0:04:09 > 0:04:11# Time after time

0:04:11 > 0:04:13# I've told myself

0:04:13 > 0:04:15# I've got nothing to lose

0:04:16 > 0:04:19# Time after time

0:04:19 > 0:04:20# I've told myself

0:04:20 > 0:04:23# I've got nothing to lose

0:04:24 > 0:04:26# Time after time

0:04:26 > 0:04:28# I check myself

0:04:28 > 0:04:30# Just to make sure

0:04:30 > 0:04:35# I can do it any way that you want it

0:04:37 > 0:04:42# I can do it any way that you want it

0:04:43 > 0:04:46# Oh

0:04:46 > 0:04:48# I, I, I, I

0:04:48 > 0:04:50# I, I. #

0:04:50 > 0:04:53CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:04:53 > 0:04:56Now, to help me teach this routine, I have two people with me.

0:04:56 > 0:04:58As always, I've got Richard.

0:04:58 > 0:04:59CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:05:04 > 0:05:06And also, get ready for the handshakes, it's going to happen.

0:05:06 > 0:05:08- All right.- Ceallach Spellman.

0:05:08 > 0:05:10CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:05:11 > 0:05:16Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom!

0:05:16 > 0:05:18CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:05:18 > 0:05:23Right, so, the routine we're going to learn, small footwork routine.

0:05:23 > 0:05:25What it goes is a little bit like this.

0:05:25 > 0:05:31We go one, two, three, four, one, two, three, four, one, two,

0:05:31 > 0:05:34three, four. Simple as that.

0:05:34 > 0:05:36I see this bit, and I think, "I might be able to get that,"

0:05:36 > 0:05:38and we're dropping this into it.

0:05:38 > 0:05:41This bit, you can remember, cos I do it quite a bit.

0:05:41 > 0:05:44- I know that bit, but it's the other bit.- Just lean into it.

0:05:44 > 0:05:50- Drop. So we do it four times.- OK.- So we start going this way first, left.

0:05:50 > 0:05:56Three, two, one, go. One, two, three, four. All right?

0:05:56 > 0:05:59- Audience, want to try this as well? - AUDIENCE: Yeah!

0:05:59 > 0:06:02- Go left first. We're gonna do it four times.- Right leg behind!

0:06:02 > 0:06:08Three, two, one, go. One, two, three, four.

0:06:08 > 0:06:10So the bit we've got to learn now is this.

0:06:12 > 0:06:14Look at them hips! LAUGHTER

0:06:14 > 0:06:17- It's a little bit of zumba. - That's really difficult.

0:06:17 > 0:06:22Step, do it, step, do it, step, do it. And we do it four times.

0:06:22 > 0:06:23How do you go left?

0:06:23 > 0:06:26Well, as we do it, as we go faster, you go one, step, one, step,

0:06:26 > 0:06:28one, step, one, step.

0:06:28 > 0:06:31- Oh! He's got that! - CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:06:32 > 0:06:36Ready? Go. One, two, three, four.

0:06:36 > 0:06:37CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:06:37 > 0:06:41- We could be switching places here, Ceallach!- Oh, well...

0:06:41 > 0:06:44So we go four times and four times, and then we go left,

0:06:44 > 0:06:46up, right, up, right, left leg behind.

0:06:46 > 0:06:49Exactly.

0:06:49 > 0:06:52Yeah, let's cue music. The music's going to get me motivated.

0:06:52 > 0:06:55- So now we're gonna try it to the music.- Let's do it.

0:06:55 > 0:06:59I want EVERYBODY getting involved, every single person, especially you.

0:06:59 > 0:07:00Yeah, especially you!

0:07:00 > 0:07:02CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:07:02 > 0:07:05- And especially you. - We're watching you.

0:07:06 > 0:07:08Three, two, one, go.

0:07:08 > 0:07:12- One, two, three, four, one, two, three four.- I can't do it this way!

0:07:12 > 0:07:16One, two, three, four.

0:07:16 > 0:07:18I can do that bit, it's this way!

0:07:18 > 0:07:23- Yeah? It's really simple. Oh!- He's going all day!- Three, two, one, go.

0:07:23 > 0:07:30One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four.

0:07:30 > 0:07:33- And again! One, two, three, four. - It's hard that way.

0:07:33 > 0:07:38One, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. Just go left.

0:07:38 > 0:07:43One, two, three, four. Try it. Come on, then. Go.

0:07:43 > 0:07:45I can't do it! I can do it right!

0:07:45 > 0:07:47- You almost had it.- Wait.

0:07:48 > 0:07:51- Sorry! I'm in my zone!- Give me some!

0:07:51 > 0:07:54- Give me some! - This is the first time!

0:07:54 > 0:07:57I know, it's the first time, Ceal, you've outshone everyone.

0:07:57 > 0:08:01- The swagger's gone from there to there with you.- I am proud.

0:08:01 > 0:08:04- That's nice, though. - I did feel like working my hips.

0:08:04 > 0:08:06Oh, it's perfect zumba. If you get this bit perfect,

0:08:06 > 0:08:10and you get this bit perfect, you can keep working to get this move.

0:08:11 > 0:08:13CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:08:13 > 0:08:14I like that.

0:08:14 > 0:08:18So, you never know, I could teach you that in a later Dance Download.

0:08:18 > 0:08:20- No, no, no, no!- You'll get it.

0:08:20 > 0:08:22Right, so, that is Dance Download complete.

0:08:22 > 0:08:24CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:08:29 > 0:08:33Hello, everyone. Welcome to the Games Download.

0:08:33 > 0:08:35I am joined by these two beautiful human beings, Ceal and Georgia.

0:08:35 > 0:08:37- You're beautiful too. - Oh, thanks, Ceal.

0:08:37 > 0:08:40And the game that we're doing today is a classic.

0:08:40 > 0:08:42It's actually a Sonic the Hedgehog game.

0:08:42 > 0:08:45Ceal, if you'd like to get up and start having a go.

0:08:45 > 0:08:48- I do love a bit of Sonic. People say I look like him.- Do they actually?

0:08:48 > 0:08:50No.

0:08:50 > 0:08:52Now, anyone who's ever played a Sonic game before will

0:08:52 > 0:08:57basically know that you have to just navigate Sonic across the screen.

0:08:57 > 0:08:59If you keep holding him right, he'll start running,

0:08:59 > 0:09:02- and you'll build up some speed. - Ooooosh!- Yeah?

0:09:02 > 0:09:04So, basically, you just have to navigate him

0:09:04 > 0:09:09from left to right of all these different courses, ultimately,

0:09:09 > 0:09:12to defeat the bad guy, Dr Eggman,

0:09:12 > 0:09:14which is a fantastic name for a bad guy.

0:09:14 > 0:09:17This is actually Sonic 4: Episode II,

0:09:17 > 0:09:19and you see these bouncy things? Use them.

0:09:19 > 0:09:21- Now, get to that one on the left, yeah?- OK.

0:09:21 > 0:09:25- So I have to rebound off the wall? - And you see the person you're with?

0:09:25 > 0:09:29- That's your sidekick. She's called Tails.- Is Tails a girl?

0:09:29 > 0:09:33Yeah, and sometimes you can do special combo moves...

0:09:33 > 0:09:37- Oooosh!- ..in order to get through difficult parts of the puzzle.

0:09:37 > 0:09:41- I really like this. - So we're playing this on the Xbox.

0:09:41 > 0:09:44What I think is really cool is that this game is actually,

0:09:44 > 0:09:49really shortly going to be able to go on to iPads, smartphones and PCs.

0:09:49 > 0:09:51The only thing I found when I was playing it,

0:09:51 > 0:09:53it's a little bit easy sometimes.

0:09:53 > 0:09:54Does the difficulty not increase?

0:09:54 > 0:09:57No, it's a general thing. You know what I really want?

0:09:57 > 0:10:01- I would love to see a 3D Sonic game rather than the 2D platform.- Oh!

0:10:01 > 0:10:06- Oooh!- Yes. So, now on to today's gadget, which is Mario Kart K'NEX.

0:10:06 > 0:10:08- You guys know the game Mario Kart, right?- ALL: Yeah!

0:10:08 > 0:10:10So what I've got here today is actually sort of a gadgety

0:10:10 > 0:10:14inventiony type thing that kind of brings it to life a bit more.

0:10:14 > 0:10:17And it consists of sorts of things like this.

0:10:17 > 0:10:20You get these little karts, you build them yourself.

0:10:20 > 0:10:22I've got Mario, and they're powered by battery, OK?

0:10:22 > 0:10:26And then you ride them on this.

0:10:26 > 0:10:30- Oh!- OK, so, as I said, you get these little karts,

0:10:30 > 0:10:33and then you also get all these little bits of track.

0:10:33 > 0:10:35Now, you can arrange these in any way you want.

0:10:35 > 0:10:39You do it yourself. And that's the main fun aspect of it.

0:10:39 > 0:10:41You could spend ten minutes making one in your lounge,

0:10:41 > 0:10:44or you could spend three hours making one round your entire house.

0:10:44 > 0:10:46You can put bridges in, you can put jumps in it.

0:10:46 > 0:10:48Do you know what I love about that?

0:10:48 > 0:10:51With some, like Scalextric, it can get quite tedious,

0:10:51 > 0:10:52having the same track.

0:10:52 > 0:10:54The fact you can rearrange it yourself,

0:10:54 > 0:10:56- you can make it different... - I love it!

0:10:56 > 0:10:59So what I'm going to do is put Mario on the start line,

0:10:59 > 0:11:02and I'm gonna turn him on, and he's gonna go.

0:11:02 > 0:11:05- Oh!- Now, this game's a bit like... cos it is a race,

0:11:05 > 0:11:09and sometimes they do flip over or turn around or go the wrong way.

0:11:09 > 0:11:12- But that happens in actual Mario Kart.- Yeah.- Can I get Donkey Kong?

0:11:12 > 0:11:16- Can I be this one?- Yeah, put it in. - How do I turn it on?

0:11:16 > 0:11:20- Donkey, mate, come on!- Oh, he's off!

0:11:20 > 0:11:26- Come on!- Yes, carnage, carnage! Oh! You've got to be careful.

0:11:26 > 0:11:29ALL: Oh, no!

0:11:29 > 0:11:31Ceal!

0:11:31 > 0:11:34- I think you guys get the idea. Great fun.- Great fun.

0:11:34 > 0:11:39- So let's pop ourselves down here.- I love it.- Do you actually?- I love it!

0:11:39 > 0:11:41- And you can build it yourself. - That's cool.

0:11:41 > 0:11:42And how about the audience?

0:11:42 > 0:11:44- AUDIENCE: Yeah!- Yeah?

0:11:44 > 0:11:46There's no way of controlling them, is there?

0:11:46 > 0:11:48No, I was going to say, that's a negative.

0:11:48 > 0:11:50If you had controllers, that would be really cool.

0:11:50 > 0:11:53Oh, if you could drive them and the track was a bit bigger...

0:11:53 > 0:11:56But still, I think it's really good.

0:11:56 > 0:11:58It is quite clever how they stick to the track.

0:11:58 > 0:11:59Yeah, fantastic.

0:11:59 > 0:12:01Right, so, that was Mario Kart K'NEX,

0:12:01 > 0:12:04and now it's time for the most hotly-contested competition on TV,

0:12:04 > 0:12:06Tyger Versus.

0:12:06 > 0:12:08CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:12:11 > 0:12:13You all right, guys?

0:12:13 > 0:12:14Yes, it is time for Tyger Versus,

0:12:14 > 0:12:17and the score for this series is 4-0 to me.

0:12:17 > 0:12:22- Let's find out who I'm up against today.- I think it's Georgia.

0:12:22 > 0:12:24Who is it going to be? Oh, it's Georgia!

0:12:24 > 0:12:27- It's me!- I haven't done anything against you in so long.

0:12:27 > 0:12:29I know, it's been ages.

0:12:29 > 0:12:32Right, so, as you guys know, we do it a bit differently this series.

0:12:32 > 0:12:35Tyger Versus is revealed to us by a sacred golden envelope,

0:12:35 > 0:12:38which is being held somewhere in the audience.

0:12:38 > 0:12:41- Where is it?- Where is it?- I have it.

0:12:41 > 0:12:44- There it is! What's your name, mate? - Nathan.- Nathan, OK.

0:12:44 > 0:12:46It's a pleasure to meet you, Nathan.

0:12:46 > 0:12:49CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:12:49 > 0:12:51Lovely to meet you. Can I just confirm

0:12:51 > 0:12:54that you have never shown me or any of us the contents of that envelope?

0:12:54 > 0:12:57- Never seen it.- Thanks very much, mate. May I have it here?

0:12:57 > 0:13:00- Thank you, you've been brilliant. - CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:13:00 > 0:13:05OK, right, so, let's read today's Tyger Versus.

0:13:05 > 0:13:10"Today's Tyger Versus is a motion-controlled cow riding game.

0:13:10 > 0:13:13"Use your controller to race the cow along the track,

0:13:13 > 0:13:16"collecting points by hitting as many scarecrows as possible.

0:13:16 > 0:13:20"The winner is the player who collects the most points

0:34:40 > 0:34:42I thought his name was a joke.

0:34:42 > 0:34:44He changed it deliberately by deed poll, didn't he?

0:34:56 > 0:34:58- I would rather Jedward.- I would. - In that situation.

0:34:58 > 0:35:00They're in Ireland, though.

0:35:00 > 0:35:03So these are entering, competing for Ireland.

0:35:18 > 0:35:21There are called the Buranovo Grannies.

0:35:21 > 0:35:23I think that's a new thing.

0:35:23 > 0:35:25- Could they be your dancers? - I'd have to change my image.

0:35:25 > 0:35:27- That could be your next tour. - I could try.

0:35:27 > 0:35:30I think it's quite a fun evening. Sit in with a friend, eat loads.

0:35:30 > 0:35:32I just think it's all a bit cheesy.

0:35:32 > 0:35:35I was really rooting for the hotness of that right then

0:35:35 > 0:35:37and the grannies threw me off, so...

0:35:37 > 0:35:43- Aw! I think it's hot.- So that is not hot.- Right, so that's not hot.

0:35:43 > 0:35:46My Hot Or Not is actually from our web forums. It's from

0:35:57 > 0:36:01THEY BICKER

0:36:01 > 0:36:04- Oh, what?- I love sushi. - Do we have any soy sauce?

0:36:04 > 0:36:06Sushi is basically uncooked fish

0:36:06 > 0:36:09that you eat and you dip it in sauces and stuff.

0:36:09 > 0:36:11- Nice with soy sauce.- Comes with rice.- I don't like the ginger.

0:36:11 > 0:36:13No, oh, no. Or the wasabi.

0:36:13 > 0:36:15- Ginger's really good for you. - Wasabi puts me off.

0:36:15 > 0:36:18- It's good for your voice as well. - So I'd say sushi's not hot.

0:36:18 > 0:36:21- You're actually...! - He always does it.

0:36:21 > 0:36:24I don't know how you can sit next to him.

0:36:24 > 0:36:27- That was not hot, by the way. - Definitely not hot.- OK.

0:36:27 > 0:36:30So I have one from the audience, so Eve's suggestion.

0:36:33 > 0:36:36- Hey. Handshakes.- Handshakes. What do we think?

0:36:39 > 0:36:41- Do you mean the fancy ones or... - Wait, wait, wait,

0:36:41 > 0:36:43we're going to demonstrate one right now.

0:36:43 > 0:36:45- Just on a street.- Cazh, just cazh.

0:36:45 > 0:36:48- Whoa, Ceal.- What's going on? - All right, man. Oosh!

0:36:48 > 0:36:51Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

0:36:51 > 0:36:53- Boom, boom, boom, boom, bang.- Yes!

0:36:53 > 0:36:58- Yes!- I think, with a handshake, it depends on the situation.

0:36:58 > 0:37:01In a meeting, I won't walk in and spend ten minutes doing handshakes.

0:37:01 > 0:37:05- This is normal handshakes. - I like a cuddle, cuddles are nice.

0:37:05 > 0:37:07- Cuddles are nice. - Cuddles are nice, to be fair.

0:37:07 > 0:37:11- Don't refuse me! - ALL: Oh!

0:37:11 > 0:37:13- All right, I'll give you a cuddle. - I don't even want one.

0:37:13 > 0:37:15- What do you think of handshakes? - Come on, Rich.

0:37:15 > 0:37:19I quite like that handshake you guys done, so I'm thinking it's quite hot.

0:37:19 > 0:37:22- Hot.- I'm going hot. - KLAXON

0:37:22 > 0:37:25- That's the klaxon so a massive thank you to Alexandra Burke.- Thank you.

0:37:25 > 0:37:27CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:37:27 > 0:37:29- And that is Hot Or Not complete. - Whoo!

0:37:29 > 0:37:30CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:37:34 > 0:37:37With the Olympics round the corner, we're checking out a sport

0:37:37 > 0:37:39that'll be really big this summer.

0:37:39 > 0:37:41So we sent out our new presenter Talia to go and learn.

0:37:41 > 0:37:42Let's see how she got on.

0:37:44 > 0:37:47Hi, I'm Talia, and welcome to Weekend Download.

0:37:47 > 0:37:49Now, when I found out I was playing beach volleyball

0:37:49 > 0:37:50I got pretty excited.

0:37:50 > 0:37:53But then I realised, it's not that kind of beach.

0:37:53 > 0:37:54RECORD SCRATCHES

0:38:00 > 0:38:02I'm Joe Lambe, I'm 19

0:38:02 > 0:38:04and I'm part of the England junior volleyball team.

0:38:04 > 0:38:07- My name's Sam.- I'm Julie. - We're both 18,

0:38:07 > 0:38:10we both play for the junior national team.

0:38:10 > 0:38:12I play it mainly cos it gives you a buzz,

0:38:12 > 0:38:15just being friendly with your team-mates

0:38:15 > 0:38:18and constantly playing. It's a social buzz as well.

0:38:23 > 0:38:27- Hey, guys.- Hi, all right?- My name's Talia. Where exactly are we today?

0:38:27 > 0:38:30We're at the National Volleyball Centre in Kettering

0:38:30 > 0:38:33on the beach court, and we're all part of the England junior squad.

0:38:33 > 0:38:36Nice. And you're going to be teaching me today, yeah?

0:38:36 > 0:38:38Yes, some basic beach volleyball skills.

0:38:38 > 0:38:41I've got all my gear on but I've not got any experience. Will that matter?

0:38:41 > 0:38:44- No, not at all. We teach beginners all the time.- So what's first?

0:38:44 > 0:38:48- I think we'll have to start you off on the serve.- Great, let's go.

0:38:51 > 0:38:53OK, so here we are on the court.

0:38:53 > 0:38:55Normally with serving, we'd be on the backline,

0:38:55 > 0:38:57but for beginners we'll bring you forward.

0:38:57 > 0:38:58- Right or left-handed?- Right.

0:38:58 > 0:39:01- Right, so I want you to put your left foot forward a bit.- OK.

0:39:01 > 0:39:05Right leg back. A bit to the side. That's it.

0:39:05 > 0:39:07And bend your knees a little bit.

0:39:07 > 0:39:10Put your fist out, clench it as hard as you can, and you want to be

0:39:10 > 0:39:12hitting the ball from the palm a little bit.

0:39:12 > 0:39:15- OK.- So around here, but don't catch your wrist cos that'll hurt.

0:39:15 > 0:39:17- All right.- We're holding the ball out in front of us,

0:39:17 > 0:39:22- literally hit it out of your hand, if you want to give that a go.- OK.

0:39:24 > 0:39:25Perfect.

0:39:28 > 0:39:30Looks like you've got the underarm serve perfect,

0:39:30 > 0:39:33- so we'll move you on to an overarm serve if you want.- Great, yeah.

0:39:33 > 0:39:34Normally we'd hit open-hand,

0:39:34 > 0:39:37but we'll start you off on a clenched fist again,

0:39:37 > 0:39:39- hitting it in the same place, avoiding the wrist.- All right.

0:39:39 > 0:39:42So we bring the ball out like we did in the first place,

0:39:42 > 0:39:45then we bring our arm back like you're an archer,

0:39:45 > 0:39:48- and then throw your hand up a little bit and just hit the ball.- OK.

0:39:52 > 0:39:54Perfect. So now that you know how to serve,

0:39:54 > 0:39:57- we need to get you receiving one of your serves.- All right.

0:39:57 > 0:40:02So much like the other one, we start with one foot forwards, normally,

0:40:02 > 0:40:04and most importantly here is bring your arms together.

0:40:04 > 0:40:07When I put my hands together I always use the butterfly technique,

0:40:07 > 0:40:10together like that. What you're aiming for here

0:40:10 > 0:40:13- is for the ball to hit you there. - Right.

0:40:13 > 0:40:16When the ball's coming into you, you need to bend your knees

0:40:16 > 0:40:18- As you're hitting it, bring your knees up.- OK.

0:40:18 > 0:40:20- OK, ready to try some?- Yeah.

0:40:20 > 0:40:22Remember, where your shoulders are facing

0:40:22 > 0:40:24- is where you want the ball to go. - OK.

0:40:24 > 0:40:26Ooh, that was a bit high!

0:40:26 > 0:40:28- Try and use your legs a bit.- OK.

0:40:29 > 0:40:33Perfect. OK, so now you've got some of the basics,

0:40:33 > 0:40:34I'll throw you in at the deep end

0:40:34 > 0:40:38- and we'll play against some of my England squad-mates.- What?

0:40:38 > 0:40:40- You'll be fine.- Er, OK!

0:40:41 > 0:40:43Right, OK, so let's get some tactics in here now.

0:40:43 > 0:40:46- Remember what I talked about?- Yeah. - Perfect. Let's go.

0:40:46 > 0:40:49COWBOY MUSIC PLAYS

0:40:56 > 0:40:58Anyone can get into it. You can get beach volleyball nets

0:40:58 > 0:41:00which are quite easily set up anywhere you want.

0:41:00 > 0:41:03- You just need a big space. - If I'd suggest someone playing,

0:41:03 > 0:41:05I would say probably just go down the park,

0:41:05 > 0:41:09set up a bit of rope and just knock a ball around, really.

0:41:09 > 0:41:10- Doing the basics. - THEY LAUGH

0:41:12 > 0:41:15If you wanted to try out a new sport, volleyball's a great one to learn.

0:41:15 > 0:41:18Step one - find yourself a ball and a net.

0:41:18 > 0:41:21Balls cost about £10 and a net is under £20.

0:41:21 > 0:41:22You could use a badminton net

0:41:22 > 0:41:25or even a rope and two poles if you have them.

0:41:25 > 0:41:29Set the net to 2.5 metres high and mark out your court using tape

0:41:29 > 0:41:32on grass or sand, or chalk on a hard surface,

0:41:32 > 0:41:34nine metres out from the net on each side.

0:41:34 > 0:41:37You can also use a court at your local leisure centre,

0:41:37 > 0:41:41but make sure you wear elbow and knee pads if playing on a hard surface.

0:41:41 > 0:41:43Step two - practising.

0:41:43 > 0:41:45To serve, stand on the end line marking

0:41:45 > 0:41:48and make a fist with your hand, keeping your

0:41:48 > 0:41:51fingers flat. Strike underneath the ball with the heel of your hand

0:41:51 > 0:41:54and make sure you follow through in the direction want the ball to go.

0:41:54 > 0:41:58To return the ball, put two hands together like so,

0:41:58 > 0:42:01with your elbows extended, making sure you're in the right position

0:42:01 > 0:42:04before the ball arrives. For targets that are closer,

0:42:04 > 0:42:06move your hands further away from your body.

0:42:06 > 0:42:09Step three - playing a game. Find some friends to play with you.

0:42:09 > 0:42:12You can play with up to six per team or as little as two.

0:42:12 > 0:42:15You can even practice on your own using a marker to aim at.

0:42:15 > 0:42:18The rules are the ball can't touch the ground,

0:42:18 > 0:42:20and each team can have three hits before returning it.

0:42:20 > 0:42:23You win a point by stopping the other players from returning.

0:42:23 > 0:42:26The first to reach 21 points wins.

0:42:26 > 0:42:29So, I've learnt a new sport, taken on the England squad

0:42:29 > 0:42:32and been to the beach all in one day.

0:42:32 > 0:42:34So that means that's Weekend Download complete.

0:42:45 > 0:42:46You know what it's like,

0:42:46 > 0:42:49you're out hanging on a skiing holiday with your family,

0:42:49 > 0:42:51you're wearing a snazzy helmet,

0:42:51 > 0:42:53you're having the best day of your life,

0:42:53 > 0:42:55but it's just all so exhausting.

0:42:55 > 0:42:58Yeah, he's actually sleeping whilst standing up in his ski boots.

0:42:58 > 0:43:00Genius.

0:43:00 > 0:43:03There really is SNOW hope for him on those slopes.

0:43:03 > 0:43:04Snow hope!

0:43:07 > 0:43:10It's not just us humans who have a few problems with sleeping.

0:43:10 > 0:43:12This canine is having the perfect kip,

0:43:12 > 0:43:14but he seems to have forgotten he is asleep.

0:43:14 > 0:43:17There he is, fast asleep, dreaming that he's running through the park

0:43:17 > 0:43:18chasing a cat.

0:43:18 > 0:43:21Go on, you've almost got it, faster!

0:43:21 > 0:43:24You're never going to catch it because you're asleep.

0:43:24 > 0:43:26Yep, he really is a dozy dog.

0:43:29 > 0:43:31Hang on, this kitten is still awake.

0:43:31 > 0:43:34Maybe it's not a sleep fail after all.

0:43:34 > 0:43:37Wait, look at the eyes. They're going, they're going, gone!

0:43:37 > 0:43:41Completely failing to stay awake. It's tiring being that cute.

0:48:35 > 0:48:38to answer as many questions as possible.

0:48:38 > 0:48:43Be honest, be entertaining and, most of all, be quick. Are you ready?

0:48:43 > 0:48:46- Yes.- 60 seconds on the clock from when I start reading this.

0:48:46 > 0:48:49Are you still in touch with JLS?

0:48:49 > 0:48:53- Yes.- If you could go back in time, when would you go back to?

0:48:53 > 0:48:54The 1980s.

0:48:54 > 0:48:57What's the most embarrassing thing you've done when you were younger?

0:48:57 > 0:48:58Dropped on the stage.

0:48:58 > 0:49:01If you were stuck on the top of a mountain, what would you do?

0:49:01 > 0:49:05- Um, run.- Have you got any tips for someone doing a talent show?

0:49:05 > 0:49:07Always be yourself.

0:49:07 > 0:49:10- What pets do you have?- A dog.

0:49:10 > 0:49:13What is the worst thing you have ever eaten in your life?

0:49:13 > 0:49:16It has to be mayonnaise. I don't like mayonnaise.

0:50:08 > 0:50:11There you go. That's Star Download complete.

0:50:15 > 0:50:17Hello, everyone. Welcome to Just For Laughs.

0:50:17 > 0:50:20Today, I'm going to show you guys a magic trick,

0:50:20 > 0:50:22how to make a coin disappear.

0:50:22 > 0:50:26Bear with me. Sometimes I get this wrong.

0:50:26 > 0:50:30Basically, what you need is a cup. Could you examine that for me?

0:50:30 > 0:50:32Tell me if it is a normal cup.

0:50:32 > 0:50:37- That's a normal cup.- Nice one. Preferably, a see-through cup.

0:50:37 > 0:50:39A 20p piece or any other coin.

0:50:39 > 0:50:43Could you verify that is a legit 20p piece?

0:50:43 > 0:50:48Thank you. You also need a piece of A4 paper.

0:50:48 > 0:50:52Basically, what will happen is the coin is going to go on the table

0:50:52 > 0:50:56and I will place the plastic glass over it.

0:50:56 > 0:51:00If I am making this coin disappear,

0:51:00 > 0:51:03I don't want to let you guys in on the magic.

0:51:03 > 0:51:08I'll cover it up like this so you can't see it.

0:51:08 > 0:51:11Keep a keen eye on that coin.

0:51:11 > 0:51:14With a magical gesture...

0:51:14 > 0:51:17APPLAUSE

0:51:17 > 0:51:20Actually, I did say at the start of the trick

0:51:20 > 0:51:23that I was going to make the coin disappear.

0:51:23 > 0:51:27I guess I have done the trick a bit wrong, but that is part of the trick.

0:51:27 > 0:51:30You are trying to make the glass disappear, as that's more impressive.

0:51:30 > 0:51:33Now I'm going to explain how it's done.

0:51:33 > 0:51:39What you need is a big box with something soft in it.

0:51:39 > 0:51:42I have my favourite dressing gown in here.

0:51:42 > 0:51:43That will make it cushy.

0:51:43 > 0:51:48You put that behind wherever you're standing.

0:51:48 > 0:51:52Everything looks normal and everything is legit

0:51:52 > 0:51:55until the point when this is over there.

0:51:55 > 0:51:57You need a bit of misdirection.

0:51:57 > 0:52:00I'm making everyone look at the coin by asking them to keep

0:52:00 > 0:52:02an eye on the coin.

0:52:02 > 0:52:05Because I'm looking up, other people will, and they won't be focusing

0:52:05 > 0:52:10on this hand, which is basically sliding like this off the end,

0:52:10 > 0:52:14and I'm dropping that into the box

0:52:14 > 0:52:19of cushy stuff. It will not make a sound.

0:52:19 > 0:52:21For this trick, I used a plastic glass.

0:52:21 > 0:52:23Just in case it misses the box,

0:52:23 > 0:52:25you don't want it breaking all over the floor.

0:52:25 > 0:52:28With this in the box, I need to retain

0:52:28 > 0:52:32the shape of the glass in my hand, which is easy to do with the paper.

0:52:32 > 0:52:36Put it on top and do the magical gesture. Boom!

0:52:36 > 0:52:38People should be amazed.

0:52:38 > 0:52:41If you like, you can do the whole, "Oh, I did it wrong."

0:52:41 > 0:52:44Sometimes it makes it a little bit more impressive.

0:52:44 > 0:52:48Get practising that, and hopefully you will be able to impress everyone,

0:52:48 > 0:52:50and that is the Just For Laughs Download complete.

0:52:56 > 0:52:58Our Music Tribute for the week follows the alien theme

0:52:58 > 0:53:00we've had throughout the day.

0:53:00 > 0:53:01THEY HUM TWILIGHT ZONE THEME

0:53:01 > 0:53:03It's Labrinth's Last Time.

0:53:03 > 0:53:05A little fact for you, speaking of my old pal Labrinth.

0:53:05 > 0:53:08He is not called Labrinth by birth.

0:53:08 > 0:53:13- What?!- Shocking. You could almost say scarily shocking.

0:53:13 > 0:53:20- Almost out of this world.- His name is Timothy.- He's not Labrinth?- No.

0:53:20 > 0:53:23To be fair, it would have to be a name you would grow into.

0:53:23 > 0:53:26Like Ceallach, baby Ceallach, you have to grow into.

0:53:26 > 0:53:28I can't imagine a baby Ceallach.

0:53:28 > 0:53:30It's a ridiculous name.

0:53:30 > 0:53:31Who would be called it?

0:53:31 > 0:53:34Look out for Callum from Birmingham who was at the bus stop

0:53:34 > 0:53:36when he sees his sister being an alien.

0:53:36 > 0:53:40This face of shock is amazing. He is having an ice cream.

0:53:40 > 0:53:43- Take a look. What have you got? - Chocolate.

0:53:43 > 0:53:46I've got vanilla with a Flake.

0:53:46 > 0:53:48# There's a moment somewhere out there

0:53:48 > 0:53:53# You never know what's waiting outside your window

0:53:53 > 0:53:56# I'm taking off

0:53:56 > 0:54:01# Off, off

0:54:01 > 0:54:04# I'm taking off

0:54:04 > 0:54:08# Off, off

0:54:08 > 0:54:15# Up in the air

0:54:15 > 0:54:22# To go from one moment to another

0:54:22 > 0:54:26# To know the world can be discovered
