0:03:40 > 0:03:42That's it.

0:03:42 > 0:03:44Take your first piece of bread

0:03:47 > 0:03:48- nice and...- Flat!

0:03:48 > 0:03:50Like this.

0:03:56 > 0:03:59That's it. Do your last piece of bread

0:03:59 > 0:04:02and once you've rolled all your bread, put it on your mat.

0:04:02 > 0:04:06Next, we need to make the walls of our rockpool pies,

0:04:06 > 0:04:10so we're going to cut some circles out of the bread,

0:04:10 > 0:04:13so we need the big cookie cutter first

0:05:01 > 0:05:03and put it in front of you.

0:05:06 > 0:05:10and we'll push them into these holes in the muffin tray.

0:05:10 > 0:05:13It's like making a cosy little bed.

0:05:13 > 0:05:17I know how to do it. You put it on top, then slowly push the sides in.

0:05:27 > 0:05:29is cherry tomatoes,

0:05:29 > 0:05:32and we'll snip them up using our scissors,

0:05:32 > 0:05:36but remember, be careful with scissors. Everyone knows

0:06:25 > 0:06:28Wow, mozzarella can really rip.

0:06:28 > 0:06:31- What did it feel like?- Soft snow.

0:06:31 > 0:06:35Aw! Did you know that mozzarella is made from milk,

0:06:35 > 0:06:38which is a dairy food? It's good for our bones and teeth.

0:06:38 > 0:06:42And the next ingredient is a herb called basil

0:06:46 > 0:06:50- That is gorgeous!- That's it, rip it up and put it into your cup.

0:06:50 > 0:06:53- OK, everyone done that?- Yeah!

0:06:57 > 0:06:59No!

0:06:59 > 0:07:02So we're going to add a fish called tuna,

0:07:02 > 0:07:06so just crumble the tuna fish into your cup.

0:07:06 > 0:07:09Now, tuna is filled with lots of really healthy oils.

0:07:09 > 0:07:11I love tuna!

0:07:11 > 0:07:16That is good news, because we're going to put lots of it in our pie.

0:07:36 > 0:07:38so hold the handle of your cup

0:07:38 > 0:07:39and mix it up!

0:07:42 > 0:07:43There you go.

0:07:43 > 0:07:45Oh, hello, basil!

0:07:50 > 0:07:52Ha-ha-ha!

0:07:52 > 0:07:53And once it's all mixed up,

0:07:53 > 0:07:57we're going to scoop it up

0:07:57 > 0:07:59and put it in to our rockpool pies.

0:07:59 > 0:08:02These really do look like little rockpools,

0:08:02 > 0:08:05- don't they? - Yeah. I can see loads of fish,

0:08:05 > 0:08:07seaweed in the water.

0:08:07 > 0:08:11- If it was a rockpool, what would the tomatoes be?- Crabs.

0:08:11 > 0:08:15- And what about the basil? What could that be?- Seaweed.

0:08:15 > 0:08:16When you put the filling in,

0:08:16 > 0:08:21- squish it down with the back of your spoon.- That's what I was doing.

0:08:21 > 0:08:25And once you've squished all the ingredients down,

0:08:25 > 0:08:28just pop the lids on top

0:08:28 > 0:08:30and give them a bit of a squish too.

0:08:30 > 0:08:35- There you go, having a little snooze. - Have a little snooze. Night-night!

0:08:35 > 0:08:38The very last thing we're going to do is take our brush,

0:08:38 > 0:08:41we're going to dip it in some oil

0:08:41 > 0:08:43and we're going to dib-dab the oil

0:08:43 > 0:08:45onto the top of our pies.

0:08:45 > 0:08:47Dib-dab, dib-dab, dib-dab,
