0:02:33 > 0:02:34# Come on! #

0:02:37 > 0:02:41CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:02:42 > 0:02:44Thank you, people. Thank you. Right,

0:02:44 > 0:02:47for this week I want to teach you a move called "isolation".

0:02:47 > 0:02:50Now we've done the basics of popping which is "waving"

0:02:50 > 0:02:53and "popping". Hopefully you've all practised this

0:02:53 > 0:02:54and you'll know it by now.

0:02:54 > 0:02:58What we'll do now is step it up a game and we'll do isolation.

0:02:58 > 0:03:00To teach you this move,

0:03:00 > 0:03:03I've got another brother - Richard!

0:03:03 > 0:03:05WHOOPING

0:03:05 > 0:03:06All right, kid.

0:03:08 > 0:03:11- So what is it, the isolation?- You saw it at the start of the routine.

0:03:11 > 0:03:13The move's like this.

0:03:15 > 0:03:19Right, now, it does look really weird and not difficult

0:03:19 > 0:03:21- because it isn't difficult. - It looks difficult.

0:03:21 > 0:03:24It looks difficult but it actually isn't.

0:03:24 > 0:03:26- You're going to have to teach me in stages.- All right.

0:03:26 > 0:03:29Instead of learning it downwards,

0:03:29 > 0:03:31you'll learn it this way first. It's like this.

0:03:33 > 0:03:37Right. Now, to do this what you do is you keep your head still.

0:03:37 > 0:03:39It's like you're just leaning that way.

0:03:39 > 0:03:43And that way. So it's like you're doing that but, as you do it,

0:03:43 > 0:03:45you keep your head in the centre.

0:03:45 > 0:03:47LAUGHTER

0:03:47 > 0:03:48Ish.

0:03:48 > 0:03:52Yeah, you've got it "ish". All you need to do now emphasise it more.

0:03:52 > 0:03:55When you go left, move left a bit more and keep your head straight.

0:03:55 > 0:03:58- That's really hard. - It is really hard.

0:03:58 > 0:04:01It's the top half of your body, isn't it? You don't move the bottom.

0:04:01 > 0:04:03That's why it's called "isolation",

0:04:03 > 0:04:06you're keeping one part of your body still. Don't move your head!

0:04:06 > 0:04:09- It's hard!- Yes.- You want to move your head naturally.

0:04:09 > 0:04:10When you move left,

0:04:10 > 0:04:13you're doing it a bit but, over time, you'll get used to it more

0:04:13 > 0:04:16and you'll end up doing it properly so it's fully left,

0:04:16 > 0:04:19so it looks a bit weird. I won't stay like this as it's weird.

0:04:19 > 0:04:23- You'll end up looking like that. You can do cool stuff.- I'm not sure.

0:04:23 > 0:04:26- OK.- Right, now we'll do it to the song and I'll tell you

0:04:26 > 0:04:30when the music comes in and you'll all try and join in.

0:04:30 > 0:04:32And so is Richard the legend.

0:04:32 > 0:04:34Right, let's play the music.

0:04:34 > 0:04:36HIP-HOP MUSIC PLAYS

0:04:43 > 0:04:44You have to keep doing it?

0:04:44 > 0:04:45Now!

0:04:45 > 0:04:48Yeah.

0:04:48 > 0:04:50But as you're doing it, keep going.

0:04:50 > 0:04:52Don't just do one. Right,

0:04:52 > 0:04:54now!

0:04:54 > 0:04:56- Yeah.- And try and move your whole body with it.

0:04:58 > 0:05:00See! You're getting it.

0:05:00 > 0:05:02React to the music.

0:05:04 > 0:05:06You did a move from the other week.

0:05:06 > 0:05:09Yes, exactly.

0:05:09 > 0:05:10CHEERING

0:05:10 > 0:05:13So if you keep practising all the moves that we've done

0:05:13 > 0:05:16throughout all the weeks, put them together and you can get moves

0:05:16 > 0:05:18like my man, Richard, just done

0:05:18 > 0:05:19and you can make your own.

0:06:14 > 0:06:16and share them with the world.

0:06:16 > 0:06:19First, I need to meet Bronwyn face to face.

0:06:45 > 0:06:50She's got a blue and spotty dress that really did look nice on her

0:06:50 > 0:06:52but she doesn't wear it any more.

0:06:52 > 0:06:56I never see her in a dress or shorts or a skirt or anything.

0:06:56 > 0:06:58Have you an idea of what to wear?

0:06:58 > 0:07:00I want to wear a dress and some leggings

0:07:00 > 0:07:02because I don't normally wear dresses.

0:07:02 > 0:07:05I think I know what the problem is. I think you're neglecting

0:07:05 > 0:07:08half of your wardrobe because you wear your casuals.

0:07:08 > 0:07:11I reckon if you try on a load of stuff,

0:07:11 > 0:07:12see what works and what doesn't,

0:13:17 > 0:13:19- Oh...- Mum,

0:13:19 > 0:13:23I'll admit it. I tried to create a devastating explosion

0:13:23 > 0:13:24and get back my mum.

0:13:24 > 0:13:29Oh, Bart, sweetie, I love you kids with all my heart.

0:13:29 > 0:13:32I made you a coffee mug on Mothers' Day, isn't that enough?!

0:13:32 > 0:13:34It's close but no.

0:13:37 > 0:13:39I could light these but...

0:13:39 > 0:13:41it wouldn't be the same.

0:13:45 > 0:13:46BART CHORTLES

0:13:46 > 0:13:51Hell, I've put it off but today I'm getting this garage organised.

0:13:51 > 0:13:53I guess I'll put these tools away.

0:13:54 > 0:13:59Such a great show. OK, now it is Britain's Got Talent.

0:13:59 > 0:14:02We are on the fifth episode so we're still on the auditions.

0:14:02 > 0:14:05I mean, the auditions, I think, are my favourite part of the whole show.

0:14:05 > 0:14:07I love the semi-final and the final

0:14:07 > 0:14:10cos that's when you get to see them all shine

0:14:10 > 0:14:13but I love how funny it is watching other people who can't do it

0:14:13 > 0:14:16and think they can. It's awkward when they're like, "Yeah, I can!"

0:14:16 > 0:14:17No, you can't!

0:14:17 > 0:14:20And they're getting booed off, it's great. I sit there watching it

0:14:20 > 0:14:24and I'm like, "Get off the stage, wasting my time, I'm bored now."

0:14:24 > 0:14:27But it's still funny, you know. My favourite act has got to be, so far,

0:14:27 > 0:14:29the guy with the eyes that go, "Boom... Boom!"

0:14:29 > 0:14:31I can do it but I don't want to do it

0:14:31 > 0:14:33in case I get asked to go on it, so...

0:14:33 > 0:14:36Yeah. My favourite act of last week is this.

0:14:49 > 0:14:51- I love it.- They're great!

0:15:17 > 0:15:19CHEERING

0:15:19 > 0:15:20That's good!

0:15:31 > 0:15:33Yeah!

0:15:33 > 0:15:35CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:15:37 > 0:15:38How good was that?

0:15:38 > 0:15:40I mean, not as good as Aidan, obviously.

0:15:40 > 0:15:45OK, next is Britain's Secret Seas. This is a new series

0:15:45 > 0:15:48and this week we will see sea lions and how they hold their breath.

0:15:48 > 0:15:51Did you know if you hold your breath in ice-cold water,

0:15:51 > 0:15:55you can hold it for longer because your heart only pumps blood

0:15:55 > 0:15:56to your vital organs.

0:15:56 > 0:15:59That's half the stuff you'll learn so it's a really factual show

0:15:59 > 0:16:03and I enjoy it so I'm sure you will. Here it is - Britain's Secret Seas.

0:16:04 > 0:16:07DIVER: These whiskers are not just decoration.

0:16:07 > 0:16:12They're as important for the seal as their eye-sight.

0:16:12 > 0:16:16They use them to probe the water and sense the vibrations around them

0:16:16 > 0:16:21and they can determine the direction in which a fish is swimming

0:16:21 > 0:16:23up to 15 metres away.

0:16:33 > 0:16:35These complex and adaptable animals

0:16:35 > 0:16:39may also learn by copying the behaviour of others.

0:16:41 > 0:16:46Look at that. Is he copying me? Every time I cross my arms,

0:16:46 > 0:16:48the seal crosses his flippers!

0:16:48 > 0:16:52We know that these seals mimic each other to learn

0:16:52 > 0:16:55and it looks like this one has gone a step further.

0:17:02 > 0:17:03How cool does that look?

0:17:03 > 0:17:07OK, now, and finally, is Merlin. I'm sure you all know

0:17:07 > 0:17:09this used to be on BBC One but it's now on CBBC

0:17:09 > 0:17:11and, you know, it's a wicked show.

0:17:11 > 0:17:14You've got a bit of magic in there, a few fire-breathing dragons -

0:17:14 > 0:17:17"You got a pet?" "Yeah, just my dragon."

0:17:17 > 0:17:22So it's brilliant. In this week's episode Arthur kills a unicorn.

0:17:22 > 0:17:25Not very nice, I know. And because he did that, a curse is put on Camelot

0:17:25 > 0:17:29and it's down to Merlin to find out what to do to remove the curse.

0:17:29 > 0:17:32It's action-packed, it's a great show altogether. I still follow it,

0:17:32 > 0:17:36I sit there, "Merlin's on! Yes! Boom! Definitely going to watch that."

0:17:36 > 0:17:39So here is Merlin with The Curse Of The Unicorn.

0:17:39 > 0:17:42What is it you come to ask of me?

0:17:43 > 0:17:45I need your help.

0:17:45 > 0:17:46Of course you do.

0:17:48 > 0:17:52But this time, will you heed my words?

0:17:53 > 0:17:58The sorcerer Tauren is plotting to kill the king.

0:17:58 > 0:18:01He's made an ally of Morgana. I don't know what to do.

0:18:01 > 0:18:03Do...

0:18:04 > 0:18:05..nothing.

0:18:05 > 0:18:07- What do you mean?- It is Uther

0:18:07 > 0:18:11that persecutes you and your kind, Merlin.

0:18:11 > 0:18:14But surely that doesn't make it right to kill him.

0:18:14 > 0:18:17Only if Uther dies can magic return to the land.

0:18:17 > 0:18:24Only if Uther dies will you be free, Merlin. Uther's reign is at an end.

0:18:24 > 0:18:27Let Arthur's reign begin.

0:18:27 > 0:18:31Fulfil your destiny.

0:18:31 > 0:18:34Free this land from tyranny, Merlin!

0:18:36 > 0:18:38Free us all!

0:18:39 > 0:18:43Definitely loving a bit of Merlin and that is TV Download complete.

0:18:54 > 0:18:56for the Xbox 360 Kinect

0:19:10 > 0:19:14and Dionne is going to very kindly demonstrate for us.

0:19:14 > 0:19:16It's the most energetic of all the mini games

0:19:16 > 0:19:19and involves you dancing around and copying a monkey.

0:19:19 > 0:19:21Are you being the monkey or just copying?

0:19:21 > 0:19:25- You just stand opposite the monkey and do everything it does.- OK. Nice.

0:19:25 > 0:19:29- Copy everything it does.- So the aim of the game is to get as many moves

0:19:29 > 0:19:31- as similar as possible?- Yeah.- Cool.

0:19:31 > 0:19:34- OK, what do I do now? - Raise your left hand.

0:20:12 > 0:20:14and it's called Morfo.

0:20:14 > 0:20:18Basically what it involves is taking a picture of one of your friends

0:20:21 > 0:20:24- change their hair, make-up, facial features...- Sounds cool.

0:20:24 > 0:20:25You can even make it dance

0:33:42 > 0:33:45This is something cool that you can try out this weekend.

0:33:45 > 0:33:46Let's take a look.

0:33:47 > 0:33:50I'm Matty. I'm 13. I'm a junior skateboarding champion.

0:34:06 > 0:34:08I took up skateboarding when I was eight years old.

0:34:08 > 0:34:11My dad bought me a skateboard for Christmas.

0:34:11 > 0:34:14I love skateboarding because I wanted to do something different.

0:34:14 > 0:34:17The skateboarding scene is cool because you meet new friends.

0:34:17 > 0:34:20I like it because everyone wants to help you out.

0:34:22 > 0:34:25When people pull of a big trick, you call it sick.

0:34:25 > 0:34:27That doesn't mean it's poor.

0:34:27 > 0:34:30It just means there's no better word to describe it.

0:34:32 > 0:34:34My favourite type of skateboarding is vert skating.

0:34:34 > 0:34:38Some people think vert skating is scary because of the height.

0:34:38 > 0:34:40Aarghhh!

0:34:40 > 0:34:42In fact, it's really easy.

0:34:42 > 0:34:44Uh. It's not so bad.

0:34:44 > 0:34:45In vert skating, I've had quite a few successes.

0:34:45 > 0:34:48I won twice in a row in the European Vert Championships.

0:34:49 > 0:34:51I do get nervous at competitions.

0:34:51 > 0:34:56But when I'm skating, I don't think about anyone else. It pays off.

0:34:56 > 0:34:58# Every day I'm shuffling... #

0:35:25 > 0:35:27The safety equipment I wear is a helmet,

0:35:27 > 0:35:30big elbow pads and big knee pads.

0:35:30 > 0:35:33I uses quite big ones because I skate vert ramps,

0:35:33 > 0:35:36which can go 14 foot high.

0:35:36 > 0:35:38If you're falling from that distance,

0:35:38 > 0:35:40you want to have well-built pads.

0:35:40 > 0:35:43As a beginner, you want to wear all your safety equipment.

0:35:44 > 0:35:49To avoid bashing into people, you want to keep an eye on things,

0:35:49 > 0:35:51as well as concentrating on what you're doing.

0:36:02 > 0:36:04This is the drop-in.

0:36:04 > 0:36:07It's very good for beginners. It's a way of getting used to the ramp.

0:36:07 > 0:36:11Step one is all about feet positioning.

0:36:11 > 0:36:14You back foot on the centre of the kicktail.

0:36:14 > 0:36:18The front foot should be covering your front bolts.

0:36:18 > 0:36:21Step two - a firm press with your front foot.

0:36:24 > 0:36:28Step three is all about staying balanced - leaning into the ramp.

0:36:28 > 0:36:31Don't lean back or you'll end up on your bottom.

0:36:31 > 0:36:33When you're starting to learn on a skateboard,

0:36:33 > 0:36:35you want to learn on small ramps and work your way up.

0:36:41 > 0:36:43Everyone wants to master the Ollie. Here's how you do it.

0:36:45 > 0:36:48Step one - getting your feet positioning right.

0:36:48 > 0:36:51Back foot on the edge of the kicktail.

0:36:51 > 0:36:53Your front foot just behind the bolts.

0:36:57 > 0:36:59Step two - hop and jump.

0:36:59 > 0:37:04Thrust the back foot and then raise both your knees towards your chest.

0:37:06 > 0:37:10Step three. As you reach the highest point,

0:37:10 > 0:37:14slide your front foot towards the nose of the board to level it out.

0:37:19 > 0:37:21Anyone can take up skateboarding.

0:37:21 > 0:37:25If you stay dedicated to it, it gets easier and easier.

0:37:25 > 0:37:28I want to keep on skateboarding and I really want to go pro.

0:38:08 > 0:38:14- Your back foot on the end of the tail.- OK.- Second step.

0:38:14 > 0:38:18You want to compress your legs as if you're going to jump really high.

0:38:24 > 0:38:30As well as that, you scoop your front foot up the board and jump.
