0:02:42 > 0:02:45person at playing games so I'm thrashing him.

0:04:28 > 0:04:31CHEERING

0:04:32 > 0:04:35The move I'll teach you this week is called tutting and you

0:04:35 > 0:04:38just saw it in that routine. To help me teach you I've got Richard.

0:04:38 > 0:04:40CHEERING

0:04:43 > 0:04:45Tutting. Where do we start?

0:04:45 > 0:04:47You saw it towards...the middle.

0:04:47 > 0:04:51I'm going to teach you just a small routine of tutting.

0:04:51 > 0:04:53It's going to be this.

0:04:56 > 0:04:59- Yeah. We can do it. - It's really simple.

0:04:59 > 0:05:04It's like learning any routine. Just little hand things, like puppets.

0:05:04 > 0:05:08- Right.- Or snakes.- What we do first is bring them both up.

0:05:08 > 0:05:11Look at each other. Snake fight. Talk if you want.

0:05:11 > 0:05:14Now push it together. Now go around.

0:05:14 > 0:05:18Now pull out again. What we do is face forward.

0:05:18 > 0:05:21Put the left one down. Now bring this one up

0:05:21 > 0:05:24then hit down and across.

0:05:24 > 0:05:28- We'll go from the beginning. - Go through that one more time.

0:05:28 > 0:05:30So they go together, twist round,

0:05:30 > 0:05:35pull back out, back forward, left one down,

0:05:35 > 0:05:39up and across. Yeah. Check you've got that from the beginning.

0:05:39 > 0:05:42Let's see if I can do it on my own. Ready?

0:05:42 > 0:05:46Like this, like this, like this, like this, like this,

0:05:46 > 0:05:50- like this, like this, like this, like this, that's it. Yeah.- Yeah.

0:05:52 > 0:05:54After you've done this...

0:05:54 > 0:05:56- There's more?- Yeah, there's more.

0:05:56 > 0:06:00After you do this, bring it around and under.

0:06:00 > 0:06:03Go over, under and push it like that.

0:06:03 > 0:06:05Yeah. Now he's bringing him down.

0:06:05 > 0:06:07Put that across. And bang, and that's it.

0:06:07 > 0:06:10That's the end. That's exactly it.

0:06:12 > 0:06:15We're gong to play the music and this time it's going to call you in

0:06:15 > 0:06:18and you'll try and hit that to the beats. Yeah?

0:06:18 > 0:06:20I'm going to watch you, cos it's going to be difficult.

0:06:20 > 0:06:24I'll do it the first time. Let's go. Let's do this. Ready.

0:06:24 > 0:06:26# I can, I can be a freak

0:06:26 > 0:06:27# I can, I can be a freak #

0:06:27 > 0:06:30I can, I can be a freak

0:06:30 > 0:06:34- # I can, I can be a freak... # - That's quite difficult.- That's it.

0:06:34 > 0:06:36That's quite difficult.

0:06:36 > 0:06:38Go slowly first.

0:06:38 > 0:06:43Each up there. Now we're going to go round, back, look, down, up, cross,

0:06:43 > 0:06:46twist, down and hook. Yeah.

0:06:46 > 0:06:50Speed up a little bit so you can hit into a beat. All right.

0:06:55 > 0:06:57- Yes!- Yes!

0:06:57 > 0:06:59CHEERING

0:06:59 > 0:07:02That couldn't have been more in time. That was good.

0:07:02 > 0:07:05Especially when he went, "Ha!" at the end. That was pretty sick.

0:07:05 > 0:07:10- See, see?- So everyone practice, and as you can see, it doesn't need much practice to get it perfect.

0:07:36 > 0:07:38because it is a massive battle.

0:14:40 > 0:14:42Rewind time.

0:14:43 > 0:14:47Here Juni handcuffs the safe to his wrists by mistake.

0:14:47 > 0:14:49Look.

0:14:49 > 0:14:52The tool box is handcuffed to his left hand.

0:14:55 > 0:15:00But just a second later, it's on his right hand, look.

0:15:00 > 0:15:02Here it is on his left.

0:15:02 > 0:15:04Here it is on his right.

0:15:04 > 0:15:06Left.

0:15:06 > 0:15:08Right.

0:15:08 > 0:15:12Caught red-handed. If you spotted that one, put your right hand up.

0:15:12 > 0:15:13Or do I mean that left?

0:15:15 > 0:15:20Next week - a Harry Potter special you won't want to miss. Movie download complete.

0:15:22 > 0:15:24Welcome to the Games Download.

0:15:24 > 0:15:27I'm here with Georgia and Aidan, the first game

0:15:27 > 0:15:30we're talking about today is Wii Play Motion.

0:15:30 > 0:15:34You might remember the original which was just Wii Play -

0:15:34 > 0:15:38a series of mini games designed to help the players master the remote.

0:15:38 > 0:15:42What they've done with this is build on that and you need

0:15:42 > 0:15:46the Motion plus accessories and there are more mini games and more moves.

0:15:46 > 0:15:49It's basically perfecting your technique.

0:15:49 > 0:15:53It's only been out a week, so we just sort of testing it out, I suppose.

0:15:53 > 0:15:56There's 12 mini games and the first Mini game,

0:15:56 > 0:16:00you're going to play, Georgia, is called Cone Zone.

0:16:01 > 0:16:04So, just get up and just click on the cone.

0:16:04 > 0:16:07The little one there. Scoop mode.

0:16:07 > 0:16:09There's going to be loads of dollops of ice-cream.

0:16:09 > 0:16:11Is the aim to catch them all?

0:16:11 > 0:16:15- And balance and you'll find that the tower builds up really high.- OK.

0:16:15 > 0:16:18- Are you ready?- Which way do I...?

0:16:18 > 0:16:20My high score is 60.

0:16:20 > 0:16:24- It's like a tilt one. You see what I mean?- Yes.

0:16:26 > 0:16:30Oh! Come on, keep going, keep going!

0:16:30 > 0:16:34Keep it up, come on! Straighten it out! Ah!

0:16:34 > 0:16:36Oh!

0:16:36 > 0:16:38Well, it's quite fun, isn't it?

0:16:38 > 0:16:41- I like that.- So that was Cone Zone.

0:16:41 > 0:16:43The next game we're playing

0:16:43 > 0:16:48is the umbrella one. This is for both of you. We're going to do two player.

0:16:48 > 0:16:50You go through a racecourse pulled by an umbrella

0:16:50 > 0:16:55and the Wii remote is your umbrella, so depending on where you want to go,

0:16:55 > 0:16:57that is where you put the umbrella.

0:16:57 > 0:16:59- So it's a race?- It's a race. OK.

0:16:59 > 0:17:02- Wooh-ooh!- Oh my days!

0:17:02 > 0:17:06- How do you know where to go? - Just follow the course.

0:17:06 > 0:17:08- I'm on a role.- Oh, wow.

0:17:08 > 0:17:11- Georgia!- I'm sorry.

0:17:11 > 0:17:14Come on. I'm collecting the little diamond things.

0:17:14 > 0:17:16Aidan's got the hang of it.

0:17:16 > 0:17:20- You can actually fall off the track, so be careful of that.- Air time.

0:17:20 > 0:17:25They're really unique, not like any other games you've seen before.

0:17:27 > 0:17:29Well done, Aidan.

0:17:32 > 0:17:36What do you guys think overall? The good things? The bad things?

0:17:36 > 0:17:40- I really like it, actually. - I actually find it really fun.

0:17:40 > 0:17:43The games are really unique and you can have a great time with your family.

0:17:43 > 0:17:48But there are only 12 mini games and it doesn't go much further than that.

0:17:48 > 0:17:49Are they repetitive?

0:17:49 > 0:17:52If you played through it in an hour, you will have played all of them.

0:17:52 > 0:17:55That was the Wii Play Motion.

0:17:55 > 0:17:58Now on to the gadget, which are called Trampit shoes,

0:17:58 > 0:18:00tramp it as in trampolines.

0:18:00 > 0:18:02They're not really trampolines.

0:18:02 > 0:18:04That is the essence of them.

0:18:04 > 0:18:08- Are they quite bouncy? - Yeah, I've just been for a jog.

0:18:08 > 0:18:14Basically they are just made for bouncing and jumping around and having fun.

0:18:14 > 0:18:18They are out on Monday and we're lucky to have them in the studio.

0:18:18 > 0:18:20You might notice they look very similar

0:18:20 > 0:18:23to the flex feet that paralympians use.

0:18:23 > 0:18:26- I was thinking that. - They're the same design,

0:18:26 > 0:18:29but these have been made in a different way so they are more fun.

0:18:29 > 0:18:32They are quite fashionable as well, I think.

0:18:32 > 0:18:37How it works is there's a folded piece of reinforced steel

0:18:37 > 0:18:41underneath the sole, and that gives you a sort of springiness.

0:18:41 > 0:18:44So you can sort of bounce and walk and spring.

0:18:44 > 0:18:46It's good that you can balance.

0:18:46 > 0:18:50No, literally, I put them on my feet and I remembered with other things

0:18:50 > 0:18:53I have to watch a video and stuff, but nothing to these.

0:18:53 > 0:18:56Can you pick up speed? Can you run really fast?

0:18:56 > 0:19:01There's a bounce setting and a sprint setting.

0:19:01 > 0:19:04There's a thing in it that you pull out and it changes

0:19:04 > 0:19:09the position of it somehow so it is more running rather than bouncing.

0:19:09 > 0:19:12- That is really cool.- One of the interesting things about this

0:19:12 > 0:19:17as well is that one boot fits not all, but many.

0:19:17 > 0:19:19They have this size adjustment thing,

0:19:19 > 0:19:22small, medium and large and all of your friends

0:19:22 > 0:19:27and family with different-sized feet can all have fun with the same pair.

0:19:27 > 0:19:28- That is really cool.- Isn't it?

0:19:28 > 0:19:31- Shall we have a jump off to compare, because I don't think- ...

0:19:31 > 0:19:34I'll jump higher than Aidan.

0:19:34 > 0:19:37- OK.- Together! 3, 2, 1!

0:19:38 > 0:19:41- Aidan was higher. - I think I had him.- You haven't.

0:19:41 > 0:19:44Slow-motion replay.

0:19:44 > 0:19:46OK, that was the Trampit shoes. Very cool.

0:19:46 > 0:19:50Now it's time for a Tyger Versus, and for that we need Dionne and Richard.

0:19:54 > 0:19:58OK, so Tyger Versus is the part of the show where I go up

0:19:58 > 0:20:01against one of these guys at one of the cool games of the moment.

0:20:01 > 0:20:06So let's find out who I'm against today. Who's is going to be?

0:20:06 > 0:20:09Aidan!

0:20:09 > 0:20:10I'm proud!

0:20:10 > 0:20:13Aidan, I went against you last week.

0:20:13 > 0:20:16- Who won?- You did win, so well done.

0:20:16 > 0:20:21This is a rematch, I suppose. We are doing 110 metre hurdles.

0:20:21 > 0:20:23It is just a sprint with a couple of jumps in it.

0:20:23 > 0:20:26Can I get my excuse out the way? Have you seen my jeans?

0:20:26 > 0:20:30Well pull them up. Take them up by the top and just go.

0:20:30 > 0:20:33- Stop making excuses for when you lose.- Let's have it.

0:20:33 > 0:20:35Good luck, mate.

0:20:35 > 0:20:39- I'm on the left.- I'm right. Aidan. Tyger.

0:20:41 > 0:20:44Go on! Go on!

0:20:44 > 0:20:48Aidan! Aidan! Aidan!

0:20:52 > 0:20:56Yes, Aidan! Yes, Aidan!

0:20:56 > 0:20:58I love you, Aidan! Yes!

0:21:03 > 0:21:07Yes! A-ha, a-ha! Yes, yes.

0:21:09 > 0:21:11New world record. Yes!

0:21:11 > 0:21:15Well done, mate. So Aidan just beat me for the second time now,

0:21:15 > 0:21:17but it is still 5 - 4.

0:29:59 > 0:30:02and this week, it is from Total Wipeout

0:30:02 > 0:30:04and the star of this show is Emma.

0:30:04 > 0:30:07Here we are. This is Emma.

0:30:07 > 0:30:11- She's already been on the show eight months ago. Didn't complete it.- No.

0:30:11 > 0:30:14So, this is her trying again eight months on.

0:30:14 > 0:30:17She's already stayed on longer than she did in the first series.

0:30:17 > 0:30:20Balance is key here.

0:30:24 > 0:30:29- So that's her basic fail, you know. It's all right, just fell off.- Yeah.

0:30:29 > 0:30:32- Mainly just because she's come back and she didn't do it again.- Yeah.

0:30:32 > 0:30:35- And then she got another attempt at it.- Oh, there's more, OK.

0:30:35 > 0:30:37Emma again. She swallowed her pride

0:30:37 > 0:30:39and a fair amount of the pool

0:30:39 > 0:30:42to come back for a third bite of the cherry.

0:30:42 > 0:30:44Backwards again. No, forwards.

0:30:44 > 0:30:47Go on. Just go for it. Go for it.

0:30:57 > 0:31:00Third time lucky.

0:31:00 > 0:31:04- No.- No.- Forwards. I'm going to do it.

0:31:04 > 0:31:07Stepping ... No, I'm not.

0:31:07 > 0:31:08The thing is, the gap between...

0:31:08 > 0:31:12It's so small. It's not big enough.

0:31:12 > 0:31:15- I know.- So that is the Fail Download this week.

0:31:15 > 0:31:17Fail Download complete.

0:31:20 > 0:31:24This is Weekend Download. Now, this week we have got rapping.

0:31:24 > 0:31:26Take a look at this.

0:31:26 > 0:31:28Yo, I'm Anton, also known as Antizzle.

0:31:28 > 0:31:30I'm 17 and I live in Cardiff.

0:31:30 > 0:31:32I'm at Mason, also known as M Dot.

0:31:32 > 0:31:35I'm 17 and I'm from Cardiff as well.

0:31:35 > 0:31:38And together we are in a rap group called Flow Dem.

0:31:38 > 0:31:39# By far the best of the best

0:31:39 > 0:31:41# On my knees where the touch can't breathe

0:31:41 > 0:31:45# No other girl can test This guy is the one, she says. #

0:31:45 > 0:31:49My rap name is Antizzle. Basically, it's the first half of my name

0:31:49 > 0:31:51with a little bit of rap slang added on to the end of it.

0:31:51 > 0:31:55My rap name is M Dot. I took the first letter from my name Mason

0:31:55 > 0:31:58and added a little Dot for the effect.

0:31:58 > 0:32:00It's important to have a rap name. There's a million people with

0:32:00 > 0:32:04the same name as you. Your rap name makes you stand out as an artist.

0:32:04 > 0:32:06# It's been a long journey But I can't say I'm there yet

0:32:06 > 0:32:10# Am I gonna make it? Will I get there? Yes. Yes

0:32:10 > 0:32:12# Forget written in the stars, I'm a star in the making. It's baking

0:32:12 > 0:32:14# I'm a rising star and it's blatant. #

0:32:14 > 0:32:16Performing in a five-piece group is wicked,

0:32:16 > 0:32:19especially on stage, cos if we are having fun on stage,

0:32:19 > 0:32:21then the audience is going to have a good time.

0:32:21 > 0:32:26I've been rapping now for about six years. I started writing lyrics.

0:32:26 > 0:32:28Then I went to my community centre

0:32:28 > 0:32:30and paid a pound on a Sunday to use the studio.

0:32:30 > 0:32:32I was taking part in local showcases.

0:32:32 > 0:32:34Now I'm turning my hobby into a career.

0:32:34 > 0:32:36# My lyrics come alive whenever the music's played

0:32:36 > 0:32:40# On our music vision it's been dealt on away. No time to waste

0:32:40 > 0:32:42# We got to play at break So put your effs up

0:32:42 > 0:32:43# If you got a dream to chase. #

0:32:43 > 0:32:47I was influenced by a lot of UK artists, Tinie Tempah.

0:32:47 > 0:32:49# I don't want to get out of bed

0:32:49 > 0:32:50# If I could rearrange the alphabet. #

0:32:50 > 0:32:51Tinchy Stryder.

0:32:51 > 0:32:54# I want it all, no minimal Tinchy the general

0:32:54 > 0:32:56# Me and my brother, DAP, that's clinical... #

0:32:56 > 0:33:01- Skepta.- # Someone remind me what happened last night

0:33:01 > 0:33:04# Cos I can't remember a thing. #

0:33:04 > 0:33:07Rapping is our life. We do it all the time.

0:33:07 > 0:33:11We are near enough rehearsing and writing new songs every day.

0:33:11 > 0:33:14# Don't waste time, trust me, time don't wait for anybody

0:33:14 > 0:33:16# You gotta think... # Ah, phone!

0:33:16 > 0:33:20- I put mine on silent. - I didn't even... Sorry.

0:33:20 > 0:33:23When I'm writing a rap, inspiration can come from anywhere.

0:33:23 > 0:33:26There's been times where I've woke up in the middle of the night

0:33:26 > 0:33:29and I'm like, yo, that's a sick idea.

0:33:29 > 0:33:30I write it down.

0:33:30 > 0:33:32You've got to have a note pad with you all the time.

0:33:32 > 0:33:35I rap about loads of different subjects.

0:33:35 > 0:33:40This includes my friends, where I'm from, my clothes. Anything.

0:33:40 > 0:33:43The structure of rap, you write sentence after sentence,

0:33:43 > 0:33:46usually rhyming at the end, until you get 16 sentences.

0:33:46 > 0:33:48This is normally a verse on a track.

0:33:48 > 0:33:51A track normally has three verses in it.

0:33:51 > 0:33:53A rap battle...

0:33:53 > 0:33:57is two rappers on a stage freestyling against each other to see who's best

0:33:57 > 0:33:59in front of a live audience.

0:33:59 > 0:34:00# I hope you're listening in

0:34:00 > 0:34:02# My bars are heavy like the weights I'm lifting in the gym

0:34:02 > 0:34:06# I keep myself to myself but the money keeps coming in. #

0:34:06 > 0:34:07# Swaggered on and every time I come correct

0:34:07 > 0:34:09# Now it's time to start cashing the cheques.

0:34:09 > 0:34:11# Anton knows I'm the best.

0:34:11 > 0:34:14# You better back off These days everything we got

0:34:14 > 0:34:16# The Government takes tax off I'm like, get your hands off

0:34:16 > 0:34:19# Think you've got a chance, brother, I'm telling you forget it

0:34:19 > 0:34:21# People say I'm sick But I don't feel infected

0:34:23 > 0:34:25If you love music, then anyone can take up rapping.

0:34:28 > 0:34:29This is our top tips.

0:34:29 > 0:34:31For anyone who wants to learn how to rap.

0:34:33 > 0:34:36The very basics of the any rap is rhyming words together.

0:34:45 > 0:34:48Done. Everyone takes English at school

0:34:48 > 0:34:50and rapping is just like poetry.

0:34:50 > 0:34:53- Writing sentences after sentences that rhyme.- Like this.

0:34:53 > 0:34:58# When I enter the club, the vibe it goes crazy. Am I gonna dance? Maybe

0:34:58 > 0:35:00# If you're not dancing, you're lazy

0:35:00 > 0:35:02# You'll see me on the dance floor dancing daily. #

0:35:04 > 0:35:06Rapping is all about flowing to a beat.

0:35:06 > 0:35:09This is all about rapping on time to an instrumental.

0:35:09 > 0:35:12# M Dot, I'm back on the block

0:35:12 > 0:35:14# M Dot and I'm on tip-top

0:35:14 > 0:35:16# Like a jail, I keep it on lock

0:35:16 > 0:35:19# I'm on a music thing and I ain't gonna stop. #

0:35:19 > 0:35:23- It's then up to you whether you rap fast or slow.- Loud or soft.

0:35:23 > 0:35:25But practice will make you better.

0:35:26 > 0:35:28Writing lyrics is easy.

0:35:28 > 0:35:31- It's all about being yourself. - Rap in your own accent.

0:35:31 > 0:35:32Voice your own opinions.

0:35:32 > 0:35:35And write about your own experiences.

0:35:35 > 0:35:39# I was born in Wales This ain't a fairy-tale

0:35:39 > 0:35:42# From a nought to a ten I'm a ten on the scale

0:35:42 > 0:35:45# Hammer dog beats like nails... #

0:35:45 > 0:35:49To sum up, rapping is all about rhyming lyrics.

0:35:49 > 0:35:54- Flowing to a beat.- And making your personality shine through your music.

0:35:54 > 0:35:56We've just seen a VT with two of Flow Dem's crew members.

0:35:56 > 0:35:59We've actually got the whole crew with us.

0:35:59 > 0:36:02- Show us what you can do, guys. - Let's go!

0:36:02 > 0:36:03CHEERING

0:36:03 > 0:36:05Yeah, yeah, yeah.

0:36:05 > 0:36:10# If there's something you want to do in life then don't think twice

0:36:10 > 0:36:12# If it makes you feel good inside

0:36:12 > 0:36:14# Follow your dreams and enjoy the ride

0:36:14 > 0:36:17# No one can tell you you can't make it

0:36:17 > 0:36:18# If you've got a dream, don't think, just chase it

0:36:18 > 0:36:20# If you hit a deal, don't waste, just take it

0:36:20 > 0:36:22# Go through the door, you can't escape it

0:36:22 > 0:36:24# So what you dreaming about?

0:36:24 > 0:36:25# Do you want the world to hear yourself?

0:36:25 > 0:36:28# You might feel strange but you change on the stage

0:36:28 > 0:36:30# Get out there, scream and shout

0:36:30 > 0:36:31# You've got to get big, without a doubt

0:36:31 > 0:36:33# You've got to keep the tunes fresh coming out the south

0:36:33 > 0:36:35# We got to elevate above the clouds

0:36:35 > 0:36:38# Out of this world, who can touch you now?

0:36:59 > 0:37:01They are my crew.

0:37:01 > 0:37:04We need to start a rap battle. What's the first things we do

0:37:04 > 0:37:06- when we start a rap battle? - Basically, rhyming words.

0:37:06 > 0:37:09The second step really is just getting the flow to it

0:37:09 > 0:37:10so if you practise with a beat

0:37:10 > 0:37:14and then just make sure it all goes instead of having some rough thing.

0:37:14 > 0:37:16So, we've got a beat and we've got

0:37:16 > 0:37:19our rhyming words and then we can start battling?

0:37:19 > 0:37:21Yeah. And make sure you be yourself, as well.

0:37:21 > 0:37:22- Personality.- And swagger.

0:37:22 > 0:37:27Let's all be here and you on that side.

0:41:16 > 0:41:19And all you're doing with your feet is you're just taking tiny steps but

0:41:19 > 0:41:22each time you're just getting a little bit lower like that.

0:41:22 > 0:41:24Once you've reached one end

0:42:34 > 0:42:38This is what we do when there's a draw on our chosen subject.

0:42:38 > 0:42:41Rock, paper, do it.

0:42:41 > 0:42:44Rock, paper, scissors.

0:42:44 > 0:42:46- Oh yes, oh yes.- You beat me!

0:42:46 > 0:42:48We won, we won, we won!

0:42:48 > 0:42:49So that was lifts.

0:42:49 > 0:42:55- That was not hot.- OK, my hot or not is wellies with patterns on.

0:42:55 > 0:42:57Oh, yeah, that's hot.

0:42:57 > 0:43:00Do you mean just normal green wellies?

0:43:01 > 0:43:04- Even on boys?- Yeah.- You really like pink patterns on them?

0:43:04 > 0:43:09- They're better without patterns. - If it is freezing cold and snowing,

0:43:09 > 0:43:10you can always add a bit of swag.

0:43:10 > 0:43:14I like Wellingtons but I don't like patterned ones.

0:43:14 > 0:43:16- Yeah, just plain is fine. - Plain's fine - not patterned.

0:43:16 > 0:43:20- I think they're really nice. - Are we going to do it again?

0:43:20 > 0:43:22- OK.- OK.- Oh, no!

0:43:22 > 0:43:26- OK, rock, paper...- Do it. - Right, OK.- Rock, paper, scissors!

0:43:26 > 0:43:27- We win!- Yes!

0:43:27 > 0:43:30Oh, no!

0:43:30 > 0:43:33- Moving on.- OK, so my Hot Or Not is fountain pens.

0:43:33 > 0:43:36They were hot when you were in primary school.

0:43:36 > 0:43:39- You get your pen licence in year three.- What?

0:43:39 > 0:43:42I know what you're talking about, when you move from pencil to a pen.

0:43:42 > 0:43:44You get your pen licence!

0:43:44 > 0:43:47- Do you have a little card?- Yeah! It says "pen licence."- So it's hot?

0:43:47 > 0:43:51- No, sorry, that's NOT hot.- We're not talking about the licence -

0:43:51 > 0:43:54- we're talking about the pen. - I don't like them.- Neither do I.

0:43:54 > 0:43:56I always find myself scratching into a piece of paper.

0:43:56 > 0:44:00If you've got nice writing with a fountain pen, that's so nice,

0:44:00 > 0:44:01it's all fluid and lovely.

0:44:01 > 0:44:05Is this going to be the third rock, paper, scissors?

0:44:05 > 0:44:06Oh, my gosh!

0:44:09 > 0:44:11ALL: Rock, paper, scissors!

0:44:11 > 0:44:14- We won again! - We won! Yeah, yeah, yeah!

0:44:14 > 0:44:16Thanks, guys.

0:44:16 > 0:44:18I'm always on the losing team.

0:44:18 > 0:44:21- We won that one, then. - OK, it's mine.

0:44:21 > 0:44:24- Sausage rolls. - Oh, hot.- Oh, they're hot.

0:44:24 > 0:44:26What's your problem, Georgia?

0:44:26 > 0:44:29- They're disgusting! - What is disgusting?

0:44:29 > 0:44:31It's a sausage in some pastry! It's horrible.

0:44:31 > 0:44:35- Do you like pastry?- Ketchup on the side!- And do you like sausages?

0:44:35 > 0:44:38Yeah, I like pastry and sausages, but not together!

0:44:38 > 0:44:41- Ugh! - For lunch.- I know that sausage...

0:44:41 > 0:44:45- She just doesn't like the pastry and the sausage.- I don't eat them.

0:44:45 > 0:44:47They're just horrible.

0:44:47 > 0:44:50- So they're hot.- No, they're not. - Sausage rolls are hot.

0:44:50 > 0:44:54So, my Hot Or Not is perfumes, like celebrity perfumes.

0:44:54 > 0:44:56Justin Bieber's got one called Someday.

0:44:56 > 0:44:58It's for girls. Rihanna's also had one.

0:44:58 > 0:45:01Katie Perry's had one and so has Tulisa from N-Dubz.

0:45:01 > 0:45:03- What would you do if you had a perfume?- I don't know.

0:45:03 > 0:45:05It'd be cool to make one but I don't

0:45:05 > 0:45:07think they're cool, like, otherwise.

0:45:07 > 0:45:10Did you say Justin Bieber's is called Sunday?

0:45:10 > 0:45:12Someday, but it's for girls.

0:45:12 > 0:45:14It's weird that he'd make one for girls.

0:45:14 > 0:45:18No, but he's got more of a girl fan base than boys.

0:45:18 > 0:45:22- Yeah, I know, but still...- And he is also sort of a bit girly.- Excuse me.

0:45:22 > 0:45:24No questions but anyway...

0:45:24 > 0:45:26My point, anyway, was if you had the choice,

0:45:26 > 0:45:29this is for everyone, if you had the choice between a

0:45:29 > 0:45:35a celebrity one and an expensive designer one, what would you choose?

0:45:35 > 0:45:38- You'd definitely choose the most beautiful designer one.- Yeah.

0:45:38 > 0:45:41- Yeah. I think it's hot. - They're not hot.- Cool.

0:45:41 > 0:45:43Yeah.

0:45:43 > 0:45:46We lost.

0:45:46 > 0:45:49Right, so my Hot Or Not is...pigeons.

0:45:49 > 0:45:52- Not hot.- I'm staying hot. I love pigeons. They're cool.

0:45:52 > 0:45:55What is the purpose of a pigeon, really?

0:45:55 > 0:45:57Are you saying what is the purpose of a life?

0:45:57 > 0:46:02You're saying it's not cool to see a massive bunch of pigeons going...

0:46:02 > 0:46:04And then their heads are so funny.

0:46:04 > 0:46:06With their chest out.

0:46:06 > 0:46:09- I've just realised I can do an amazing pigeon impression.- Go!

0:46:09 > 0:46:12We've done enough rock, paper, scissors today,

0:46:12 > 0:46:14and it's three-on-three still,

0:46:14 > 0:46:17so we'll choose a member of the audience and what they say goes.

0:46:17 > 0:46:19Use a lifeline. Just use a lifeline.

0:46:19 > 0:46:22- Yeah, just do a majority. - Hands up for hot.

0:46:22 > 0:46:24OK, well, we know who won, then.

0:46:24 > 0:46:26I reckon hot.

0:46:26 > 0:46:28- Hot. You're all up?- Yeah, yeah.

0:46:28 > 0:46:32- Yeah, we win.- Right, so the final decision for pigeons is hot.

0:46:32 > 0:46:33- KLAXON - Oh, wait.

0:46:33 > 0:46:36That is the klaxon. Clarkson.

0:46:36 > 0:46:38- Klaxon.- Klaxon, it is klaxon.

0:46:38 > 0:46:40That is the end of Hot Or Not. Sorry we're out of time.

0:46:40 > 0:46:44CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:49:08 > 0:49:11# And my body goes.

0:49:11 > 0:49:12They were great.

0:49:12 > 0:49:14It's nice to see cross downloading

0:49:14 > 0:49:17with Aidan's mirror trick from a couple of weeks back.

0:49:17 > 0:49:19Music tribute download complete.

0:49:22 > 0:49:25TV is getting better and better each week and I am on hand

0:49:25 > 0:49:29to tell you what TV shows you should be watching next week.

0:49:29 > 0:49:31The first one is a Mythbusters.

0:49:31 > 0:49:35Now, this is where the host uses science and scientific evidence

0:49:35 > 0:49:36to test all the myths and rumours.

0:49:36 > 0:49:38This episode is based on sharks

0:49:38 > 0:49:40they are testing rumours like if you come

0:49:40 > 0:49:43face-to-face with a shark, hit it on its nose it'll be scared.

0:49:43 > 0:49:47It's never happened to me. It might have happened to you.

0:49:47 > 0:49:50Also, if they're scared of their own reflection. I know I'm not!

0:49:50 > 0:49:53But can a shark? You have to watch the show to find out.

0:49:53 > 0:49:56So here is a little glimpse of what they get up to.

0:49:56 > 0:49:59Oh. What the heck are we doing right now?

0:49:59 > 0:50:01Well, Tory, to the untrained eye,

0:50:01 > 0:50:04it looks like you're playing the part of shark bait.

0:50:04 > 0:50:08Oh, man! I've got to give you credit. I'd never do this!

0:50:08 > 0:50:11Yeah. Cool.

0:50:11 > 0:50:16Oh, this sucks. This sucks so bad.

0:50:16 > 0:50:19If they thought stepping out into the middle of

0:50:19 > 0:50:22a feeding frenzy was bad, it's about to get worse.

0:50:22 > 0:50:25- Much worse. Grant plays dead. - It's still going very well!

0:50:25 > 0:50:30Tory plays the part of a panicked seaman.

0:50:30 > 0:50:32Come on, shark! Come get your dinner! Come on!

0:50:34 > 0:50:37That is up there with one of the scariest things I've ever done.

0:50:37 > 0:50:42Man, just looking out at the water and having sharks come up and you see

0:50:42 > 0:50:47their fins and someone's telling you, "Go jump in there and thrash around."

0:50:47 > 0:50:49That's a scary place to be.

0:50:49 > 0:50:52Them sharks look deadly and so does the show, so make sure you watch.

0:50:52 > 0:50:57OK, on BBC One we have got Escape From Scorpion Island.

0:50:57 > 0:50:59Now, this is a game show where ten children are put on

0:50:59 > 0:51:01the island and they have to escape.

0:51:01 > 0:51:04They are split into two teams, Sting and Claw, and they have to

0:51:04 > 0:51:08compete in a load of trials and events to try to escape.

0:51:08 > 0:51:11It's a bit weird - the island has got a mind of its own

0:51:11 > 0:51:13so that set up the tasks that they have to do.

0:51:13 > 0:51:15But this week's episode is action-packed.

0:51:15 > 0:51:19I'm going to show you my favourite trial that they have to do.

0:51:19 > 0:51:22They're on the treetops. Here's a little glimpse.

0:51:22 > 0:51:27It's a straight race to see who can get their final cog in quicker.

0:51:27 > 0:51:29James is climbing much faster.

0:51:29 > 0:51:31He's already caught Natty up.

0:51:31 > 0:51:34Oh, but she's first to swing.

0:51:34 > 0:51:36Now James.

0:51:36 > 0:51:41Come on, James!

0:51:41 > 0:51:44Oh! Their teams are absolutely screaming for them to win.

0:51:44 > 0:51:47It's Sting against Claw. It's James against Natty.

0:51:47 > 0:51:50She's swinging back.

0:51:50 > 0:51:51No, but she can't make it!

0:51:51 > 0:51:55This could be a disaster for Sting.

0:51:55 > 0:51:59Oh, so close, it's agonising for Natty!

0:51:59 > 0:52:01James is going down.

0:52:01 > 0:52:03This is for the last cog.

0:52:03 > 0:52:05And it's for the first Sting versus Claw victory.

0:52:05 > 0:52:08Can Natty do anything now to pull this back?

0:52:08 > 0:52:12Oh, she's going for the drop. No! Her cog's bounced out and that

0:52:12 > 0:52:16means James can toss his in to take this for Claw.

0:52:16 > 0:52:19Would you have been able to do that?

0:52:19 > 0:52:21A bit scared of heights, so I'll have to see.

0:52:21 > 0:52:24Good job I'm not on the island. OK, on Disney Channel

0:52:24 > 0:52:26we have got Good Luck Charlie.

0:52:26 > 0:52:30Now, it is returning for its second series and the show is based around

0:52:30 > 0:52:33the Duncan family and the main character, Good Luck Charlie,

0:52:33 > 0:52:36is the youngest daughter, two-year-old Charlotte.

0:52:36 > 0:52:39In this episode it's her second birthday and they

0:52:39 > 0:52:40want to make it one never to forget.

0:52:40 > 0:52:43And she has a favourite TV show, The Gurgles, it will be

0:52:43 > 0:52:46live on stage so they want to get her there to watch it,

0:52:46 > 0:52:49but they haven't got tickets, so they have to win tickets.

0:52:49 > 0:52:52It's really funny and this is my favourite clip of them

0:52:52 > 0:52:56doing a little clip they're sending off to try to win the tickets.

0:52:56 > 0:52:57Here it is.

0:52:57 > 0:53:00Mom, we finished the video. You want to see it?

0:53:00 > 0:53:01Ooh, can't wait!

0:53:01 > 0:53:05- Yeah, we are SO going to win those tickets.- Gurgles!

0:53:09 > 0:53:11Good evening.

0:53:11 > 0:53:15I'm here with the world's biggest Gurgles fan, Miss Charlotte Duncan.

0:53:15 > 0:53:18Oh, no - please call me Charlie.

0:53:18 > 0:53:20We're all friends here.

0:53:20 > 0:53:25So, Charlie, tell me how you first became acquainted with the Gurgles.

0:53:25 > 0:53:28Well, I was 17...

0:53:28 > 0:53:35no, 18...months and I was doing a little bit of channel surfing.

0:53:35 > 0:53:39Boring, blah, been there, seen that. Then, bam!

0:53:39 > 0:53:43The most wonderful collection of shapes and colours I'd ever seen!

0:53:43 > 0:53:45The Gurgles.

0:53:45 > 0:53:49How funny was that? And it only gets better, so make sure you watch.

0:53:49 > 0:53:53And now, it's back for a new series - it is Odd One In.

0:53:53 > 0:53:56It's different. You don't have to spot the odd one out.

0:53:56 > 0:53:58It's called Odd One In.

0:53:58 > 0:54:02It's where people either tell a story, they have a strange fact

0:54:02 > 0:54:06or they say that they do a hobby, and the celebrities have to choose

0:54:06 > 0:54:08which one is telling the truth.

0:54:08 > 0:54:11This week's episode is an I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here

0:54:11 > 0:54:15special. We have got returning the king from 2004, Joe Pasquale,

0:54:15 > 0:54:19along with other people that were in the jungle, so it's bound to be

0:54:19 > 0:54:22really funny, and here's a look at them in the game show.

0:54:22 > 0:54:25One of these guys is a champion sports stacker.

0:54:25 > 0:54:28First of all, let's see them in action. Get ready.

0:54:28 > 0:54:30Hands up.

0:54:30 > 0:54:32Curtain up.

0:54:47 > 0:54:51Just to tell you, teams, looks can deceive.

0:54:51 > 0:54:53- For some reason, I keep getting drawn to number four.- Really?

0:54:53 > 0:54:56I don't know why. Do you move the cups with the power of your mind?

0:54:58 > 0:55:00Do I what?

0:55:00 > 0:55:04He said, "Do you move the cups with the power of your mind?"

0:55:04 > 0:55:07I can do.

0:55:07 > 0:55:09Stare at the cups.

0:55:09 > 0:55:11Do it with your mind.

0:55:11 > 0:55:12That's it.

0:55:15 > 0:55:17You gave the game away.
