0:23:14 > 0:23:17Welcome to Bake It Download and welcome to my kitchen.
0:23:17 > 0:23:20Now, with Father's Day coming up this Sunday, I thought
0:23:20 > 0:23:23I'd bake my dad a bit of a treat so I'm going for the fairy cakes.
0:23:26 > 0:23:29First of all, we are going to need some ingredients.
0:23:33 > 0:23:34Didn't even look at it.
0:23:44 > 0:23:46Oh, that could have been bad.
0:23:46 > 0:23:49Icing sugar...
0:23:49 > 0:23:52and hundreds and thousands to decorate.
0:23:56 > 0:23:59Let's try that again, shall we? Much better.
0:24:01 > 0:24:02Let's bake!
0:24:06 > 0:24:07Right, so before you start,
0:24:07 > 0:24:11you want to preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius, or gas mark 4.
0:24:11 > 0:24:13Remember, if you are one of our younger viewers,
0:24:13 > 0:24:15get help from an adult while doing this.
0:24:15 > 0:24:18We're going to take our butter, put that in the bowl.
0:24:18 > 0:24:21And a little tip here, try and keep your butter at room temperature
0:24:21 > 0:24:24because it makes it a lot easier to mix.
0:24:24 > 0:24:26Then we are going to add our sugar.
0:24:28 > 0:24:31And with our whisk, we're going to give it a mix.
0:24:36 > 0:24:37Make sure your butter
0:24:37 > 0:24:41and sugar are properly mixed before we continue with step two.
0:24:44 > 0:24:47Now, we are going to crack our eggs and add them to the mix.
0:24:51 > 0:24:53I like to add a teaspoon of vanilla extract,
0:24:53 > 0:24:55to make sure it's nice and tasty.
0:24:56 > 0:25:00And now we are going to give it a mix with our whisk again.
0:25:05 > 0:25:08Yum. It's not ready to eat yet but it does smell nice.
0:25:13 > 0:25:15Now we are going to add 110g of flour,
0:25:15 > 0:25:18about two tablespoons of milk.
0:25:18 > 0:25:22Take a large spoon like this one and fold it all in.
0:25:22 > 0:25:25We are going to keep doing this until you get it to a nice,
0:25:25 > 0:25:28soft dropping consistency.
0:25:32 > 0:25:36Now it's time to put our cake mix into the cases and I like to do this
0:25:36 > 0:25:39by using an ice-cream scoop, one of these little things.
0:25:39 > 0:25:42All you do is spoon it up like that,
0:25:42 > 0:25:44put it over the case,
0:25:44 > 0:25:47flip it around, squeeze the trigger thing there.
0:25:51 > 0:25:53Now, you might even want to get help from an adult
0:25:53 > 0:25:57if you are a younger viewer, because we are going to be using the oven.
0:25:57 > 0:26:00They are going in for 10-12 minutes
0:26:00 > 0:26:02but what can we do in that time?
0:26:02 > 0:26:05I tell you what, it is Father's Day so we better not leave a mess.
0:26:05 > 0:26:06Let's get cleaning.
0:26:19 > 0:26:21ALARM RINGS
0:26:21 > 0:26:23Perfect timing.
0:26:26 > 0:26:28This is the fun part.
0:26:28 > 0:26:30Now we've got our fairy cakes baked, we are
0:26:30 > 0:26:32going to use some icing and decorate them.
0:26:32 > 0:26:36So you can put anything you want, as long as it's edible, of course.
0:26:36 > 0:26:39Go ahead and pipe it around like this.
0:26:41 > 0:26:43So, there you have it, these are my fantastic fairy cakes,
0:26:43 > 0:26:45all decorated.

0:33:56 > 0:33:59Now, guys, we are kind of doing a little group selfie

0:34:02 > 0:34:04So you can also check that out on the CBBC website.
0:34:04 > 0:34:08- But do you want to add to it? - A selfie?- Yeah, a selfie.
0:34:08 > 0:34:10Ready, audience?
0:34:12 > 0:34:14That is Music Download complete.
0:34:21 > 0:34:22It's now time for Games Download
0:34:22 > 0:34:26and seeing as it's a football World Cup special, I thought there is only
0:34:26 > 0:34:29one game we can look at and that is the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil game.
0:34:29 > 0:34:31Now, I thought I'd put a little twist on this
0:34:31 > 0:34:35because we are competing for the FD Cup. Oh, yes.
0:34:35 > 0:34:38And representing the boys, and Team FD, it is Richard, everybody.
0:34:41 > 0:34:44Come on, my team. Come on, my team. Two-step.
0:34:44 > 0:34:47And forward, and forward, and forward, and forward, and forward.
0:34:47 > 0:34:50Ha! Yes.
0:34:50 > 0:34:53- I'm ready to play. I'm ready. I'm ready.- You know who you are facing.
0:34:53 > 0:34:57- Pumped.- Competing for the girls, it is Shannon Flynn.
0:34:57 > 0:34:59Go, go, go, go, go!
0:35:03 > 0:35:07- What?- What are you saying?- What are you saying?- What are you saying?
0:35:07 > 0:35:09- You sit down first. - No, you sit down first.
0:35:09 > 0:35:13So, guys, as you know, you've got to the final to compete for the FD Cup.
0:35:13 > 0:35:16Now, before we get to that all-important game,
0:35:16 > 0:35:17I'm going to let you to warm up, OK?
0:35:17 > 0:35:20We are playing on the Xbox 360 so, you have a little warm-up
0:35:20 > 0:35:23while I give you the need to know. OK?
0:35:23 > 0:35:25Your first need to know is the gameplay.
0:35:25 > 0:35:28It is a new FIFA game but I'm going to be honest,
0:35:28 > 0:35:31and I've said this before, not much has changed.
0:35:31 > 0:35:33The passing and the accuracy has improved slightly
0:35:33 > 0:35:35but it doesn't make that much of a difference
0:35:35 > 0:35:38and that's kind of a constant theme with the new FIFA game,
0:35:38 > 0:35:40we are constantly saying it changes slightly
0:35:40 > 0:35:42but doesn't give it that much difference.
0:35:42 > 0:35:45- Are we talking 13 to 14 now? - No, no, the '14 World Cup game.
0:35:45 > 0:35:48- Oh, the World Cup game. OK?- The one you are playing, Rich.- Pressure.
0:35:48 > 0:35:51- The one you are here for.- Pressure.
0:35:51 > 0:35:53- Press B, Rich.- B.- There we go.
0:35:53 > 0:35:56OK, wait. I'm in... I'm in the red.
0:35:56 > 0:35:59- Wait, which one am I?- Bang it!
0:35:59 > 0:36:02- Which one am I even shooting? - Bang it!
0:36:02 > 0:36:03Offside!
0:36:05 > 0:36:08So, the game contains all 203 national teams that took
0:36:08 > 0:36:12part in the World Cup qualifying stage and also 12 stadiums
0:36:12 > 0:36:16that are going to be used in the World Cup in Brazil.
0:36:16 > 0:36:19Now, you can't play as any club teams, only as national teams,
0:36:19 > 0:36:23so whereas in FIFA 14, you can play as club and international,
0:36:23 > 0:36:25in the World Cup version, you are limited to just
0:36:25 > 0:36:26the 203 national teams.
0:36:26 > 0:36:29When you say it like that, it sounds like quite a lot.
0:36:29 > 0:36:32- Shannon nearly scoring there. - I know.- How are you finding it?
0:36:32 > 0:36:35- I don't know if you've noticed, but I am winning.- So, it is going well.
0:36:35 > 0:36:38Yeah, but only because I didn't know we were shooting that way.
0:36:38 > 0:36:40A cool little feature about the new World Cup game
0:36:40 > 0:36:43is that it's quite interactive with the World Cup,
0:36:43 > 0:36:46so as you play, it gives you live updates about what is going on
0:36:46 > 0:36:50in the World Cup tournament, squads, players, what the results have been.
0:36:50 > 0:36:52But once the World Cup has passed,
0:36:52 > 0:36:55obviously the interaction stops and it loses its purpose.
0:36:55 > 0:36:58So, it's great while the World Cup is on but after that, really,
0:36:58 > 0:37:01you are probably going to go back and play the old FIFA again.
0:37:01 > 0:37:04- I think that's what I would do anyway.- Score.- No!
0:37:04 > 0:37:07- And she saves it again. - I can see you've warmed up enough.
0:37:07 > 0:37:11We are going to play a little game. Golden goal.
0:37:11 > 0:37:14So, the first person to score wins the FD Cup.
0:37:14 > 0:37:16I'm going to win this one.
0:37:16 > 0:37:19Let's remind ourselves of who is who. You are England, Richard.
0:37:19 > 0:37:22- All right.- And Shannon, you are Portugal.
0:37:22 > 0:37:25- OK, the FD Cup, first to score wins. - Yeah, good one.
0:37:25 > 0:37:29It's Rooney with the ball for England. Rooney holding it in centre midfield.
0:37:29 > 0:37:32He is being closed down. Rooney has gone for a dig.
0:37:32 > 0:37:35Easily collected there.
0:37:35 > 0:37:37Over to Nani on the right-hand wing.
0:37:37 > 0:37:40It's gone out of play for an England throw-in.
0:37:40 > 0:37:43"What do you make of the current form of England, Jeff?"
0:37:43 > 0:37:46"Well, you know, to be honest, Andy, England have got good
0:37:46 > 0:37:50"potential this year so we will see if they can deliver here."
0:37:50 > 0:37:53"It's Welbeck with the ball to Sturridge. Sturridge plays the ball.
0:37:53 > 0:37:55"The Portugal defence are all over the place
0:37:55 > 0:37:58"and it's a great dig there from Daniel Sturridge."
0:37:58 > 0:38:00But what a cracking save from the Portugal goalkeeper.
0:38:00 > 0:38:03Sorry, you are not in the commentating booth, Shannon.
0:38:03 > 0:38:05- I just jumped in.- Closing the door.
0:38:05 > 0:38:10- As you were saying, Andy, it's... - Who was that to? Who was that to?
0:38:11 > 0:38:13It's England to take the throw-in.
0:38:13 > 0:38:16- Johnson has got the starting position.- What was that?
0:38:16 > 0:38:20- Thanks, mate.- Johnson's thrown it in.- Shall I throw it to a player?
0:38:20 > 0:38:21It's the man himself.
0:38:21 > 0:38:24Cristiano Ronaldo's at the back post.
0:38:26 > 0:38:28- Shoot, shoot, shoot!- I am.
0:38:31 > 0:38:34- What a ball.- It's a break for England.- It's wide open.
0:38:34 > 0:38:38THEY SHOUT OVER EACH OTHER
0:38:45 > 0:38:49- Where's your FD celebration? - My FD celebration is right here.
0:38:52 > 0:38:56- Bring it over, son. Bring it over. - Very well played, sir.
0:38:56 > 0:38:59Can we get a picture for everybody?
0:38:59 > 0:39:02Well played. Deserved. You won the cup. How do you feel?
0:39:02 > 0:39:06- I just want to thank everybody at home for supporting me.- Yeah.
0:39:06 > 0:39:08And Shannon, really, for being awful.
0:39:10 > 0:39:14- Cheers. You're welcome.- Listen, we can share the cup. How about that?
0:39:14 > 0:39:16Oh, yeah.
0:39:16 > 0:39:18- Well done!- Thank you, man.
0:39:18 > 0:39:21APPLAUSE
0:39:21 > 0:39:23Ah!
0:39:23 > 0:39:26And I think, all in all, the new FIFA World Cup game,
0:39:26 > 0:39:28it's not that different to other FIFAs.
0:39:28 > 0:39:31It's great for this time of year. It comes round once every four years.
0:39:31 > 0:39:34But after that, I think it will just be back on the shelf
0:39:34 > 0:39:36because it doesn't offer that much more different. But hey,
0:39:36 > 0:39:40it was good fun today. And that's Games Download complete.

0:49:07 > 0:49:10and also to these girls, thank you, Alysha and Brooklyn.
0:49:10 > 0:49:14Round of applause. APPLAUSE AND CHEERING
0:49:14 > 0:49:16That's Tribute Download complete.
0:49:22 > 0:49:25- So, Rich, I've got a joke for you. - I'm really excited. Go on.
0:49:25 > 0:49:27Why are pirates called pirates?
0:49:27 > 0:49:30I don't know. Why are pirates pirates?
0:49:30 > 0:49:32Because they arrrrr!
0:49:32 > 0:49:35- Ha! I like that one. - That's a good one.
0:49:40 > 0:49:41Welcome to What's Up Download,
0:49:41 > 0:49:44where you guys send in your problems and we help try and solve it.
0:49:44 > 0:49:46So this week's letter is from Muzna.
0:49:54 > 0:49:57So, obviously, revision is really important,
0:49:57 > 0:49:59we all have to take tests in our lives at some point.
0:49:59 > 0:50:01Maybe it's your SATs, GCSEs, A-levels.
0:50:01 > 0:50:04Whatever it is, obviously revising is really important.
0:50:04 > 0:50:07- George, you're doing exams at the minute, aren't you?- I am, yeah.
0:50:07 > 0:50:10- How are you finding revision? - Erm... It's tough, like,
0:50:10 > 0:50:13because you know sometimes it can be a bit boring but you have to do it.
0:50:13 > 0:50:15It really does prepare you for your exams
0:50:15 > 0:50:18and it's just something that has to be done, really, to get the results.
0:50:18 > 0:50:20My brother is taking his GCSEs at the moment,
0:50:20 > 0:50:23so he's revising, and he had the same thing as me to begin with.
0:50:23 > 0:50:25When I started off revising I thought, yeah, sit in my bedroom,
0:50:25 > 0:50:27chill out, maxing, relaxing.
0:50:27 > 0:50:29Then you're like, "Right, OK, maths..."
0:50:29 > 0:50:32And then you see the TV in the corner, don't you?
0:50:32 > 0:50:35I thought, "That's all right," and then you see him again.
0:50:35 > 0:50:37I'll just have him on in the background...
0:50:37 > 0:50:39And then all of a sudden Friday Download's
0:50:39 > 0:50:41on and you're like, "Oh, maths can go away."
0:50:41 > 0:50:42Sit and watch that for an hour
0:50:42 > 0:50:44and then your PlayStation's looking at you and you think,
0:50:44 > 0:50:46"That's not fair, I've got to play you,"
0:50:46 > 0:50:48and before you know it your time's up.
0:50:48 > 0:50:51My brother was the same because he's got a TV in his bedroom.
0:50:51 > 0:50:53I'd be walking in and going, "How's your...?
0:50:53 > 0:50:55"Ah, OK, watching Friday Download, are we?" Yeah?
0:50:55 > 0:50:58So we decided to take ourselves out of that environment
0:50:58 > 0:51:01where the distractions were, and put yourself in an environment
0:51:01 > 0:51:03where there are no distractions, literally.
0:51:03 > 0:51:06I think just a desk and your books, and that is it.
0:51:06 > 0:51:08Cos then you can't get carried away with anything else.
0:51:08 > 0:51:10Even if it is just, right...
0:51:10 > 0:51:11Even if you put yourself in there for an hour
0:51:11 > 0:51:14and give yourself a break - and breaks are important.
0:51:14 > 0:51:16Yep, that's a known fact, actually, isn't it?
0:51:16 > 0:51:19Because if you revise too much and then don't have a break,
0:51:19 > 0:51:20to eat something and have a drink,
0:51:20 > 0:51:23- your brain can't take all the information in.- Yeah, process it.
0:51:23 > 0:51:25It's all about little spurts of revision, guys.
0:51:25 > 0:51:27High-intensity revision.
0:51:27 > 0:51:29- Like, little bits, but plenty of them.- Shannon.
0:51:29 > 0:51:31Talk to me about your revision.
0:51:31 > 0:51:34I used to find revising quite hard, again, for the same reason -
0:51:34 > 0:51:36I used to get really badly distracted.
0:51:36 > 0:51:39I literally can't do anything without getting distracted,
0:51:39 > 0:51:41like tidy my room, walking the dog.
0:51:41 > 0:51:45I also know that Olly Murs struggled with revising and...
0:51:45 > 0:51:48Because he never actually read a book from start to finish.
0:51:48 > 0:51:49I mean, come on, Olly,
0:51:49 > 0:51:52you've got to read the pages otherwise it doesn't make sense.
0:51:52 > 0:51:54So that'd be my advice to Olly about revision.
0:51:54 > 0:51:58But I found that just reading it over and over again,
0:51:58 > 0:52:00because sometimes, I don't know if you do this,
0:52:00 > 0:52:02but you know if you read something and you space out,
0:52:02 > 0:52:05and you feel like the new information's not gone in.
0:52:05 > 0:52:06Make sure you go over it a few times,
0:52:06 > 0:52:09and then your brain can properly take in the information,
0:52:09 > 0:52:10and then you're ready for your big test.
0:52:10 > 0:52:13I've actually got a really good new way of revising,
0:52:13 > 0:52:14which I've discovered.
0:52:14 > 0:52:17Basically, you open the textbook up, you get a packet of sweets
0:52:17 > 0:52:20and put these sweets around the textbook at certain areas.
0:52:20 > 0:52:23So once you've read a bit of information you can have that sweet.
0:52:23 > 0:52:25So it keeps you sort of...
0:52:25 > 0:52:27Doesn't let you go hungry, keeps you motivated.
0:52:27 > 0:52:30- You're rewarding yourself. - You're rewarding yourself, exactly.
0:52:30 > 0:52:33Which is always important. I like that, George.
0:52:33 > 0:52:36- And then learning is, like, associated with sweets.- Yeah.
0:52:36 > 0:52:39- And it becomes fun!- So it makes you want to revise more, yeah.
0:52:39 > 0:52:42And another famous face who's given us some thoughts on revision
0:52:42 > 0:52:43is Ella Henderson, who was here last week.
0:52:43 > 0:52:45So, let's take a look.
0:52:45 > 0:52:47I would make a little plan, get it all together
0:52:47 > 0:52:49and try and do it in little sections
0:52:49 > 0:52:51in order to have little rests in between
0:52:51 > 0:52:54so you don't get too tired or too bored from all the work.
0:52:54 > 0:52:56I think it's really important to get a schedule made,
0:52:56 > 0:52:58because it gets you more organised
0:52:58 > 0:53:00and keeps you on top of all your revision.
0:53:00 > 0:53:02I think that was one of the first things my dad said to me was,
0:53:02 > 0:53:04"Get yourself a schedule."
0:53:04 > 0:53:06In fact, that was the first thing he said to me.
0:53:06 > 0:53:09"Ceallach, get a revision schedule!" All right, Dad, I'm sorry!
0:53:09 > 0:53:10A revision timetable, that makes sense.
0:53:10 > 0:53:13We've also got Britain's Got Talent's Bars And Melody.
0:53:13 > 0:53:14Here they are.
0:53:14 > 0:53:17When you're in lessons, make sure you write down all the key notes
0:53:17 > 0:53:19and every note your teacher tells you,
0:53:19 > 0:53:22so that when you are at home you can use the notes to revise.
0:53:22 > 0:53:25And in lessons, listen and write down all the working out you use,
0:53:25 > 0:53:28so when you revise you know what to do.
0:53:28 > 0:53:31Thank you, Bars And Melody. Great advice.
0:53:31 > 0:53:34Haven't we got some more advice from the CBBC message boards?
0:53:34 > 0:53:37Yeah, I think we've got a few that I can read out.
0:53:37 > 0:53:39- Thanks, let's have a listen.- So...
0:53:39 > 0:53:41OK, so, Aqua Cheeky Papaya says,
0:53:41 > 0:53:44"Try walking round the garden while revising
0:53:44 > 0:53:47"to get some air into your body and drink lots of water. Good luck."
0:53:47 > 0:53:49That is really important.
0:53:49 > 0:53:52I like it, but I also think it could be slightly impractical
0:53:52 > 0:53:53if you've got a big book.
0:53:53 > 0:53:56Big book, water, trying to read -
0:53:56 > 0:53:59oh, no, there's some dog poo. Oh, gosh!
0:53:59 > 0:54:01Hey! Clean your dog poo up, Cel!
0:54:01 > 0:54:04And so, the next one, from Scarlet Brainy Writer,
0:54:04 > 0:54:07"Try not to go on your phone or any sort of technology."
0:54:07 > 0:54:09The phone is a big distraction as well.
0:54:09 > 0:54:12I was going to say, and especially with the technology,
0:54:12 > 0:54:14if you can, try and use a textbook rather than the computer,
0:54:14 > 0:54:16cos you're just straight on the internet
0:54:16 > 0:54:18and then there you are, online shopping.
0:54:18 > 0:54:20My sister leaves her phone at home and goes to the library.
0:54:20 > 0:54:22- That's really good.- Yeah.
0:54:22 > 0:54:24- I mean, it's quite handy, isn't it?- Commitment.
0:54:24 > 0:54:26One more from Jade Giggly Peach.
0:54:26 > 0:54:29"Have an early night the day before. Relax, don't stress yourself out.
0:54:29 > 0:54:32"Finally, never give up. If you don't know the answer,
0:54:32 > 0:54:34- "try, and you might get a mark for it."- Yep.
0:54:34 > 0:54:37- That's a really good one as well. - Never leave an answer unfinished.
0:54:37 > 0:54:39Exactly.
0:54:39 > 0:54:41So, as you can see, everyone has trouble revising sometimes,
0:54:41 > 0:54:44but I hope we've given you some advice to help you out.
0:54:44 > 0:54:48Yeah, fingers crossed. But, for now, that's What's Up Download complete.
0:54:48 > 0:54:50APPLAUSE AND CHEERING
0:54:53 > 0:54:55- So, Cel, I've got a joke for you.- I'm ready.
0:54:55 > 0:54:59- What did the blanket say to the bed?- I don't know.
0:54:59 > 0:55:01What did the blanket say to the bed?
0:55:01 > 0:55:02Don't worry - I've got you covered!
0:55:10 > 0:55:12Everyone ready for Sing Download?
0:55:12 > 0:55:14ALL: Yes!

0:55:16 > 0:55:19and I still can't get enough of it. It's Rudimental, Feel The Love.
0:55:19 > 0:55:20- You guys ready?- ALL: Yes!
0:55:20 > 0:55:23I want to see you dance, then. Let's go.
