0:03:41 > 0:03:44Right. What you do is, you stand still -
0:03:44 > 0:03:46I'll show you what it looks like first -
0:03:46 > 0:03:48all you do is, you go...
0:03:51 > 0:03:52Really simple.

0:04:39 > 0:04:40three...
0:04:40 > 0:04:43- four.- Right.
0:04:43 > 0:04:45All it is really... It's not all about the move,
0:04:45 > 0:04:47it's about getting it to the music
0:04:47 > 0:04:49and letting it look like you're just grooving.
0:04:49 > 0:04:52- Just grooving! - Like brushing your hair?

0:08:57 > 0:09:01You all know Ashley Banjo, he's the lead dancer in Diversity.
0:09:01 > 0:09:04He's taken it upon himself and made a bold statement.
0:09:04 > 0:09:07He said, "I can teach anyone to dance," and that is what this show
0:09:07 > 0:09:11is about. He goes around the UK taking people he thinks can't dance
0:09:11 > 0:09:14and teaches them to dance. It's a great aspect, maybe for Mum and Dad,
0:09:14 > 0:09:17so you go, "Mum, Dad, watch this and learn."
0:09:17 > 0:09:20I know my parents could do with it. In this week, he starts off

0:10:17 > 0:10:19and they get a supply teacher...
0:10:19 > 0:10:22"Teacher's ill today, here's your supply teacher."
0:10:22 > 0:10:25..without them knowing supply teacher is magic, but the cover it up and say
0:10:25 > 0:10:29"I'm here to teach you about gravity," then do magic tricks.
0:10:29 > 0:10:31It's brilliant. My favourite bit is when they say,
0:10:31 > 0:10:33"You're all on a TV show."
0:10:33 > 0:10:37And all the kids are like, "Are we? Oh, got to act cool now."
0:10:37 > 0:10:39It's really fun and they've got a great bit in the show
0:10:39 > 0:10:43where you can do an interactive bit, so they teach you a trick.
0:10:43 > 0:10:46This week, one of the teachers says, through healthy eating
0:10:46 > 0:10:49they can bend metal and there are many more magical tricks.
0:10:49 > 0:10:50Let's have a look at one of them.
0:10:50 > 0:10:54If this doesn't work, you could have a very wet teacher.
0:10:54 > 0:10:55Watch.
0:11:03 > 0:11:05- PUPILS:- No!
0:11:05 > 0:11:08'They might have wanted to see her get soaked,
0:11:08 > 0:11:11'but they can't deny it's an awesome trick.'
0:11:11 > 0:11:13Look at that, guys.
0:11:13 > 0:11:15'Fergus has made the water stay in the bottle.
0:11:15 > 0:11:18'That's not possible. And the magic's about to get better.'
0:11:18 > 0:11:20What's amazing,
0:11:20 > 0:11:24is in his bucket I have some little pieces of stick.
0:11:24 > 0:11:25What's incredible is that
0:11:25 > 0:11:28nothing comes out of the bottle,
0:11:28 > 0:11:31- but these pieces of stick go in. - PUPILS:- Oh!
0:11:32 > 0:11:35I'm not actually a teacher. I'm a magician.
0:11:35 > 0:11:37- Class!- Cool!
0:11:39 > 0:11:43And all of you guys have been set up by your teachers
0:11:43 > 0:11:48and there's a camera there, there's a camera in this spot just here,
0:11:48 > 0:11:51there's a camera just at the back there.
0:11:51 > 0:11:54PUPILS SHOUT AND TALK AT ONCE
0:11:54 > 0:11:55OK, and it's Deadly Art.
0:11:55 > 0:11:58I wasn't too sure about this when I read the synopsis.
0:11:58 > 0:11:59But it's brilliant.
0:11:59 > 0:12:01It's short, which is better
0:12:01 > 0:12:04because it gets the best bits in a tiny little section.
0:12:04 > 0:12:06Deadly Art takes Steve Backshall
0:12:06 > 0:12:08and his Deadly 60 and combines it into art.
0:12:08 > 0:12:10He takes an animal, explains about it,
0:12:10 > 0:12:14see him in action and then create this life-size animal.
0:12:14 > 0:12:15Also, another interactive part,
0:12:15 > 0:12:19they teach you how to draw the animal and add cool things to it.
0:12:19 > 0:12:23In this episode you will see Steve Backshall take on
0:12:23 > 0:12:25the deadly Goliath bird-eating spider.
0:12:25 > 0:12:29It's really fun, so let's have a look at this Deadly Art.
0:12:29 > 0:12:31This art work will be large.
0:12:31 > 0:12:33Big legs, big fhangs,
0:12:33 > 0:12:36- everything over-sized. - It's going to be terrifying.
0:12:36 > 0:12:39I'm not sure what part of the spider
0:12:39 > 0:12:42requires feathers, we'll find out soon, I'm sure.
0:12:42 > 0:12:45This is where the back section of the spider will be.
0:12:45 > 0:12:47This is the front section.
0:12:47 > 0:12:50This arc is where the legs will end up.
0:12:50 > 0:12:53Same again. Just the same.
0:12:53 > 0:12:56This spider is going to be massive.
0:12:56 > 0:12:58And this art has got to be huge.
0:12:58 > 0:13:02On Deadly 60 we made our way through the incredible Amazon rainforest,
0:13:02 > 0:13:05home to lots of creepy-crawlies.
0:13:05 > 0:13:09It didn't take us long to find a Goliath bird-eating spider.
0:13:09 > 0:13:13I am a little bit worried of spiders, actually. So, I'm going to go now.

0:14:28 > 0:14:31that you can do in a team or individually.
0:14:38 > 0:14:40Sometimes it gets pretty tiring,
0:14:40 > 0:14:44but it keeps you fit and it's really fun.
0:14:45 > 0:14:49If the UK skipping champions can't teach me how to skip, no-one can.

0:15:19 > 0:15:21I need you to take it back to basics for me.
0:15:21 > 0:15:24- Here's your rope.- I'm embarrassed now.- That's OK.
0:15:24 > 0:15:26- We'll start with the rope behind us.- Yes.
0:15:26 > 0:15:30Feet together so you're not jumping one foot then the other.
0:15:30 > 0:15:33Your feet are together, you bring it over your head,
0:15:33 > 0:15:37and you start jumping on the balls of your feet.
0:15:37 > 0:15:39- That is it. - You do forget about your arms.
0:15:39 > 0:15:42Think about the turning more than the jumping.
0:15:42 > 0:15:45Make sure you're turning big circles.
0:15:45 > 0:15:48And always pick your feet up. Nice big circles.
0:15:48 > 0:15:50That's better. Don't stop turning though.
0:15:50 > 0:15:54Let's have another go. I'm getting good at this now.
0:15:54 > 0:15:56Excellent, there you go.
0:15:57 > 0:16:00# My heart, skips, skip, skip
0:16:00 > 0:16:02# Skips, skips, skips a beat... #
0:16:04 > 0:16:07So, I've mastered the basics, I think anyway.
0:16:07 > 0:16:08I'm ready for my first trick.
0:16:08 > 0:16:10We'll do the crossover.
0:16:10 > 0:16:13We'll walk through it first then you're going to jump it.
0:16:13 > 0:16:17Start with the road behind us, bring the rope over your head into a cross.
0:16:17 > 0:16:22Ensure elbows meet in the middle the rope is wide enough to jump through.
0:16:22 > 0:16:26Point the handles towards the floor so it's low enough to jump through.
0:16:26 > 0:16:29You're ready to jump through it, bring the rope behind you.
0:16:29 > 0:16:32- So it's over, jump, open.- Right.- OK?
0:16:35 > 0:16:37Can I start by doing a normal one and then trying...
0:16:37 > 0:16:40You can do a normal jump first if you want to.
0:16:40 > 0:16:43- Then you cross your arms... - There you go. That's it. Nearly.
0:16:43 > 0:16:46Try and cross your arms a little bit more.
0:16:46 > 0:16:48There you go.
0:16:48 > 0:16:50- Was that right?- That was it.
0:16:50 > 0:16:52After you actually crossed over the rope,
0:16:52 > 0:16:55you're going to cross, jump, over then open and jump again.
0:16:55 > 0:16:58Get those elbows to meet. There you go. Perfect.
0:16:58 > 0:17:03- I didn't even know I was doing it. - That's perfect.- It just happened.
0:17:03 > 0:17:06- Well done.- Let's see if I can do a better one.
0:17:06 > 0:17:08There you go.
0:17:08 > 0:17:13You can even keep your arms there and keep crossing. If you want to.
0:17:13 > 0:17:16That would probably be easier for me. No.
0:17:23 > 0:17:27It's really easy to get into skipping. A rope costs £3.50.
0:17:27 > 0:17:29All you need is a rope and a bit of space.
0:17:32 > 0:17:35You learn the basics within six months
0:17:35 > 0:17:37and after that it's just adding tricks to it.
0:17:41 > 0:17:45I'm so tired, but before I go there's one thing I want to try
0:17:45 > 0:17:48- and it's Double Dutch. - We can do that.
0:17:48 > 0:17:51- Yeah, you're up for it? - I am.- Right, let's do it.
0:17:52 > 0:17:55I would jump in there first, but I'm going to let you.
0:17:55 > 0:17:58Just joking, I need you to teach me how to jump in.
0:17:58 > 0:18:02I'm looking at the rope closest to me, which is Lauren's right arm.
0:18:02 > 0:18:04When it hits the floor,
0:18:04 > 0:18:07that's when I call and follow it in and start jumping.
0:18:07 > 0:18:11Hit the floor, hit the floor, follow and jump.
0:18:13 > 0:18:16OK? Don't worry, I am going to push you in.
0:18:16 > 0:18:18So, watching this rope.
0:18:18 > 0:18:22- Do you want me to call you in? - I'm good, I reckon I can do it.
0:18:22 > 0:18:24So follow it in. Nearly!
0:18:24 > 0:18:27That was good though. At least you didn't hesitate.
0:18:27 > 0:18:29Straight in for the kill.
0:18:29 > 0:18:31It's when it hits the floor and goes up.
0:18:31 > 0:18:33Whenever you're ready.
0:18:33 > 0:18:36Now. There you go.
0:18:37 > 0:18:41This one, that one. I'm going to try it.
0:18:42 > 0:18:44Good.
0:18:46 > 0:18:49This is fun. I'm going to go on the floor, can you do that?
0:18:49 > 0:18:51How am I going to do that?
0:18:53 > 0:18:55He's doing really well.
0:18:55 > 0:18:59He's got a natural rhythm to him. He's quite a natural jumper.
0:18:59 > 0:19:01He gets in quite easily.
0:19:01 > 0:19:04He's got a natural bounce to him and everything.
0:19:04 > 0:19:06He's pretty good. Quite natural.
0:19:07 > 0:19:09That's absolutely exhausting.
0:19:09 > 0:19:11I'm going to leave it to the masters now.
0:19:11 > 0:19:15I have learnt some good tips and I'm happy. See you later.
0:19:17 > 0:19:19Tip one, before you start, practice jumping
0:19:19 > 0:19:22without the use of a rope to get the technique right.
0:19:22 > 0:19:25Small movements using the wrist to turn,
0:19:25 > 0:19:26then practice with friends.
0:19:26 > 0:19:28They can hold the rope with you in the middle.
0:19:28 > 0:19:32Tip two, check the rope is the correct size for you
0:19:32 > 0:19:35by standing on the rope with your feet together.
0:19:35 > 0:19:37The handle should reach just below your armpits.
0:19:37 > 0:19:40Once you're comfortable skipping at a regular speed
0:19:40 > 0:19:42try an arm cross.
0:19:42 > 0:19:45To do this cross your arms just before jumping over the rope.
0:19:45 > 0:19:48Just before you jump again, uncross your arms.
0:19:48 > 0:19:51Who would have thought skipping would be so much fun?
0:19:51 > 0:19:54A lot of boys would enjoy that just as much as the girls.
0:19:54 > 0:19:57Those girls are so energetic, my back's in bits.
0:19:57 > 0:19:58See you next time.
0:20:03 > 0:20:06So, I'm learning the basics of skipping and dance moves off Aidan,
0:20:06 > 0:20:10if I put up the two together I could be quite good at Double Dutch.
0:20:10 > 0:20:14What do you reckon? I might go and buy myself a rope.
0:20:14 > 0:20:17That's Weekend Download complete, I'm off.

0:23:18 > 0:23:21To be fair, with your name, you don't need a nickname at all.

0:24:39 > 0:24:44That's true, but - it makes me hate a song.
0:24:44 > 0:24:47If I have a really nice song, and I put it as my alarm in the morning,

0:26:42 > 0:26:44I'm Georgia and welcome to Style Download.
0:26:44 > 0:26:47Today I'm here to surprise Amy, who needs a little inspiration
0:26:47 > 0:26:49playing games with her friends.
0:26:49 > 0:26:55I'm ten and I live here with my mum, dad, my brother and twin sisters.
0:26:57 > 0:27:00They look the same, but I can tell them apart.
0:27:00 > 0:27:03I like to dance and play games with my brothers and sisters,
0:27:03 > 0:27:07but if I play charades one more time, I think I might explode.
0:27:09 > 0:27:11Amy's always making up games
0:27:11 > 0:27:14but she's played them all so many times she's getting bored of them.
0:27:14 > 0:27:17Amy always tries to prepare games for us.
0:27:17 > 0:27:20But some of the games we play, we just play every day.
0:27:20 > 0:27:22They just get really boring.
0:27:22 > 0:27:25Let's get in there quick and see if we can help solve her problem.
0:27:25 > 0:27:28Time for a Style Download surprise, I think.
0:27:37 > 0:27:39Hey, Amy!
0:27:41 > 0:27:42Hi, I'm Georgia.
0:27:42 > 0:27:46Nice to meet you. So we're going to play some games, yeah!
0:27:46 > 0:27:48- Yeah.- Brilliant, let's go.
0:27:49 > 0:27:51So Amy, what seems to be the problem?
0:27:51 > 0:27:54Well, I always like playing games with my friends,
0:27:54 > 0:27:57but we always play the same sort of games.
0:27:57 > 0:27:58What kind of games do you play?
0:27:58 > 0:28:02I like games with celebrities and things to do with music.
0:28:02 > 0:28:07- OK, I think I've got a few ideas. Want to hear more?- Yeah.
0:28:07 > 0:28:11Come with me and I'll show you how to get started.
0:28:11 > 0:28:13OK, so how do you fancy making a game from scratch
0:28:13 > 0:28:16that involves cool celebrities?
0:28:16 > 0:28:17That sounds cool.
0:28:17 > 0:28:20So the game is everyone has to wear a mask of a celebrity's face,
0:28:20 > 0:28:24and they have to try and find out who they are by asking questions.
0:28:24 > 0:28:26- Sounds all right?- Yeah.
0:28:26 > 0:28:29The fun bit is basically looking through some magazines
0:28:29 > 0:28:31and finding pictures.
0:28:31 > 0:28:34- Who are your favourites? - Beyonce and Olly Murs.
0:28:34 > 0:28:36OK, let's hope we can find them.
0:28:51 > 0:28:54OK, so we've printed our celebrity faces out -
0:28:54 > 0:28:58all we need to do is cut them out and stick them on the card to make masks.
0:28:58 > 0:29:00- I will cut, and you stick.- OK.
0:29:05 > 0:29:09'If you haven't got the Internet or can't find large enough photos
0:29:09 > 0:29:12'then don't worry. You can use objects instead.
0:29:12 > 0:29:13'Like fruit, or funny shapes.
0:29:13 > 0:29:17'Just draw them on card and cut them out. Simple.'
0:29:17 > 0:29:20OK, so game one finished. Now on to game two, which is called Fling Pong.
0:29:20 > 0:29:23This one is a bit like ten-pin bowling. Do you like that?
0:29:23 > 0:29:24- Yeah, I love it.- Brilliant.
0:29:24 > 0:29:28It's not quite the same, but it's the closest you'll get indoors.
0:29:28 > 0:29:31So all you need are six cups and a ping-pong ball,
0:29:31 > 0:29:33and stuff to decorate them with.
0:29:33 > 0:29:36- Ready to start designing? - Yeah.- Let's get making!
0:29:51 > 0:29:54OK, games complete. Time to put them to the test.
0:29:54 > 0:29:57Want to get your brother and sisters to meet us in the living room?
0:29:57 > 0:30:00Ellen! Hayley! Donnie!
0:30:00 > 0:30:02Brilliant, let's go.
0:30:14 > 0:30:17Yeah!
0:30:22 > 0:30:23Yeah!
0:30:23 > 0:30:25I've got a feeling these games are a success.
0:30:25 > 0:30:29If you want to make some for yourself, just follow these steps.
0:30:32 > 0:30:35A great way of coming up with new games is to take an old game
0:30:35 > 0:30:37you like and customise it to your liking.
0:30:37 > 0:30:40Sing a famous song to your friends, but change the words -
0:30:40 > 0:30:42you can make a really fun guessing game.
0:30:42 > 0:30:45Particularly when you make the words up as you go along.
0:30:52 > 0:30:54Try customising your cups and balls
0:30:54 > 0:30:56with favourite colours for added effect.
0:30:56 > 0:30:58Place your cups at the end of the table
0:30:58 > 0:31:00and bounce your ball from one end to the other.
0:31:00 > 0:31:03Each time someone gets a ball in the cup, take one away.
0:31:03 > 0:31:06The last player to score a hit is the winner.
0:31:06 > 0:31:09And you can play with as few or as many people as you like.
0:31:12 > 0:31:15You'll need pictures of your chosen celebrity faces,
0:31:15 > 0:31:17printed out to life-size.
0:31:17 > 0:31:19Then stick to card and cut out,
0:31:19 > 0:31:21making two holes with a pencil for the eyes
0:31:21 > 0:31:23and use Blu-Tack underneath for safety.
0:31:23 > 0:31:26Then stick the elastic on using tape.
0:31:26 > 0:31:29Face the masks downwards, and everyone chooses one at random.
0:31:29 > 0:31:32You need at least two players, but more is better.
0:31:32 > 0:31:35Then try and guess who you are by asking yes or no questions.
0:31:35 > 0:31:37The loser is the last one left.
0:31:37 > 0:31:39The games have been excellent,
0:31:39 > 0:31:42and they'll keep them occupied for a good while now.
0:31:42 > 0:31:44We really like the games,
0:31:44 > 0:31:47and they're not like ones that we've played before.
0:31:47 > 0:31:50My favourite game was the celebrity heads,
0:31:50 > 0:31:53cos I found it really fun guessing who I was meant to be.
0:31:53 > 0:31:58Our favourite one was the ball game. You had to throw them in the cup.
0:31:58 > 0:32:01Because that's a completely new game.
0:32:01 > 0:32:04Meeting Georgia was amazing,
0:32:04 > 0:32:06cos she is one of my favourite celebrities.
0:32:06 > 0:32:09My work here is done! See you next time.
0:32:14 > 0:32:16So now it's time for the Music Download,
