0:01:48 > 0:01:53Try and make them really small pieces, like mine. Look.

0:01:57 > 0:02:01I'm going to make mine all messy!

0:02:05 > 0:02:07LAUGHTER

0:02:07 > 0:02:11Your mushroom has run away, William!

0:02:11 > 0:02:15What do you think your olives look like?

0:02:15 > 0:02:18Er...grapes.

0:02:18 > 0:02:19Grapes!

0:02:19 > 0:02:22They do look a bit like grapes, actually.

0:02:26 > 0:02:29And next, you're going to need some of this.

0:02:29 > 0:02:31It's a herb called parsley

0:02:31 > 0:02:35and it will add lots of yummy flavour to our fish triple decker.

0:02:35 > 0:02:39I've already chopped the tops off for you. Can you see them?

0:02:39 > 0:02:42They look a bit like trees.

0:02:42 > 0:02:43Yes.

0:02:43 > 0:02:49Now we need to snip up our parsley with a clean pair of scissors.

0:02:49 > 0:02:54But remember, when using scissors, everyone knows it's always best

0:02:54 > 0:02:56- to point them at your...? - ALL: Toes!

0:02:56 > 0:03:00Come on, everyone, let's get snipping.

0:03:04 > 0:03:06What does it remind you of?

0:03:06 > 0:03:09It reminds me of little bits of grass.

0:03:09 > 0:03:12It reminds me of cutting grass, actually.

0:03:14 > 0:03:17The bits look like I've cut down a leaf,

0:03:17 > 0:03:20then chopping it up into tiny bits.

0:03:24 > 0:03:28What do you think we're going to need next in our recipe?

0:03:28 > 0:03:32Let's put you to the test. Today's ingredient for you to guess.

0:03:32 > 0:03:35What do you think it's going to be?

0:03:38 > 0:03:40Let me give you some clues.

0:03:40 > 0:03:44The missing ingredient for our fish triple decker is white.

0:03:44 > 0:03:46So could it be..?

0:03:49 > 0:03:51No! You can't eat a fluffy white cloud.

0:03:51 > 0:03:53Let's try again, shall we?

0:03:53 > 0:03:57You'll find the missing ingredient in the sea.

0:03:57 > 0:04:00So could it be...?

0:04:01 > 0:04:05No! You can't eat a submarine.

0:04:05 > 0:04:08Right, let's try one more time, shall we?

0:04:08 > 0:04:12It's white and you'll find it swimming in the sea.

0:04:12 > 0:04:16So could it be..?

0:04:17 > 0:04:20Fish! The missing ingredient is fish.

0:04:20 > 0:04:22Did you work it out?

0:04:22 > 0:04:25We're going to need fish in our fish triple decker.

0:04:25 > 0:04:28Let's find out some more on our computer.

0:04:34 > 0:04:38Fishermen catch fish in the sea, using nets.

0:04:38 > 0:04:42They throw the nets out to sea from their boats.

0:04:42 > 0:04:47When the boats sail through the water, the nets collect fish.

0:04:47 > 0:04:51After a while, the fishermen bring the nets back in

0:04:51 > 0:04:53and empty all of the fish out.

0:04:53 > 0:04:57They're very careful to put any fish that are too small,

0:04:57 > 0:05:00or that they don't want, back into the sea.

0:05:00 > 0:05:03The fish are taken back to land,

0:05:03 > 0:05:08where they're sold at fish markets, ready to go to the shops.

0:05:08 > 0:05:11And here is a lovely fillet of fresh fish.

0:05:11 > 0:05:15We're going to take a baking tray, with baking paper on top.

0:05:15 > 0:05:20I've already oiled it for you, and we'll put the fish on top.

0:05:25 > 0:05:28And now we're going to give our hands a wash.

0:05:32 > 0:05:34# I can cook! #

0:05:34 > 0:05:38- Right. Are we ready to start decorating the fish?- Yeah!

0:05:38 > 0:05:42OK, we're going to start by doing some squeezing.

0:05:42 > 0:05:47so, take your tomato ketchup and squeeze it onto your fish.

0:05:47 > 0:05:49Yes, this is the icing!

0:05:49 > 0:05:52This is the most funnest thing ever!

0:05:56 > 0:06:02Can you pretend to squeeze at home? Like this, with your fingers?

0:06:06 > 0:06:10That is brilliant. Everyone has loads of tomato ketchup.

0:06:13 > 0:06:18And now spread it all over your fish with the back of a spoon.

0:06:21 > 0:06:24You've got a lot of ketchup.

0:06:24 > 0:06:25I've got too much!

0:06:30 > 0:06:36- What does it look like, William? - Like putting icing on the cake.

0:06:37 > 0:06:38Brilliant.

0:06:41 > 0:06:45And now we're going to scatter the mushrooms on top.

0:06:46 > 0:06:49This is the first decoration.

0:06:50 > 0:06:54And then scatter on all of your olive pieces as well.

0:06:54 > 0:06:59- This is like you're putting on the sprinkles to the cake.- Yeah.

0:06:59 > 0:07:04It looks like lots of candles, and they're 100 years old.

0:07:06 > 0:07:11And next, we get to add another colour, which is green,

0:07:11 > 0:07:15cos we're going to add the green parsley on top of the fish.

0:07:15 > 0:07:18It looks like putting green trees on.

0:07:18 > 0:07:23It looks like you're putting trees on the land.

0:07:25 > 0:07:28Now, who likes sweet corn?

0:07:28 > 0:07:33- Me!- I like sweet corn, too. So let's put some on top of our fish.

0:07:35 > 0:07:38This is like the special topping -

0:07:38 > 0:07:39a pot of gold.

0:07:41 > 0:07:44- It's very colourful, isn't it?- Yeah.

0:07:44 > 0:07:48What do you think the sweet corn looks like on the fish?

0:07:48 > 0:07:52- It looks like lots of bananas. - Lots of bananas?!

0:07:52 > 0:07:56- Or teeth!- Teeth? Yellow teeth?- Yeah.

0:08:02 > 0:08:06For the next layer, we need to make some breadcrumbs.

0:08:06 > 0:08:08To do this, we need some bread,

0:08:08 > 0:08:10which we tear up like paper.

0:08:12 > 0:08:14It's really hard, this bread.

0:08:16 > 0:08:19That's really good, Joshua. Well done.

0:08:19 > 0:08:23Now we're going to work in pairs to make some breadcrumbs.

0:08:23 > 0:08:26So you're going to work with me, Joshua.

0:08:26 > 0:08:30We need to put our bread into the grater.

0:08:35 > 0:08:37Put the top on.

0:08:37 > 0:08:40You're the turner, and I'm the pusher.

0:08:47 > 0:08:49Look at them all coming out!

0:08:49 > 0:08:52They're doing lots and lots.

0:08:53 > 0:08:57- What do they look like, Joshua? - They look like sand.

0:08:57 > 0:09:00It does look a bit like sand, doesn't it?

0:10:31 > 0:10:34on top of our fish with a spoon.

0:10:40 > 0:10:44It's like sand going onto a big, big, big sun.
