0:02:55 > 0:02:57# Top like money All the girls just melt

0:02:57 > 0:02:59# Want too many all know me like Twelve

0:02:59 > 0:03:01# Look like cash and they all just stare

0:03:01 > 0:03:03# Bottles, Models, standin' on chairs

0:03:16 > 0:03:18# Paparazzi tryin' to make me pose. #

0:03:24 > 0:03:26So the move I'll teach you is called ticking,

0:03:26 > 0:03:29cos it looks like the second hand of a clock when it ticks.

0:03:29 > 0:03:31To help me teach this, I've got Richard and Dionne.

0:03:36 > 0:03:38Ticking. Ticking.

0:03:38 > 0:03:40Any idea what it is? Did you see it in that routine?

0:03:40 > 0:03:42No.

0:03:42 > 0:03:44Sort of body-popping...

0:03:44 > 0:03:48It's kind of like popping. You do a movement, like the hand of a clock.

0:03:48 > 0:03:51You do it in stages, like...

0:03:51 > 0:03:55What are you doing? Tensing your body?

0:03:55 > 0:03:57Tense and pause.

0:03:57 > 0:03:59Every section.

0:03:59 > 0:04:03Right, now to do the ticking, what we do is we tense, but as we tense,

0:04:03 > 0:04:05we pause for a little while.

0:04:05 > 0:04:07Then we go over and tense.

0:04:07 > 0:04:10Tense...tense...tense...tense...

0:04:10 > 0:04:12- It's a freestyle movement... - It's really hard.

0:04:12 > 0:04:14So you can do anything you want.

0:04:14 > 0:04:16You can go...

0:04:16 > 0:04:20- Anything. - LAUGHTER

0:04:20 > 0:04:22You make it look so easy!

0:04:22 > 0:04:26We can do this in different stages. This routine, the beat goes...

0:04:29 > 0:04:31So we do it to each bit of the beat.

0:04:31 > 0:04:35If the song's faster, you can do this, which is harder.

0:04:35 > 0:04:39It's like when you shiver. We won't do it today.

0:04:40 > 0:04:42Wow.

0:04:42 > 0:04:43If it's slower...

0:04:43 > 0:04:46D'you want to keep the beat going?

0:04:48 > 0:04:50Stamp.

0:04:59 > 0:05:01Amazing.

0:05:01 > 0:05:05To start the song, as soon as the beat kicks in, we'll do the ticking

0:05:05 > 0:05:07as we're walking forward.

0:05:07 > 0:05:09Throughout the song, when I tell you

0:05:09 > 0:05:13to do it, you'll do your different moves - sideways, back, whatever.

0:05:13 > 0:05:14Can we do freestyle as well?

0:05:14 > 0:05:15- If you want to.- Let's not.

0:05:15 > 0:05:19In-between ticking, do the freestyle using all the moves we've learnt.

0:05:19 > 0:05:22- Not just the doggy.- Sorry.

0:05:22 > 0:05:24- I can just do my belly roll. - Cue music.

0:05:24 > 0:05:26MUSIC PLAYS

0:05:29 > 0:05:30Like jelly.

0:05:30 > 0:05:33Now we walk backwards. So it's...

0:05:36 > 0:05:37Little freestyle.

0:05:37 > 0:05:39Sideways.

0:05:42 > 0:05:44Back.

0:05:47 > 0:05:50Now do your own thing. Freestyle for a little bit.

0:05:50 > 0:05:53Now do your own pose, but ticking.

0:05:53 > 0:05:55Ticking. Anything.

0:06:00 > 0:06:01Yeah!

0:06:01 > 0:06:03You do your pose.

0:06:03 > 0:06:05Richard...

0:06:05 > 0:06:07Body roll.

0:06:08 > 0:06:10MUSIC STOPS

0:06:14 > 0:06:17- So?- That was really good.

0:06:17 > 0:06:20We're all friends.

0:06:20 > 0:06:23Right, so what we're gonna do is practise it, obviously,

0:06:23 > 0:06:26for next week. But what do we do before we practise?

0:06:26 > 0:06:28- Homework.- Homework!

0:15:11 > 0:15:14Tell me if it hurts!

0:15:17 > 0:15:20THEY GIGGLE That looks really good(!)

0:15:20 > 0:15:24Preparation is everything when it comes to a great sleepover,

0:15:24 > 0:15:26so make a check list of things to do.

0:15:28 > 0:15:30Pick a sleeping area and fill it with bedding.

0:15:30 > 0:15:33Remember, your friends can always bring a sleeping bag

0:15:33 > 0:15:35to make it extra cosy.

0:15:37 > 0:15:41Prepare food in advance to make sure your guests don't go hungry.

0:15:41 > 0:15:44Sandwiches, salad, crisps and sweet treats will go down nicely.

0:15:45 > 0:15:50Get the party started with a yummy arrival drink for all your friends.

0:15:52 > 0:15:54To get everyone in the party mood,

0:15:54 > 0:15:57plan some games and activities for your guests to join in with.

0:15:59 > 0:16:03Once everything is in place, you can just relax and enjoy the party.

0:16:03 > 0:16:05They're all having such a fab time

0:16:05 > 0:16:08and I'm so glad Jade is finally getting her birthday party.

0:16:08 > 0:16:10I'm going to go upstairs and say goodbye

0:16:10 > 0:16:11and then leave them to it.

0:16:13 > 0:16:15So, as we all know,

0:16:52 > 0:16:54What a great party! Nice one, Dani.

0:16:54 > 0:16:56Style Download complete.

0:16:59 > 0:17:02Hello, everyone, welcome to the Games Download.

0:17:02 > 0:17:04I'm with Richard and Georgia

0:17:04 > 0:17:07to demonstrate some of the cool new stuff in the games world.

0:17:07 > 0:17:09The game I'm talking about today is

0:17:09 > 0:17:13the NeuroSky headset and mind games software to play with.

0:17:13 > 0:17:16Right, so, this gadget is all about

0:17:16 > 0:17:20controlling movies and games with your mind.

0:17:20 > 0:17:22That sounds quite cool, I think.

0:17:22 > 0:17:24It basically uses your brainwaves

0:17:24 > 0:17:28to interact with the action that you've got on screen.

0:17:28 > 0:17:31So do you have to, like, think what you want the game to do?

0:17:31 > 0:17:33Not exactly, I'll explain it in a minute.

0:17:33 > 0:17:36This is the NeuroSky headset.

0:17:36 > 0:17:38It's a bit strange when you put it on,

0:17:38 > 0:17:41you have to put it under your hair. Right, OK.

0:17:41 > 0:17:44- GIGGLING - It needs to act in a certain way.

0:17:44 > 0:17:47Basically, this part attaches to the frontal lobe of your brain

0:17:47 > 0:17:50and picks up all the electrical impulses and stuff.

0:17:50 > 0:17:53And that's why it can't sort of be over your head,

0:17:53 > 0:17:55because it needs to be, like, right close to your brain.

0:17:55 > 0:17:57This one looks like an earring

0:17:57 > 0:18:00and blocks out all the other electrical impulses,

0:18:00 > 0:18:02so you can concentrate on what you get with your brain.

0:18:02 > 0:18:07So, on the screen, you've got the two dials, yeah?

0:18:07 > 0:18:10Basically, the bottom one is relaxation, like meditation,

0:18:10 > 0:18:12and the top one is attention.

0:18:12 > 0:18:14So the frontal lobe of the brain which is being monitored

0:18:14 > 0:18:18is responsible for decision-making, memory, your emotions and stuff.

0:18:18 > 0:18:21So we're going to get a really good idea of what I'm feeling.

0:18:21 > 0:18:24Right. So, look at the attention one now

0:18:24 > 0:18:28and now I'm really going to try and focus, so no-one distract me.

0:18:28 > 0:18:30I'm going to see if I can get it to the top, OK?

0:18:39 > 0:18:41- APPLAUSE - That's really good.- Very good.

0:18:41 > 0:18:45- That's really weird. - I'm actually impressed.

0:18:45 > 0:18:51This is one of the first games and gadgets I can actually say "wow" to.

0:18:51 > 0:18:52You think?

0:18:52 > 0:18:54I don't know how it would work in a game though.

0:18:54 > 0:18:56I'll show you in a minute,

0:18:56 > 0:18:59but the idea is brain training through entertainment

0:18:59 > 0:19:01and this is what sportsmen are really good at.

0:19:01 > 0:19:04Professional sports people can block out everything else

0:19:04 > 0:19:06and they can just focus

0:19:06 > 0:19:09- and that's what this is essentially helping to do.- Like tennis players.

0:19:09 > 0:19:13- Yeah, exactly. - Have you seen the focus?

0:19:13 > 0:19:16We're going to play archery, I'll explain how this works.

0:19:16 > 0:19:19The first shot is based on how focused we are,

0:19:19 > 0:19:22then the second shot is a relaxation shot.

0:19:22 > 0:19:24So the more relaxed we are for the second one,

0:19:24 > 0:19:27the more we're kind of not really thinking about it.

0:19:27 > 0:19:29But it's harder to get from concentrated to relaxed.

0:19:29 > 0:19:33- That's the training element of it... - So it's like training your brain.

0:19:33 > 0:19:35Let's play some archery.

0:19:35 > 0:19:38They make these specially, in such way

0:19:38 > 0:19:42that there's the same amount of distraction as in real life.

0:19:42 > 0:19:45- So they cut away...- Oh!- ..at the right points. It's really realistic.

0:19:45 > 0:19:48OK, I'm going to focus on this one.

0:20:03 > 0:20:05Don't think I did very well in that.

0:20:06 > 0:20:09No, OK, I got a one.

0:20:09 > 0:20:12I was a bit distracted then. Let's try the relaxation one.

0:20:12 > 0:20:14OK.

0:20:14 > 0:20:17Is that like you're trying to be relaxed? OK.

0:20:22 > 0:20:24I think it's about four.

0:20:25 > 0:20:27Six, that's not too bad.

0:20:27 > 0:20:31The interesting thing is that the only person ever to get

0:20:31 > 0:20:34three bullseyes on this is the world archery champion.

0:20:34 > 0:20:37- No-one else has ever managed it.- Oh, so he actually plays archery? Wow.

0:20:37 > 0:20:40Yeah, he's got the right mental state for the game

0:20:40 > 0:20:42and that's what this is testing.

0:20:42 > 0:20:45- So, Richard, would you like to have a go.- I would.

0:20:45 > 0:20:47Right then, I'm going to put this on you,

0:20:47 > 0:20:49so put it under your hair.

0:20:52 > 0:20:56That goes on the side, and then that goes right on your ear, like that.

0:20:56 > 0:21:00You sort of mess with it. Put it where you need to put it, yeah?

0:21:00 > 0:21:01Just press play again.

0:21:11 > 0:21:14- Bullseye! You got a bullseye. - Yeah, that was it.

0:21:15 > 0:21:17Bang! APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

0:21:17 > 0:21:19- Yeah!- That's good.

0:21:19 > 0:21:23- Relax?- You've really got to try and relax now.

0:21:28 > 0:21:30- You did good on that one.- Yeah.

0:21:33 > 0:21:35- That's good!- Seven. That's a good one.

0:21:35 > 0:21:37APPLAUSE

0:21:41 > 0:21:43- Go and sit down then. - That's wicked.

0:21:43 > 0:21:47Right, that was the MyndPlay software and NeuroSky headset.

0:21:47 > 0:21:51But now it's time for Tyger Versus so we need Aidan, Ceal and Dionne.

0:21:51 > 0:21:53APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

0:21:54 > 0:21:59- Hey, guys.- That was pretty wicked, that game, it was pretty awesome.

0:21:59 > 0:22:02So Tyger Versus is the part of our show where

0:22:05 > 0:22:10So this week I'm going to be against...

0:22:11 > 0:22:12Who's it going to be?

0:22:14 > 0:22:16- Richard!- Oh, my God!

0:22:16 > 0:22:19Aidan hasn't had a Tyger Versus yet... Neither have I!

0:22:19 > 0:22:23Just to let you know, me and Dionne have all won a point for our team.

0:22:23 > 0:22:24What is it today?

0:22:24 > 0:22:29- Today we're on the Wii Sports Resort doing canoeing. OK?- Great(!)

0:22:29 > 0:22:32To do this, it's just like canoeing, like...

0:22:32 > 0:22:37- Yeah?- Rich, it's like a little race. - You're a sporty guy.

0:22:37 > 0:22:38I've lost twice. I need to win.

0:22:38 > 0:22:42Go like this and then it's literally just like that.

0:22:42 > 0:22:44Richard, like that, really fast, you know it!

0:22:44 > 0:22:48Go, Richard! Other side!
