0:53:16 > 0:53:19so rather than jumping up and down on the spot, you go forwards.
0:53:19 > 0:53:22So why don't you try jumping into the pit and seeing how it feels?
0:53:25 > 0:53:26OK, so where do I go from there?
0:53:26 > 0:53:28You're going to jump towards the pit,
0:53:28 > 0:53:30travel like you've just learned, hips over your head
0:53:30 > 0:53:33- and land flat on your back.- OK.

0:54:25 > 0:54:27lean back and fully rotate over. To do a forward flip,
0:54:27 > 0:54:30you have to first become comfortable at travelling.
0:54:30 > 0:54:32Then it's a simple case of leaning forward,
0:54:32 > 0:54:35flipping your legs over until you land safely on your bum.
0:54:35 > 0:54:38Always with an instructor watching, of course.
0:54:38 > 0:54:41Step three - safety. Never do any of the big tricks at home.
0:54:41 > 0:54:43Make sure you're always at a centre, supervised.
0:54:43 > 0:54:47So get down your local leisure centre and get bouncing.
0:54:48 > 0:54:51So I think it's fair to say, put me on a handball court
0:54:51 > 0:54:54and I know what I'm doing, but when it comes to trampolining
0:54:54 > 0:54:56I still think I've got a little bit left to learn.
