0:02:46 > 0:02:50We use equipment such as the beam, bars, pommel horse and the rings.
0:02:50 > 0:02:54There's trampolining, where you do flips every time you bounce,
0:02:54 > 0:02:59and rhythmic gymnastics, where you do rolls and flips on the mats.
0:02:59 > 0:03:01So, there's lots to get involved with.
0:03:01 > 0:03:04What three things are important in gymnastics?
0:03:04 > 0:03:07Strength, flexibility and your finish.
0:03:07 > 0:03:09What's the first thing we'll do?
0:03:09 > 0:03:11We'll look at rhythmic gymnastics,
0:03:11 > 0:03:15and we'll start with a forward roll. You start by standing
0:03:15 > 0:03:19nice and straight. Crouch down, put your hands on the floor,

0:03:51 > 0:03:54straighten your legs, tuck your head under,
0:03:54 > 0:03:56push over, have a good finish position.
0:03:56 > 0:03:58Push with your legs. Excellent.
0:03:58 > 0:04:02Whilst these guys practise, here's a reminder for you at home.
0:04:02 > 0:04:06For gymnastics, you'll need strength and flexibility.
0:04:06 > 0:04:09These skills are also used in football.
0:04:09 > 0:04:12And don't forget your finish!
0:04:13 > 0:04:15We're going to do cartwheels.
0:04:15 > 0:04:19To start, stand side on to the line in front of you.
0:04:19 > 0:04:22As you step forward, place your hand either side of the line
