0:02:08 > 0:02:12I'm going to teach you a move which you'll see in this routine.

0:02:12 > 0:02:14DANCE MUSIC

0:02:46 > 0:02:47APPLAUSE

0:02:49 > 0:02:52This week, I'm going to teach you a move which you just saw,

0:02:52 > 0:02:53it's called the Bodywave.

0:02:53 > 0:02:56To help teach you this, I've got my man, Richard.

0:02:56 > 0:02:59APPLAUSE

0:02:59 > 0:03:01Right, so as you've already seen,

0:03:01 > 0:03:04Richard has turned into a bit of a legend when it comes to dance.

0:03:04 > 0:03:07You're teaching me slowly.

0:03:07 > 0:03:09See, see, he's getting it!

0:03:09 > 0:03:10What're we doing today?

0:03:10 > 0:03:14The Bodywave, the wave bit, which is what we learnt before, this.

0:03:14 > 0:03:15The Bodywave, right.

0:03:15 > 0:03:17It's like there's a wave going through your arm.

0:03:17 > 0:03:22Bodywave's exactly the same, but there's a wave starting from your head, going all the way down,

0:03:22 > 0:03:26and it can either finish at your hips and bring it all the way back up, or

0:03:26 > 0:03:29go all the way down to your legs, which is what we'll do today,

0:03:29 > 0:03:31and bring it back up again.

0:03:31 > 0:03:33- OK!- So put your head up.

0:03:33 > 0:03:37Now, what you do is, it's like you're grabbing a bar, and what you're doing

0:03:37 > 0:03:40is you're rolling it all the way down your body like a rolling pin.

0:03:40 > 0:03:42See, perfect.

0:03:42 > 0:03:45When you get to your hips, you're going to do a little boop!

0:03:45 > 0:03:49Just puff it out a little bit. Yeah!

0:03:49 > 0:03:52Right, so we roll it down, go to there.

0:03:52 > 0:03:56Now, we're going to do the same and roll it all the way back up again.

0:03:56 > 0:03:59Now, you can either finish at your chest

0:03:59 > 0:04:01or pop your head back up is what I always do.

0:04:01 > 0:04:05We're going to go all the way to the hips and then you're going to...

0:04:05 > 0:04:08Right? Then you go down, do anything with your legs, but I'm doing this.

0:04:08 > 0:04:12Step, then step back, then wave all the way back up again.

0:04:12 > 0:04:14You don't have to do the arm,

0:04:14 > 0:04:16go all the way back up and back to your head.

0:04:16 > 0:04:18You made that look really good!

0:04:18 > 0:04:20- Right...- Thank you!

0:04:20 > 0:04:25So, down. Now, do whatever you want with your legs.

0:04:25 > 0:04:28Now, bring it all the way back up and back to your head. So you got it?

0:04:28 > 0:04:32- I can't get the... Yeah.- The chest is really simple, it's just like...

0:04:32 > 0:04:36Boom! Do that to the music, just stand there just casually...

0:04:36 > 0:04:37I think that, for me...

0:04:37 > 0:04:40Obviously, for you, you've got your own technique,

0:04:40 > 0:04:42but I think for me, if I use my arms, I think...

0:04:42 > 0:04:44Do you want to do the arms? Right, the arms...

0:04:44 > 0:04:47I'll just like...sort of bring it back up.

0:04:47 > 0:04:51- See!- But that's how I feel comfortable.- It's whatever you feel

0:04:51 > 0:04:52comfortable with, you just add it in.

0:04:52 > 0:04:55So you've got the wave from the first week, which is that.

0:04:55 > 0:05:00You can start with one arm, into the Bodywave, bring it back up,

0:05:00 > 0:05:02then out into that wave. Do you want to try that?

0:05:02 > 0:05:04- Ha! Yeah, let's do it. - Right, let's do it.

0:05:04 > 0:05:07Right, so, right arm, wave,

0:05:07 > 0:05:10down the body,

0:05:10 > 0:05:11- back up, left arm. See.- Yeah.

0:05:11 > 0:05:15Right, so you've got it perfect. Now, we're going to try THAT to the music.

0:05:15 > 0:05:18- OK.- Are you ready? - CROWD: Yes!

0:05:18 > 0:05:21Right... DANCE MUSIC

0:05:24 > 0:05:25Arms...now!

0:05:27 > 0:05:29Now!

0:05:29 > 0:05:31Bop!

0:05:31 > 0:05:32Now!

0:05:42 > 0:05:44Now!

0:05:44 > 0:05:47Don't get carried away. Now! Now!

0:05:50 > 0:05:52Now!

0:05:53 > 0:05:56- Yeah! - CHEERING

0:05:56 > 0:06:00- I just turned into a bit of a drill sergeant back then.- I like this one.

0:06:00 > 0:06:03Oh, oh. That, again, is isolation.

0:06:03 > 0:06:05So, remember I taught you this?

0:06:05 > 0:06:09So, it's exactly the same, isolating, just move around.

0:06:09 > 0:06:13- Right, so that is Dance Download complete.- Yes!

0:06:15 > 0:06:19Hi, I'm Jacob, and I'm 12 years old, and this is my joke.

0:06:19 > 0:06:22What do you call a pig that knows karate?

0:06:22 > 0:06:24Pork chops. Wah!

0:06:27 > 0:06:29Now, on Friday Download,

0:06:29 > 0:06:34we just can't get enough of the big red balls on Total Wipeout.

0:06:34 > 0:06:36Just take a look at this!

0:06:39 > 0:06:43Balls, they don't do nothing for me. I'm just going to beat them.

0:06:43 > 0:06:45I'm going to run at them and give it all I've got.

0:06:45 > 0:06:48OK, you go, girl! Go, go, go!

0:06:48 > 0:06:51Yes!

0:06:54 > 0:06:57She's completely missed the second ball!

0:06:57 > 0:07:00And that was a nasty belly flop. I wouldn't want to see that again.

0:07:04 > 0:07:07- Wow, that was amazing! - That was so ridiculous!

0:07:07 > 0:07:09It made it funnier because of what she said at the beginning.

0:07:09 > 0:07:11"I'm going to defeat them!"

0:07:11 > 0:07:14And she literally really badly fell. That's what made it funny.

0:07:14 > 0:07:16I'm going to start watching it more.

0:07:16 > 0:07:19- Yeah, you should. - It's the big red balls.

0:07:19 > 0:07:20Every part's good, you're like...

0:07:20 > 0:07:23- The big red balls make the show. - Yeah.- Exactly.

0:07:23 > 0:07:26That's what it's all about. Anyway, that's File Download complete.

0:07:30 > 0:07:33Hello, everyone, welcome to the Games Download.

0:07:33 > 0:07:35I'm here with Ceal and Dionne,

0:07:35 > 0:07:38and the first hot game I'm talking about is Brunswick Pro Bowling.

0:07:38 > 0:07:41It's on the PS3 Move and it's just like bowling,

0:07:41 > 0:07:42but in your front room.

0:07:42 > 0:07:46One of the things is, you don't actually have to wear bowling shoes,

0:07:46 > 0:07:49- but we like to take things seriously here, don't we, guys?- Yes.

0:07:49 > 0:07:52- Yes.- Right, so, Ceal's going to jump up and start playing.

0:07:52 > 0:07:54There's your PS remote controller.

0:07:54 > 0:07:58- Now, what you need to do to play is, you see that green line?- Yes, I do.

0:07:58 > 0:08:02The green line, you need to move it about by using the buttons on there.

0:08:02 > 0:08:05- Right.- Move it about, and then when you're happy with where you

0:08:05 > 0:08:09are, then you're going to hold down the T-trigger,

0:08:09 > 0:08:12- you're going to go back and release the ball, release the button.- Right.

0:08:12 > 0:08:14OK, cool.

0:08:16 > 0:08:20- OK. Oh, look at that! - Now, that looks pretty good.

0:08:20 > 0:08:21OK, you got one out of three. That's not bad.

0:08:21 > 0:08:25The good thing about this game is it uses

0:08:25 > 0:08:29actual ball and pin physics, so it's very accurate with your movements and how the ball comes off.

0:08:29 > 0:08:33What's the difference between this and Wii Bowling?

0:08:33 > 0:08:36This is much better because there's so much more you can do.

0:08:36 > 0:08:39You can give your character different bowling balls, you can

0:08:39 > 0:08:44change the design of them, you can do career mode, multi-player, and there's just so much to do.

0:08:44 > 0:08:48- Cos it's got all the other lanes going as well.- Do you like this game?

0:08:48 > 0:08:50I like this game, I was playing on this last night for hours.

0:08:50 > 0:08:52Well, not hours.

0:08:52 > 0:08:54- Come on, Tyger, then, give us a go. - Yeah, OK.

0:08:54 > 0:08:56Ooh, it vibrates as well.

0:08:56 > 0:08:59OK, got to put the safety strap on.

0:08:59 > 0:09:00This is going to be a strike.

0:09:03 > 0:09:05That was really fast, that, Tyger.

0:09:05 > 0:09:06Yeah, it was, actually.

0:09:10 > 0:09:14Strike! Fantastic.

0:09:14 > 0:09:17That was Brunswick Pro Bowling,

0:09:17 > 0:09:21and now I'm going to be moving on to the Hexbugs.

0:09:21 > 0:09:23- What is that noise? - That IS the Hexbugs.

0:09:23 > 0:09:26- It's like something's alive. - They ARE alive.

0:09:26 > 0:09:27Pop your hands in there and take...

0:09:27 > 0:09:29- Don't do it!- Oh! - Take a handful out.

0:09:29 > 0:09:32- It's eating me.- Just take a couple, chuck them on the floor.

0:09:32 > 0:09:34What is... What?

0:09:34 > 0:09:35Ooh. I feel like I'm like...

0:09:35 > 0:09:38These are little robotic creatures.

0:09:38 > 0:09:41Basically, they vibrate all over the floor, they scurry along.

0:09:41 > 0:09:42But you needn't worry,

0:09:42 > 0:09:46because if they go on their back, it's got a self-correction mechanism

0:09:46 > 0:09:49- and give it a few seconds and it just turns back over.- That is weird.

0:09:49 > 0:09:52This is the new arena for them.

0:09:52 > 0:09:54One's gone over there.

0:09:54 > 0:09:56This is the new arena for them, we'll put that down.

0:09:56 > 0:10:00Just pop them all in here, and they'll make their way into...

0:10:00 > 0:10:02- Look.- That's the Battle Zone.

0:10:02 > 0:10:04They're having a fight now, are they?

0:10:04 > 0:10:07- Whoever stays in longest wins.- Ooh!

0:10:07 > 0:10:10Shall we just pour them all in?

0:10:10 > 0:10:12- Yeah, do it.- Go on, Tyger. - OK, right.

0:10:15 > 0:10:18There they all go. And if you want to impress your friends, everyone,

0:10:18 > 0:10:21you should get a yellow Hexbug,

0:10:21 > 0:10:23because some bugs are rarer than others.

0:10:23 > 0:10:27Like the blue ones, the blue ones are very common,

0:10:27 > 0:10:31but the pink ones and the yellow ones are actually very rare.

0:10:31 > 0:10:33The yellow ones are so rare, we don't actually have any.

0:10:33 > 0:10:37Right, so these are the Hexbug Nanos, but to carry on with the

0:10:37 > 0:10:39Games Download, we'll need to take these out of the way.

0:10:39 > 0:10:41- Ceal, could you...?- All right.

0:10:41 > 0:10:44Could you get rid of all this for me?

0:10:44 > 0:10:46Just pop them... Oh, they're escaping!

0:10:46 > 0:10:50As Ceal is kindly doing that for us, I'll move on to the Spider,

0:10:50 > 0:10:53but I don't get that, because he's only got six legs.

0:10:53 > 0:10:55We're actually very lucky to have this one,

0:10:55 > 0:10:57because this one isn't released until autumn.

0:10:57 > 0:10:59It's remote-controlled, this one.

0:10:59 > 0:11:01So we'll turn it on.

0:11:01 > 0:11:04What's the distance like from...?

0:11:04 > 0:11:08Not brilliant, you have to stay close when you're controlling it.

0:11:08 > 0:11:10- It's quite scary. - You can turn it round,

0:11:10 > 0:11:12and you move it around and stuff.

0:11:12 > 0:11:15It is scary, imagine hearing that in the night.

0:11:15 > 0:11:18Right, so, that is the Hexbugs, everyone.

0:11:18 > 0:11:24Right, so, now it's time for Tyger Versus. And for that, we're going to need Richard, Aidan and Georgia.

0:11:30 > 0:11:36Tyger Versus is the part in our show where I go up against one of these guys at one of my favourite games.

0:11:36 > 0:11:39Today, we're playing on We Sing Encore.

0:11:39 > 0:11:42Let's hope I'm not up against Dionne, cos it is a singing game.

0:11:42 > 0:11:45Let's see who I'm up against. The tension's building.

0:11:47 > 0:11:51- Oh, it's Tyger against... Oh! - I've got a funny feeling it's...

0:11:51 > 0:11:53Richard!

0:11:53 > 0:11:56- Are you ready for some singing? - Not really, but yeah.- OK.

0:11:56 > 0:12:00Well, we're going to be singing Up by The Saturdays. You know the song?

0:12:00 > 0:12:02- No.- You'll know it. Anyway, what we need to do...

0:12:02 > 0:12:06To do well in this, we need to sing beautifully, and in tune,

0:12:06 > 0:12:08and while The Saturdays sing.

0:12:08 > 0:12:11So we just need to get the notes right, in the same place,

0:12:11 > 0:12:13for as long as they did. It's just singing, mate,

0:12:13 > 0:12:15it's just singing. OK.

0:12:15 > 0:12:195, 6... 5, 6, 7, 8.

0:12:19 > 0:12:22BOTH: # Go, go, go

0:12:22 > 0:12:25# This is the crossing at the main intersection

0:12:25 > 0:12:29# Up is where we go from here Finest selection

0:12:29 > 0:12:32# This could take us anywhere

0:12:32 > 0:12:34# I don't want protection Life is better off

0:12:34 > 0:12:38# The line, the line, the line

0:12:38 > 0:12:42# I'm ready for the lift up Keep steady beat

0:12:42 > 0:12:45# Cos I'm ready for the big jump

0:12:45 > 0:12:48# Keep up with me If you lose me then you know

0:12:48 > 0:12:54# You're just a bit too slow I only go up, up, up

0:12:54 > 0:12:58# I'm ready to be in control

0:12:58 > 0:13:02# And the ground isn't good enough for me

0:13:02 > 0:13:10# And I can keep on Keep on up, up. #

0:13:10 > 0:13:12Woo!

0:13:16 > 0:13:24OK, that's 3,452 for me and 2,504 for Richard, which means I win!

0:13:24 > 0:13:31Yes! In fact, that makes it 2-2 for the series now.

0:13:31 > 0:13:34Two for me and two for the team. So it could go either way.

0:13:34 > 0:13:38Anyway, thanks, guys, that is the Games Download complete.

0:13:43 > 0:13:45OK, now it's time for TV Download, where I'm going

0:13:45 > 0:13:49to be telling you what TV shows you should be watching next week.

0:13:49 > 0:13:51OK, the first one is Horrible Histories.

0:13:51 > 0:13:54Now, this is a show, and it's a really fun take on history.

0:13:54 > 0:13:58You've got actors who put on sketches of different periods in time.

0:13:58 > 0:14:01So we've got the Tudors, the Romans, the Vikings,

0:14:01 > 0:14:03World War One, World War Two, everything.

0:14:03 > 0:14:06If you love history, it's a great way to learn,

0:14:06 > 0:14:09even if you find it boring. In school, "History!" This is quality.

0:14:09 > 0:14:14I've learnt so much. Did you know that in Roman times, a general would have someone counting

0:14:14 > 0:14:17how many they killed. If they won, they'd write a book about it.

0:14:17 > 0:14:20That's just one thing you've got to learn, so here is Horrible Histories.

0:14:22 > 0:14:25- 4,996.- What are we on, Calculus?

0:14:25 > 0:14:284,996, barbarians killed, sir.

0:14:28 > 0:14:30What about that one there with the axe?

0:14:30 > 0:14:33- Oh, I can't give you that one, sir, he's still moving.- Argh!

0:14:33 > 0:14:36- You can now.- 4,997.

0:14:36 > 0:14:40Ah, this will be the first time I've ever killed 5,000 enemies

0:14:40 > 0:14:43in one battle and qualified for a Roman triumph.

0:14:43 > 0:14:46Just need three more. Ha!

0:14:46 > 0:14:50Two more, and then yours truly will be parading in a chariot

0:14:50 > 0:14:54through the streets of Rome to the wild adulation of the crowd.

0:14:54 > 0:14:56HE MIMICS CROWD'S ROAR.

0:14:56 > 0:15:00Oh, please. Oh, please. Ooh, is that one there?

0:15:00 > 0:15:04Yes, I'll give you that. He's moving, but, realistically,

0:15:04 > 0:15:06he's not going anywhere without his head.

0:15:06 > 0:15:08OK, and now, it's Primeval.

0:15:08 > 0:15:11So this is where there are cracks in time and dinosaurs are escaping

0:15:11 > 0:15:16through the cracks and they're like taking over. You know like, waa?

0:15:16 > 0:15:19Yeah, well, that's my dinosaur impression of a Tyrannosaurus Rex.

0:15:19 > 0:15:22And this team are trying to push them back through the crack.

0:15:22 > 0:15:26I don't understand why they don't get the Doctor in, with his TARDIS.

0:15:26 > 0:15:28"Come on, Tyrannosaurus Rex, go in the TARDIS."

0:15:28 > 0:15:31Well, that can't happen, and this week, we've got a tetrapod

0:15:31 > 0:15:34in the water and he's basically living in the seas.

0:15:34 > 0:15:37"Where are you living?" "Just in the Atlantic Ocean."

0:15:37 > 0:15:39It's about them in a submarine trying to push it back,

0:15:39 > 0:15:42but the submarine gets damaged and it's all going crazy.

0:15:42 > 0:15:44So will they get the tetrapod back, or not?

0:15:44 > 0:15:47You'll have to watch to find out, let's have a look.

0:15:48 > 0:15:49What the...?!

0:15:53 > 0:15:57Come on, come on!

0:16:05 > 0:16:06OK, got it.

0:16:19 > 0:16:20Pliosaur.

0:16:23 > 0:16:24Pliosaurs.

0:16:29 > 0:16:32Phew! Well, that was very stressful indeed.

0:16:32 > 0:16:35And finally, we have got The Big Performance.

0:16:35 > 0:16:39You may know it's Gareth Malone, and he's taking a group of ten children

0:16:39 > 0:16:44who are really shy, and he wants them to sing in front of 40,000 people. I mean, how is he going to do that?

0:16:44 > 0:16:48Gareth Malone, he can do anything. It's about building up their confidence,

0:16:48 > 0:16:52learning different styles of singing. This week, it's Country Western.

0:16:52 > 0:16:57I'm not going to give too much away, but you might recognise someone, so let's have a little gander.

0:16:58 > 0:17:00Star of hit TV show Outnumbered,

0:17:00 > 0:17:03Tyger Drew-Honey has been acting since the age of seven.

0:17:03 > 0:17:08- I will do anything I can to get them on their way.- Good, let's go and meet them.- Right then.

0:17:08 > 0:17:12- Hi, everyone.- I know him, he's called Tyger Drew-Honey.

0:17:12 > 0:17:14He's off Outnumbered, he plays Jake. He's cool.

0:17:14 > 0:17:16One of the most important things about performing

0:17:16 > 0:17:23is getting into character, because if you're not in your character, things can seem very flat and uninteresting.

0:17:23 > 0:17:26How can we help everyone get into character as a cowboy?

0:17:26 > 0:17:31For our exercise today, we're going to be doing some role plays. You've all got the same characters.

0:17:31 > 0:17:34Armed with props and some stock country characters,

0:17:34 > 0:17:38our singers have to act out a typical cowboy movie scene.

0:17:38 > 0:17:42There's sheriffs, cowgirls, bandits, and even a damsel in distress.

0:17:42 > 0:17:46- No!- Get up!- Please! I have two starving kids at home!

0:17:46 > 0:17:51You were a really desperate, dithering criminal, which I thought was really good and really funny.

0:17:52 > 0:17:55Yes, indeed, that was our very own Tyger! Hello, Tyger.

0:17:55 > 0:17:58- Hi, Ceal.- Really liked you cowboy hat in that clip. Suited you.

0:17:58 > 0:18:01- Yeah, it was all right. I looked all right. I kept that.- Did you?

0:18:01 > 0:18:07- I wore it to a party the next week. - Nice. OK, so what was it like with Gareth Malone and working with kids?

0:18:07 > 0:18:09It was the first documentary thing I'd done

0:18:09 > 0:18:13and it was really cool getting to know them all, and lovely bunch of kids, actually.

0:18:13 > 0:18:19- Were they? Did you get to hear them sing?- Yeah, I did.- Were they good? - Ahem, yeah, he was good.

0:18:19 > 0:18:22It was Ollie who I heard sing.

0:18:22 > 0:18:26Wicked. Well, maybe you can teach me a few tricks of the trade in the acting business.

0:18:26 > 0:18:29- But you're an actor too!- OK, fine.

0:18:29 > 0:18:34And thank you, Tyger, very much. And that is TV Download complete.

0:18:36 > 0:18:41I've been out Style Downloading this week, here's what happened.

0:18:50 > 0:18:53Hi, I'm Gabriel, I'm 11 years old, and I live with my mum.

0:18:56 > 0:19:01I'm leaving junior school and I'm planning on making T-shirts for all my classmates as a leaving gift.

0:19:01 > 0:19:03I really need some help doing this.

0:19:06 > 0:19:11Gabriel's leaving junior school, so he wanted to make individual T-shirts for all of his classmates,

0:19:11 > 0:19:13so they could all remember each other.

0:19:13 > 0:19:17I like creative stuff and I think this will be a really fun thing to do.

0:19:17 > 0:19:20I think I can pull this off, but only if I can get some help.

0:19:20 > 0:19:25Gabriel plans to make all his classmates special T-shirts to hand out on their last day at school.

0:19:25 > 0:19:29A fantastic idea, but seriously hard work. Luckily for him, I'm here to help!

0:19:37 > 0:19:39- Hi!- Hi. - I'm Georgia, are you Gabriel?

0:19:39 > 0:19:41It's nice to meet you.

0:19:41 > 0:19:44I'm really excited, I can't believe you're in my house! It's mad.

0:19:44 > 0:19:46Thank you for having me in your house.

0:19:46 > 0:19:49So, I hear you've got a bit of a surprise planned for your class.

0:19:49 > 0:19:54Basically, we're leaving primary school and my friends are going off to different secondary schools,

0:19:54 > 0:20:00so maybe we could do something to mark the occasion of us all leaving?

0:20:00 > 0:20:03- So what are you thinking of? - Maybe we could do T-shirts for everyone?

0:20:03 > 0:20:07- OK, that sounds like a good idea. How many people are there in your class?- 26.

0:20:07 > 0:20:0926? That's a lot of T-shirts!

0:20:09 > 0:20:12I tell you what, how about we maybe trial-run it

0:20:12 > 0:20:15and do three or four today, and if it's a success,

0:20:15 > 0:20:19- you can go and make the rest in your own time?- Yeah, that'll be brilliant.- OK. Let's go.

0:20:19 > 0:20:23OK, Gabriel, as if by magic and with a bit of help from your mum,

0:20:23 > 0:20:27we've set up a mini T-shirt factory in your garden.

0:20:27 > 0:20:31We've got stencils, we've got fabric pens, we've got miniature pom-poms,

0:20:31 > 0:20:35and loads of other cool stuff, and everything you'll ever need to make an amazing T-shirt.

0:20:35 > 0:20:40And, as a bit of an extra surprise here, we've got these T-shirts, but with your face on!

0:20:40 > 0:20:43- That's brilliant!- Do you like it? - Really cool, yeah.

0:20:43 > 0:20:46- Awesome.- Maybe I could get some friends round to help.

0:20:46 > 0:20:50- That'd be great. How soon can they get here? - KNOCK AT DOOR

0:20:50 > 0:20:53That was so fast! We'd better let them in.

0:20:53 > 0:20:56- Surprise!- Hi!

0:20:56 > 0:20:57Right, now, we really need your help.

0:20:57 > 0:21:02- We're making T-shirts for the class. - Do you think you can help us? - Yes!- Let's go, let's go!

0:21:02 > 0:21:07OK, guys, let's get stuck in. You need to find your t-shirts, it's the one with your photo on it.

0:21:07 > 0:21:12This one is your one. Gabriel, have you got any ideas for what you're going to write on them?

0:21:12 > 0:21:16- Maybe we could put Leavers 2011 on the back.- Awesome, any other ideas?

0:21:16 > 0:21:19- Or we could put our names on the front.- Yeah. Good idea.

0:21:19 > 0:21:24OK, so it's Leavers 2011 on the back and it's your names on the front.

0:21:24 > 0:21:25Let's go!

0:21:38 > 0:21:41- Gabriel, how's it going?- Fine.

0:21:41 > 0:21:44- Yeah? What does the GG stand for? - It stands for my initials.

0:21:44 > 0:21:47Whoa, awesome, OK. Done the back yet?

0:21:47 > 0:21:49No, I haven't done the back yet.

0:21:49 > 0:21:52- Do you think you'll be able to get it done in time? - Yes.- Awesome.

0:21:52 > 0:21:54Well, good luck, I like it, keep going.

0:21:54 > 0:21:57- Harrison, how you doing? - I'm doing quite well, yeah.

0:21:57 > 0:22:01Yeah. I like the googly eyes, you've customised it with the googly eyes, I like them.

0:22:05 > 0:22:08And you've got it round. They almost match. I love it.

0:22:08 > 0:22:12These T-shirts look amazing. All we need to do now is try them on and show them off.

0:22:32 > 0:22:34They look absolutely fantastic.

0:22:34 > 0:22:36I'm so proud of them. All four of them are amazing.

0:22:36 > 0:22:40Making T-shirts is fun, creative and they make really great presents.

0:22:40 > 0:22:42Best of all, it's really easy. Here's how you do it.

0:22:45 > 0:22:50Gabriel's was to mark him leaving school, but your's could be for anything, like a birthday,

0:22:50 > 0:22:53a sporting event or to help you wear something original for a party.

0:22:56 > 0:22:58Remember to pick a colour that reflects the personality

0:22:58 > 0:23:00of whoever you're making it for.

0:23:00 > 0:23:03Gabriel added a photo on to the front of his T-shirts.

0:23:03 > 0:23:07To achieve this, you'll need to go to a local t-shirt printing company.

0:23:07 > 0:23:11Alternatively, you could always draw a logo or picture on the front yourself.

0:23:11 > 0:23:15You'll need fabric pens so whatever you write doesn't come off in the wash.

0:23:15 > 0:23:19And using stencils is a great way to add important features, like your name.

0:23:21 > 0:23:25Adding bright colours, glitter and stars really help bring it to life.

0:23:25 > 0:23:28Get all your friends to sign and write messages on your T-shirt.

0:23:28 > 0:23:31This'll make it special and something you'll want to keep.

0:23:31 > 0:23:35What a fab day. Gabriel and his friends have learnt to make some amazing T-shirts

0:23:35 > 0:23:38and now he can make them for the rest of the class. What a great gift.

0:23:38 > 0:23:42I'm definitely going to make T-shirts for the class and I hope they'll like them.

0:23:46 > 0:23:50Yeah. All of the class would love it and enjoy it and deserve it as well.

0:23:50 > 0:23:53The idea was really good as well, so I think he should.

0:32:57 > 0:32:59APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

0:33:03 > 0:33:05That was amazing. Thank you. That was wicked.

0:33:05 > 0:33:10So, guys, that's the Music Download complete.

0:33:10 > 0:33:12APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

0:33:15 > 0:33:16Hi. My name is Ellie.

0:33:16 > 0:33:20And hi, my name is Andreana, and this is our joke.

0:33:20 > 0:33:22One day we went to the seafood restaurant...

0:33:22 > 0:33:26And guess what? We pulled a mussel!

0:33:29 > 0:33:31Hi. We're back again with Weekend Download.

0:33:31 > 0:33:35I just need to say, take a look at this...

0:33:36 > 0:33:39Hi, I'm Tom. I'm 16 years old and I'm a football freestyler.

0:33:39 > 0:33:43# Hey give me everything tonight

0:33:43 > 0:33:47# Give me everything tonight

0:33:47 > 0:33:51# Give me everything tonight

0:33:51 > 0:33:54# Give me everything tonight... #

0:33:54 > 0:33:57Freestyle football was actually born in Holland

0:33:57 > 0:33:59and since then, it's spread globally

0:33:59 > 0:34:02and just inspired so many people to pick up freestyle.

0:34:02 > 0:34:04I played normal football from a very young age,

0:34:04 > 0:34:07and was always more interested in the skilful side of the game.

0:34:07 > 0:34:10so after seeing some adverts and some videos on the internet,

0:34:10 > 0:34:14freestyle just sort of developed into the real passion in my life.

0:34:19 > 0:34:21There's lots of variation in the tricks,

0:34:21 > 0:34:24for example, there's Abbas Around The World.

0:34:27 > 0:34:28There's Around The Moon.

0:34:32 > 0:34:34Touzani Around The World.

0:34:37 > 0:34:40Side Head Stall which is done with your upper body,

0:34:40 > 0:34:41so head and shoulders.

0:34:45 > 0:34:48And then there's tricks like crossover.

0:34:50 > 0:34:52And sole juggles, which can be done sitting down.

0:34:54 > 0:34:57# I'm only gonna break-break your

0:34:57 > 0:34:58# Break-break your hear... #

0:34:58 > 0:35:03I started off with the very bare basics of just normal kick-ups,

0:35:03 > 0:35:06then I progressed on to ways of getting the ball into the air,

0:35:06 > 0:35:08like with the K-Flick.

0:35:08 > 0:35:12Then I moved on to slightly more complex tricks like Around The World.

0:35:12 > 0:35:15All you need to start freestyle is a pair of trainers and a football.

0:35:15 > 0:35:17I tend to prefer to use Astroturf trainers,

0:35:17 > 0:35:21which are specifically designed for playing football with.

0:35:21 > 0:35:23But if you're a beginner, any trainers will do.

0:35:23 > 0:35:27I suggest you're able to do at least 100 kick-ups

0:35:27 > 0:35:29with your right and left foot

0:35:29 > 0:35:32before you start trying to learn many tricks.

0:35:36 > 0:35:41The first trick I'm going to show you is called the K-Flick Up.

0:35:43 > 0:35:48It's great for beginners because it's a cool way to get the ball from the ground, into a kick-up position.

0:35:48 > 0:35:51Step one, get the ball secured in between your ankles.

0:35:54 > 0:35:57Step two, roll the ball with your stronger foot

0:35:57 > 0:35:58around the other ankle.

0:36:01 > 0:36:04Step three, combine steps one and two

0:36:04 > 0:36:07then twist your body weight whilst releasing the ball

0:36:07 > 0:36:10until you're facing the opposite direction.

0:36:11 > 0:36:13Then start doing kick-ups.

0:36:17 > 0:36:21I managed to get good with both feet just by relentless training of my weak foot.

0:36:21 > 0:36:25I'd go to the garden and practise the same trick over and over again

0:36:25 > 0:36:28with my weak foot, until it was as good as it was on my strong foot.

0:36:31 > 0:36:34The second trick is called the Around The World.

0:36:39 > 0:36:43This is vital to learn as a basis for many other tricks.

0:36:43 > 0:36:47Step one is to roll the ball up and balance it on your foot.

0:36:50 > 0:36:52Step two, to master the circular motion,

0:36:52 > 0:36:54practise dropping the ball from your hands,

0:36:54 > 0:36:57letting it bounce once and swinging your leg around the ball.

0:37:00 > 0:37:04Step three, combine steps one and two by lifting the ball into the air

0:37:04 > 0:37:07and going around it in one fluid movement.

0:37:12 > 0:37:13# You make me this

0:37:13 > 0:37:15# Bring me up bring me down... #

0:37:15 > 0:37:19My freestyle career has taken me to places that I'd have never been otherwise.

0:37:19 > 0:37:21A few years ago, I won a competition

0:37:21 > 0:37:24which meant I got to carry the ball on

0:37:24 > 0:37:30to the Champions League final in Rome in 2009,

0:37:27 > 0:37:30which is something that not many people get to do.

0:37:30 > 0:37:32So to be able to do that at such a young age

0:37:32 > 0:37:35is really, really special for me.

0:37:35 > 0:37:37My number one ambition is to beat my own limits

0:37:37 > 0:37:41and bring my freestyle to almost a new level, really.

0:37:41 > 0:37:43Now you've seen what freestyle's all about...

0:37:46 > 0:37:47why don't you give it a go?

0:37:47 > 0:37:49APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

0:37:49 > 0:37:50We've got Tom with us now.

0:37:50 > 0:37:56Are you all right, mate? So this is my ball, I'm gathering.

0:37:56 > 0:37:58- Looks like it. - What are you going to teach me?

0:37:58 > 0:38:00Today I'll try and teach you

0:38:00 > 0:38:03one of the most fundamental tricks of freestyle

0:38:03 > 0:38:05called the Around The World.

0:38:05 > 0:38:07Right, I'll show you the trick first.

0:38:07 > 0:38:10Basically, you need to get the ball balanced on your foot

0:38:10 > 0:38:13and then go around it and try and continue doing kick-ups again.

0:38:15 > 0:38:16I could do this.

0:38:18 > 0:38:23Right. So is there a special way of flicking it round to catch it?

0:38:23 > 0:38:27The main thing you need to remember is it's a fluid movement,

0:38:27 > 0:38:31so instead of kicking the ball up and then trying to go around, it's more...

0:38:31 > 0:38:32That's quite difficult.

0:38:32 > 0:38:35What you're doing there, you were doing kick-ups,

0:38:35 > 0:38:37kicking it and then trying to go round,

0:38:37 > 0:38:40where you want to be doing just a fluid movement.

0:38:40 > 0:38:44- If you want, you can start... - You need to get the ball spinning, don't you?

0:38:44 > 0:38:48The easiest way to learn is from balancing the ball on your foot.

0:38:48 > 0:38:50If you manage to put it in there -

0:38:50 > 0:38:52just point your toes to the sky -

0:38:52 > 0:38:54and then it should balance there.

0:38:54 > 0:38:55We'll go again.

0:38:57 > 0:39:01There we are. That was close, that was one fluid movement as well.

0:39:01 > 0:39:03APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

0:39:03 > 0:39:04Wicked. Thanks, Tom.

0:39:04 > 0:39:06I'll definitely practise this.

0:39:06 > 0:39:09I'm just gutted I can't get it now but practice makes perfect, right?

0:39:09 > 0:39:12- It does indeed. - That is Weekend Download complete.

0:39:12 > 0:39:14APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

0:39:15 > 0:39:19Hello, people. This week, there's a bit of a change,

0:39:19 > 0:39:21I am doing the Just For Laughs Download.

0:39:21 > 0:39:24Today, I'm going to teach you a little trick and I've named it,

0:39:24 > 0:39:28it's called the Thumb Dis-attachment Trick.

0:39:28 > 0:39:29To do this, you have to get your hand,

0:39:29 > 0:39:32then put your thumb like that and curve it around.

0:39:32 > 0:39:36What we do now is we get the thumb and put your finger over it.

0:39:36 > 0:39:39We're going to tell a story to your friends,

0:39:39 > 0:39:41You say, "I've got a fake thumb. I had a fight with a shark,

0:39:41 > 0:39:45"bit it off, beat the shark in the end. Got his big brothers involved,

0:39:45 > 0:39:47"beat them too." You've got half a thumb.

0:39:47 > 0:39:53You put it like this and you go to your friends and just go, "whoop."

0:39:53 > 0:39:56I'll do it again, so you've got the "whoop."

0:39:56 > 0:39:58Woop, that's a little, cool noise. Whoop.

0:39:58 > 0:40:01There we go, got the noise.

0:40:01 > 0:40:05- So we go, "Whoop, whoop." - AUDIENCE: Whoop!

0:40:05 > 0:40:08And that's Just For Laughs Download complete. Whoop!

0:40:08 > 0:40:10APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

0:40:11 > 0:40:13Now it's time for Hot Or Not,

0:40:13 > 0:40:15where we talk about loads of different things

0:40:15 > 0:40:17and decide what we think about them.

0:40:17 > 0:40:20I'm first, and my Hot Or Not is having a rat as a pet.

0:40:20 > 0:40:22- What do you think?- Not hot.- Not hot?

0:40:22 > 0:40:24- No.- Really? - Is this the Hot or Not side?

0:40:24 > 0:40:26- Which side is which? - This should be Hot.

0:40:26 > 0:40:30This is the Hot. I think they're really hot so I'll stay here. Having a rat as a pet.

0:40:30 > 0:40:34- I think it's a bit weird. - Why is it weird?

0:40:34 > 0:40:36- I think it's quite cute. - Exactly.- Rats are pretty cute.

0:40:36 > 0:40:39- I bet you've got a rat. - I don't have a rat, I'd love a rat.

0:40:39 > 0:40:42- I'll stay here because I don't think it's hot.- Why not?

0:40:42 > 0:40:43They're rodents!

0:40:43 > 0:40:47- It's a cute rodent. - They're not cute.- Oh, they are.

0:40:47 > 0:40:50When they go in your fridge and eat your food.

0:40:50 > 0:40:53- You don't just say, "Have my fridge." - It'll be kept in cages.

0:40:53 > 0:40:56But when you take it out of the cage, you've got a rat.

0:40:56 > 0:41:00- What are you meant to do with a rat, can you play fetch with it? - They're pretty.- You could train it.

0:41:00 > 0:41:05- It's not pretty... - Where there's a will, there's a way. So I'm not hot.- Not hot?

0:41:05 > 0:41:06- OK guys, so this is...- Not hot.

0:41:06 > 0:41:10Unfortunately rat as a pet is not hot, which I'm not happy about.

0:41:10 > 0:41:12- Who's next?- It's me next,

0:41:12 > 0:41:16because it was the first Test match of the season yesterday,

0:41:16 > 0:41:18what about cricket?

0:41:18 > 0:41:20- Not hot.- That's hot. - I'm on this side.

0:41:20 > 0:41:21Cricket's pretty hot.

0:41:21 > 0:41:25It depends, Twenty20 cricket's hot because that's not too long.

0:41:25 > 0:41:27Wait, do you mean to play or watch?

0:41:27 > 0:41:29Cricket as a sport, the notion of cricket.

0:41:29 > 0:41:31I don't know how to play it.

0:41:31 > 0:41:33That thing when you hit it and then run.

0:41:33 > 0:41:36But it can get really fun sometimes. What do you think?

0:41:36 > 0:41:41I don't like watching it but I like playing it, so it counts.

0:41:41 > 0:41:45- Ceal?- I like watching Twenty20, because it's a set time.

0:41:45 > 0:41:48- It's like quick. - And I like playing it in the garden.

0:41:48 > 0:41:50I hate watching it with a passion.

0:41:50 > 0:41:53Playing it... I hate it when you have to hold it like that.

0:41:53 > 0:41:56- I like to hold it like that and whack it.- Like rounders.

0:41:56 > 0:42:00- Are we even?- We're going to have to do rock, paper, scissors.- OK.

0:42:00 > 0:42:05This is how we solve our Hot Or Nots that never get decided.

0:42:05 > 0:42:07Rock, paper, scissors!

0:42:07 > 0:42:10- No!- I won!- We won!

0:42:10 > 0:42:15- Did you win?- I won!- We won? OK, we win.

0:42:15 > 0:42:18That always happens, I win but you two, or whoever's on my team loses.

0:42:18 > 0:42:20Obviously, Take That are back together

0:42:20 > 0:42:23and they're starting their tour today.

0:42:23 > 0:42:26And it's their new tour with Robbie Williams in the tour as well.

0:42:26 > 0:42:29- My mum loves Take that. - So does my mum.

0:42:29 > 0:42:32Are you saying Take That...

0:42:32 > 0:42:34- What's your Hot Or Not? - Take That as a whole.

0:42:34 > 0:42:38I won't lie, I'll be in my classroom with my mates and we'll whack out...

0:42:38 > 0:42:42# Never forget where you're coming from... #

0:42:42 > 0:42:44It IS a catchy song.

0:42:44 > 0:42:47I sit there with JJ, Jerome and Dave and we'll just whack it out.

0:42:47 > 0:42:52- My mum listens to it. I'm not hot.- I love Patience.

0:42:52 > 0:42:53- # Have a little - ALL: Patience... #

0:42:53 > 0:42:57Everyone knows it. Don't be on that side if you know the song,

0:42:57 > 0:42:59you don't sit on that side.

0:42:59 > 0:43:01So it's quite hot. We're all decided it's hot?

0:43:01 > 0:43:04- All hot.- Who's next?

0:43:04 > 0:43:06- What was that?- Time travel.

0:43:06 > 0:43:08- That's hot.- It's not possible.

0:43:08 > 0:43:10It doesn't... we don't think it exists.

0:43:10 > 0:43:13Are you like a little minion from the future?

0:43:13 > 0:43:16So you're saying if it was real?

0:43:16 > 0:43:19- Because you can't time travel. - Or are you saying it as it is now?

0:43:19 > 0:43:22- Do you like Doctor Who? - I do, so I'm going to go over here.

0:43:22 > 0:43:25- That's not hot. - This is hot anyway so...

0:43:25 > 0:43:26I knew that.

0:43:26 > 0:43:27So are we all hot?

0:43:27 > 0:43:29- Yes.- Time travel would be awesome.

0:43:29 > 0:43:31So my one is bumble bees.

0:43:31 > 0:43:34- Not hot. - I'm on the not hot side as well.

0:43:34 > 0:43:36- I think that's hot. - When they sting you, it hurts.

0:43:36 > 0:43:39- They don't sting you. - Only if you're mean to them.

0:43:39 > 0:43:41- Antagonise them. - Yes, that's the word.

0:43:41 > 0:43:43They're nice and fluffy.

0:54:02 > 0:54:04Notice anything different? Let's go back.

0:54:35 > 0:54:38..big huge rug.

0:54:38 > 0:54:41No rug, rug.
