

0:49:16 > 0:49:17Come on!

0:49:17 > 0:49:19She's carefully going for the drop.

0:49:20 > 0:49:23- Yes!- Come on, Khadie!

0:49:23 > 0:49:25So, that's three cogs in the tub

0:49:25 > 0:49:29and that means Sting are the winners here, but have they realised?

0:49:29 > 0:49:31They're not sure how many cogs Team Claw got,

0:49:31 > 0:49:33so they're want to make sure.

0:49:33 > 0:49:37They're keeping going, but there's so little time left.

0:49:37 > 0:49:3820 seconds left now.

0:49:38 > 0:49:39One, two, three!

0:49:39 > 0:49:42Here they go once again and they look shattered!

0:49:42 > 0:49:44Oh, but that is a great catch!

0:49:44 > 0:49:47They've got another cog. Can they get it in before the time's up?

0:49:47 > 0:49:52It's going to be really tough, Khadie looks so tired.

0:49:52 > 0:49:53THEY CHEER

0:49:53 > 0:49:55Three, two, one...

0:49:55 > 0:49:57She's dropped it and it's gone in!

0:49:57 > 0:50:01What a drop and what a finish from Khadie,

0:50:01 > 0:50:03but how was Flight Of Fear for Team Sting?

0:50:05 > 0:50:08The hardest part was when you had to release the cog.

0:50:08 > 0:50:10I am happy that on the last 20 seconds,

0:50:10 > 0:50:13I listened to my team to just drop it.

0:50:15 > 0:50:17And it's a good thing you did, Khadie,

0:50:17 > 0:50:20because you sealed the deal on an impressive turn from you and Peter,

0:50:20 > 0:50:23which really showed up the contrasts between the teams.

0:50:24 > 0:50:27Where Team Claw went for the highest cogs,

0:50:27 > 0:50:30causing Lizzie to climb up and down, exhausting her,

0:50:30 > 0:50:32which ate into their time,

0:50:32 > 0:50:36Team Sting went for the lower, quicker to deal with, cogs.

0:50:36 > 0:50:37Where Claw became exasperated

0:50:37 > 0:50:41with Zach and Lizzie not communicating well enough...

0:50:41 > 0:50:42Talk to each other!

0:50:42 > 0:50:45..Team Sting must have been delighted to see Khadie and Peter

0:50:45 > 0:50:46working so well together.

0:50:46 > 0:50:50And where Claw dropped three cogs and had one bounce out of their tub,

0:50:50 > 0:50:52Sting only dropped one cog

0:50:52 > 0:50:56and lost another when Khadie had to be lowered down to the ground.

0:50:56 > 0:51:01It all added up to a comfortable 4-2 win for Team Sting

0:51:01 > 0:51:04in this first Sting verses Claw Island Challenge

0:51:04 > 0:51:07and it means they will collect the Island Treasure,

0:51:07 > 0:51:08the Silver Butterfly.

0:51:11 > 0:51:13Well, thrills and spills galore!

0:51:13 > 0:51:15That looked like the toughest challenge yet.

0:51:15 > 0:51:18- Guys, was that pretty difficult? - ALL: Yeah.

0:51:18 > 0:51:20It looked easy, but it really, really wasn't.

0:51:20 > 0:51:25It was, er, and especially, my hands were OK

0:51:25 > 0:51:27cos I didn't have to do as much as Lizzie,

0:51:27 > 0:51:29but Lizzie's hands have got blisters on,

0:51:29 > 0:51:34the amount of up and down she had to do must have really killed.

0:51:34 > 0:51:36Of course, I didn't think about that.

0:51:36 > 0:51:38You didn't have to go down as many times, did you?

0:51:38 > 0:51:41Lizzie, you were up and down so quickly!

0:51:41 > 0:51:42What was difficult for you?

0:51:42 > 0:51:45Just the holding on to it cos the ladder's moving around.

0:51:45 > 0:51:49So, it's all about balance, but who won today's Island Challenge?

0:51:49 > 0:51:51The first challenge between Sting and Claw.

0:51:52 > 0:51:55We're going to find out at tonight's Island Fire.

0:51:55 > 0:51:57- THEY GRUMBLE - Sorry, guys!

0:51:59 > 0:52:01Captain James takes a moment

0:52:01 > 0:52:04to analyse what went wrong for Team Claw.

0:52:04 > 0:52:05Go down!

0:52:05 > 0:52:07Zach, go down or Lizzie, go up.

0:52:07 > 0:52:08No!

0:52:09 > 0:52:12I think it all went wrong by communication

0:52:12 > 0:52:14because before they started counting down to go

0:52:14 > 0:52:17he said, "Lizzie, we're going right to the top,"

0:52:17 > 0:52:19and I was like, "What you are doing?"

0:52:19 > 0:52:23Lizzie, should we go to the top one first?

0:52:23 > 0:52:25'I don't think he did it on purpose.'

0:52:25 > 0:52:27I think he might have misunderstood cos I said,

0:52:27 > 0:52:31"Why don't you go about there-ish and work your way down?",

0:52:31 > 0:52:34and I thought he might think I was pointing to the top.

0:52:34 > 0:52:35Lizzie, go up!

0:52:35 > 0:52:37Zach, go down!

0:52:37 > 0:52:39Zach, just go down or Lizzie, go up.

0:52:39 > 0:52:43I was screaming like anything and it was so loud

0:52:43 > 0:52:47and all of them speaking at once, it was confusing.

0:52:47 > 0:52:49'I had to shout down and then up

0:52:49 > 0:52:52'and then I had to also communicate with Lizzie.'

0:52:52 > 0:52:55Zach, you need to push harder.

0:52:55 > 0:52:57OK, mate.

0:52:57 > 0:53:00'You try to listen, but you're also trying to get the cog as well.

0:53:00 > 0:53:01Lizzie, you have to go higher,

0:53:01 > 0:53:05otherwise you are not going to be close enough.

0:53:05 > 0:53:10What we were trying to do was swing down and then Zach drop it

0:53:10 > 0:53:12and then I catch it below him,

0:53:12 > 0:53:15but then the rest of the team didn't seem to agree.

0:53:15 > 0:53:18'They didn't understand what was happening.'

0:53:18 > 0:53:20Communicate with each other! Go up!

0:53:22 > 0:53:23THEY GROAN

0:53:23 > 0:53:27James isn't very happy and James is a bit upset of his choices

0:53:27 > 0:53:29and I think he is feeling a bit down

0:53:29 > 0:53:32cos he doesn't think he did well as a captain.

0:53:32 > 0:53:34'Which he did, he did do well.'

0:53:36 > 0:53:39I think Zach might feel like he lost the challenge today

0:53:39 > 0:53:41and he really thinks it was him himself that did it,

0:53:41 > 0:53:44but I don't, that's how the cookie crumbles.

0:53:44 > 0:53:47It doesn't always work the way you want it to work.

0:53:52 > 0:53:57James and Zach meet up at the rusty car to discuss the Island Challenge.

0:53:57 > 0:53:59James, you know the end, when, er,

0:53:59 > 0:54:06I, sort of, felt like you and Dilhan were, sort of, really mad at me.

0:54:06 > 0:54:09Were you, or were you just concentrating at the game?

0:54:09 > 0:54:13We were a bit mad at you because you seemed to be doing one thing,

0:54:13 > 0:54:16but then, it looks much easier than it actually is...

0:54:16 > 0:54:18You know, how I was telling you,

0:54:18 > 0:54:20"I'll be perfect for that challenge?"

0:54:20 > 0:54:21Yes, it's much harder.

0:54:21 > 0:54:25Well, it looked perfect for me, but it just wasn't. I'm sorry.

0:54:25 > 0:54:28Yes, I think that's why we were a bit mad,

0:54:28 > 0:54:29but we weren't really mad at you.

0:54:29 > 0:54:33Just a bit, like, I would say a bit argumentative about it

0:54:33 > 0:54:36because we thought we could have done better,

0:54:36 > 0:54:38but it really looks, it looks really easy.

0:54:38 > 0:54:40But that's how the island does it.

0:54:40 > 0:54:44- Shall we just move on from this and set it aside now?- Yeah, OK.

0:54:44 > 0:54:45- Deal?- Friends.

0:54:47 > 0:54:51The dust has settled and the adventurers are about to find out

0:54:51 > 0:54:55who has won today's Challenge at the Island Fire.

0:54:57 > 0:55:02The only place where the island will communicate directly with the teams.

0:55:06 > 0:55:10Team Sting, how was your first day together as a team?

0:55:10 > 0:55:11- Brilliant.- Amazing.

0:55:11 > 0:55:13Jeremy, what was so good about it?

0:55:13 > 0:55:16Cos we all really bonded really quickly

0:55:16 > 0:55:18and it was faster than we expected.

0:55:18 > 0:55:22We've got to a point where we have trust in everyone now.

0:55:22 > 0:55:26So, it looks like Team Sting are bonding. How about Team Claw?

0:55:26 > 0:55:29- It was a tough Island Challenge today, wasn't it?- Yeah.

0:55:29 > 0:55:33We bonded, but a loss, in one way, is a win

0:55:33 > 0:55:38because we win the knowledge of how to work better in a team.

0:55:38 > 0:55:40OK, that's good, positive thinking.

0:55:40 > 0:55:45Today, both teams took part in Flight Of Fear.

0:55:45 > 0:55:47As you know, only one team can be the winner

0:55:47 > 0:55:50and only the island knows who that winner is.

0:55:52 > 0:55:55The team that beat the island in Flight Of Fear is...

0:56:06 > 0:56:07..Sting!

0:56:07 > 0:56:08THEY CHEER

0:56:10 > 0:56:11Well done, Sting.

0:56:11 > 0:56:13- Congratulations, guys. Nice surprise?- Yeah.

0:56:13 > 0:56:17Not only have you won the Challenge, you've also won the Butterfly.

0:56:17 > 0:56:20It represents your change and growth on the island.

0:56:20 > 0:56:23However, only one of you can own the Butterfly.

0:56:23 > 0:56:24That's right

0:56:24 > 0:56:27and that treasure will go to the adventurer

0:56:27 > 0:56:29you think was your most valuable team-mate.

0:56:29 > 0:56:31Every night, at the Island Fire,

0:56:31 > 0:56:36only one adventurer from the winning team can be awarded the treasure,

0:56:36 > 0:56:39but what is the true significance of these treasures?

0:56:39 > 0:56:43The island knows, but will not let on just yet.

0:56:45 > 0:56:46THEY WHISPER

0:56:47 > 0:56:50You don't mind do you, Peter?

0:56:50 > 0:56:52- I already have one.- Oh, yeah.

0:56:52 > 0:56:53Thank you.

0:56:53 > 0:56:57So, guys, you've had a talk, who have you voted for?

0:56:57 > 0:57:00- Khadie.- Khadie. Why have you chosen Khadie?

0:57:00 > 0:57:03She was up and down that ladder so fast today,

0:57:03 > 0:57:07we're all so proud of her and we think she did SUCH a good job.

0:57:07 > 0:57:10Well, Khadie, congratulations, step forward.

0:57:10 > 0:57:14You've been voted the most valuable adventurer.

0:57:14 > 0:57:15APPLAUSE

0:57:23 > 0:57:27Well, so far, Sting are in the lead with four Island Treasures,

0:57:27 > 0:57:29Claw only have two.

0:57:29 > 0:57:32Who would you like to see win the next Island Treasure?

0:57:32 > 0:57:34You can catch all the action online now,

0:57:34 > 0:57:39- we will see you next time on Escape From Scorpion Island.- Bye.- Bye.

0:57:40 > 0:57:45Next time, captain for Claw, Eleanor faces the toughest battle she's had

0:57:45 > 0:57:47to bring a Treasure home for her team.

0:57:47 > 0:57:51I'd really like to wipe the smiles off Sting's faces.

0:57:51 > 0:57:56But captain Jeremy is determined to cement Sting's lead.

0:57:56 > 0:58:00I am going to lead them to victory. Not Claw, obviously.

0:58:00 > 0:58:03The Sting and Claw rivalry is about to reach boiling point.

0:58:03 > 0:58:06I just said we had better team work and communication.

0:58:06 > 0:58:10- How do you know you have better? - Cos we're winning all the Challenges!
