0:34:21 > 0:34:24for example, there's Abbas Around The World.
0:34:27 > 0:34:28There's Around The Moon.
0:34:32 > 0:34:34Touzani Around The World.
0:34:37 > 0:34:40Side Head Stall which is done with your upper body,
0:34:40 > 0:34:41so head and shoulders.
0:34:45 > 0:34:48And then there's tricks like crossover.
0:34:50 > 0:34:52And sole juggles, which can be done sitting down.

0:34:58 > 0:35:03I started off with the very bare basics of just normal kick-ups,

0:35:08 > 0:35:12Then I moved on to slightly more complex tricks like Around The World.
0:35:12 > 0:35:15All you need to start freestyle is a pair of trainers and a football.
0:35:15 > 0:35:17I tend to prefer to use Astroturf trainers,
0:35:17 > 0:35:21which are specifically designed for playing football with.
0:35:21 > 0:35:23But if you're a beginner, any trainers will do.
0:35:23 > 0:35:27I suggest you're able to do at least 100 kick-ups
0:35:27 > 0:35:29with your right and left foot
0:35:29 > 0:35:32before you start trying to learn many tricks.
0:35:36 > 0:35:41The first trick I'm going to show you is called the K-Flick Up.
0:35:43 > 0:35:48It's great for beginners because it's a cool way to get the ball from the ground, into a kick-up position.
0:35:48 > 0:35:51Step one, get the ball secured in between your ankles.
0:35:54 > 0:35:57Step two, roll the ball with your stronger foot
0:35:57 > 0:35:58around the other ankle.
0:36:01 > 0:36:04Step three, combine steps one and two
0:36:04 > 0:36:07then twist your body weight whilst releasing the ball

0:36:17 > 0:36:21I managed to get good with both feet just by relentless training of my weak foot.
0:36:21 > 0:36:25I'd go to the garden and practise the same trick over and over again
0:36:25 > 0:36:28with my weak foot, until it was as good as it was on my strong foot.
0:36:31 > 0:36:34The second trick is called the Around The World.
0:36:39 > 0:36:43This is vital to learn as a basis for many other tricks.
0:36:43 > 0:36:47Step one is to roll the ball up and balance it on your foot.
0:36:50 > 0:36:52Step two, to master the circular motion,
0:36:52 > 0:36:54practise dropping the ball from your hands,
0:36:54 > 0:36:57letting it bounce once and swinging your leg around the ball.
