0:01:33 > 0:01:37Mum went to answer it and guess who marched in.

0:01:38 > 0:01:41I'm going to Miss Smiley's Fun Kitchen and I need a lift.

0:01:41 > 0:01:46- I knew what Grandpa was thinking because- I- was thinking it too.

0:01:49 > 0:01:53Floyd lives in the house opposite and he goes to my school.

0:03:04 > 0:03:07But he was too late. Just then, Floyd came back in.

0:03:16 > 0:03:20So we all got into Campo and went to the cafe.

0:03:20 > 0:03:23Grandpa missed his chance of coming with me.

0:03:23 > 0:03:26Now he had to find his own way of getting there.

0:03:26 > 0:03:31But I knew that Grandpa, being Grandpa, would have a plan.

0:03:40 > 0:03:42Mum dropped us off at the cafe

0:03:42 > 0:03:45and lots of our friends were already there.

0:03:45 > 0:03:48Has everyone got an apron on? Good.

0:03:48 > 0:03:52Don't want you spoiling your lovely clothes. Come closer.

0:03:52 > 0:03:54I'm not wearing an apron.

0:03:54 > 0:04:00Now, today we're going to be making two of my favourite dishes -

0:04:00 > 0:04:05suck-up spaghetti and my very own strawberry surprise.

0:04:05 > 0:04:10While she was telling us how to make suck-up spaghetti, Grandpa arrived.

0:04:11 > 0:04:14Suddenly I saw him on the dresser.

0:04:19 > 0:04:23Now you're going to make your very own.

0:04:23 > 0:04:28But because it's a bit messy, we're going to make it in the kitchen.

0:04:28 > 0:04:30So we all ran into the kitchen.

0:04:30 > 0:04:32Ho-ho, no need to run!

0:04:34 > 0:04:38Floyd came stomping after us, in a sulky mood.

0:04:39 > 0:04:45Then Grandpa jumped off the dresser and ran to Miss Smiley's table.

0:04:45 > 0:04:48While we were all in the kitchen,

0:04:48 > 0:04:51Floyd crept back into the cafe.

0:04:51 > 0:04:53He was up to his usual tricks.

0:04:53 > 0:04:57The bad news was that Floyd had plans for the spaghetti.

0:04:57 > 0:05:01The good news was that Grandpa had plans for Floyd.

0:05:01 > 0:05:06While Floyd wasn't looking, he climbed into the cold spaghetti.

0:05:06 > 0:05:08Floyd went over to the bowl

0:05:08 > 0:05:12and picked it up and this is what happened next.

0:05:12 > 0:05:14The spaghetti wriggled.

0:05:14 > 0:05:17Agh! Worms! Wriggly worms!

0:05:18 > 0:05:23I had a pretty good idea that it wasn't wriggly worms.

0:05:23 > 0:05:27It was a wriggly Grandpa... and I was right.

0:05:27 > 0:05:31- Floyd, what's going on?- There were wriggly worms in the spaghetti!

0:05:31 > 0:05:34Wriggly worms?! There can't be!

0:05:34 > 0:05:37CHILDREN LAUGH

0:05:37 > 0:05:40- What were you doing with spaghetti in the first place?- Nothing.

0:05:40 > 0:05:42I didn't touch it.

0:05:42 > 0:05:47It was wriggling so much, it just fell off the table by itself.

0:05:47 > 0:05:51Really(?) You can at least clear up this mess.

0:05:51 > 0:05:53I couldn't let Floyd see Grandpa.

0:05:53 > 0:05:57- It's all right. I'll do it, Miss Smiley.- Thank you, Jason.

0:06:08 > 0:06:13'I was hoping Grandpa was all right but I needn't have worried.'

0:06:15 > 0:06:18I've always wanted to skip with spaghetti.

0:06:21 > 0:06:24Soon we'd finished making our suck-up spaghetti.

0:06:27 > 0:06:30But Floyd's wasn't lovely.

0:06:30 > 0:06:35Now we're going to make pudding - my very own strawberry surprise.

0:06:35 > 0:06:39And all you need are some strawberries, some cake,

0:06:39 > 0:06:42some custard, strawberry jam,

0:06:42 > 0:06:47sugar, cream and slices of fruit for decoration.

0:06:47 > 0:06:50And this is what you do.

0:06:52 > 0:06:56Soon, everybody was busy making the strawberry surprise.

0:06:56 > 0:06:58Everybody, that is, except Floyd.

0:07:00 > 0:07:02All he wanted to do was cause trouble.

0:07:04 > 0:07:05Ugh!

0:07:07 > 0:07:09Who did that?

0:07:09 > 0:07:11It wasn't me.

0:07:11 > 0:07:12Floyd!

0:07:13 > 0:07:16It wasn't me, Miss Smiley, honest!

0:07:16 > 0:07:20Miss Smiley was looking less and less smiley by the second.

0:07:20 > 0:07:23This is supposed to be my fun kitchen.

0:07:23 > 0:07:27It's not much fun for anyone right now.

0:07:27 > 0:07:32Miss Smiley went to clean off the custard and Floyd started messing

0:07:32 > 0:07:34with Zack's strawberry surprise.

0:07:34 > 0:07:39I knew Grandpa would be really cross with Floyd now and I was right.

0:07:39 > 0:07:43I've had enough of this. Floyd has got to be stopped.

0:07:43 > 0:07:45This is what we'll do.

0:07:45 > 0:07:48GRANDPA WHISPERS INAUDIBLY

0:07:48 > 0:07:53Soon everybody had finished making their strawberry surprises.

0:07:53 > 0:07:56You've all done brilliantly!

0:07:56 > 0:08:00But Floyd hadn't done brilliantly.

0:08:00 > 0:08:03Now, all we have to do is the washing up.

0:08:03 > 0:08:08Right! Just take as much as you can. Don't overload yourself...

0:08:16 > 0:08:20It was time to put Grandpa's plan into action.

0:08:22 > 0:08:24I rearranged the fruit slices

0:08:24 > 0:08:28to make a cross face on Miss Smiley's strawberry surprise.

0:08:32 > 0:08:35Perfect, Jason. Now, you leave me to it.

0:08:35 > 0:08:39Grandpa knew Floyd would try to get out of the washing up.

0:08:39 > 0:08:44And, sure enough, he sneaked back into the cafe.

0:08:44 > 0:08:46Grandpa was ready for him.

0:08:46 > 0:08:49First, Grandpa knocked over the cups and bowls.

0:08:49 > 0:08:52Hey! What was that?

0:08:57 > 0:09:02Then Grandpa ran behind the jar and started wobbling it about.

0:09:02 > 0:09:04UTENSILS CLINK IN JAR

0:09:04 > 0:09:07I don't like this. Miss Smiley!

0:09:07 > 0:09:11Young man! I want to have a word with you!

0:09:11 > 0:09:12Who said that?

0:09:12 > 0:09:16Me! Sydney, the strawberry surprise.

0:09:16 > 0:09:18This time, Grandpa had gone too far.

0:09:18 > 0:09:23He was pretending to be a talking pudding!

0:09:23 > 0:09:26I've had enough of you, spoiling everybody's fun!

0:09:26 > 0:09:29It wasn't me. It was Jason.

0:09:29 > 0:09:32Don't give me any of that rubbish!

0:09:32 > 0:09:35I saw you. It's got to stop.

0:10:36 > 0:10:39Miss Smiley started to smile again

0:10:39 > 0:10:42and her smile was bigger and better than ever.

0:10:42 > 0:10:45Grandpa's job was done.

0:10:45 > 0:10:48He climbed into the plane and flew home.

0:10:51 > 0:10:53He got back just before we did.

0:10:54 > 0:10:57Grandpa whipped off his shrinking cap

0:10:57 > 0:11:00and came back to his normal size.

0:11:00 > 0:11:04- Grandpa!- We did it, Jason! We taught Floyd a lesson!

0:11:04 > 0:11:09- Well, you, me and Sydney! Teamwork, eh?- Yes, Grandpa. Teamwork!

0:11:10 > 0:11:12Oh, you've woken up, Grandpa.

0:11:12 > 0:11:15We had a BRILLIANT time!

0:11:15 > 0:11:19We made suck-up spaghetti and Miss Smiley's strawberry surprise.

0:11:21 > 0:11:24Miss Smiley made spaghetti for your supper. I'll heat it up now.

0:11:27 > 0:11:30but then he started behaving himself.
