0:01:04 > 0:01:07and kind of almost that plus an extra half

0:01:07 > 0:01:10of it is now what I have at the moment.

0:01:10 > 0:01:13That's more shoes than me and Georgia put together!

0:01:13 > 0:01:17OK, so my new year's resolution is to tidy my room,

0:01:17 > 0:01:19cos my room often a mess.

0:01:20 > 0:01:26- It's lime green!- Is your wall green? - My whole bedroom's green.

0:01:26 > 0:01:30- Do you want to swap? Give me your wallpaper.- Do you want to come over sometime?

0:01:30 > 0:01:35- Good new year's resolution, mate. - I'll keep it tidy, I will.

0:01:35 > 0:01:38OK, my new year's resolution is to eat less chocolate,

0:01:38 > 0:01:41cos I eat tonnes, it's ridiculous.

0:01:43 > 0:01:48Oh, yeah, today though - just a little example.

0:01:48 > 0:01:50Two chocolate bars on the go there.

0:01:50 > 0:01:53- I've never seen you eat much chocolate.- Have you not? I eat loads!

0:01:53 > 0:01:57- What's the most you've eaten? - In one day?- Yeah. Roughly.

0:01:57 > 0:02:03- Give me an average.- In grammes. - It's not, like... Maybe five?

0:02:03 > 0:02:08- Five?!- But in a day... - That's just to get you started!

0:02:08 > 0:02:11But in a day, though, and they're like, that big.

0:02:11 > 0:02:15Mine is a bit similar but I haven't got anywhere near -

0:02:15 > 0:02:17it's hats, I've got to stop buying them.

0:02:17 > 0:02:21It's only a few there. I've actually run out of hands!

0:02:21 > 0:02:27- I've got to stack them up all on top of my head.- How many do you have?

0:02:27 > 0:02:30- Loads.- Can I just say, you do not look happy in that picture!

0:02:30 > 0:02:35- Did you have an argument?- Will you struggle with that resolution?

0:02:35 > 0:02:37Yeah, struggle badly.

0:02:37 > 0:02:40Mine is, I bite my lip all the time when I get nervous.

0:02:40 > 0:02:43- I've noticed that.- Have you? - I've never noticed.

0:02:43 > 0:02:46If we see you doing it, we'll point it out and say, "Stop doing that!"

0:02:46 > 0:02:52- OK.- Naughty! No!- Cel, what's yours?

0:02:52 > 0:02:55Mine is, I have a little pet dog called Bella,

0:02:55 > 0:02:57I have to walk her more.

0:02:57 > 0:02:59AUDIENCE: Awww!

0:02:59 > 0:03:02You said she's little - she's huge!

0:03:02 > 0:03:08My princess, there she is. So I'm going to take her for more walks.

0:03:08 > 0:03:11- What's she sitting on, a sofa? - Your mum lets her sit on the couch?

0:03:11 > 0:03:13I let her sit on the couch.

0:03:13 > 0:03:16- You little rebel.- I know. I love her, though.

0:03:16 > 0:03:20Those are our resolutions, let's see if we stick to them.

0:03:20 > 0:03:22Here's what's coming up on the show.

0:03:22 > 0:03:25I'll be joined by two special guests in Dance Download.

0:03:25 > 0:03:27Cel checks out some of the hottest movies of the year.

0:03:27 > 0:03:30Richard gets on his bike in Weekend Download.

0:03:30 > 0:03:33Plus, Rizzle Kicks and The Wanted

0:03:33 > 0:03:35will be performing their latest singles.

0:03:45 > 0:03:49So it's time for Games Download, and the game I'm doing today is

0:03:49 > 0:03:51Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympics.

0:03:51 > 0:03:55They've been to the Beijing Olympics and the Winter Olympics,

0:03:55 > 0:03:58but this one is the biggest and best because it's in London.

0:03:58 > 0:04:02We're doing synchronised swimming, but we'll need swimmers,

0:04:02 > 0:04:05so we've got Georgia and Cel in their beautiful swimwear.

0:04:05 > 0:04:07CHEERING

0:04:07 > 0:04:11- Yes! OK, guys. Give us a twirl so we can see your...- A twirl?

0:04:11 > 0:04:14OK. You like it? Thanks.

0:04:14 > 0:04:18So you're Mario, you're Princess Peach. And Sonic and Tails

0:04:18 > 0:04:22are your team mates. We're doing synchronised swimming,

0:04:22 > 0:04:27- just press "Go To Event", and you have to copy the guy on screen.- OK.

0:04:28 > 0:04:33For you at home, there's a little stick man that comes out

0:04:33 > 0:04:37- and you have to follow what he does. - With your whole body?

0:04:37 > 0:04:40- Just do what the stick man does. - OK, OK, OK.

0:04:40 > 0:04:46So this is one of over 30 events you can do. You see these things?

0:04:46 > 0:04:50- You need to just copy them.- Which things do I copy?- These things here.

0:04:50 > 0:04:55- What are these? Oh, oh!- Little stick men.- That's not a st... Oh!

0:04:55 > 0:04:59- I don't know what you call him - a man without any features.- OK.

0:04:59 > 0:05:03Anyway, so this is one of 30 different events that you can do.

0:05:03 > 0:05:05- This is a fairly realistic event. - It's good.

0:05:05 > 0:05:08The other events, sometimes they put

0:05:08 > 0:05:12an interesting twist on them, like the discus event for instance,

0:05:12 > 0:05:15rather than throwing it like a normal discus,

0:05:15 > 0:05:19you sit on the discus and you fly it and you try and collect coins.

0:05:19 > 0:05:21And you get points that way. This is fairly long,

0:05:21 > 0:05:25about a minute or so long. I don't know who's got more points

0:05:25 > 0:05:28at the moment, we'll find out who's going to win.

0:05:28 > 0:05:31Later on, they incorporate more movement.

0:05:31 > 0:05:34- I feel like I'm in the Olympics here! - What do you guys think about it?

0:05:34 > 0:05:38- It's fun.- I like the timing. To get it on time.

0:05:38 > 0:05:41If you miss it, then that's it.

0:05:41 > 0:05:44Usually there's a bit of leeway, but here there's none.

0:05:44 > 0:05:49You get a bit of a workout as well - I like the little dance steps there!

0:05:49 > 0:05:52Anyway, that's pretty much it, let's see your scores.

0:05:52 > 0:05:56CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:05:56 > 0:06:00So, Cel, you got 7.72, Georgia, you only got 5.72.

0:06:00 > 0:06:03It's all right, you know, we got bronze.

0:06:03 > 0:06:06- Taking a medal home for the boys. - We came last.

0:06:06 > 0:06:08So anyway, that's Mario & Sonic

0:06:08 > 0:06:10at the London 2012 Olympics for the Wii.

0:06:10 > 0:06:13Moving on to today's gadget, if you give me your controllers.

0:06:13 > 0:06:15So, everyone knows about Hot Wheels -

0:06:15 > 0:06:21this is one of the Hot Wheels tracks. Come on, huddle round.

0:06:21 > 0:06:22You get all your cars and stuff.

0:06:22 > 0:06:25We're just going to demonstrate this track to you guys.

0:06:25 > 0:06:29So, you put your car in, the Hot Wheel car...

0:06:29 > 0:06:32I can't get it in!

0:06:32 > 0:06:34You put your car in there, Then you take that off,

0:06:34 > 0:06:37it goes into the fire, it zooms round,

0:06:37 > 0:06:39and it stopped but we'll keep it going!

0:06:39 > 0:06:42- You didn't see that!- And it goes back in the fire...

0:06:42 > 0:06:47Basically, these are stunt cars. They don't always work perfectly.

0:06:47 > 0:06:50If they come out and crash on the floor and stuff,

0:06:50 > 0:06:52it doesn't really matter.

0:06:52 > 0:06:59- Don't do that one yet.- OK.- Oh, look at that!- It's pretty fabulous.

0:06:59 > 0:07:01But this one, this is the newest addition

0:07:01 > 0:07:03to their repertoire of vehicles.

0:07:03 > 0:07:07This is the video racer. This red light means it's recording.

0:07:07 > 0:07:10You've got the camera on the front and it's going to go round

0:07:10 > 0:07:14the track and we're going to get video footage of the whole course.

0:07:14 > 0:07:16Better turn it on!

0:07:16 > 0:07:19There's one bad thing about this -

0:07:19 > 0:07:22I don't know why, but it always gets stuck here.

0:07:22 > 0:07:25I think it's too big. But we'll just push it round.

0:07:25 > 0:07:27And then go back in there.

0:07:27 > 0:07:32- Still recording.- I know. It's cool, it's cool.

0:07:32 > 0:07:36- Right, so we'll go and sit down and talk about this now.- OK.

0:07:36 > 0:07:39They're just regular cars, this is the cool one.

0:07:39 > 0:07:42So as you can see, on the bottom of it, there's a little -

0:07:42 > 0:07:47can you see? It comes with a screen, a little LCD screen.

0:07:47 > 0:07:51And you can just press play and watch back what you've recorded.

0:07:51 > 0:07:54Another cool thing about this is when you buy it,

0:07:54 > 0:07:57you get some free editing software, you download it

0:07:57 > 0:08:02onto your computer and you can edit your own movies and stuff.

0:08:02 > 0:08:06And you can put, like, cartoons in it and sound effects

0:08:06 > 0:08:10and stuff like that. It's really cool and you can get some pretty cool footage.

0:08:10 > 0:08:15- And me and Cel made some footage on this earlier, actually.- Oh, yeah!

0:08:15 > 0:08:20I've been editing it at home. And I think we'll be able to see it.

0:08:20 > 0:08:24We're going to see our footage filmed with this very car.

0:08:27 > 0:08:30'We are doing the Hot Wheels...'

0:08:30 > 0:08:33- It's quite good quality for such a small camera!- For a car, yeah.

0:08:33 > 0:08:38- 'Hello!'- 'We're filming off a car, by the way, I know you can't see it.'

0:08:38 > 0:08:42- What do you guys think of this camera?- I think it's wicked.

0:08:42 > 0:08:43I really like the idea.

0:08:43 > 0:08:48So that is the Hot Wheels video racer, pretty cool gadget, I think.

0:08:48 > 0:08:52But now, it's a brand new series,

0:08:52 > 0:08:57which means that there's a brand new series of Tyger Versus.

0:08:57 > 0:09:00And last year, Cel pipped me to the post,

0:09:00 > 0:09:02which meant that the team beat me.

0:09:02 > 0:09:05But this year is my chance to get it back and win,

0:09:05 > 0:09:08and that's what I'm going to do. We're going to kick off Tyger Versus

0:09:08 > 0:09:11with the first of the series, and for that we'll need

0:09:11 > 0:09:14the rest of our presenters. Massive applause, please!

0:09:14 > 0:09:18CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:09:18 > 0:09:23Right, we're back, we're back. With the randomiser!

0:09:23 > 0:09:25Let's find out who I'm against.

0:09:25 > 0:09:29- Good to see you again, old friend. - Is it the same randomiser?

0:09:31 > 0:09:34- Oh, the suspense.- Good stuff.

0:09:34 > 0:09:36Oh, sturdy start.

0:09:36 > 0:09:40- Now, from what I remember, you beat me a couple of times.- I never lost.

0:09:40 > 0:09:43That fills me with confidence(!)

0:09:43 > 0:09:46Anyway, basically, we're playing on Rabbids Alive and Kicking.

0:09:46 > 0:09:51The aim is, it's a race to get out of the supermarket.

0:09:51 > 0:09:53- Do I have to run? - Bit of running, bit of bopping.

0:09:53 > 0:09:56Right, let's go, let's go!

0:09:59 > 0:10:02Go, go, go!

0:10:02 > 0:10:04Aidan! Aidan! Aidan! Aidan!

0:10:13 > 0:10:15- Sprint!- Come on!

0:10:15 > 0:10:17Yes! Yes! Yes!

0:10:22 > 0:10:24- Yes!- Come on, Aidan!

0:10:29 > 0:10:31Yeah!

0:10:31 > 0:10:34- CHEERING AND APPLAUSE - Woo!

0:10:34 > 0:10:39Sorry, that makes it one-nil to me, and that's Games Download complete.

0:10:46 > 0:10:49Why is it so hard to play card games in the jungle?

0:10:49 > 0:10:51Cos there are so many cheetahs!

0:10:57 > 0:11:00Now, we've got a bit of a special Movie Download for you guys at home.

0:11:00 > 0:11:03So, as it's the start of a new year,

0:11:03 > 0:11:06I've decided to put a few clips together of, in my opinion,

0:12:54 > 0:12:58I didn't think this would be my cup of tea, but it's a nice, modern twist

0:12:58 > 0:13:00on a classic fairytale and worth a watch.

0:13:00 > 0:13:04Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?

0:21:59 > 0:22:01In this week's Style Download,

0:22:01 > 0:22:03I give ten-year-old Sarah's room a makeover

0:22:03 > 0:22:07using everyday household items and here's how we got on.

0:22:07 > 0:22:10Today I'm meeting ten-year-old Sarah who's got a problem with her room.

0:22:10 > 0:22:14Apparently it needs some serious attention.

0:22:14 > 0:22:18Hi, I'm Sarah and I live here with my mum, dad, brother and sister.

0:22:22 > 0:22:24I like playing the cello...

0:22:24 > 0:22:26and the African drums...

0:22:26 > 0:22:29but not at the same time.

0:22:33 > 0:22:37The reason I need a style download is because my room is too messy

0:22:37 > 0:22:40and too boring - it looks like I'm an old lady.

0:22:40 > 0:22:44She loves lots and lots of things - clothes, shoes, books -

0:22:44 > 0:22:47so her room is always cluttered.

0:22:47 > 0:22:50She's been asking us all along to redecorate her room,

0:22:50 > 0:22:52we just haven't had the time to do it.

0:22:52 > 0:22:56I think it's time I surprise her and see how bad the situation is.

0:23:04 > 0:23:07- Hi!- Oh, my gosh!- Hi!

0:23:07 > 0:23:11- Oh, my gosh!- Hi! It's nice to meet you. I'm Georgia. How are you?

0:23:11 > 0:23:15- Fine thanks.- I hear you've got a bit of a problem with your bedroom.

0:23:15 > 0:23:18We're going to give it a bit of a makeover.

0:23:18 > 0:23:22Sarah, what is it about your room that you don't like?

0:23:22 > 0:23:26I don't like the ultimate boringness and the fact that there's no colour

0:23:26 > 0:23:29and it makes me feel like an old lady.

0:23:29 > 0:23:33OK. First things first, let's have a look at your room

0:23:33 > 0:23:35and see what we can do. Let's go!

0:23:40 > 0:23:43OK, let's talk about it. What's the worse thing about it?

0:23:43 > 0:23:48I think I'm very creative and this room doesn't show off my personality.

0:23:48 > 0:23:51I definitely think we can add a bit of you to your room.

0:23:51 > 0:23:54- Is there anything else?- It's too small and it's too messy,

0:23:54 > 0:23:57so I have no space to keep things I really like.

0:23:57 > 0:24:01I don't know if we can make it bigger but I can give you some tips

0:24:01 > 0:24:03that'll make it more roomy. Sound good?

0:24:03 > 0:24:05- Brilliant.- Awesome. Let's get started.

0:24:05 > 0:24:10A great way of injecting some colour into your room is with some cushions

0:24:10 > 0:24:14and we can even customise them ourselves with some cool stuff.

0:24:14 > 0:24:15Love it!

0:24:23 > 0:24:26- OK, so that's one cushion done. - I like it!- Awesome.

0:24:26 > 0:24:30So I thought we could make some letter art out of buttons,

0:24:30 > 0:24:33and we've also got some glue and some card as well.

0:24:38 > 0:24:41Wow! That looks great! I love it.

0:24:48 > 0:24:51We can move on to the next feature, which is the tidying.

0:24:51 > 0:24:54A really cool way to keep your room looking tidy

0:24:54 > 0:24:58is by decorating shoe boxes and putting all your stuff in there.

0:24:58 > 0:25:01- Do you have any shoe boxes?- Loads. - Oh, OK. Right on cue.

0:25:06 > 0:25:09Cool. So I think it's time we put all this stuff in your room, yeah?

0:25:09 > 0:25:11- Let's do it.- Lead the way.

0:25:12 > 0:25:16You find a place for the vase and I'll start styling the cushions.

0:25:28 > 0:25:30OK, I think we're done. High five.

0:25:30 > 0:25:33Sarah seems happy enough and you can be too if you want to spruce up

0:25:33 > 0:25:36your room. It's really simple. Step 1 -

0:25:36 > 0:25:39Find a vase and collect sticks from the garden or park,

0:25:39 > 0:25:42then cut leaf shapes from an old magazine or newspaper,

0:25:42 > 0:25:45or even some wrapping paper like we did.

0:25:45 > 0:25:48Stick the shapes on to branches to create a funky, authentic

0:25:48 > 0:25:50plant accessory that never needs watering.

0:25:50 > 0:25:52Step 2 -

0:25:52 > 0:25:55'Find some ribbon to cut a little longer than the length of your room.

0:25:55 > 0:25:59'Pin each end to either end of your room with drawing pins,

0:25:59 > 0:26:02'then use some old clothes pegs to hang your favourite photos from it.

0:26:02 > 0:26:05'It's a really simple but effective display

0:26:05 > 0:26:08'and you can change the pictures as often as you like.'

0:26:08 > 0:26:10Step 3 - button art.

0:26:10 > 0:26:14Arrange some disused buttons in the shape of your favourite letter,

0:26:14 > 0:26:17then stick them onto the card using a paintbrush and non-toxic glue.

0:26:19 > 0:26:21- You should call your family up to have a look.- Cool.

0:26:21 > 0:26:28- Mum, Dad!- Wow! You guys have done a great job!- Thank you!

0:26:28 > 0:26:29Wow! It's great.

0:26:29 > 0:26:33- You like it?- Wonderful! - Awesome, yeah?

0:26:33 > 0:26:37# Baby you light up my world like nobody else... #

0:26:37 > 0:26:41Instead of looking like a 70-year-old's room,

0:26:41 > 0:26:45it looks like a ten-year-old's room, which is my age by the way.

0:26:47 > 0:26:51The room's great. I really like how you've brought it back to life.

0:26:51 > 0:26:55Excellent. Very, very good now. She's going to really love it.

0:26:57 > 0:27:00I love my new room and so do my family.

0:27:00 > 0:27:02In fact, they love it so much, I can't keep them out.

0:27:04 > 0:27:08I've had an amazing day, I can't believe Georgia was in my house.

0:27:08 > 0:27:11- For real...- High five!- ..my friends are going to be so jealous,

0:27:11 > 0:27:14and my sister especially.

0:27:14 > 0:27:17# ..That's what makes you beautiful. #

0:27:35 > 0:27:38You all right there, Cel? What are you doing, mate?

0:27:38 > 0:27:41- I've got a few questions... - I've got a few for you.

0:27:41 > 0:27:43Why do you sound South African?

0:27:43 > 0:27:45- What?- You're supposed to be from Birmingham.- I am.

0:27:45 > 0:27:50- You sound South African.- No, I'm from Dudley, Birmingham.

0:27:50 > 0:27:53- You look stupid.- Well...

0:27:53 > 0:27:55- Please do it normally. - All right, yeah.

0:27:55 > 0:27:59- Just for laughs...- No, no! You always get it wrong!

0:27:59 > 0:28:03- I get it wrong?!- Yes! Every time we come to rehearsals,

0:28:03 > 0:28:06"Aidan, repeat the line because you've got it wrong."

0:28:06 > 0:28:10- You just always get it wrong. - Backstage Download complete.

0:28:10 > 0:28:11- Say it after two.- Yeah. One, two.

0:28:11 > 0:28:13BOTH: Backstage Download complete.

0:28:13 > 0:28:16Your Brummie accent has ruined it all.

0:28:16 > 0:28:17Still to come...

0:28:17 > 0:28:22# I-I-I, I-I-I... #

0:28:25 > 0:28:28# You can't stop looking at me Writing about me

0:28:28 > 0:28:29# Tweeting about me

0:28:29 > 0:28:31# I can't stop it's what it's gonna be

0:28:31 > 0:28:33# My swagger's in check... #

0:28:40 > 0:28:43Here we are for Hot Or Not, where we each pick a topic

0:28:43 > 0:28:46and discuss whether it's hot or not.

0:28:46 > 0:28:48This side is hot and this side is not hot.

0:28:48 > 0:28:54I'm going to go first. Now...braces. I don't mean braces as in teeth,

0:28:54 > 0:28:57- I mean braces on trousers. - That's hot, that's hot, that's hot.

0:28:57 > 0:29:00I'm definitely going to go with hot because I like them as well.

0:29:00 > 0:29:03Are we all hot?

0:29:03 > 0:29:07You know when people wear them properly, like over the top?

0:29:07 > 0:29:10Like you've got them hanging down, they look cool.

0:29:17 > 0:29:20- One of the boys from One Direction does it quite a lot.- Which one?

0:29:20 > 0:29:24Braces aren't hot. I'm just scared of wearing belts.

0:29:24 > 0:29:25- So, we're hot on them?- Hot.

0:29:25 > 0:29:27- Hot.- OK.

0:29:27 > 0:29:32My one is a...a good old mirror.

0:29:32 > 0:29:33Just a mirror?

0:29:33 > 0:29:39What's wrong with a mirror? How can that be NOT hot?

0:29:39 > 0:29:43- It's just your opinion.- OK! - Depends whether you like yourself.

0:29:43 > 0:29:44- No, it doesn't.- Yeah.

0:29:44 > 0:29:48Everyone likes a mirror cos you've got to look in it.

0:29:48 > 0:29:51- I can't go to sleep if a mirror's in front of me.- True!

0:29:51 > 0:29:53Cos if you wake up, it's just like...

0:29:53 > 0:29:57- It's not in a vain way, "Do you like yourself?"- If it's dark.

0:29:58 > 0:30:00What about mirrors in a maze?

0:30:00 > 0:30:02This is a fact for everyone -

0:30:02 > 0:30:06Michael Jackson went five years without looking in a mirror.

0:30:06 > 0:30:09- Just to let everyone know.- Really?! - Anyway, moving on.

0:30:09 > 0:30:11- Are we all hot on mirrors?- Yeah.

0:30:11 > 0:30:15- So everyone's hot?- Who's next?

0:30:15 > 0:30:19- Mine's next. Mine is hedgehogs.- No.

0:30:19 > 0:30:23If I touch a spiky hedgehog?

0:30:23 > 0:30:25- Are you serious?- Have you seen baby ones? They're so cute!

0:30:25 > 0:30:28- Sonic is the coolest. - Now, when you say that,

0:30:28 > 0:30:30that makes me want to sit there.

0:30:30 > 0:30:33- Sonic changes everything. - He's not a proper hedgehog.

0:30:33 > 0:30:38- Don't ruin kids' dreams.- I like that, but we're talking about.

0:30:38 > 0:30:41So if you see a hedgehog you'll go, "You're cute"?

0:30:41 > 0:30:46Yes! They're so cute. If they have no spikes, they're so cute.

0:30:46 > 0:30:50But then they have spikes to protect themselves.

0:30:50 > 0:30:55They don't run at you and just jump at you. If you go "Rrrr!"

0:30:55 > 0:30:58I'm sure they'll go, "No!" They're not really cute.

0:30:58 > 0:31:01I think you might have turned me.

0:31:01 > 0:31:07- It was the Sonic.- That was the first rock, paper, scissors, eh?- Oh, yeah.

0:31:07 > 0:31:11So you guys are on your own, we beat you on that one. That's hot.

0:31:11 > 0:31:13- Who's next?- It's me now.

0:31:13 > 0:31:16Um, so... THEY LAUGH

0:31:16 > 0:31:20- For the intro, we did our new year's resolutions.- We did.

0:31:27 > 0:31:31- Not hot.- I think they're hot, but I can never stick to it.

0:31:31 > 0:31:34- I never keep them. - They give me something to achieve.

0:31:34 > 0:31:37- Why do you want to stop something you like?- Exactly!

0:31:37 > 0:31:40I think this is going to be a rock, paper, scissors.

0:31:40 > 0:31:44That's what we do when we have a tie.

0:31:44 > 0:31:48- Let's just confirm this - it's rock, paper, scissors.- Show your hand.

0:31:48 > 0:31:55- Don't cheat.- Rock, paper, wham! - Rock, paper, do it.- OK. Just go.

0:31:55 > 0:32:00- ALL:- Rock, paper, scissors!- We won! We won!

0:33:35 > 0:33:39- What about pennies?- Oh, no! I'd get rid of them.

0:33:39 > 0:33:41The nearest girl or woman near me,

0:35:49 > 0:35:52where we look at some of the biggest errors

0:35:52 > 0:35:55from The Lord Of The Rings: Fellowship Of The Ring.

0:35:55 > 0:35:57The Fellowship Of The Ring is the first

0:35:57 > 0:36:01film from the trilogy following Frodo Baggins as he embarks

0:36:01 > 0:36:04on a quest to destroy the powerful ring in the Middle Earth.

0:36:04 > 0:36:08In this scene we see Gandalf catch hobbit Sam snooping around.

0:36:08 > 0:36:12Poor Sam ends up being thrown on the table, but keep an eye on

0:36:12 > 0:36:16the background to see if you can spot the major movie error.

0:36:23 > 0:36:25RUSTLING Ah!

0:36:27 > 0:36:30Sam, have you been eavesdropping?

0:36:30 > 0:36:32I have dropped no eaves, honest.

0:36:32 > 0:36:35I was just cutting the grass under the window there.

0:37:00 > 0:37:02Any luck?

0:37:02 > 0:37:04Let's rewind for another look.

0:37:06 > 0:37:09As Sam lies on the table, on the floor behind him

0:37:09 > 0:37:12there is just one brown book closed on the floor.

0:37:12 > 0:37:15A few seconds later and the book is now open

0:37:15 > 0:37:18and two other books have magically appeared, too.

0:37:18 > 0:37:21One book - three books. Let's see our next clip.

0:37:21 > 0:37:24Here, later on in the film, Frodo and his fellow hobbits,

0:37:24 > 0:37:28Sam, Merry and Pippin, are enjoying a drink in the Prancing Pony.

0:37:28 > 0:37:30When Pippin leaves to get a drink,

0:37:33 > 0:37:36- I'm getting one. - You've had a whole half already!

0:37:38 > 0:37:42That fellow has done nothing but stare at me since we arrived.

0:37:45 > 0:37:46Excuse me.

0:37:48 > 0:37:51That man in the corner, who is he?

0:37:51 > 0:37:54Did you spot the mistake? Let's look again.

0:37:54 > 0:37:57Pippin leaves the table and a few minutes later we see

0:37:57 > 0:38:01a shot of three remaining hobbits sitting down with their drinks.

0:38:01 > 0:38:03But here it is Pippin that is still sitting

0:38:03 > 0:38:06and Merry is the one who has left the table.

0:38:06 > 0:38:07Can you see?

0:38:07 > 0:38:11Pippin you see to get up to leave, but Merry is the one who is missing.

0:47:35 > 0:47:37- Thanks very much.- No problem, guys.

0:47:40 > 0:47:42OK, we're back again with Weekend Download.

0:47:42 > 0:47:45Now, this week, I've been doing some bike skills.

0:47:45 > 0:47:47Why don't we take a look?

0:47:47 > 0:47:50OK, we're back again with Weekend Download.

0:47:50 > 0:47:53Now, I'm on location to find out just a bit about bike trials.

0:47:53 > 0:47:55Now, if you don't know what bike trials are,

0:47:55 > 0:47:57I suggest you keep watching.

0:48:05 > 0:48:07Hi, I'm George,

0:48:07 > 0:48:10I'm 14-years-old and I've been riding trials for five years.

0:48:12 > 0:48:14I'm 15. I've been riding for two years.

0:48:16 > 0:48:18Trials is my life. I pretty much live down here.

0:48:19 > 0:48:21It's fun.

0:48:24 > 0:48:26You get an adrenaline rush from it.

0:48:31 > 0:48:34You get to ride with all your mates.

0:48:36 > 0:48:39There's a whole range of tricks you can do in bike trials.

0:48:39 > 0:48:41My favourite move is a helicopter.

0:48:41 > 0:48:46You pivot your back wheel over the edge, then you spin yourself round.

0:48:46 > 0:48:48Footjam tailwhip - put your front foot

0:48:48 > 0:48:51in the front wheel, spin the frame round

0:48:51 > 0:48:53and then you land on the frame again.

0:48:53 > 0:48:55Anyone can do trials. It's for anyone.

0:48:55 > 0:48:59If you haven't got access to a centre like this,

0:48:59 > 0:49:02you could use a local skate-park or obstacles in your back garden,

0:49:02 > 0:49:05like pallets or anything, really.

0:49:08 > 0:49:11Unfortunately, we can't do the biking outside as it's too slippery.

0:49:11 > 0:49:14But the guys have invited me inside where another is set up.

0:49:14 > 0:49:17They're going to give me some top tips. Let's have a look.

0:49:21 > 0:49:23- Hi, George.- Nice to meet you.

0:49:23 > 0:49:26So, George, what I need you to tell me today is, "What is trial biking?"

0:49:26 > 0:49:29Trial biking's just - it's hopping on and off stuff,

0:49:29 > 0:49:33like onto thin pipes or onto big tyres and stuff like that.

0:49:33 > 0:49:36So you need a lot of strength to do that.

0:49:36 > 0:49:38The bike itself hasn't got a seat. Can you explain why?

0:49:38 > 0:49:42- Cos you don't need a seat for trials cos you don't sit down.- OK.

0:49:42 > 0:49:45And it's got much better brakes than a normal bike.

0:49:45 > 0:49:49- Are these high quality brakes? - Yeah, really good brakes so that

0:49:49 > 0:49:51when you're hopping around on the back wheel,

0:49:51 > 0:49:55you need to have good brakes so you can actually just stop.

0:49:55 > 0:49:58You've got helmet, gloves and pads. Are they important?

0:49:58 > 0:50:01When you're riding trials, you do tend to injure yourself,

0:50:01 > 0:50:04so you need to be padded up to stop it from being so bad.

0:50:04 > 0:50:08So, I think I should get padded up and you should be teaching me.

0:50:08 > 0:50:09- That sounds good.- Let's go.

0:50:11 > 0:50:14Right, George, what's up? I'm ready to go.

0:50:14 > 0:50:17- What you teaching me first? - I'm going to show you a track stand.

0:50:17 > 0:50:21Track stand's just all about balance. I'm going to show you now.

0:50:21 > 0:50:24What does it look like?

0:50:24 > 0:50:28It's just balancing on the spot and just use your brakes and your pedals.

0:50:28 > 0:50:32Put them on and off. You've got to find the balance points.

0:50:32 > 0:50:35- Do you want to give it a go? - Right, so you pedal a little bit.

0:50:35 > 0:50:38- Just turn your handlebars.- It's hard.

0:50:38 > 0:50:41It's all about practise and balance with this one.

0:50:41 > 0:50:44- You see, I'm wobbling a little bit. - That's it.

0:50:45 > 0:50:47That's how you do it.

0:50:47 > 0:50:49SMOOTH MUSIC

0:50:54 > 0:50:56- I'm really enjoying this. - It's good fun.

0:50:56 > 0:50:59I'm getting used to it, picking it up quite quickly.

0:50:59 > 0:51:01- Yeah, you're doing really well. - What's next?

0:51:01 > 0:51:04I was going to put you over some obstacles,

0:51:04 > 0:51:07- as trials is about getting over stuff.- Oh...

0:51:08 > 0:51:12- Not a big one, I hope, I'm only a beginner.- No, no, not a big one.

0:51:12 > 0:51:15You can't jump straight onto the big stuff.

0:51:15 > 0:51:18You have to start on the small stuff. Just that one.

0:51:18 > 0:51:22- Are they easy or are they hard?- It's harder than it looks.- Honestly?- Yeah.

0:51:22 > 0:51:26Wicked. So, what you do I need to do? Give me two tips that I need.

0:51:26 > 0:51:28Well, when you get to about that far behind it,

0:51:28 > 0:51:32you just need to lift up your front wheel and when your back wheel hits,

0:51:32 > 0:51:35you need to carry on pedalling to keep the momentum going.

0:51:35 > 0:51:36- Wicked.- Let's give it a go.

0:51:38 > 0:51:43- Oh! I think I'll go again. - You'll get it, don't worry.

0:51:46 > 0:51:47Oh! Nearly.

0:51:47 > 0:51:51Really close to it then. You'll get it next time.

0:51:52 > 0:51:56- There we go. - Try and do the one after as well.

0:51:59 > 0:52:01CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:52:02 > 0:52:06Richard's done really well for a beginner.

0:52:06 > 0:52:10He picked up the stuff quite quickly. I'm really happy with his progress.

0:52:11 > 0:52:14Although it looks hard, it's actually pretty fun.

0:52:14 > 0:52:16Even if these guys do make it look easy.

0:52:19 > 0:52:21Find yourself a bike with helmet and pads.

0:52:21 > 0:52:24You can pick one up for about the same price as a BMX.

0:52:33 > 0:52:35Try some smaller tricks and techniques

0:52:35 > 0:52:37before tackling the more serious moves.

0:52:37 > 0:52:41Start with small jumps, such as kerbs, and work up to bigger jumps.

0:52:46 > 0:52:50I can't believe it's all over! I've had so much fun today.

0:52:50 > 0:52:53Unfortunately, they wanted their bike back.

0:52:53 > 0:52:55Don't know how I'm going to get home.

0:52:56 > 0:52:57Taxi!
