0:07:54 > 0:07:56APPLAUSE

0:07:59 > 0:08:02Hi, I'm Anais, and welcome to your all-new Style Download.

0:08:02 > 0:08:04Welcome to my bedroom.

0:08:04 > 0:08:06# It's my party

0:08:06 > 0:08:08# I'll do, do what I want

0:08:08 > 0:08:10# Do, do what I want... #

0:08:10 > 0:08:12Summer's on its way - yeah!

0:08:12 > 0:08:15Some sunny sunglasses are just what you need when you're out and about.

0:08:15 > 0:08:18I find it hard to find sunglasses that suit me,

0:08:18 > 0:08:20so when I find a style that does, I like to mix it up

0:08:20 > 0:08:24by customising them myself to make them fresh and new.

0:08:26 > 0:08:27I'm going to show you how to do this at home

0:08:27 > 0:08:29with items you should already have.

0:08:29 > 0:08:32First off, you need a pair of old sunglasses, some glitter,

0:08:32 > 0:08:36some nail polish, a paintbrush,

0:08:36 > 0:08:40some glue, marker and a plate.

0:08:40 > 0:08:41Right, let's get styling.

0:08:45 > 0:08:48Firstly, keep a window open and put newspaper down

0:08:48 > 0:08:50so you don't stain the work surface.

0:08:50 > 0:08:52I know I don't want to get in trouble with my mum

0:08:52 > 0:08:53for getting nail varnish everywhere.

0:08:53 > 0:08:55There's lots of different designs you can do

0:08:55 > 0:08:57but I'm going to show you how to do zigzags.

0:08:57 > 0:09:00Take your nail varnish and start zigzagging on one arm.

0:09:00 > 0:09:04I like to use a paintbrush to get a neater line.

0:09:04 > 0:09:06Next, fill in the bits between the zigzags

0:09:06 > 0:09:08with a different colour, like this.

0:09:11 > 0:09:13Keep doing the same on both arms and leave to dry

0:09:13 > 0:09:15before you move on to the next step.

0:09:19 > 0:09:22Once the nail varnish has dried, take a marker

0:09:22 > 0:09:24and outline the zigzags so it looks nice and neat.

0:09:26 > 0:09:28I like to fill in the top - it makes it look more professional.

0:09:34 > 0:09:37The next step is to paint some craft glue on the frame of the glasses.

0:09:37 > 0:09:40Make sure not to get them onto the glasses itself.

0:09:40 > 0:09:43If you're a younger viewer, you may want to get an adult to help.

0:09:46 > 0:09:48Once you've covered your frame in glue,

0:09:48 > 0:09:49you can start to put on the glitter.

0:09:49 > 0:09:51My little tip is to put a plate underneath

0:09:51 > 0:09:54to catch any excess glitter, so it doesn't go to waste.

0:10:00 > 0:10:04Once the glue is covered in glitter, leave to dry for at least 24 hours.

0:10:04 > 0:10:07If you missed any of the steps, here's a quick recap.

0:10:07 > 0:10:08Step one.

0:10:08 > 0:10:11Take an old pair of sunglasses and, using nail varnish,

0:10:11 > 0:10:13draw a zigzag on the arm.

0:10:13 > 0:10:15Use different colours to fill in the gaps.

0:10:15 > 0:10:17Repeat on the other arm and leave to dry fully.

0:10:18 > 0:10:20Step two.

0:10:20 > 0:10:25Use a permanent marker to outline the zigzag lines and fill in the edges.

0:10:25 > 0:10:26Step three.

0:10:26 > 0:10:29Cover the front of your glasses in glue.

0:10:29 > 0:10:32Shake on some glitter and leave to dry for at least 24 hours.

0:10:32 > 0:10:34Here's my finished design.

0:10:36 > 0:10:38What do you think?

0:10:38 > 0:10:40I've been busy customising loads of glasses.

0:10:40 > 0:10:43You can do whatever you want - spots, colour blocks.

0:14:11 > 0:14:13Hi, Friday Download!

0:14:14 > 0:14:16What it takes to be a good princess?

0:14:16 > 0:14:17I think...

0:14:17 > 0:14:22You obviously have to have extreme grace

0:14:22 > 0:14:23and a really good posture.

0:14:23 > 0:14:27She stands really tall and has very good hand gestures, as well.

0:14:27 > 0:14:29Very kind and loving,

0:14:29 > 0:14:32but you also have to have a strength which is nice

0:14:32 > 0:14:37because in Maleficent you do get to see that, which is very important.

0:14:38 > 0:14:41I know you're there. Don't be afraid.

0:14:41 > 0:14:43I'm not afraid.

0:14:43 > 0:14:45- Then come out. - Then YOU will be afraid.

0:14:51 > 0:14:53Man, Angelina Jolie, was she scary as Maleficent?

0:14:53 > 0:14:55I think...

0:14:55 > 0:14:58Um, she...

0:14:58 > 0:15:01Some kids that came on set were definitely, you now,

0:15:01 > 0:15:04frightened of, you know, those horns.

0:15:04 > 0:15:07And she has some contacts, like these strange coloured contacts

0:15:07 > 0:15:10which were slightly yellow, you know.

0:15:10 > 0:15:13And Maleficent, you know, she is scary.

0:15:13 > 0:15:16She's definitely, you know, she looks otherworldly

0:15:16 > 0:15:19because she is not a human, she's more... She's a fairy

0:15:19 > 0:15:22but she's a creature, a mysterious creature.

0:15:25 > 0:15:26Well, well.

0:15:28 > 0:15:30Next up, the world's most famous postman

0:16:06 > 0:16:09That's TV, Movie and Radio download complete.

0:16:14 > 0:16:16Welcome to another What's Up download where we discuss

0:16:16 > 0:16:20problems and dilemmas that you send us into us. So what's first?

0:16:20 > 0:16:22Yes, this weeks letter is from Chloe.

0:16:38 > 0:16:42I think shyness is something that we all have to deal with at some point.

0:16:42 > 0:16:45- Everybody.- Especially at school, I'd say.- Yeah, I had it at school.

0:16:45 > 0:16:47What happened to you?

0:16:47 > 0:16:49Basically, it was like reading in front of, like,

0:16:49 > 0:16:52loads of people in assembly.

0:16:52 > 0:16:57But you'd think I'd be used to it, but at school I was really shy.

0:16:57 > 0:17:01- Yeah.- The way I overcame it is by talking to friends.

0:17:01 > 0:17:03And they just sort of keep you grounded, they'd say,

0:17:03 > 0:17:05"It's all right, you'll be fine."

0:17:05 > 0:17:08They say, if you get stuck, just look at me. Do you know what I mean?

0:17:08 > 0:17:11I think it's always scarier in front of your peers,

0:17:11 > 0:17:12do you not think, than...?

0:17:12 > 0:17:15I'd rather speak to a room full of strangers than people that I know.

0:17:15 > 0:17:17That scares me. That makes me really shy.

0:17:17 > 0:17:21I think even like when you move from primary school to secondary school.

0:17:21 > 0:17:26- Yeah.- That's a major thing. I know I was really nervous about that.

0:17:26 > 0:17:27I think everyone gets nervous.

0:17:27 > 0:17:31You see all these big people and you go, "Whoa." You've got to think...

0:17:31 > 0:17:33You were at the top of the school, and then you become the bottom.

0:17:33 > 0:17:36You have to think to yourself, I'll be in their position one day.

0:17:36 > 0:17:38Do you see what I'm saying? That's how I see it.

0:17:38 > 0:17:42- So, Dionne, were you shy when you first started school?- Yeah.

0:17:42 > 0:17:44Yeah, I was at first.

0:17:44 > 0:17:47I knew one person at school which was really cool,

0:17:47 > 0:17:49when I started one of my new schools.

0:17:49 > 0:17:52So I tended to like stay with her a lot of the time.

0:17:52 > 0:17:54- You do, you stay like that.- Yeah.

0:17:54 > 0:17:57And then we got split up into different forms,

0:17:57 > 0:18:00So you kind of had to make new friends. But I'm all cool now.

0:18:00 > 0:18:03And it's not always that you have to change yourself.

0:18:03 > 0:18:05It's OK to be shy, you might be comfortable with yourself.

0:18:05 > 0:18:08- It's OK to be different, as well. - It is.

0:18:08 > 0:18:09It's not about changing the way you are,

0:18:09 > 0:18:13sometimes it's just trying to find a solution to help you overcome it.

0:18:13 > 0:18:15It might sound cheesy, but there are a lot of songs out there,

0:18:15 > 0:18:18if you listen to the lyrics, they actually will help you become

0:18:18 > 0:18:21more confident and boost, you know, your self-esteem up a little bit.

0:18:21 > 0:18:24# I've got the eye of the tiger

0:18:24 > 0:18:28# The fighter Dancing through the fire

0:18:28 > 0:18:31# Cos I am a champion

0:18:31 > 0:18:35# And you're going to hear me roar. #

0:18:35 > 0:18:37So last week we had a message from her,

0:18:37 > 0:18:39and she's done the same again this week.

0:18:39 > 0:18:40We've got a message from Elle Fanning,

0:18:40 > 0:18:43she tells us all about her experiences of being shy.

0:18:43 > 0:18:46I get nervous sometimes.

0:18:46 > 0:18:50You know, if maybe you're nervous and you're messing up,

0:18:50 > 0:18:53or embarrassing themselves, you kind of have to...

0:18:55 > 0:18:58..really, you know, make fun of yourself, in a way.

0:18:58 > 0:19:02But then you have to kind of own your embarrassment, in a way,

0:19:02 > 0:19:07and just be like, nobody's perfect. And use your nerves to help you.

0:19:07 > 0:19:10Nervousness is such an exciting energy,

0:19:10 > 0:19:12so it kind of pumps you up.

0:19:12 > 0:19:16So just use them to maybe come out of your shell.

0:19:16 > 0:19:18Yeah, I think that's really good advice about using your nerves

0:19:18 > 0:19:20to help conquer fears.

0:19:20 > 0:19:23Just trying to take your mind off it and when you do it, you're like...

0:19:23 > 0:19:26Once you've got past that nervous barrier,

0:19:26 > 0:19:29- it becomes quite exciting, doesn't it?- Oh, yeah.

0:19:29 > 0:19:30Do you go off the adrenaline?

0:19:30 > 0:19:33You sort of work yourself up and, when you do it,

0:19:33 > 0:19:35- do you not feel great afterwards? - Yeah, definitely.

0:19:35 > 0:19:38- I think whilst you're doing it. - No, I was just thinking.

0:19:38 > 0:19:39I'm sort of like, argh!

0:19:39 > 0:19:42And then I'm all fine and I'm all happy.

0:19:42 > 0:19:45Shannon, do ever get nervous?

0:19:45 > 0:19:50Yeah, well, see... I don't think I come across as a shy person.

0:19:50 > 0:19:56Hard to believe. But I get really shy when I meet new people.

0:19:56 > 0:19:59I'm not me at all and I'll be really quiet

0:19:59 > 0:20:01and it's like I'm really introverted and I don't speak.

0:20:01 > 0:20:04If I was at home, and I met a new bunch of people,

0:20:04 > 0:20:07then it's just scary, I think it's just new people in general.

0:20:07 > 0:20:11Some of you on the CBBC website have sent in some web advice,

0:20:11 > 0:20:13so we've got Lime Fizzy Werewolf,

0:20:13 > 0:20:16"When I'm nervous, I pretend that my entire class

0:20:16 > 0:20:18"are people that I've always wanted to talk to."

0:20:18 > 0:20:20- That's interesting, you know? - That is.

0:20:20 > 0:20:22I wouldn't have thought of that to be honest.

0:20:22 > 0:20:25I'd have just thought of them all as chickens.

0:20:25 > 0:20:26Funny you should say that.

0:20:26 > 0:20:29- Someone else actually said that.- No!

0:20:29 > 0:20:30Lavender Dotty Dudette,

0:20:30 > 0:20:33"This method helps a lot of people,

0:20:33 > 0:20:35"Just imagine everyone are chickens

0:20:35 > 0:20:38"and who will be scared to perform in front of chickens?"

0:20:38 > 0:20:41See, it works. Chicken works.

0:20:41 > 0:20:44Another one is Apricot Pancake Kangaroo,

0:20:44 > 0:20:47"Just pretend you're at home and not at school, it makes it much easier."

0:20:47 > 0:20:50- That's a hard one to do. - A lot of it's like...

0:20:50 > 0:20:53A lot of them are about taking yourself

0:20:53 > 0:20:55out of the situation that you're in.

0:20:55 > 0:20:57Yeah, forget about the situation

0:20:57 > 0:21:01and then it makes you forget about...

0:21:01 > 0:21:07- Yeah. I think a lot of it would be overthinking.- Yeah, I do think that.

0:21:07 > 0:21:11- Working yourself up, internally. - Instead of just going for it.

0:21:11 > 0:21:13Let's just do it.

0:21:13 > 0:21:16As you can see, a lot of people have problems with shyness,

0:21:16 > 0:21:18but hopefully what we spoke about has helped you.

0:21:18 > 0:21:21We have loved receiving your letters, e-mails, and videos,

0:21:21 > 0:21:24so keep them coming in cos we want to help you with your problems.

0:35:42 > 0:35:46CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:35:46 > 0:35:49Give it up for Foxes, everybody!

0:35:49 > 0:35:51CHEERING

0:35:51 > 0:35:54So, last week, I took a selfie with The Vamps and our studio audience,

0:35:54 > 0:35:56- so would you be up for it this week? - Yes.- You guys ready?

0:35:56 > 0:35:58CHEERING OK. Let's go.

0:35:58 > 0:36:01OK. Three, two, one!

0:36:04 > 0:36:05Aw.

0:36:05 > 0:36:08- You're sticking around for the rest of the show, aren't you?- Yes.

0:36:08 > 0:36:11We can't wait for that, but for now, that is Music Download complete.

0:36:11 > 0:36:14CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:36:17 > 0:36:21Welcome to Games Download, where today I am joined by Harvey

0:36:21 > 0:36:22and Richard!

0:36:23 > 0:36:26Now, we are kicking things off with a game,

0:36:26 > 0:36:30and today's game is Lego Hobbit. Yes, Lego has taken

0:36:30 > 0:36:33another brilliant film series - the Hobbit trilogy,

0:36:33 > 0:36:37directed by Peter Jackson and based on the books by JRR Tolkien.

0:36:37 > 0:36:39Lego has transformed The Hobbit into a Lego world.

0:36:39 > 0:36:43So let's see how it looks now. There we go.

0:36:43 > 0:36:45- OK, so, Harvey, do you want to give us a go?- OK.

0:36:45 > 0:36:48- So you just need to smash these things up here.- OK.

0:36:48 > 0:36:49Oh, no, I'm...

0:36:49 > 0:36:51Keep going. There we go. And the other one.

0:36:51 > 0:36:55So are part of these scenes part of the scenes out of the film?

0:36:55 > 0:36:58- Oh, yeah. So all the locations are from the film.- Right, OK.

0:36:58 > 0:37:01I'm going to give you a Need To Know while you're playing.

0:37:01 > 0:37:04The first Need To Know is the story. If you haven't seen the Hobbit film,

0:37:04 > 0:37:07then the game pretty much gives away the film.

0:37:07 > 0:37:10They assume that you've seen the film, which is slightly annoying

0:37:10 > 0:37:13if you haven't, because you'll have to see the film before you can play.

0:37:13 > 0:37:17Now, your next Need To Know - and this is going to tie in quite nicely

0:37:17 > 0:37:20with where you're up to in the game - is the different types

0:37:20 > 0:37:23of characters. Now, there are 98 characters in the game. Which is...

0:37:23 > 0:37:27I don't know why, but it annoys me that there's 98. Two more, 100.

0:37:27 > 0:37:30- It would annoy me if it's 99, because it's not an even number.- Even worse.

0:37:30 > 0:37:33The different characters help you progress in the game.

0:37:33 > 0:37:35They've got different special abilities.

0:37:35 > 0:37:37Here, you need to change into the other dwarf,

0:37:37 > 0:37:39so press Y, there.

0:37:39 > 0:37:43- OK. And you need to select the top one, there.- That one, there?- Yes.

0:37:43 > 0:37:45- Go to the other side of it.- OK, yep.

0:37:45 > 0:37:49- And then if you hold X. - X.- There you go.

0:37:49 > 0:37:52So you'll have to change into different characters

0:37:52 > 0:37:55to help you progress further. For instance there's a dwarf

0:37:55 > 0:37:57called Bombur, and you can use his belly as a trampoline

0:37:57 > 0:37:59- to jump to higher heights. - That's so cool.

0:37:59 > 0:38:00Is it only on certain missions,

0:38:00 > 0:38:03or can you literally change character all the time?

0:38:03 > 0:38:06If there's characters with you. If you're on your own, you can't.

0:38:06 > 0:38:08Every time you touch that triangle, you can change back.

0:38:08 > 0:38:12- So how does the 98 work? Is that... - That's throughout the whole game.

0:38:12 > 0:38:15So you'll have two with you on one level, and four on others.

0:38:15 > 0:38:19- I used to have the Star Wars Lego, but this is on another level.- It is.

0:38:19 > 0:38:22I thought this... We've had Lego games in the past,

0:38:22 > 0:38:24but obviously now we're playing it on the Xbox one,

0:38:24 > 0:38:27which is the upgrade from the 360, or the PlayStation.

0:38:27 > 0:38:30It's available on other platforms, but I just think it polishes

0:38:30 > 0:38:33- the graphics and makes it look so much better.- Amazing.

0:38:33 > 0:38:35But one thing I will say is, obviously, it's centred

0:38:35 > 0:38:38around dwarfs, The Hobbit - if you didn't you know.

0:38:38 > 0:38:40And they've all got really cool beards.

0:38:40 > 0:38:42Quite a beardy theme going on.

0:38:42 > 0:38:45Sometimes you can't actually work out what dwarf you want to be.

0:38:45 > 0:38:48They all do look so similar. So it's just really confusing.

0:38:48 > 0:38:52- You keep tapping the triangle... - Do they all look the same?- Yeah.

0:38:52 > 0:38:55That's the annoying thing. All the different types of beards.

0:38:55 > 0:38:58- We spoke about beards in Upload Download.- Yes.- Didn't we?

0:38:58 > 0:39:01Talked about beards. So I thought it was quite appropriate...

0:39:01 > 0:39:05- Why don't you play with a beard? Eh?- You just got me back.

0:39:05 > 0:39:09I did get you back, Richard, to be fair. You can have that one.

0:39:09 > 0:39:11Now, my third Need To Know is about the beards, but these

0:39:11 > 0:39:14beards don't come with the game, so if you want to wear a beard while

0:39:14 > 0:39:17- playing, you'll have to source your own.- Ho-ho-ho. Merry Christmas!

0:39:17 > 0:39:18You look like dwarfs now.

0:39:18 > 0:39:20- So, Harvey...- All right, guys?

0:39:20 > 0:39:24- Shannon?- Are you going to help me out?- I like to crash the party.

0:39:24 > 0:39:27Oh, just going to turn up to Games Download, are we?

0:39:27 > 0:39:29- That's what it says.- Well, actually, what you demonstrated

0:39:29 > 0:39:32for me there is the team play. Do you see how Shannon just walked in

0:39:32 > 0:39:37- and then she can start playing with Harvey...- Two-player!- Not just this.

0:39:37 > 0:39:38Now, you notice on old Lego games,

0:39:38 > 0:39:41- you kind of had to stick together on the screen, didn't you?- Yes.

0:39:41 > 0:39:44Well, Harvey, if you just wander up the stairs...

0:39:44 > 0:39:47- I was just about to ask you that as well.- Look at this, now.- No!- No way!

0:39:47 > 0:39:51- I'm going to come back, cos it's ruining it.- Here we go.

0:39:51 > 0:39:53I like also the feature that you can drop in and drop out,

0:39:53 > 0:39:56which is like most Lego games. Harvey, are you enjoying playing?

0:39:56 > 0:39:59- I'm loving it, and I'm really bad at it, as well.- Shannon?

0:39:59 > 0:40:01Yeah, I love it.

0:40:01 > 0:40:03But, Rich, you didn't like the game?

0:40:03 > 0:40:05No, I did like it at first but I'm not feeling it now.

0:40:05 > 0:40:09That's fine. But you might like this week's gadget.

0:40:09 > 0:40:11Hit me with a gadget.

0:40:11 > 0:40:13It's a pen!

0:40:13 > 0:40:15- Why should this week's gadget be a pen?- It's a big pen.

0:40:15 > 0:40:18It's a very cool pen.

0:40:18 > 0:40:21You can make cool designs with it.

0:40:21 > 0:40:23Just doodling along.

0:40:23 > 0:40:26I might not have mentioned but you can do something pretty cool...

0:40:28 > 0:40:31- Whoa!- No way.

0:40:31 > 0:40:35- So you can do a 3-D drawing.- Never!

0:40:35 > 0:40:39- It stays up. - This is the 3Doodler.

0:40:39 > 0:40:44Pretty cool. You can draw 3d objects. I'll demonstrate again.

0:40:44 > 0:40:48You can see here... Now, I will say, guys, this is one for you older ones

0:40:48 > 0:40:50because the tip gets very hot.

0:40:50 > 0:40:52But...if I can get it to coil round...

0:40:55 > 0:40:59And then I should just be able to bring your drawing off the page.

0:40:59 > 0:41:02- That's amazing. - No comedy drum hits for me?

0:41:02 > 0:41:05- Ba-doom-boom-chee! - Thanks.

0:41:05 > 0:41:08Have a look. Feel that. I have just drawn that.

0:41:08 > 0:41:11You've just drawn into thin air.

0:41:11 > 0:41:13It's really...cool that.

0:41:13 > 0:41:17Like I said, it's for you older ones because this gets very hot.

0:41:17 > 0:41:20Rich, do you want to give it a little go?

0:41:20 > 0:41:24- I will have a go but I am not a good drawer.- Here we go, Harvey.

0:41:24 > 0:41:26Wow, I'm having a go?

0:41:26 > 0:41:27Am I pressing?

0:41:27 > 0:41:29Go on, Richard.

0:41:29 > 0:41:33- These have been made with that. - That's mad.

0:41:33 > 0:41:35I want to try and do something.

0:41:35 > 0:41:38- Just that, nothing else? - Yes. I promise you.

0:41:38 > 0:41:43- How do you get it to...?- You can see we've made these things here,

0:41:43 > 0:41:47but you can see this was meant to say FD, they can be quite flimsy.

0:41:47 > 0:41:51Oh, I know what I needed to do. I need to go across like you did.

0:41:51 > 0:41:53You have to be really patient.

0:41:53 > 0:41:57Yes, and these, these are some examples of what we've made.

0:41:57 > 0:41:59But the F here has come off.

0:41:59 > 0:42:02To make it easier, I would probably just draw it flat, on the table

0:42:02 > 0:42:05and then pick it up rather than try and do it in the air.

0:42:05 > 0:42:08I'm not really a patient guy but I'm getting annoyed with this.

0:42:08 > 0:42:11I think it's got the wow factor.

0:42:11 > 0:42:14But after one or two times, the novelty would wear off,

0:42:14 > 0:42:18- and I would be a bit bored. - It would take hours.- So obviously,

0:42:18 > 0:42:21that's free drawing, but to help you get the hang of it

0:42:21 > 0:42:23and use its 3-D potential, you can

0:42:23 > 0:42:26get stencils online which help you create really cool things.

0:42:26 > 0:42:29Like this...

0:42:29 > 0:42:32- Wow! That's so cool. - Look at that. That's solid.

0:42:32 > 0:42:36- That's so much better than mine. - I bet that takes for ever.

0:42:36 > 0:42:37Yeah, but that's art.

0:42:37 > 0:42:40You could argue that about people who draw things.

0:42:40 > 0:42:42They have to sit there for a few hours.

0:42:42 > 0:42:44- It's just another form of art.- Yes.

0:42:44 > 0:42:46The only negative I am going to say,

0:42:46 > 0:42:49right, is that the string can get quite loose.

0:42:49 > 0:42:52- Yeah, that's what I'm saying. - It has to be tight.- Yeah.

0:42:52 > 0:42:54It would take a long while.

0:42:54 > 0:42:56It's about technique. The stencils would be great,

0:42:56 > 0:42:58but if you think you're confident

0:42:58 > 0:43:01- enough with your own drawing, go free hand.- It's amazing.

0:43:01 > 0:43:03- I'd probably go, time for a cup of tea.- Here's my point.- Yeah.

0:43:03 > 0:43:05Listen to this...

0:43:05 > 0:43:07WHIRRING NOISE

0:43:07 > 0:43:10- You try to do a...- Can you hear that?- Is that annoying you?

0:43:10 > 0:43:14If I had to sit and listen to that I'd be like, "Nah, I'm done.

0:43:14 > 0:43:17- "I don't care any more."- So, Harvey, what did you think of it?

0:43:17 > 0:43:22- To be fair, I think they're great. - Yeah. It's revolutionary really.

0:43:22 > 0:43:25I do really like them, but I just know they are not for me.

0:43:25 > 0:43:28- Yeah, personally.- I'd love to sit and watch you do it.- Yeah.

0:43:28 > 0:43:30I could probably watch a professional do it.

0:43:30 > 0:43:32But as you can see, I've left one thing to do

0:43:32 > 0:43:35cos there's no time on Big Ben. I am going to add the time.

0:43:35 > 0:43:37What's our favourite time, everybody?

0:43:37 > 0:43:41- FD time.- Which is? - Six o'clock.- That'll do.

0:43:41 > 0:43:44Let me just get that along there.

0:43:46 > 0:43:50- See what I mean?- Don't worry about the flimsy bit, it's six o'clock.

0:43:50 > 0:43:51That is Game Download complete.

0:43:58 > 0:44:03- George, did I tell you that one about the butter?- Erm, no.

0:44:03 > 0:44:05Better not tell you. It might spread!

0:44:07 > 0:44:08Do you get it...?

0:44:08 > 0:44:10- Spreads.- Spreads, doesn't it?

0:44:13 > 0:44:15CHEERING

0:44:15 > 0:44:17It's tribute time.

0:44:17 > 0:44:19We've got some Rita Ora for you guys ahead of her Radio 1

0:44:19 > 0:44:21performance at the Big Weekend.

0:44:21 > 0:44:24- Are you guys ready? - ALL:- Yes!

0:44:24 > 0:44:27You'd better not let me down, guys.

0:44:27 > 0:44:30# There's a million ways to go

0:44:30 > 0:44:35# Don't be embarrassed if you lose control

0:44:35 > 0:44:38# On the rooftop now you know

0:44:38 > 0:44:42# Your body's frozen and you've lost your soul

0:44:42 > 0:44:44# Cos I've been sick and working all week

0:44:44 > 0:44:46# And I've been doing just fine

0:44:46 > 0:44:49# You've been tired of watching me Forgot to have a good time, boy

0:44:49 > 0:44:52# You can take it all these places Never keeping it real

0:44:52 > 0:44:57# Yeah, I know exactly how you feel

0:45:00 > 0:45:04# Oh, ah, I will never let you down

0:45:04 > 0:45:08# When you're feeling low on love I'll be what you're dreaming of

0:45:08 > 0:45:12# Oh, ah, I will never let you down

0:45:15 > 0:45:17# Ah oh oh

0:45:17 > 0:45:20# I will never let you down

0:45:23 > 0:45:24# Oh, ah

0:45:24 > 0:45:27# I will never let you down... #

0:45:27 > 0:45:29CHEERING

0:45:29 > 0:45:32Wow! You guys at home and you guys in the studio absolutely smashed it.

0:45:32 > 0:45:34Hey! Did you see Carolina from Pinner

0:45:34 > 0:45:36- doing the dance with the bubbles.- I sure did.

0:45:36 > 0:45:38That was absolutely amazing, guys.

0:45:38 > 0:45:40That's Tribute Download complete.

0:45:46 > 0:45:48I've been busy in the kitchen again

0:45:48 > 0:45:50and this week it's all about Rocky Road.

0:45:50 > 0:45:53Welcome to Baking Download and welcome to my kitchen.

0:45:53 > 0:45:56Today I'm going to show you a great recipe. Rocky Road.

0:45:56 > 0:46:00I like making this because it's easy, tastes great, best of all,

0:46:00 > 0:46:02you don't even have to bake it.

0:46:06 > 0:46:08Butter.

0:46:08 > 0:46:09Dark chocolate.

0:46:10 > 0:46:12That was a close one. Golden syrup.

0:46:14 > 0:46:15Rich Tea biscuits.

0:46:16 > 0:46:18Icing.

0:46:19 > 0:46:21Finally some mini marshmallows.

0:46:25 > 0:46:27Let's bake!

0:46:31 > 0:46:33We'll add 126 grams of butter.

0:46:33 > 0:46:35Into the mixing bowl.

0:46:38 > 0:46:40Finally...

0:46:41 > 0:46:44So that's one, two,

0:46:44 > 0:46:46three.

0:46:46 > 0:46:49Now we'll heat this up in a saucepan over a gentle heat.

0:46:49 > 0:46:54If you're one of our younger viewers, definitely get help from an adult.

0:46:58 > 0:47:00Now time for step two which is my favourite bit.

0:47:00 > 0:47:05We'll take 200g of Rich Tea biscuits and put them inside a freezer bag.

0:47:07 > 0:47:08Put them down here.

0:47:08 > 0:47:12Take the rolling pin and we're going to smash them up, but remember,

0:47:12 > 0:47:14not to accidentally get your fingers.

0:47:22 > 0:47:23Done.

0:47:27 > 0:47:30Now we've got our biscuit all smashed up,

0:47:30 > 0:47:33we're going to take our chocolate mix, which I've got right here,

0:47:33 > 0:47:35and we'll add it in.

0:47:37 > 0:47:39Give it a mix round.

0:47:40 > 0:47:46Fold it all in. So now we'll add a bunch of marshmallows, a big handful.

0:47:46 > 0:47:51Mix them in and remember not to eat too much of it cos, well,

0:47:51 > 0:47:53you won't have any left!

0:47:53 > 0:47:55What?!

0:47:55 > 0:47:57Have I got something on my face?

0:48:00 > 0:48:03We'll take a rectangle tin.

0:48:03 > 0:48:05I like to line it with grease-proof paper,

0:48:05 > 0:48:07that way we can get it out easier.

0:48:07 > 0:48:09Take the Rocky Road mixture and literally -

0:48:09 > 0:48:12just put it into the tin like so.

0:48:17 > 0:48:20We'll put the Rocky Road in the fridge for about two hours or

0:48:20 > 0:48:23ideally overnight if you can wait that long.

0:48:27 > 0:48:30So, while that chills I'm going to chill too.

0:48:30 > 0:48:33# Oooh ooh ooh ooh ooh

0:48:33 > 0:48:35# Oooh oooh oooh

0:48:35 > 0:48:37# Don't worry

0:48:37 > 0:48:39# Oooh oooh

0:48:39 > 0:48:41# Be happy... #

0:48:41 > 0:48:43TIMER BEEPS

0:48:43 > 0:48:46Finally!

0:48:49 > 0:48:54Ta-da! Here they are. All that's left to do is the finishing touch.

0:48:54 > 0:48:56Get some icing sugar.

0:48:56 > 0:48:59Put it in your sieve and sieve it over the top.

0:49:01 > 0:49:04And there you have it, melt in your mouth Rocky Road,

0:49:04 > 0:49:06can't wait to try them.

0:49:07 > 0:49:09Hang on!

0:49:10 > 0:49:12That's Baking Download complete.

0:49:16 > 0:49:21Welcome to Hot Or Not where we are joined by Foxes.

0:49:21 > 0:49:23Hello.

0:49:23 > 0:49:26So, Foxes, I'll ask the first question.

0:49:26 > 0:49:29It's been on my mind since I knew you were coming on the show.

0:49:29 > 0:49:31Why Foxes?

0:49:31 > 0:49:35Well, my mum had a dream about foxes running up our street

0:49:35 > 0:49:38and making these haunting howling noises.

0:49:38 > 0:49:40After that I had to change my name anyway

0:49:40 > 0:49:45and I kind of just went with it because my mum had a weird dream.

0:49:45 > 0:49:48- I like that it's got a story behind it.- Yeah.

0:49:48 > 0:49:49It's not just, like, out there.

0:49:49 > 0:49:51So Hot Or Not is a part of the show

0:49:51 > 0:49:53where we discuss topics and decide whether they're hot or not.

0:49:53 > 0:49:57- If they're hot, what side do we sit on, Richard?- This side.- Yep.

0:49:57 > 0:49:59And if they're not, we sit on that side.

0:49:59 > 0:50:02- Foxes, as you're our special guest, would you like to kick us off?- Yes.

0:50:02 > 0:50:07I would. OK. I have lost of animal headgear. I actually have these.

0:50:07 > 0:50:08- All this?- Yes. These are mine.

0:50:08 > 0:50:10- Are they foxes?- Yeah. They're my favourite.

0:50:10 > 0:50:14- I like them.- They're great, aren't they? But I love the mini ones.

0:50:14 > 0:50:16- I want to join in. - They're like official...

0:50:16 > 0:50:19OK, we all going to do...? They'll suit you.

0:50:19 > 0:50:21- You have the foxes.- Thank you.

0:50:21 > 0:50:23Perfect, isn't it?

0:50:23 > 0:50:26- They suit you as well.- These are the animals that you are.

0:50:26 > 0:50:30- I've got to say, I'm going on not. - Really? No.- I love stuff like this.

0:50:30 > 0:50:32Sorry.

0:50:32 > 0:50:34- I'm sorry as well. - I don't know actually.

0:50:34 > 0:50:36I just think they're fun.

0:50:36 > 0:50:39If it was a party theme, and it was like, "come on..."

0:50:39 > 0:50:41Yeah, but it is.

0:50:41 > 0:50:44- They don't ruin your hair, they... - Give them here, then.

0:50:44 > 0:50:47If you're not going to be on hot, give them here.

0:50:47 > 0:50:50Hang on, I don't know if I suit them because I can't see,

0:50:50 > 0:50:52and I don't know if I have the confidence to walk

0:50:52 > 0:50:53round the street like this.

0:50:53 > 0:50:58OK, if it's party themed, I'd be hot, but if it is just casual...

0:50:58 > 0:51:01- No casual, but it's party.- OK, then.

0:51:01 > 0:51:02I'm still on not, though.

0:51:02 > 0:51:06I'd love to, I'd love to have the confidence to rock it,

0:51:06 > 0:51:08but, like, I'd never turn up like that.

0:51:08 > 0:51:10But anyway, that's hot.

0:51:10 > 0:51:13So my one is actually...

0:51:13 > 0:51:14frozen bananas.

0:51:14 > 0:51:17And yes, I've got it.

0:51:17 > 0:51:20So it's some frozen bananas here.

0:51:20 > 0:51:22Apparently, if you try them, they actually taste

0:51:22 > 0:51:24like banana ice cream.

0:51:24 > 0:51:26You can have a little taste, anyone?

0:51:26 > 0:51:27- I don't eat bananas.- Do you not?

0:51:27 > 0:51:29I don't.

0:51:29 > 0:51:32- It is like banana ice cream.- It smells, actually, really good.

0:51:32 > 0:51:36That's giving my teeth a cold, chilled feeling.

0:51:36 > 0:51:38I knew you would!

0:51:38 > 0:51:39Do you like them? Frozen bananas?

0:51:39 > 0:51:43- They are actually better than regular bananas.- Are they?- Definitely.

0:51:43 > 0:51:46I'm just going to not hot because he is scared to try it.

0:51:46 > 0:51:48- Can I have another one?- Take it.

0:51:48 > 0:51:50I'm a huge fan of banana ice cream so this is...

0:51:50 > 0:51:52And they're healthy for you.

0:51:52 > 0:51:53- Rich, come here, mate.- No!

0:51:53 > 0:51:55- No, come on.- Why say that?- Come on.

0:51:55 > 0:51:57- Rich is obviously not going to have one.- Come on.

0:51:57 > 0:51:59- What is it?- It's a banana. - They look soggy to me.

0:51:59 > 0:52:03- They're frozen, mate. Here's a little one.- No, no.

0:52:03 > 0:52:04Do you like banana?

0:52:06 > 0:52:08I think I'll pass on that.

0:52:08 > 0:52:12Well, unfortunately, guys, that is not hot.

0:52:12 > 0:52:17So, I've got one suggestion from Apricot's Smiling Gadget -

0:52:17 > 0:52:20- motorway service stations.- Oh, yes.

0:52:20 > 0:52:23Yes. That's an interesting one.

0:52:23 > 0:52:26In fact, I'm going to say no because it takes too much time.

0:52:26 > 0:52:29So it's half term next week, so I'm sure a lot of you will be

0:52:29 > 0:52:32- spending time in these places, I am sure.- Do you know what?

0:52:32 > 0:52:34I'm going to say it's hot because if you do get thirsty

0:52:34 > 0:52:37- and you need a snack, it is always helpful.- But that's the only thing!

0:52:37 > 0:52:41Exactly. It's the fresh air, it's a walk, you can go to the lavatory,

0:52:41 > 0:52:45there's always some cool bits and bobs there you find knocking about.

0:52:45 > 0:52:48I think, on a journey for me, I can sleep right through.

0:52:48 > 0:52:52We drive to France if we go on holiday with my mum and dad,

0:52:52 > 0:52:56and we drive the whole way. 13 hours, I will sleep legit through.

0:52:56 > 0:52:59When we stop at a service station, I'll stay in the car and sleep.

0:52:59 > 0:53:00That's it for me.

0:53:00 > 0:53:03So that one is hot and I've actually got a suggestion,

0:53:03 > 0:53:06so, over there, what's your name?

0:53:06 > 0:53:08I'm Billy and Joe.

0:53:08 > 0:53:09Finley and Joe.

0:53:09 > 0:53:11- Billy, Joe.- Oh, Billy, Joe. - Yeah.

0:53:11 > 0:53:15Come over here, guys. Come and sit here.

0:53:15 > 0:53:17Look at these cool tops!

0:53:17 > 0:53:21- Look at this. So trendy! - Tell us what is your hot or not?

0:53:21 > 0:53:23- Pillow fights.- Pillow fights.

0:53:23 > 0:53:25- Yes!- I'm hot.

0:53:25 > 0:53:27I'm hot as well.

0:53:27 > 0:53:30- So what are you guys on? - We're on hot.

0:53:30 > 0:53:31We're on hot.

0:53:31 > 0:53:32Why is that?

0:53:32 > 0:53:36Because we do them all the time and we just go against each other.

0:53:36 > 0:53:39- Can you show us?- Do you want to give us a demo? Now, be careful.

0:53:39 > 0:53:40On each other.

0:53:40 > 0:53:45There are no face shots. So, it's from here downwards.

0:53:45 > 0:53:47OK? Be fair, be nice. Ding ding.

0:53:47 > 0:53:48Go!

0:53:48 > 0:53:53- He's gone for it.- He's got tekkers there. He's got tekkers.

0:53:53 > 0:53:55It's pillow versus pillow!

0:53:55 > 0:53:57He's got...

0:53:59 > 0:54:02Break it up, lads, break it up, come on now! We're all friends here.

0:54:05 > 0:54:09CHEERING Where's my pillow? Right...

0:54:12 > 0:54:16Take the brace position. This is hot or not download complete.

0:54:18 > 0:54:20APPLAUSE

0:54:23 > 0:54:27So, Shannon, um, where do sheep go to get their hair cut?

0:54:27 > 0:54:30I don't know, George, where do sheep go to get their hair cut?

0:54:30 > 0:54:32Only to the baa-baa shop.

0:54:38 > 0:54:40Everybody ready for Sing Download?

0:54:40 > 0:54:42CHEERING
