0:00:33 > 0:00:37- Now, I reckon we should sit down. - OK. You're the boss, Tyger.
0:00:37 > 0:00:42Right, so, we all know that I do the Games Download,
0:00:42 > 0:00:46so I cover all the things gamey, a bit gadgety,
0:00:46 > 0:00:49and I've actually got something a bit gamey and gadgety for us today.
0:00:49 > 0:00:52So just take a little look at this.
0:00:52 > 0:00:58- Oh, my gosh.- We're having a jam!
0:00:58 > 0:01:01- Capture our outfits.- Oh yeah!
0:01:01 > 0:01:06So yeah, basically, this is the Friday Download music video maker.
0:01:06 > 0:01:10It's very easy to use and it's a new game available on the CBBC website.
0:01:10 > 0:01:13I'm just going to talk you guys through how to do it.
0:01:13 > 0:01:15So basically you hit the website up,
0:01:15 > 0:01:18you go into the music video maker. Obviously you can choose these three shows.

0:01:38 > 0:01:40RICHARD: Where am I?
0:01:40 > 0:01:42All right, there you go.
0:01:42 > 0:01:45Basically, you can have as many or as little of us as you want
0:01:45 > 0:01:51and just pop them in and then we dance to the music. That's pretty much it.
0:01:51 > 0:01:53However, there is one more cool aspect to it,
0:01:53 > 0:01:59and that is that the player can either use a pre-existing photo of themselves or take a photo
0:01:59 > 0:02:05of themselves within the game and then superimpose themselves to be in the action there with us.
0:02:05 > 0:02:06OK.
0:02:06 > 0:02:10So for instance, don't know if you can recognise him but it's actually Max from The Wanted, everyone.
0:02:10 > 0:02:13CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
0:02:15 > 0:02:19Having said that, Max actually looks like he's getting a bit tired, so I'll change it again.
0:02:19 > 0:02:23Now that is Nathan from The Wanted on Ceallach's body.
0:02:26 > 0:02:29Anyway, so, yeah, you can have quite a lot of fun with that.
0:02:29 > 0:02:33That's on the CBBC website, so head over there and you can join in with the fun.
0:02:33 > 0:02:37Also, you guys were excited to see The Wanted boys in that, then?
0:02:37 > 0:02:38SCREAMING
0:02:38 > 0:02:42But how excited would you be if we said we've actually got them here in the flesh?
0:02:42 > 0:02:44LOUDER SCREAMING
0:02:44 > 0:02:48Everybody, give it up for Max and Nathan from The Wanted!
0:02:48 > 0:02:53CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:03:05 > 0:03:09- Yeah, it was great.- I thought it was all right.- You did good, actually.
0:03:09 > 0:03:13- Not too bad.- When we get home, I'll be back on the CBBC website, like...
0:03:13 > 0:03:17Since we last saw you guys, you've been absolutely huge in America. How's it been?
0:03:17 > 0:03:22It's been great. We've had a really good reception, but it's always nice to come home and see these guys,
0:03:22 > 0:03:25because these are awesome. You don't beat these guys.
0:03:28 > 0:03:32Thanks for joining us. Keep watching for more of these guys later and a performance from Professor Green.
0:03:32 > 0:03:34Here's what's coming up.
0:03:36 > 0:03:40Cel will have some monster pics in Movie Download...
0:03:40 > 0:03:43I get a grip in Weekend Download...
0:03:43 > 0:03:46We just can't say no to your Conor Maynard music tributes...
0:03:49 > 0:03:53..and the brilliant Professor Green will be performing his new single.
0:03:55 > 0:03:57# I got the remedy...#
0:04:00 > 0:04:03Hello and welcome to another Dance Download.
0:04:03 > 0:04:08This week I'll be teaching you a move to Alex Clare, 'Too Close,' and this is what it looks like.
0:04:13 > 0:04:15CHEERING
0:04:15 > 0:04:21# And it feels like I am just too close to love you
0:04:24 > 0:04:29# There's nothing I can really say, yeah
0:04:31 > 0:04:33# I can't lie no more
0:04:33 > 0:04:36# I can't hide no more
0:04:36 > 0:04:38# Got to be true to myself
0:04:38 > 0:04:45# And it feels like I am just too close to love you...#
0:04:52 > 0:04:56Right, now, to help me teach this move, I've got two people. As always, I've got Richard.
0:05:01 > 0:05:05- I'm ready for this one. - And with me this week, Ceallach Spellman.
0:05:08 > 0:05:13- Yo, what's going on?- Boom, boom, boom.- Oh, I love it. That is swag.
0:05:13 > 0:05:15Just a casual little thing that we do all the time.
0:05:19 > 0:05:21- We just got a clap for our handshake. - Yes!
0:05:21 > 0:05:25What I'm teaching this week is a move that goes from left to right and to right.
0:05:25 > 0:05:27- All it is - a little bit of isolation...- Oh, dear.
0:05:27 > 0:05:32You grab your chest, move it in, push out, in, and push out. Easy.
0:05:32 > 0:05:41- We could be doing that.- I wake up isolating, that's how I wake up. We're going from right... to left.
0:05:41 > 0:05:46Right, so what we do, hand on chest. Put your hand on your pectoral. That's your muscle there.
0:05:46 > 0:05:52- Push it in and move your chest around and then pop out again.- Backwards.
0:05:52 > 0:05:56It's like you're going round but push your whole body and then pop out.
0:05:56 > 0:05:58That's really hard!
0:05:58 > 0:06:03So go one... Pause for a second, let your chest be like...
0:06:03 > 0:06:06Then push back and go out to the other side.
0:06:06 > 0:06:09- Ah! I can't do the other side! - Let's see it from you first.
0:06:09 > 0:06:13- Push out, yeah. - Then it goes around this way?
0:06:13 > 0:06:17- Don't go and just leave your foot out.- That's what you did!
0:06:17 > 0:06:20- Go like that and then push. - Yeah, I've got this. - I've got that.
0:06:20 > 0:06:27Now we're going to try to the music. I'm going to count you in, right? I want absolutely everybody joining in.
0:06:29 > 0:06:31I am ready for this.
0:06:36 > 0:06:39Ready? Three, two, one, go.
0:06:39 > 0:06:41One, pop! Two, pop!
0:06:44 > 0:06:50- Stop, stop, stop, then you compose yourself. Ready? - I want to see this swaying.
0:06:50 > 0:06:54Three, two, one, now.
0:06:55 > 0:07:03Pop. Pop. One more, pop. And again. One, and again.
0:07:08 > 0:07:10CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
0:07:10 > 0:07:16- You're just making me laugh. - It was beautiful. - Do it one more time.
0:07:16 > 0:07:19- Isolate, pop. Isolate.- Boom.
0:07:23 > 0:07:28- Now, boys, as I say, always practise. - After your homework/revision!
0:07:28 > 0:07:30So that is Dance Download complete.
0:07:35 > 0:07:40Hey, what's up? We're the Far East movement. Here's a joke for you.
0:07:40 > 0:07:41I got it, I got it.
0:07:41 > 0:07:45Why did the little kid sleep with a ruler by his bed?
0:07:45 > 0:07:48Wait, wait. He slept with a ruler by his bed? Why?
0:07:48 > 0:07:50To see how long he slept!
0:07:58 > 0:08:01Welcome to Movie Download!
0:08:01 > 0:08:03HIS VOICE IS MUFFLED
0:08:03 > 0:08:06Sorry. Sorry, guys.
0:08:06 > 0:08:09Don't be scared, it's only me, Cel. I didn't mean to scare you.
0:08:09 > 0:08:13The reason I did that, though, is because this week's Movie Download is a special one.
0:08:13 > 0:08:16It's a monster-themed one, and I'm giving you my favourite monster-themed films
0:08:16 > 0:08:20that are coming out this year. The first one is probably the most anticipated film of the year -
0:08:20 > 0:08:25it's Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 2. But remember, it's one for you older ones.
0:08:25 > 0:08:27They split the final book into two parts.
0:08:27 > 0:08:32In the first part, Bella gave birth to a half human, half vampire baby,
0:08:32 > 0:08:34and at the end she was alive.
0:08:34 > 0:08:37In part two, Bella and Edward are loving life, looking after their baby.
0:08:37 > 0:08:43However, all is not well. The head vampire, Volturi, wants to take the baby from Bella.
0:08:43 > 0:08:46So it's down to the Cullen family to get clans from all over the world
0:08:46 > 0:08:50to come together to take a stand against the head vampire. Will they succeed?
0:08:50 > 0:08:52It's going to be full of action, it's going to be very tense.
0:08:52 > 0:08:55Let's take a look at Breaking Dawn Part 2.
0:08:55 > 0:08:59After 18 years of being utterly ordinary...
0:09:02 > 0:09:05I finally found that I could shine.
0:09:05 > 0:09:09I didn't expect you to seem so... You.
0:09:12 > 0:09:15So beautiful. We're the same temperature now.
0:09:21 > 0:09:25And only last month they were still doing some pickups and re-shoots from Part 2,
0:09:25 > 0:09:30so guys, get a move on! It's due out soon! OK, next up is ParaNorman.
0:09:30 > 0:09:33Now, this is a 3-D stop-frame animation film.
0:09:33 > 0:09:37Norman Babcock is a normal guy in his town, but no one really likes him.
0:09:37 > 0:09:40However, he has a paranormal power, enabled to talk to the dead.
0:09:40 > 0:09:43He's like, "All right, ghosts? Hiya, mate. All right, zombie?"
0:09:43 > 0:09:47Then suddenly his town has been taken over by zombies, by witches, by ghosts,
0:09:47 > 0:09:50and it's down to him to save his town.
0:09:50 > 0:09:52He wants everyone to like him, but can he do it?
0:09:52 > 0:09:55It's going to be really funny and I'm really excited for this film.
0:09:55 > 0:09:58Let's have a look at Norman in action.
0:09:58 > 0:10:00- Norman!- He's so...- Norman.
0:10:00 > 0:10:02Argh!
0:10:02 > 0:10:04Is everyone all right? Nobody got bitten?
0:10:04 > 0:10:07- I bit my tongue. Does that count? - It's really scary.
0:10:07 > 0:10:10There's nothing wrong with being scared, Norman,
0:10:10 > 0:10:15So long as you don't let it change who you are.
0:10:15 > 0:10:16Aaaaah!
0:10:22 > 0:10:25Max, do something!
0:10:28 > 0:10:32And you might recognise, it is also made by the people who made Coraline.
0:10:32 > 0:10:36And Norman, if you're out there, if ever my town, that happens, would you mind coming over?
0:10:36 > 0:10:40We'd really appreciate your help. OK, next up is Hotel Transylvania.
0:10:40 > 0:10:42This looks like a really fun film.
0:10:42 > 0:10:46Count Dracula is hoping this Hotel Transylvania, where monsters such as
0:10:46 > 0:10:49Frankenstein, Bigfoot and Mummy come stay there to take a little break,
0:10:49 > 0:10:51have a little breather from the human world.
0:10:51 > 0:10:54However, when Jonathan, a normal human being, comes to stay there,
0:10:54 > 0:10:58Count Dracula has to go into protective mode because Jonathan falls in love with his daughter.
0:10:58 > 0:11:02It looks a really fun film with some great people voicing the characters.
0:11:02 > 0:11:04Adam Sandler is voicing Count Dracula.
0:11:04 > 0:11:06Selena Gomez - hi there, Selena -
0:11:06 > 0:11:10is voicing his 118-year-old daughter, Mavis.
0:11:10 > 0:11:14And popstar Cee Lo Green is doing the voice of Murray the Mummy.
0:11:14 > 0:11:17So let's take a look at Hotel Transylvania.
0:11:18 > 0:11:21Welcome to Hotel Transylvania!
0:11:21 > 0:11:28It's a place I built for all those monsters hiding from the persecution of humankind,
0:11:28 > 0:11:31a place of relaxation and tranquillity.
0:11:32 > 0:11:36- Hello?- It's just a normal hotel, nothing going on here.
0:11:38 > 0:11:41- Ah! What's happening? - I'm terribly sorry, it's my mistake.
0:11:41 > 0:11:44What is wrong with you people?!
0:11:44 > 0:11:50I think I might have to go have a stay there because I'm described sometimes as a bit of a monster.
0:11:50 > 0:11:51I'm so funny(!)
0:11:51 > 0:11:54OK, so that is my monster movie previews done.
0:11:54 > 0:11:57Now over to Georgia for a movie mistake.
0:12:00 > 0:12:03This week we revisit Zac Efron and the gang in High School Musical 2
0:12:03 > 0:12:06as they work at the country club for the summer now school's out.
0:12:08 > 0:12:12Here, the winner of the country club talent show is about to be announced.
0:12:12 > 0:12:16Keep an eye out for the movie mistake as Ryan is given his trophy.
0:12:16 > 0:12:22The star dazzle for this year goes to, of course, our one and only...
0:12:22 > 0:12:24My brother, Ryan Evans!
0:12:34 > 0:12:36Atta boy!
0:12:41 > 0:12:44Did you catch it? Rewind time.
0:12:44 > 0:12:50As Ryan hugs his sister, you can see the star on the top of his trophy break off and fall to the ground.
0:12:50 > 0:12:52Oops!
0:12:53 > 0:12:57When we next see Ryan being congratulated, though,
0:12:57 > 0:13:01the trophy has repaired itself and the star has returned.
0:13:01 > 0:13:05Now that's what you call a quick fix. Movie Download complete.
0:13:09 > 0:13:11Right, now it's time for Hot or Not,
0:13:11 > 0:13:15the part of the show where we discuss topics and say whether they're hot or not.
0:13:15 > 0:13:20Now, joining us today, we've got a special guest, extra, extra special guest, Professor Green.
0:13:22 > 0:13:26- Now, can I call you Professor, because it sounds cool? - If you want, yeah.
0:13:26 > 0:13:31Now, Professor, Hot or Not is we discuss topics and we sit on this side if it's hot
0:13:31 > 0:13:33and on this side if it's not. So do you want to kick off?
0:13:33 > 0:13:36Cool, yeah, all right, then. My Hot Or Not is
0:13:36 > 0:13:40- salt and vinegar crisps. - Send them over here, chef!
0:13:40 > 0:13:44Salt and vinegar are my favourite flavour of crisps, by far.
0:13:44 > 0:13:47They're not my favourite but they're up there. Nah, I won't touch them.
0:13:47 > 0:13:50I have to have them in a fresh pack, you see.
0:13:50 > 0:13:53- I have to have them in a sandwich. - In a sandwich they're good.
0:13:53 > 0:13:58Don't you find they can be like way too salty, like really overpowering?
0:13:58 > 0:14:02- You like cheese and onion, don't you?- Yeah!
0:14:02 > 0:14:06- They are disgusting! - No, everyone loves them.
0:14:06 > 0:14:10If you each cheese and onion, you can't we have a conversation unless you're on the phone.
0:14:10 > 0:14:12All right, well, that's hot.
0:14:12 > 0:14:16The next one is Daniel Craig's filming the new James Bond film, called Skyfall.
0:14:16 > 0:14:18So my Hot Or Not is James Bond.
0:14:18 > 0:14:22You can't knock a bit of James Bond.
0:14:22 > 0:14:24Squeeze up, there's room. You can't not like James Bond.
0:14:24 > 0:14:28I'm just like deliberating. Some of the old films are just really bad.
0:14:28 > 0:14:33- He's gone through the ages, Mr Bond. I don't know how he's still living. - OK, he's pretty cool.
0:14:33 > 0:14:35And let's not forget the gadgets.
0:14:35 > 0:14:38No, you can't be on the hot side and say he's pretty cool.
0:14:38 > 0:14:40It's James Bond. He drives a car that can go anywhere.
0:14:40 > 0:14:44- I really like Daniel Craig.- Yeah, I think he's my favourite Bond.
0:14:44 > 0:14:46It probably would've been Sean Connery before.
0:14:46 > 0:14:50There was a class to him. But Daniel Craig, because the character isn't, you know,
0:14:50 > 0:14:55- James Bond isn't actually a very nice bloke. And I think Daniel Craig gets that across.- Yeah, yeah.
0:14:55 > 0:14:59Would you ever do a soundtrack for James Bond?
0:14:59 > 0:15:03I don't think I've got the voice. I mean, Diana Ross - Professor Green...
0:15:03 > 0:15:07- It's a new character.- We could take it somewhere else, yeah.
0:15:07 > 0:15:10You could bring out the evil side through song.
0:15:10 > 0:15:12# He's in his car, and he's on his way...ba-ba-bom... #
0:15:12 > 0:15:14LAUGHTER
0:15:14 > 0:15:17Yeah. You're a really good presenter.
0:15:17 > 0:15:19I've cut the song.
0:15:19 > 0:15:24- So that's Hot.- Right, my Hot or Not is a web suggestion, and it is
0:15:24 > 0:15:29mushy peas. And it's from Crimson Viola Princess.
0:15:29 > 0:15:30I'm not going to lie -
0:15:30 > 0:15:33are those just normal peas that have been mushed up?
0:15:33 > 0:15:35Cos they don't look like mushy peas!
0:15:37 > 0:15:41- I like it with my fish and chips. - That's cos you're a Northerner.
0:15:41 > 0:15:43Yeah, I wouldn't have them with anything else.
0:15:43 > 0:15:46- Anyone going to try them? - Cel, obviously.
0:15:46 > 0:15:49Come on, Cel, have a big spoonful.
0:15:49 > 0:15:52ALL CHANT: Ceallach! Ceallach! Ceallach!
0:15:53 > 0:15:56They definitely need a bit of gravy and chip in there.
0:15:56 > 0:15:57So mushy peas are Hot,
0:15:57 > 0:16:01but for my Hot Or Not I'm going to go to an audience member -
0:16:01 > 0:16:02Ryan is over here.

0:16:04 > 0:16:07- So Ryan, what's your Hot Or Not? - High-tops.
0:16:07 > 0:16:09Oh...!
0:16:09 > 0:16:12- What do people like about high-tops? - They're wicked with shorts, I think.
0:16:12 > 0:16:16I think they're cool with absolutely everything.
0:16:16 > 0:16:19How many high-tops have you got, and how many high-tops have you got?
0:16:19 > 0:16:23Oh... I've probably only got about three or four pairs.
0:16:23 > 0:16:25I've got more high-tops than Pro Green.
0:16:25 > 0:16:28- Ryan, what did you think? - I think they're Hot.
0:16:28 > 0:16:32- WHOOPING - Thank you, Ryan. Cheers, mate.
0:16:32 > 0:16:35My Hot Or Not is fairy tales.

0:19:20 > 0:19:23A chipmunk!
0:19:23 > 0:19:25- Spots or stripes?- Spots.
0:19:25 > 0:19:28- What's your favourite sport? - Er, high jump.
0:19:28 > 0:19:31What musical instruments can you play?

0:19:35 > 0:19:39If you could only own one pair of jeans, what colour would they be?

0:19:55 > 0:19:57Oh. Poor Carly.
0:19:57 > 0:19:59Sorry, Carly. You're moving down.
0:20:00 > 0:20:04- Do you want to go above Tulisa? - I don't really mind. Maybe.
0:20:06 > 0:20:08Sorry, Tulisa!
0:20:08 > 0:20:10- And we'll put you here.- OK.
0:20:13 > 0:20:15There we are. So, Georgia...
0:20:15 > 0:20:18- joint third spot with Tulisa. - That's not bad.
0:20:18 > 0:20:20I think it's the same as last series, but that's not too bad.
0:20:20 > 0:20:24Boom. That's Georgia's quickfire questions done.
0:20:28 > 0:20:30Now, I've never really been good with heights.
0:20:30 > 0:20:32So when I found out I was doing rock climbing,
0:20:32 > 0:20:34I got a little bit nervous.
0:20:34 > 0:20:37But luckily I had a UK champion teaching me the ropes.
0:20:37 > 0:20:39So let's see how I got on.
0:20:40 > 0:20:42So - welcome to Weekend Download.
0:20:42 > 0:20:44This week I'm going to be doing rock climbing.
0:20:44 > 0:20:46But lucky for me, it's indoors.
0:21:03 > 0:21:07- Hiya, guys. I'm Richard. - I'm Buster.- I'm Molly.
0:21:07 > 0:21:08So tell me what you guys do.
0:21:08 > 0:21:10We're both members of the British Climbing Team,
0:21:10 > 0:21:13and we travel around the world doing climbing competitions.
0:21:13 > 0:21:17- So do you do outdoor and indoor ones? - Yeah, we do both.- Wow.
0:21:17 > 0:21:20So, I climb trees and stuff, but I've never actually done rock climbing.
0:21:20 > 0:21:23First of all we'll do some of the lower-down climbing.
0:21:23 > 0:21:25And then later on we'll get roped up and try the big routes.
0:21:25 > 0:21:28I'm quite scared for that.
0:21:28 > 0:21:30So, equipment-wise I've got my little harness,
0:21:30 > 0:21:31I've got my little bag,
0:21:31 > 0:21:36it's got my little white stuff in it, so is there anything else I need?
0:21:36 > 0:21:39You're going to need a helmet.
0:21:39 > 0:21:41You guys don't need a helmet, you're professional, right?
0:21:41 > 0:21:45- Let's go and get my helmet and let's get started, yeah?- Yeah.- Wicked.
0:21:47 > 0:21:49So this is the small wall?
0:21:49 > 0:21:53This one's for beginners, because it's got a really soft floor.
0:21:53 > 0:21:56So I don't need a rope for this, right? Oh, I'm scared already.
0:21:56 > 0:21:58So what's the first step, to get to the top?
0:21:58 > 0:22:02So first of all you need to get a vague idea of where you're going.
0:22:02 > 0:22:04If I want to get to there,
0:22:04 > 0:22:06can I just grab any one, right?
0:22:06 > 0:22:09Well, it's better to grab the big ones and try and do it
0:22:09 > 0:22:11nice and slowly and controlled.
0:22:13 > 0:22:15OK...
0:22:16 > 0:22:18And then climb down a bit, and step up.
0:22:18 > 0:22:20Right. I'll have a little go.
0:22:26 > 0:22:28Yeah, that's good.
0:22:30 > 0:22:31How do I get down?
0:22:31 > 0:22:34Try and remember how you got up first, and try and reverse it.
0:22:34 > 0:22:36Right, it was here...
0:22:36 > 0:22:39- then here.- Yeah. Well done.
0:22:39 > 0:22:42So I'm quite strong with my arms, it's the legs that I worry with.
0:22:42 > 0:22:43Legs are really important,
0:22:43 > 0:22:45cos obviously they're much stronger than your arms
0:22:45 > 0:22:49- so you want to use them as much as possible.- OK. So what's next?
0:22:49 > 0:22:52Yeah, so another really important skill in climbing is called
0:22:52 > 0:22:55traversing, which is where you climb across rather than upwards,
0:22:55 > 0:22:58so what you've got to do is look for grips which go sideways
0:22:58 > 0:23:01and just move across left or right.
0:23:01 > 0:23:04We also use it to warm up and get the blood pumping in our fingers.
0:23:04 > 0:23:07- So it's basically just moving... - Across.
0:23:07 > 0:23:09Across the wall. So basically you've got to think about
0:23:09 > 0:23:11what your next move is again.
0:23:11 > 0:23:14So if you grab the blue one or something...
0:23:18 > 0:23:19Bring your feet lower. Yeah?
0:23:22 > 0:23:24So how am I doing, guys?
0:23:24 > 0:23:26- You're doing pretty well. - It's time for your final mission.
0:23:26 > 0:23:28- Mission?- Your mission,
0:23:28 > 0:23:31if you choose to accept it, is to climb that big wall over there.
0:23:31 > 0:23:33MUSIC: Mission: Impossible Theme
0:23:33 > 0:23:35Right, erm...
0:23:35 > 0:23:39Can we go now? No, I'm joking, I'm ready for it, I accept the mission.
0:23:41 > 0:23:42Right. I'm all harnessed up...
0:23:42 > 0:23:45and I'm ready to face the big bad wall.
0:23:45 > 0:23:49Yeah, so first we need to check if your harness's buckles are done up.
0:23:49 > 0:23:51- Right.- And then we need to tie your knot using a figure of eight.
0:23:51 > 0:23:54The knot is called a figure of eight because it looks like an 8.
0:23:57 > 0:24:01And now we need to tie a stopper knot, in case that comes undone.
0:24:01 > 0:24:04Always make sure your knot is tied by an experienced climber.
0:24:04 > 0:24:07Now...I'm ready to go.
0:24:14 > 0:24:16Come on, Richard...
0:24:17 > 0:24:21- Get that big green one. - Bring your feet up now.
0:24:21 > 0:24:24Put your feet gently on the holds.
0:24:25 > 0:24:28Big black one... Yeah, that's it.
0:24:28 > 0:24:32There's another big green one above your head.
0:24:33 > 0:24:35Really good green one.
0:24:36 > 0:24:38Yeah, it's really good. Bring your feet up.
0:24:40 > 0:24:44Staring up at a climbing wall can be a pretty frightening thing.
0:24:44 > 0:24:47But it's really not that scary once you start.
0:24:48 > 0:24:51Get down to the nearest climbing centre for a lesson.
0:24:51 > 0:24:55It costs about £15, and they'll provide all the gear and instruction.
0:24:55 > 0:24:57Step two - conquering your fear.
0:24:57 > 0:24:59First of all start off on a small wall.
0:24:59 > 0:25:02Then, once you feel comfortable, go on to a bigger wall,
0:25:02 > 0:25:04making sure you're always roped in.
0:25:04 > 0:25:07To start, place your foot on the lowest safe hold.
0:25:07 > 0:25:11Once you feel secure, reach up and pull yourself up on another.
0:25:11 > 0:25:13Repeat until you're as high as you feel comfortable.
0:25:13 > 0:25:16Make sure you're always wearing your safety gear,
0:25:16 > 0:25:19and you're roped into an instructor.
0:25:19 > 0:25:22Plus, under-18s should always wear a helmet for safety.
0:25:23 > 0:25:26Yes! I've got it. I've made it to the top.
0:25:26 > 0:25:29Listen, I'm so happy but so nervous at the same time.
0:25:29 > 0:25:32I can't wait to see you guys at the studio and tell you all about it.
0:25:32 > 0:25:34That's Weekend Download complete.
0:25:35 > 0:25:39Just need to work out how to get back down.
0:25:39 > 0:25:42Guys? Guys...?
0:25:42 > 0:25:44Heights?! What heights?
0:25:44 > 0:25:46That's Weekend Download complete.
0:25:50 > 0:25:52Welcome to this week's Music Download.
0:25:52 > 0:25:54Usually I would have Aidan with me,
0:25:54 > 0:25:56but I've got two very special guests.
0:25:56 > 0:25:59- It's Nathan and Max from The Wanted! - Hello.
0:25:59 > 0:26:00So you guys will be sticking around,
0:26:00 > 0:26:04I'll be telling you some of my picks and you tell me what you think.
0:26:04 > 0:26:06Chasing The Sun - I want to say, it's a wicked song,
0:26:06 > 0:26:08but let's have a look at the video.
0:26:08 > 0:26:12# I'm better, so much better now
0:26:12 > 0:26:15# Look to the skies, give me life, we're together now
0:26:15 > 0:26:17# We've only just begun
0:26:17 > 0:26:20# Hypnotised by drums until forever comes
0:26:20 > 0:26:23# You'll find us chasing the sun
0:26:23 > 0:26:26# They said this day wouldn't come, we refused to run
0:26:26 > 0:26:30# We've only just begun, you'll find us chasing the sun
0:26:30 > 0:26:34# Oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh
0:26:34 > 0:26:38# Oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh, you'll find us chasing the sun
0:26:38 > 0:26:41# Oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh
0:26:41 > 0:26:46# Oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh, you'll find us chasing the sun... #
0:26:46 > 0:26:49It's a wicked tune. The video's brilliant too.
0:26:49 > 0:26:52- Example wrote it and produced it, right?- He did, yeah.
0:26:52 > 0:26:55He did, yeah. When he recorded it he sent it to us and said,
0:26:55 > 0:26:59"Have a go, boys, see what you think." We love it, so cheers, mate.
0:26:59 > 0:27:02But you also write your own stuff too, yeah?
0:27:02 > 0:27:06We've been writing for the last couple of weeks, a bit in America.
0:27:06 > 0:27:09We're writing with Dappy and with LMFAO when we go to America.
0:27:09 > 0:27:13Talking about America - you've pretty much broke it out there.
0:27:13 > 0:27:15- What's been the highlight?- I'd say going on all the big TV shows
0:27:15 > 0:27:17like The Voice, American Idol...
0:27:17 > 0:27:20What are the fans like over there, are they different?
0:27:20 > 0:27:26They like camping. They like to camp outside hotels and stuff.
0:27:26 > 0:27:28Are they a bit more manic, or more laid-back?
0:27:28 > 0:27:31They're a bit more organised, they bring tents and stuff like that.
0:27:31 > 0:27:33They buy you a lot of doughnuts.
0:27:35 > 0:27:37- Well, good luck with the single anyway.- Thank you.
0:27:37 > 0:27:40But my next pick is Rihanna with Where Have You Been?
0:27:40 > 0:27:45# Where have you been
0:27:45 > 0:27:49# All my li-i-ife?
0:27:49 > 0:27:54# All my li-i-i, i-i-i, i-i-i, i-i-ife
0:27:54 > 0:27:58# Where have you been all my li-i-i-i-i-ife?
0:27:58 > 0:28:02# Where have you been all my li-i-i-i-i-ife?
0:28:02 > 0:28:06# Where have you been all my li-i-i-i-i-ife?
0:28:06 > 0:28:09# Where have you been all my... #
0:28:09 > 0:28:12- So, Rihanna. Do you love her? - Awesome. Love the new song.
0:28:12 > 0:28:16- What's your favourite bit in the song?- The chorus is really catchy.
0:28:16 > 0:28:19I like the end. Kind of builds into a crescendo of noise,
0:28:19 > 0:28:23and she really gives it that RiRi attitude, as they call it.
0:28:23 > 0:28:26It's quite different from what she usually does.
0:28:26 > 0:28:29But it's probably going to do well because it obviously is Rihanna.
0:28:29 > 0:28:31- Yeah, it's a rave tune. - Have you met Rihanna?
0:28:31 > 0:28:37- Yeah, we have.- How was that? - It was cool. She's a big celebrity.
0:28:37 > 0:28:38Yeah. She's taller than me.
0:28:38 > 0:28:42- Well, that's not hard, is it?- Wicked.
0:28:42 > 0:28:45Right, so my next pick is SD-Jem with Roll With Me.
0:28:45 > 0:28:49# We start a fire, make it hot, oh-oh-oh
0:28:49 > 0:28:52# I'll take you to the land that never stops
0:28:53 > 0:28:56# And I'll be blowing all your systems up
0:28:56 > 0:28:59# We burn it up, oh!
0:28:59 > 0:29:03# We start a fire, make it hot, oh-oh-oh
0:29:03 > 0:29:06# I'll take you to the land that never stops
0:29:06 > 0:29:10# And I'll be blowing all your systems up
0:29:10 > 0:29:11# Oh
0:29:11 > 0:29:14# Roll with me, roll with me like that
0:29:14 > 0:29:18# Roll with me, roll with me like that
0:29:18 > 0:29:21# Roll with me, roll with me like that... #
0:29:23 > 0:29:27- So, what do you think of that track? - Tune.- Sounds really cool.
0:29:27 > 0:29:28New group.
0:29:28 > 0:29:33They're really new. They're brother and sister and they've been around for about six months,
0:29:33 > 0:29:36and they supported Cher Lloyd and they're getting
0:29:36 > 0:29:37- really good feedback.- Superb.
0:29:37 > 0:29:41Obviously, you guys are doing what you're doing really well, but what advice
0:29:41 > 0:29:45would you give to anyone who's watching and wants to start a group?
0:29:45 > 0:29:48Just try and enjoy it. If you're not enjoying it, then don't do it.
0:29:48 > 0:29:51Cos we have a great time and you've got to make each other laugh.
0:29:51 > 0:29:53Keep the banter going.
0:29:53 > 0:29:55Exactly, yeah, keep the banter going
0:29:55 > 0:29:58and be nice to your fans cos they're the reason why you are where you are.
0:29:58 > 0:30:00Aw, wicked. So, there you go, you heard it.
0:30:00 > 0:30:03If you want to start a band, do all of that.
0:30:03 > 0:30:06But my next pick is Alexandra Burke with Let It Go.
0:30:06 > 0:30:09# Time can be the perfect remedy
0:30:09 > 0:30:13# Let love the lead the way
0:30:13 > 0:30:15# So feel you heart, let it show
0:30:15 > 0:30:17# Give it just a little more
0:30:17 > 0:30:20# Come on, baby bring the back light
0:30:20 > 0:30:22# When life is hard, let it fall

0:36:41 > 0:36:45- Brown Calm Vampire, "What's your favourite cartoon character?" - Peter Griffin.
0:36:45 > 0:36:46WHISTLE BLOWS
0:36:46 > 0:36:50OK, so I can confirm we've got the score in and it is...
0:36:50 > 0:36:52- Ah, brilliant.- 13!
0:36:52 > 0:36:56Um, wow. So you've just beat Barney.
0:36:56 > 0:36:57Right, she can go!
0:36:57 > 0:37:00So, you beat Barney, but you haven't beaten Tulisa.
0:37:00 > 0:37:03Barney can go down here because his song's so catchy!
0:37:03 > 0:37:04Maybe you should try harder.
0:37:04 > 0:37:07Well, he just talks quick, doesn't he?!
0:37:07 > 0:37:09And he can dance good so...
0:37:09 > 0:37:12- Favouritism. - Still good, you're not last!
0:37:16 > 0:37:20Welcome to Just For Laughs, I'm joined by the sick Professor Green
0:37:20 > 0:37:24and I'LL show you guys another really cool card trick to impress your friends with.
0:37:24 > 0:37:26Right, I'm just going to jump straight into it.
0:37:26 > 0:37:30I've got a pack of cards here and basically the selection process
0:37:30 > 0:37:32we're going to do is I'll riffle through the cards like this,
0:37:32 > 0:37:36- you're going to say "stop", pick the card and that will be your card, OK? - Cool.
0:37:36 > 0:37:39Right, so...say "stop" whenever you want. Yeah.
0:37:39 > 0:37:41- Stop.- You happy?- Yeah.
0:37:41 > 0:37:43Have a look at your card, I'm not going to look.
0:37:43 > 0:37:45Show it to everyone around.
0:37:45 > 0:37:49Make sure people see it. I'll just stare at the studio ceiling.
0:37:49 > 0:37:51- Cool.- Yeah?
0:37:52 > 0:37:55Right, so, put that down, back on the deck.
0:37:55 > 0:37:58- Yeah?- Yeah.- Happy with that?
0:37:58 > 0:38:02- Yeah.- I'll give the cards a bit of a shuffle.
0:38:02 > 0:38:04Bit of a fancy shuffle.
0:38:04 > 0:38:08Now, with a bit of magic and a little hand movement, I'm going to
0:38:08 > 0:38:11look through the cards and one of the cards in the deck will have changed
0:38:11 > 0:38:15colour and it's actually going to have turned red...
0:38:15 > 0:38:19and there it is. Now, there's one red card in the deck.
0:38:19 > 0:38:22Could you please take that card and tell me if it is your card?
0:38:24 > 0:38:26- It's not.- Is it not?!
0:38:26 > 0:38:27It is!
0:38:27 > 0:38:31APPLAUSE
0:38:31 > 0:38:34Basically, this trick is very easy to do
0:38:34 > 0:38:37and the main bulk of it I taught you guys in series two.
0:38:37 > 0:38:38It's called a "card force".
0:38:38 > 0:38:42The only thing you are going to need for this trick is a red pack of cards.
0:38:42 > 0:38:45You'll only need one of them, but you will need one.
0:38:45 > 0:38:48Basically, you get your red pack of cards and pick any random card
0:38:48 > 0:38:51out of that pack, it really doesn't matter what it is.
0:38:51 > 0:38:54This morning, I randomly picked the king of clubs.
0:38:54 > 0:38:56So, what you do with the red king of clubs,
0:38:56 > 0:39:02or whatever card you've chosen, is you put it second from the bottom.
0:39:02 > 0:39:05Therefore, when you spread out the deck like this,
0:39:05 > 0:39:09no-one really thinks, "Oh, there's some red cards in there."
0:39:09 > 0:39:11So that's the first bit of trickery.
0:39:11 > 0:39:14But the most important thing is that you get the blue king of clubs,
0:39:14 > 0:39:16which I'm just going to find...
0:39:16 > 0:39:20That goes on top.
0:39:20 > 0:39:22Now I'll use a card force to make you pick that card.
0:39:22 > 0:39:25So, what happens is you need to make sure you're holding the cards
0:39:25 > 0:39:28like so with these three fingers on top of the card,
0:39:28 > 0:39:32then as you riffle through the deck, you tell me to stop.
0:39:32 > 0:39:36What happens is that you're not picking that card, but these fingers
0:39:36 > 0:39:40are going to hold on to this card and I'll slide out all the cards between
0:39:40 > 0:39:44this card and the top card which quickly makes that go onto there.
0:39:44 > 0:39:48If you do it quick enough, it looks natural so no-one thinks you've done anything dodgy.
0:39:48 > 0:39:53But now, the card that he's picked is the king of clubs. That is blue.
0:39:53 > 0:39:57So, all that really happens now is you have to give the pack a little shuffle.
0:39:57 > 0:39:59Try and keep them face down.
0:39:59 > 0:40:02As you go through the pack like this, there will be one red card
0:40:02 > 0:40:04and it will be their card.
0:40:06 > 0:40:09Make sure you don't let the person you showed the trick to inspect
0:40:09 > 0:40:12the pack afterwards because the blue king of clubs
0:40:12 > 0:40:13will still be in the pack.
0:40:13 > 0:40:15- It's always sleight of hand, isn't it?- Yeah.
0:40:15 > 0:40:19I normally catch people out, but well done.
0:40:19 > 0:40:20Fair enough, thanks very much.
0:40:20 > 0:40:22So yeah, get practising and you'll be the coolest kid
0:40:22 > 0:40:26in the playground or the coolest guy on the tour bus.
0:40:26 > 0:40:29Thanks very much, Professor Green.
0:40:29 > 0:40:32That is the Just For Laughs Download complete.
0:40:35 > 0:40:40OK, so this week's tributes are for a Brighton boy who made it big on the web.
0:40:40 > 0:40:42- Any ideas? - I can't say no to that one, Georgia.
0:40:42 > 0:40:44Must be our friend from the show, Conor Maynard.
0:40:44 > 0:40:47Indeed it is, let's take a look.
0:40:50 > 0:40:54# Wasn't looking for trouble But it came looking for me

0:41:35 > 0:41:38# Never see them coming I just watch them go
0:41:38 > 0:41:41# Girls, girls, girls I just can't say no
0:41:41 > 0:41:44# Never see them coming I just wa-wa-wa-wa-watch them go
0:41:44 > 0:41:47# Take control, making me sweat girl run that show
0:41:47 > 0:41:51# It's them girls, girls Girls I just can't say no
0:41:51 > 0:41:53# Houston, I think we got a problem
0:41:53 > 0:41:59# Some girls are naughty Some girls are sweet

0:42:03 > 0:42:07I'm telling you what. That was epic. I'm loving the finger spin, Conor.

0:42:29 > 0:42:33Well, what did one elevator say to the other elevator?
0:42:33 > 0:42:36I don't know, Dionne.
0:42:36 > 0:42:39I think I'm coming down with something!
0:42:39 > 0:42:41So funny!

0:44:49 > 0:44:53- Is that OK?- Yes!- Cool, can I come in then?- Yes.- Thanks.
0:44:54 > 0:44:58OK, Sophie. So tell me all about the party you're planning then.

0:45:12 > 0:45:15So what I want you to do is I want you to go into your house
0:45:15 > 0:45:19- and find as many things you can with a Union Jack on it.- Right.- OK?- Yes.
0:45:19 > 0:45:22Then I want you to try and find anything suitable for a tea party.
0:45:22 > 0:45:25- OK?- Yes? The only thing is, you've only got three minutes to do it
0:45:25 > 0:45:27- because your friends are going to be here soon.- OK.- OK?
0:45:27 > 0:45:30Ready? Three, two, one, let's go.
0:45:30 > 0:45:32# I like crazy, foolish, stupid
0:45:32 > 0:45:35# Party going wild, fist-pumpin' music, I might lose it,
0:45:35 > 0:45:39# Blast to the roof, that's how we do'z it, do'z it, do'z it

0:45:45 > 0:45:47You've got the crockery, the poppers.
0:45:47 > 0:45:51Not really sure what we're going to use these for.
0:45:51 > 0:45:53NATIONAL ANTHEM
0:45:53 > 0:45:56But, all the Union Jack stuff looks really good.
0:45:56 > 0:45:59I've got one thing to crown this off perfectly. Follow me.
0:45:59 > 0:46:04OK, Sophie, now with it being a jubilee party,
0:46:04 > 0:46:07I thought we could make some royal crowns for you and your guests.
0:46:07 > 0:46:10- I like it.- Brill. OK, it's quite a simple idea.
0:46:10 > 0:46:13I've bought some card, some gems and stuff.
0:46:13 > 0:46:15- You know what to do. - Let's get sticking then.
0:46:15 > 0:46:17You're right, let's go.
0:46:23 > 0:46:26To make your jubilee crown, you'll need cardboard and decoration gems.
0:46:26 > 0:46:30They're only a couple of pounds from arts and craft shops.
0:46:30 > 0:46:33Cut the card into the shape of a crown and add your gems.
0:46:35 > 0:46:38OK, great. It's about time we took this stuff outside.
0:46:38 > 0:46:41- We might need some help.- Maybe I should ask my twin brothers to help?
0:46:41 > 0:46:44- Yes, sounds like a plan. - Ben and Luke!- Great, let's go.
0:47:02 > 0:47:04- Great. So it looks like we're done. - Yes.
0:47:04 > 0:47:07What time is the actual street party?
0:47:07 > 0:47:09- About two weeks.- Two weeks?
0:47:09 > 0:47:11- Did I not mention?- No, that's cool.
0:47:11 > 0:47:15I thought it was today but you know, I am quite glad you said that
0:47:15 > 0:47:18because, it's raining, so it's not exactly ideal weather.
0:47:18 > 0:47:20But your friends are going to be here soon
0:47:20 > 0:47:23and it would be a shame to waste it.
0:47:23 > 0:47:25- So what about a practice party in advance, yes?- Yes.
0:47:25 > 0:47:27Great. OK, let's go.
0:47:28 > 0:47:32# Girl, tell me how you feel, what's your fantasy?
0:47:32 > 0:47:35# I see us on a beach down in Mexico
0:47:35 > 0:47:38# You'll be in the high life, soaking up the sunlight
0:47:38 > 0:47:41# Anything you want is yours
0:47:41 > 0:47:44# I hope you're living life like you should
0:47:44 > 0:47:46# You say you never had it so good...#
0:47:48 > 0:47:51Preparing for a street party can be a lot of fun.
0:47:51 > 0:47:55You need a table to put everything on, plus food and decorations,
0:47:55 > 0:47:57bunting is a good idea too
0:47:57 > 0:48:00and you can pick up plastic versions pretty cheaply.
0:48:00 > 0:48:04We used Union Jack decorations, as it's the Queen's Jubilee
0:48:04 > 0:48:06but you could use any theme or colour.
0:48:06 > 0:48:09Just imagine you're decorating for a party and you'll be fine.
0:48:09 > 0:48:12If everyone in the street creates their own table,
0:48:12 > 0:48:14before you know it, the party will be in full swing.
0:48:14 > 0:48:16This street party is going to be amazing.
0:48:16 > 0:48:20I know exactly what tips to do and what to put on the tables
0:48:20 > 0:48:23and if the Queen came, I would be prepared.
0:48:23 > 0:48:25TRUMPET
0:48:26 > 0:48:30Although I arrived at this party two weeks early, I think it went OK
0:48:30 > 0:48:33and two parties for the price of one isn't a bad deal for Sophie.
0:48:33 > 0:48:35And that is Style Download complete.
0:48:39 > 0:48:41Hello, everyone. Welcome to the Games Download.
0:48:41 > 0:48:43I have Rich and Cel here
0:48:43 > 0:48:45and the game we're doing today is Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock.
0:48:45 > 0:48:48Now, it is a TV exclusive and the game's out pretty soon,
0:48:48 > 0:48:51so we are lucky to be able to have this in the studio.
0:48:51 > 0:48:53I must mention before I go onto anything else
0:48:53 > 0:48:56that this game is probably one for slightly older viewers,
0:48:56 > 0:48:59just like the TV series, as in the later stages of the game,
0:48:59 > 0:49:01it gets a little bit spooky.
0:49:01 > 0:49:04Anyway, Rich, if you'd like to start playing,
0:49:04 > 0:49:07I'm going to tell you something before you start,
0:49:07 > 0:49:12something you need to bear in mind, that this is a very early stage
0:49:12 > 0:49:14in the game and more of the entertainment and craziness
0:49:14 > 0:49:16and the little things that happen, happen later.
0:49:16 > 0:49:18You're in the TARDIS! I knew it!
0:49:18 > 0:49:21Right now, you're playing as the Doctor.
0:49:21 > 0:49:25But later, you will be able to play as River Song and other characters.
0:49:25 > 0:49:28Why is it only moving from side to side? Can I go through this door?
0:49:28 > 0:49:30You're stepping out the TARDIS, mate.
0:49:30 > 0:49:32You travel through four different eras,
0:49:32 > 0:49:35all in London, from Victorian London, through to futuristic London
0:49:35 > 0:49:39and you need to try and solve the riddle of the Eternity Clock.
0:49:39 > 0:49:42But something I think is really cool is Matt Smith, look,
0:49:42 > 0:49:43isn't that Matt Smith?
0:49:43 > 0:49:47- Yes, graphics are pretty good. - The actor who plays Doctor Who,
0:49:47 > 0:49:50pre-production to the game, they must have got him in
0:49:50 > 0:49:53and put motion capture all over his body so in the game,
0:49:53 > 0:49:55you have got the exact body movements
0:49:55 > 0:49:59and the exact mannerisms of the actor who plays Doctor Who.
0:49:59 > 0:50:01- It was all right. - It does look quite basic.
0:50:01 > 0:50:02Rich did get a little bit bored.
0:50:02 > 0:50:04However, later in the game, it does liven up a bit.
0:50:04 > 0:50:08You can use powers in the game and I think it will be more interesting.
0:50:08 > 0:50:11Right, so that was Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock
0:50:11 > 0:50:14and now it's time for today's gadget.
0:50:14 > 0:50:16Here you go, Cel. Let's hit it.
0:50:16 > 0:50:18- Where are we going?- Where are you going?- See you.
0:50:18 > 0:50:20See later, Rich. Bye, mate.
0:50:20 > 0:50:24Well, I'll just have to sit and watch telly then, I guess.

0:50:27 > 0:50:30- Shall we go?- Let's go, mate.

0:51:13 > 0:51:15They go up to 10 miles an hour.
0:51:15 > 0:51:18Obviously you wouldn't ride them on the road,
0:51:18 > 0:51:21you'd ride them in the park, your garden, driveway or something.
0:51:21 > 0:51:25One thing that disheartened me is you can't do tricks on them,
0:51:25 > 0:51:28because they're quite heavy and just not designed for that.
0:51:28 > 0:51:31- They're pretty much designed for... - On private land or whatever.
0:51:31 > 0:51:34And I must just say, make sure when you're riding
0:51:34 > 0:51:36you're wearing the appropriate safety equipment
0:51:36 > 0:51:39and also you're riding it somewhere you're allowed to.
0:51:39 > 0:51:44- That's important.- Audience, what you think, yes or no?- Yes.- Yes!
