0:00:12 > 0:00:16and they pretended to be supply teachers.

0:00:17 > 0:00:21We had secret cameras all over YOUR classrooms,

0:00:21 > 0:00:25and watched while YOU had the most incredible lessons.

0:00:25 > 0:00:28Our magicians fooled whole classes,

0:00:28 > 0:00:31and shocked them with their spectacular tricks.

0:00:31 > 0:00:33But did they come to your school?

0:00:33 > 0:00:35I never knew we'd be on TV.

0:00:35 > 0:00:36Did they trick you?

0:00:36 > 0:00:37I'm just so freaked out.

0:00:37 > 0:00:39And did you shout?

0:00:44 > 0:00:50Hello. I'm Iain, and welcome to Help! My Supply Teacher Is Magic.

0:00:50 > 0:00:54We have baffled lots of class mates by swapping regular teachers

0:00:54 > 0:00:56with magicians.

0:00:56 > 0:01:00And some of you didn't even spot it.

0:01:00 > 0:01:03To prove it, we have been secretly filming the results

0:01:03 > 0:01:07with special cameras, hidden all around the classroom.

0:01:07 > 0:01:12Oh yes, we are slyer than a snake in a camouflage vest.

0:01:12 > 0:01:16We know you love magic, so we'll show you lots of other great tricks,

0:01:16 > 0:01:19including MY new card shuffle, check this out.

0:01:19 > 0:01:21It's pretty impressive.

0:01:26 > 0:01:29Just play the clips guys. Play them.

0:01:29 > 0:01:32Katherine's going undercover

0:01:32 > 0:01:34to cause chaos in this class of year fours.

0:01:34 > 0:01:37Look, she's ripped up a 2p! Will she have the class in pieces?

0:01:37 > 0:01:39Look at that!

0:01:39 > 0:01:42There's an amazing interactive trick to play along with at home.

0:01:42 > 0:01:46Grab two pieces of paper the size of a bank note, and a pen.

0:01:46 > 0:01:48Hold them tight!

0:01:48 > 0:01:51Plus, you've been sending in clips of all your best magic tricks,

0:01:51 > 0:01:53and later on, I'll be picking my five favourites.

0:01:53 > 0:01:57Will YOU be one of my wannabe wizards?

0:02:00 > 0:02:04Do you think you could spot a magician pretending to be a teacher?

0:02:04 > 0:02:09This is Fergus. He's a magician with loads of tricks up his sleeve.

0:02:09 > 0:02:11He'll use them, undercover, as a supply teacher.

0:02:11 > 0:02:14The hidden cameras are set. Is it your school?

0:02:14 > 0:02:17Is it your class? Let's find out.

0:02:17 > 0:02:19Fergus is about to teach year six

0:02:19 > 0:02:23a magical science lesson that's going to take a lot of bottle.

0:02:23 > 0:02:26None of them know that they've cameras hidden in their classroom.

0:02:26 > 0:02:29The class' regular teacher, Sarah, is in on the joke,

0:02:29 > 0:02:32but doesn't yet know how involved she'll have to get.

0:02:32 > 0:02:33Good morning class.

0:02:33 > 0:02:35ALL: Good morning.

0:02:35 > 0:02:39With science experiments, they don't always go right.

0:02:39 > 0:02:44In fact, sometimes they go badly wrong.

0:02:44 > 0:02:46But, hopefully, that won't happen today.

0:02:46 > 0:02:49Fergus has got the class's full attention with that.

0:02:49 > 0:02:51They don't suspect a thing.

0:02:51 > 0:02:54If your regular teacher could come up to the front of the class

0:02:54 > 0:02:57and help me out, that would be fantastic.

0:02:57 > 0:02:58This is Sarah's big moment.

0:02:58 > 0:03:02We've got a towel, so she doesn't get too wet. Hopefully.

0:03:02 > 0:03:03Now he's really got their attention.

0:03:03 > 0:03:07There is NOTHING funnier than your teacher getting wet.

0:03:07 > 0:03:10Now, Sarah, if you could hold on to that bucket for me.

0:03:10 > 0:03:14Oh, careful, Sarah, that bucket's full of water.

0:03:14 > 0:03:18Now, in here, I have got a bottle of water.

0:03:18 > 0:03:23What will happen if I turn that bottle of water upside down?

0:03:23 > 0:03:27- If I turn it the other way round. Yes?- The water will fall out.

0:03:27 > 0:03:30If I turn the bottle of water upside down,

0:03:30 > 0:03:34of course the water runs out, until the bottle is empty.

0:03:34 > 0:03:36I'll leave that to refill.

0:03:36 > 0:03:40The experiment I've planned doesn't just use the bottle of water,

0:03:40 > 0:03:42it also uses a piece of paper.

0:03:42 > 0:03:46What do you think will happen if I take that bottle of water,

0:03:46 > 0:03:50which is a bit too full, and I now place a piece of paper

0:03:50 > 0:03:55on top of the bottle, and now turn the whole thing upside down?

0:03:55 > 0:03:58It's going to soak through the Post-it note.

0:03:58 > 0:04:00Let's see what happens.

0:04:00 > 0:04:04So, if I turn that bottle of water upside down,

0:04:04 > 0:04:06you'll see, and this is pretty cool,

0:04:06 > 0:04:09that piece of paper sticks.

0:04:09 > 0:04:15- ALL: Oh!- It's definitely cool, but it's not magic yet, still science.

0:04:15 > 0:04:18What do you think will happen if I remove the piece of paper, Yes?

0:04:18 > 0:04:20The water is going to pour out.

0:04:20 > 0:04:22Now, that is a very sensible answer.

0:04:22 > 0:04:26Wouldn't it be amazing if I could remove the piece of paper,

0:04:26 > 0:04:29and all that water stayed in the bottle?

0:04:29 > 0:04:32- ALL: Yeah. - Wouldn't that be cool?

0:04:32 > 0:04:37Sometimes, if you have just the right temperature, in the room,

0:04:37 > 0:04:41and just the right pressure in the bottle,

0:04:41 > 0:04:42this can happen.

0:04:42 > 0:04:46Fasten your seatbelts, this is where the science stops

0:04:46 > 0:04:48and the magic begins.

0:04:48 > 0:04:53Now, who would rather I did this over the bucket,

0:04:53 > 0:04:55or over Sarah's head?

0:04:55 > 0:04:58ALL: Sarah's head!

0:04:58 > 0:05:00- Which one would you prefer? - Sarah's head?

0:05:00 > 0:05:04Ooh, dunno. Did you say over the bucket?

0:05:04 > 0:05:05ALL: No!

0:05:05 > 0:05:07- No. Over her head? - ALL: Yeah!

0:05:07 > 0:05:11- Oh, I couldn't do that, I couldn't do that. Could I?- ALL: Yeah!

0:05:11 > 0:05:15Yeah. I suppose she HAS got a towel, hasn't she?

0:05:17 > 0:05:19I'm really sorry, Sarah, if this doesn't work.

0:05:19 > 0:05:23You could have a very, very wet teacher. Watch.

0:05:30 > 0:05:33ALL: No!

0:05:33 > 0:05:35They might have wanted to see her get soaked,

0:05:35 > 0:05:39- but they can't deny it's an awesome trick.- Look at that, guys!

0:05:39 > 0:05:41Fergus has made the water stay in the bottle.

0:05:41 > 0:05:44THAT's not scientifically possible,

0:05:44 > 0:05:47and the magic's about to get better.

0:05:47 > 0:05:51What's amazing is, in this bucket I have some little pieces of stick.

0:05:51 > 0:05:53What's incredible is,

0:05:53 > 0:05:57though nothing comes out of the bottle, these pieces of stick

0:05:57 > 0:05:59go in.

0:05:59 > 0:06:02Two might cause too much pressure in the bottle, we'll see.

0:06:02 > 0:06:06The sticks are going in, but there's no water coming out,

0:06:06 > 0:06:08and that's magic.

0:06:08 > 0:06:11Now, the only way, actually, to get that water flowing again,

0:06:11 > 0:06:14is to exert more pressure outside of the bottle. Very good.

0:06:14 > 0:06:16Then is in squeezing it, exactly.

0:06:16 > 0:06:19So, if I take the bottle and I squeeze it,

0:06:19 > 0:06:24you'll see all that water starts to flow again.

0:06:24 > 0:06:28And, Sarah, you can go back to your seat. Thank you very much, Sarah!

0:06:28 > 0:06:30APPLAUSE

0:06:30 > 0:06:32The regular teacher got away with it, as has Fergus,

0:06:32 > 0:06:34but it's time to reveal his secret.

0:06:34 > 0:06:36I've told you a little lie.

0:06:36 > 0:06:39I AM called Fergus,

0:06:39 > 0:06:42but, I'm not actually a teacher.

0:06:42 > 0:06:43I'm a magician.

0:06:43 > 0:06:45What?! Oh, cool.

0:06:45 > 0:06:48And all of you guys

0:06:49 > 0:06:52have been set up by your teachers,

0:06:52 > 0:06:53and there's a camera there,

0:06:53 > 0:06:57there's a camera in this box, just there.

0:06:57 > 0:07:01There's a camera just at the back there.

0:07:06 > 0:07:11He did it! Fergus's brilliant water trick has totally fooled the class.

0:07:11 > 0:07:14I thought it was impossible, but actually it was possible.

0:07:14 > 0:07:17He pulled the paper away from the bottle,

0:07:17 > 0:07:20but the water didn't come out and pour on the teacher's head.

0:07:20 > 0:07:24I didn't think it was going to land on Sarah's head, but I wanted it to.

0:07:24 > 0:07:28Then, he floated tiny sticks into the bottle,

0:07:28 > 0:07:32- and still the water didn't come out. Let's see that again.- Go in.

0:07:32 > 0:07:36How does he do it? How does he seriously do it?

0:07:36 > 0:07:41Fergus pulled it off. The class had no idea he was a magician.

0:07:41 > 0:07:45Would YOU realise your supply teacher was magic?

0:07:49 > 0:07:53Don't try that with your teacher unless it's your swimming teacher.

0:07:53 > 0:07:57I mean, I can't swim, I prefer to float.

0:07:57 > 0:08:01Later, Katherine will also be going under cover as a supply teacher.

0:08:01 > 0:08:04She'll make this class' jaws drop to the floor.

0:08:04 > 0:08:06Is it your class?

0:08:06 > 0:08:07It's solid.

0:08:07 > 0:08:11Of course Katherine is not a real teacher, and nor is her mate

0:08:11 > 0:08:14and mine, the extraordinarily smooth magician, James.

0:08:14 > 0:08:18He'll teach YOU the secret behind the trick you can use on your mates

0:08:18 > 0:08:20to blow their minds.

0:08:22 > 0:08:24If you fancy yourself as a magician,

0:08:24 > 0:08:27here's a trick you can try on your mates.

0:08:27 > 0:08:30You need a £1 coin, a 50p coin and a 10p coin.

0:08:30 > 0:08:34If you haven't got them already go and get them now, go on!

0:08:34 > 0:08:35Hurry!

0:08:35 > 0:08:38In the meantime, James will hang out here and wait for you.

0:08:38 > 0:08:40You back? Ready? Good.

0:08:40 > 0:08:46The challenge is for you to get the £1 between the 50p and the 10p.

0:08:46 > 0:08:49Sounds easy, eh? But there ARE rules.

0:08:49 > 0:08:53The rules are that you can touch the 50p, but mustn't move it.

0:08:54 > 0:08:58You're allowed to move, but not allowed to touch the 10p.

0:08:58 > 0:09:00And somehow, following these rules,

0:09:00 > 0:09:05you have to get the £1 between the 50p and the 10p.

0:09:05 > 0:09:08Those rules make it much more tricky, eh? Can you work it out?

0:09:08 > 0:09:12Keep watching, and you'll find out later in the show.

0:09:12 > 0:09:15Right now, though, fast talking magician, John,

0:09:15 > 0:09:18is in a theme park to do a trick you'll never be able to work out.

0:09:18 > 0:09:20I'm going to do something now with a coin.

0:09:20 > 0:09:22This is Rosie and Lucy.

0:09:22 > 0:09:25They've no idea they're about to star in their own magic show.

0:09:25 > 0:09:26Watch carefully.

0:09:26 > 0:09:28Do you have a coin on you?

0:09:28 > 0:09:33- Actually, can you just sign your initials on the coin?- OK.

0:09:33 > 0:09:36So that we'll recognise it when we see it again.

0:09:38 > 0:09:42- OK.- Wonderful. And you can just re-cap the pen? I'll take that.

0:09:42 > 0:09:46We're going to do something very interesting, with THAT coin.

0:09:46 > 0:09:48Signed by Anthony.

0:09:48 > 0:09:50We're going to take Anthony's coin,

0:09:50 > 0:09:54and push it through this little slot in the deck of cards, like that.

0:09:54 > 0:09:57- Mmmmm. Can you see it going through? - Yeah.

0:09:57 > 0:09:59If we just tap it, you can tap.

0:09:59 > 0:10:02That's it, and tap it again. That's it.

0:10:02 > 0:10:04And you can feel it coming all the way through.

0:10:04 > 0:10:07There it is coming through on the other side.

0:10:07 > 0:10:11Do you want to take it out for me? Oooh. Pretty impressive, huh?

0:10:11 > 0:10:15How does he get the coin through the box? Surely it must be empty?

0:10:15 > 0:10:19I know you're thinking there's no cards in the deck.

0:10:19 > 0:10:22You're right, there's no cards in the deck,

0:10:22 > 0:10:25because inside there is just, come on out...

0:10:26 > 0:10:30A solid block of steel.

0:10:30 > 0:10:31- Huh!- Cool.

0:10:31 > 0:10:34What, a metal block? It's real, cos I heard it bang.

0:10:34 > 0:10:37You can hold it, see how heavy it is.

0:10:37 > 0:10:38Can I get a rewind?

0:10:39 > 0:10:43A solid block of steel.

0:10:43 > 0:10:46You can hold it, see how heavy it is.

0:10:47 > 0:10:49Awesome!

0:10:49 > 0:10:52And he slipped the coin through the hole,

0:10:52 > 0:10:54and then it came out the other side.

0:10:54 > 0:10:58But I don't know how it got through. It's amazing.

0:10:58 > 0:11:02Right now, we have something amazing for YOU.

0:11:02 > 0:11:05This is the interactive illusion.

0:11:05 > 0:11:09This is a trick you can take part in, at home.

0:11:09 > 0:11:14So, put down the twiddly game thing. Come here, come, that's enough.

0:11:14 > 0:11:17Here, is James.

0:11:20 > 0:11:25In this next trick, you're going to need a pen, a submarine

0:11:25 > 0:11:26and the ocean.

0:11:26 > 0:11:29OK, if you don't have a submarine, go out

0:11:29 > 0:11:32and get two bits of paper, about the size of a bank note,

0:11:32 > 0:11:35and draw a submarine on one, and some waves on the other one.

0:11:35 > 0:11:37That will have to do for now.

0:11:37 > 0:11:41Place them on a flat surface, forming a T shape,

0:11:41 > 0:11:43with the submarine beneath the waves.

0:11:44 > 0:11:48Using the pen, roll the pictures into a tube.

0:11:52 > 0:11:54Hold them tight!

0:11:54 > 0:11:57I'm also going to need one of these.

0:11:57 > 0:11:58A giant magnet.

0:11:58 > 0:12:01This is going to pull your submarine to the surface.

0:12:01 > 0:12:05And, for you at home.

0:12:06 > 0:12:10There. Now, unroll the pictures.

0:12:13 > 0:12:17The magnet has pulled the submarine through the waves.

0:12:17 > 0:12:19Wow, that's cool! Did it work for you?

0:12:20 > 0:12:24They say the good stuff rises to the top.

0:12:24 > 0:12:28Every week we are bringing you the top five chart

0:12:28 > 0:12:31of new magicians on the block.

0:12:31 > 0:12:33I've got my comfy chair.

0:12:33 > 0:12:35I've got my trusty laptop,

0:12:35 > 0:12:37and I've got my chocolate fingers.

0:12:37 > 0:12:39Start the magic, already.

0:12:39 > 0:12:42We asked you to send in clips of yourself

0:12:42 > 0:12:44performing your best magic tricks.

0:12:44 > 0:12:48We received loads of clips from all over the country.

0:12:48 > 0:12:51Each week, I will be choosing my five favourite wannabe wizards,

0:12:51 > 0:12:53and showing them to you guys.

0:12:53 > 0:12:56Number five this time is Superman Ben from Portishead.

0:12:56 > 0:12:58Nice t-shirt, mate.

0:12:58 > 0:13:01He's showing us the queen of clubs. Keep your eyes on it,

0:13:01 > 0:13:04because something cool is about to happen.

0:13:04 > 0:13:07Wow, it's gone! Where did it go?

0:13:08 > 0:13:10Oh, there it is.

0:13:10 > 0:13:14Nothing in his other hand, and the card's gone again.

0:13:16 > 0:13:18There, it's back again.

0:13:18 > 0:13:21If you didn't see it properly first time, he's going to do it

0:13:21 > 0:13:23in extreme close-up.

0:13:23 > 0:13:28Whoa! Now he's doing his signature move again.

0:13:28 > 0:13:31Good work, Super Ben.

0:13:31 > 0:13:33Not quite super enough to get to four,

0:13:33 > 0:13:35that's Una from Borehamwood.

0:13:35 > 0:13:38She's got a great waistcoat.

0:13:38 > 0:13:40She's got flashing lights.

0:13:40 > 0:13:46She's also got the jack of diamonds, and she's about to bring the magic.

0:13:46 > 0:13:48The jack's about to go into

0:13:48 > 0:13:50the strange contraption with three windows.

0:13:50 > 0:13:53It's OK, Una, we're watching.

0:13:53 > 0:13:55I want to count them in.

0:13:55 > 0:13:57'Una', dos, tres.

0:13:58 > 0:14:02Yeah, we're still watching, we're watching!

0:14:03 > 0:14:08She's made the jack's stomach slide across! That looks painful.

0:14:08 > 0:14:11It's kind of like the classic sawing in half trick

0:14:11 > 0:14:14except without a saw, and with a card instead of a person,

0:14:14 > 0:14:18and it was in thirds, not halves, but you get the idea.

0:14:18 > 0:14:19Here's the best bit.

0:14:19 > 0:14:22The jack of diamonds is all back together.

0:14:23 > 0:14:27Anyway, ta-daa! Good trick, but, if Una had been a mind reader,

0:14:27 > 0:14:31she'd have guessed that I chose Sean from Southport

0:14:31 > 0:14:33as my number three.

0:14:33 > 0:14:35He's got an orange industrial vacuum cleaner,

0:14:35 > 0:14:37and the four of hearts.

0:14:37 > 0:14:41There, it's there. But, watch this, it changes into the king of clubs.

0:14:41 > 0:14:43And that's just the warm up.

0:14:43 > 0:14:44Here comes the mind reading bit.

0:14:44 > 0:14:47Tell me when to stop flicking through. Stop.

0:14:47 > 0:14:49Now, take that card there.

0:14:49 > 0:14:51Show it to the camera while I look down.

0:14:51 > 0:14:54It's the king of diamonds. Thanks, Sean's sis, you're a diamond.

0:14:54 > 0:14:58Say your card in your head three times.

0:14:58 > 0:15:03King of diamonds, king of diamonds. Oh, that was quick!

0:15:03 > 0:15:05The King of Diamonds was your card.

0:15:05 > 0:15:08- Yes. - Great work from Sean and his sis.

0:15:08 > 0:15:11But, Eddie from Derby gets my vote at two,

0:15:11 > 0:15:14cos his sister's not just an assistant, she's a magician too.

0:15:14 > 0:15:17Can you just take out any card you want?

0:15:17 > 0:15:19Don't let me see it.

0:15:20 > 0:15:23Actually, doesn't matter if I see it. Let's see.

0:15:23 > 0:15:27- The four of hearts?- You need to remember the four of hearts.

0:15:27 > 0:15:29We'll try something here. Watch.

0:15:29 > 0:15:31See, if I get your four of hearts?

0:15:31 > 0:15:34Press it down, and I can get it to vanish.

0:15:34 > 0:15:36He made the card vanish!

0:15:36 > 0:15:38Did you see where it went?

0:15:38 > 0:15:40It should be in second position in the deck.

0:15:40 > 0:15:43- Sorry, that's a three. - Come on, Eddie. Up your game, mate.

0:15:43 > 0:15:48If I get the three, I just shake, see how it changes to the four.

0:15:48 > 0:15:50He made it change! Nice one, mate!

0:15:50 > 0:15:52But his sister's magic, too.

0:15:52 > 0:15:56- Just wave your hand over the four. - She's certainly got the moves.

0:15:56 > 0:15:58Changed back to the three.

0:15:58 > 0:16:01Obviously, magic runs in the family.

0:16:01 > 0:16:04Who's my favourite? I'm not going to tell you YET,

0:16:04 > 0:16:07not before I put on my funny chart show voice.

0:16:07 > 0:16:12At five, Super Ben was flying high.

0:16:12 > 0:16:15Una's crazy trick meant she was at number four.

0:16:15 > 0:16:19The mind control of Sean made me put him at three.

0:16:19 > 0:16:22Eddie and his magic sister at two,

0:16:22 > 0:16:24with a trick that was nearly my favourite,

0:16:24 > 0:16:26but, out of the tons of wannabe wizards,

0:16:26 > 0:16:29my top one this time was Archie from Exmouth.

0:16:31 > 0:16:34He's good at magic, but he COULD use a helping hand.

0:16:34 > 0:16:38Andy, no, Andy, argh. Argh. This is my pet hand, Andy.

0:16:38 > 0:16:41I've got a pet arm, an armadillo. Thanks.

0:16:41 > 0:16:45I found him one day, and he was moving on the street, like this.

0:16:45 > 0:16:47So, I took him home and I tried to tame him.

0:16:47 > 0:16:50He can be tame sometimes, but, argh!

0:16:51 > 0:16:55Sometimes he can be a bit of a handful.

0:16:55 > 0:16:58Argh, I can see what you did there.

0:16:58 > 0:17:02He's actually quite intelligent. He can count.

0:17:02 > 0:17:04Ready, Andy, what's two twos?

0:17:04 > 0:17:06Good boy Andy.

0:17:06 > 0:17:08Give him a big hand!

0:17:08 > 0:17:10Oi, he's only got one.

0:17:10 > 0:17:13I've got a bit of an itch here, can you get that for me?

0:17:13 > 0:17:14Thank you. Ow!

0:17:14 > 0:17:15Steady on, Andy!

0:17:15 > 0:17:17I think we better go now.

0:17:17 > 0:17:19Come on, Andy. Mum's going to Tesco's,

0:17:19 > 0:17:20and I'll put you in her handbag.

0:17:20 > 0:17:24And that's why Archie got his hands on the number one spot.

0:17:24 > 0:17:29Can't wait until next time for more wannabe wizards.

0:17:29 > 0:17:34Now, I thought I'd attempt to make this cup vanish.

0:17:34 > 0:17:35Here we go.

0:17:35 > 0:17:37PHONE RINGS

0:17:37 > 0:17:40Oh, sorry. Sorry.

0:17:40 > 0:17:42Hello? Hi, Mum.

0:17:44 > 0:17:47Yes, it's your tea towel.

0:17:47 > 0:17:50Yes, it's your cup.

0:17:50 > 0:17:53You just watch what's coming up.

0:17:53 > 0:17:56Have you worked out the secret to James' challenge?

0:17:56 > 0:18:00If you haven't already got your £1 coin, 50p and 10p, go, get them now.

0:18:00 > 0:18:02Go on, hurry!

0:18:02 > 0:18:06Watch what happens when Katherine goes undercover in another school.

0:18:06 > 0:18:09Wow, I can feel it bending, keep on going!

0:18:09 > 0:18:11Could YOUR supply teacher be magic?

0:18:11 > 0:18:14Look at that!

0:18:14 > 0:18:16In undercover magic,

0:18:16 > 0:18:19we hide cameras in all sorts of places.

0:18:19 > 0:18:22Our magicians played tricks on members of the public

0:18:22 > 0:18:25who don't know they're being filmed.

0:18:25 > 0:18:27Going undercover this time, is John.

0:18:27 > 0:18:30He's done more tricks than you've had hot dinners.

0:18:30 > 0:18:33In fact, he's had more hot dinners than you've had hot dinners.

0:18:35 > 0:18:38Join us in the cafe to play a trick on Bella.

0:18:38 > 0:18:39She's been set up by her dad,

0:18:39 > 0:18:42and she has no idea what's about to happen.

0:18:44 > 0:18:45Keep your eyes on that glass.

0:18:45 > 0:18:48'Scuse me. Have you got the right time?

0:18:48 > 0:18:51I know what time it is. Time for magic.

0:18:51 > 0:18:55- 10.55.- It's what? - 10.55.- 10.55?- Yeah.

0:18:55 > 0:18:57Oh, you're kidding?!

0:18:57 > 0:19:00Did you see that?! That's amazing. Can we get a rewind?

0:19:05 > 0:19:09- 'Scuse me? Have you got the right time?- Er, yeah. It's 10.55.

0:19:09 > 0:19:10It's what?

0:19:10 > 0:19:14The glass is floating all by itself! Surely that's impossible.

0:19:14 > 0:19:16- And that's not all.- 10.55, honestly?

0:19:16 > 0:19:20- Yeah.- It's 10.55 fellas, come on.

0:19:20 > 0:19:22They were supposed to be up at 10.50.

0:19:22 > 0:19:25What is John on about now? He's talking to his forks!

0:19:25 > 0:19:28Five minutes ago, they should have been up. Five minutes ago.

0:19:28 > 0:19:30Jump!

0:19:30 > 0:19:33- Ooh!- Perfect. Can you believe I'm late now, cos of two forks?

0:19:33 > 0:19:37- Two forks!- That trick was 'unforkgettable'.

0:19:37 > 0:19:38You're welcome.

0:19:38 > 0:19:40It's the moment you've been waiting for.

0:19:40 > 0:19:43A chance for you to fool your friends.

0:19:43 > 0:19:48Me and James challenged you to get the £1 between the two other coins.

0:19:48 > 0:19:50Sounds easy, eh? But there ARE rules.

0:19:52 > 0:19:56The rules are that you can touch the 50p, but mustn't move it.

0:19:56 > 0:19:59You're allowed to move, but not allowed to touch the 10p.

0:19:59 > 0:20:01Somehow, following these rules,

0:20:01 > 0:20:04you have to get the £1 between the 50p and the 10p.

0:20:04 > 0:20:07Maybe you think it works

0:20:07 > 0:20:08if you flick it.

0:20:08 > 0:20:10Nah!

0:20:10 > 0:20:12What about if you blow it?

0:20:12 > 0:20:13No way!

0:20:13 > 0:20:17Using the big magnet James had earlier? Uh-uh! Come on!

0:20:17 > 0:20:21The secret is to get the £1 between the two other coins

0:20:21 > 0:20:23by holding the 50p still, and hitting it with the £1.

0:20:23 > 0:20:28That moves the 10p without you touching it. Let's get a rewind.

0:20:28 > 0:20:29Watch closely.

0:20:29 > 0:20:32Hold the 50p still. Hit it with the £1,

0:20:32 > 0:20:34and that moves the 10p without you touching it.

0:20:34 > 0:20:38Then simply place the pound coin in the middle.

0:20:38 > 0:20:41Did you get it? Are you amazing already?

0:20:41 > 0:20:45Now you've all got something to show off with in the playground.

0:20:45 > 0:20:47Magic takes years to master,

0:20:47 > 0:20:51and I've been working on this trick now for like three, four

0:20:51 > 0:20:53minutes.

0:20:55 > 0:20:59Have a look. Pen. Lid. I just...

0:20:59 > 0:21:02CRASHING

0:21:02 > 0:21:06Let's have a look at someone who makes magic look slick.

0:21:06 > 0:21:08This is Katherine.

0:21:08 > 0:21:10She's a super slick magician,

0:21:10 > 0:21:13but she's also a master of disguise.

0:21:16 > 0:21:18She's at another school.

0:21:18 > 0:21:22She's going undercover, as a supply teacher, to do an incredible trick.

0:21:22 > 0:21:25Is it your school? Is it your class?

0:21:25 > 0:21:29And, will the class realise their supply teacher is magic?

0:21:29 > 0:21:31BELL RINGS

0:21:31 > 0:21:34These year four pupils think they're coming in

0:21:34 > 0:21:36for an ordinary lesson, but they're wrong.

0:21:36 > 0:21:39They're about to get the best lesson they've EVER had.

0:21:39 > 0:21:43The classroom's rigged with hidden cameras,

0:21:43 > 0:21:45and Katherine's about to do an UNBELIEVABLE trick.

0:21:45 > 0:21:48The class have no idea.

0:21:48 > 0:21:50- Good morning. - ALL: Good morning, Katherine.

0:21:50 > 0:21:54Now, I'm going to be taking your lesson today,

0:21:54 > 0:21:59and what we're going to be learning about is health and healthy living.

0:21:59 > 0:22:03For the past five weeks, I've been eating really healthy food.

0:22:03 > 0:22:07I've been eating all my greens, and doing lots and lots of exercise.

0:22:07 > 0:22:09What's all this talk about healthy eating?

0:22:09 > 0:22:11It's all part of Katherine's trick.

0:22:11 > 0:22:14I've found that not only do I feel better in myself,

0:22:14 > 0:22:18but I've also found I'm a lot, lot stronger.

0:22:18 > 0:22:23And I'm going to show you all today how strong I've become.

0:22:23 > 0:22:25So, over here, I've got a book.

0:22:25 > 0:22:30In fact, I'm going to get your assistant teacher, Paul.

0:22:30 > 0:22:32Ah, yes, Paul's a teaching assistant.

0:22:32 > 0:22:36I love it when they get teaching assistants up to help in the magic.

0:22:36 > 0:22:40And really try and see if you can rip straight through that book.

0:22:40 > 0:22:43Uh-oh, Paul's going to look silly. I'm not talking about the tee-shirt.

0:22:43 > 0:22:45Go on, Paul, really, really try.

0:22:45 > 0:22:48- Told you, he can't do it. - How are you finding that?

0:22:48 > 0:22:51- Impossible.- He's obviously not been eating his greens.

0:22:51 > 0:22:53Oh, and he's not a magician.

0:22:53 > 0:22:56Since I've been eating my greens, and doing all my exercise,

0:22:56 > 0:22:59I'm THAT strong, and gained THAT much strength,

0:22:59 > 0:23:00that I can do this.

0:23:00 > 0:23:05Wait till you see the trick coming up. This is going to be amazing.

0:23:07 > 0:23:10She's actually ripping it in half!

0:23:10 > 0:23:13ALL: Woah!

0:23:13 > 0:23:15APPLAUSE

0:23:15 > 0:23:18Woah! Katherine's magic is strong. The class love it.

0:23:18 > 0:23:21They still believe she's a teacher.

0:23:21 > 0:23:25And the magic is about to go from strength to strength.

0:23:25 > 0:23:27Now, the other day,

0:23:27 > 0:23:33I realised I had the ability to bend metal with my bare hands.

0:23:33 > 0:23:36- Oh, my God.- Impossible.

0:23:36 > 0:23:38- It sounds impossible doesn't it? - It is!

0:23:38 > 0:23:40But, I want to show you all today,

0:23:40 > 0:23:44This is what's happened to me since living my healthy lifestyle.

0:23:44 > 0:23:47So, I was going to show you, by using a coin.

0:23:47 > 0:23:50- Oh!- So, I've got some change here.

0:23:50 > 0:23:53Paul, I've got a ten pence piece.

0:23:53 > 0:23:55I'd like you to try and bend it for me.

0:23:55 > 0:23:58- She hasn't finished with you yet, Paul.- Try with all your might.

0:23:58 > 0:24:01It's another chance for you to prove yourself.

0:24:01 > 0:24:04- Go on, mate, you can do it! - OK, how you finding that?

0:24:04 > 0:24:07- Yeah, I can't do it. - It's almost impossible.

0:24:07 > 0:24:10That's because this coin

0:24:10 > 0:24:13is completely solid.

0:24:13 > 0:24:16But, watch. If I squeeze, like this, in my hands.

0:24:17 > 0:24:19Really, really squeeze.

0:24:19 > 0:24:22I can actually feel the metal beginning to bend.

0:24:22 > 0:24:26Watch closely. Katherine's about to flex her magical muscles again.

0:24:26 > 0:24:30I don't know if you can see that. Can you see that?

0:24:30 > 0:24:31ALL: Oh!

0:24:31 > 0:24:35It's clear from their reactions that they can. And we can, too.

0:24:35 > 0:24:37APPLAUSE

0:24:37 > 0:24:38Wow, thank you, look at that!

0:24:38 > 0:24:41Check out the girl with the hand over her mouth.

0:24:41 > 0:24:43Clearly very impressed.

0:24:43 > 0:24:46It's completely bent. Now, do you know what?

0:24:46 > 0:24:47I just had an idea.

0:24:47 > 0:24:52I think I might have the strength to actually tear through a coin.

0:24:52 > 0:24:55But, for this, what I want you to do is really encourage me,

0:24:55 > 0:24:59and give me a drum roll like this.

0:24:59 > 0:25:02A drum roll?! That means something incredible is about to happen.

0:25:02 > 0:25:04Stop. Stop!

0:25:04 > 0:25:08First of all, I need to get out a coin.

0:25:09 > 0:25:15OK. Here, I have a two pence piece.

0:25:15 > 0:25:18So, I want some encouragement. Everyone give me a drum roll.

0:25:18 > 0:25:21HANDS DRUMMING

0:25:24 > 0:25:28Wow, I can feel it bending, keep on going.

0:25:28 > 0:25:33She's actually tearing right through the solid coin!

0:25:33 > 0:25:34That is brilliant!

0:25:34 > 0:25:36ALL: Woah!

0:25:38 > 0:25:40Look at that! Isn't that amazing?

0:25:40 > 0:25:44- Can you see the coin? - Look at him trying to work it out!

0:25:45 > 0:25:49Torn straight down the middle. Do you know what?

0:25:49 > 0:25:52I think, if you encourage me a little bit more,

0:25:52 > 0:25:56I may be able to tear the coin in two.

0:25:56 > 0:25:58So, give me another drum roll.

0:25:58 > 0:26:01This trick gets better and better.

0:26:01 > 0:26:04She's going to do it, people. Look closely.

0:26:06 > 0:26:08ALL: Oh!

0:26:08 > 0:26:11Wow, let's see that again. Let's get a rewind.

0:26:18 > 0:26:19ALL: Oh!

0:26:19 > 0:26:21There you go. Have a look.

0:26:21 > 0:26:24- The class get to examine the evidence.- It's solid!

0:26:24 > 0:26:28But how, and why? It's time to come clean, strong woman.

0:26:28 > 0:26:34The reason I could do that is because I'm not even a teacher.

0:26:34 > 0:26:38Because, actually I'm a magician, and, if you look over there,

0:26:38 > 0:26:41and give a wave, and in this corner over here,

0:26:41 > 0:26:45you're all being filmed, right now, to be on a TV show called

0:26:45 > 0:26:48Help! My Supply Teacher is Magic.

0:26:52 > 0:26:54She did it! Katherine's super strength trick

0:26:54 > 0:26:58has totally convinced the class.

0:26:58 > 0:27:02First, she ripped a phone book apart.

0:27:02 > 0:27:04I'm just so freaked out.

0:27:04 > 0:27:07I don't know if you can see that?

0:27:07 > 0:27:08Then she bent this 2p.

0:27:08 > 0:27:13I was just amazed at how she could just do it in her bare hands.

0:27:13 > 0:27:15Then, completely ripped it in half!

0:27:15 > 0:27:20- I want to take this home to my mummy and say- 'I- tore this apart'.

0:27:20 > 0:27:26Katherine pulled it off. The class had no idea she was a magician.

0:27:26 > 0:27:30We totally got them, and they loved it!

0:27:34 > 0:27:38See you guys later, but, until then, if you're at school,

0:27:38 > 0:27:41and you think some magic's about to happen,

0:27:41 > 0:27:44maybe you'll find yourself shouting,

0:27:44 > 0:27:48"Help! My Supply Teacher is Magic!"
