0:26:42 > 0:26:47Cream comes from milk and these cows are being milked right now.

0:26:56 > 0:26:59The milk goes into this machine.

0:26:59 > 0:27:03It's called a pasteuriser, and it heats the milk up

0:27:06 > 0:27:10Next, the milk goes into another machine called a separator.

0:27:10 > 0:27:14In here, the thinner skimmed milk is pushed to the outside

0:27:14 > 0:27:17and the thicker cream stays in the middle.

0:27:26 > 0:27:31After that, the cream is cooled down and it comes out right here.

0:30:52 > 0:30:57and scrunch them together, so they all suck up into the middle.
