0:19:31 > 0:19:36But to pull off a big trick takes up to four weeks to make it perfect.

0:19:41 > 0:19:44It's a fun sport and you can do it anywhere.

0:19:51 > 0:19:53and pick up any pair of skates.
0:19:53 > 0:19:56With ease, you can learn all the basic tricks.

0:20:58 > 0:21:00Then grab your skates with one of your hands.

0:21:22 > 0:21:25This is where you jump half of a full rotation
0:21:25 > 0:21:27and skate off backwards.
0:21:29 > 0:21:33As before, crouch down with your arms in front and your head up.
0:21:37 > 0:21:40From this position, crouch down further

0:21:42 > 0:21:44while turning your head and shoulders
0:21:44 > 0:21:46and twisting your arms and hip.
0:21:53 > 0:21:56Prepare for landing by bending your knees
0:21:56 > 0:21:59and spotting a mark in front of you to keep your balance.

0:22:01 > 0:22:05you have one minute to do as many cool tricks as you can.
