0:01:43 > 0:01:48Let's get started. We're going to make two cheesecakes today

0:01:48 > 0:01:52so we're going to use two biscuits. They're like little eyes.

0:01:52 > 0:01:54Hello!

0:01:54 > 0:01:55- Hello.- Hello!

0:01:55 > 0:01:59So put your two biscuits into your paper bag

0:01:59 > 0:02:02and we're going to bash the biscuits with a rolling pin.

0:02:02 > 0:02:06We have to be very careful because we don't want to bash our fingers.

0:02:06 > 0:02:11Let's count to three. One, two, three, go!

0:02:16 > 0:02:19All the big bits are running away!

0:02:19 > 0:02:21And...stop!

0:02:23 > 0:02:25Give them a shake. Listen! What has happened?

0:02:25 > 0:02:29- They've turned into crumbs. - Shall we have a look inside?

0:02:29 > 0:02:33- Lots of crumbs.- Loads of crumbs!

0:02:33 > 0:02:38Let's put our bashed up biscuits into some butter I melted earlier.

0:02:38 > 0:02:42I'm just going to check that it's not too hot. That's perfect.

0:02:42 > 0:02:45Let's pour in our lovely crumbs.

0:02:45 > 0:02:49- I thought this was eggs?- No, it's melted butter, but it's similar.

0:02:49 > 0:02:53And then use your spoon to give it a mix.

0:02:53 > 0:02:57Don't forget to mix with us at home, get your bowl and your spoon

0:02:57 > 0:03:00and mix, mix, mix!

0:03:00 > 0:03:03I think it looks like golden sand.

0:03:03 > 0:03:07- Yeah!- Yeah.- What does it smell like?

0:03:07 > 0:03:09It smells like toffee.

0:03:09 > 0:03:13- It looks like toffee, actually. - There's no more butter in it.

0:03:13 > 0:03:17No, because the butter has soaked into the biscuit crumbs.

0:03:19 > 0:03:23The next thing we need to do is put this biscuit mixture

0:03:23 > 0:03:27into these little bowls over here. These bowls have got a funny name.

0:03:27 > 0:03:30They're called ramekins.

0:03:33 > 0:03:35Well done!

0:03:38 > 0:03:40- into our ramekins.- Yum.

0:03:43 > 0:03:46Can everyone show me their thumbs?

0:03:46 > 0:03:48ALL: Meh-meh-meh!

0:03:48 > 0:03:51We're going to use our thumbs to push down

0:03:51 > 0:03:54the crunchy biscuit base into our ramekins.

0:03:54 > 0:03:57Push, push... Oh, it's all sticky.

0:03:57 > 0:04:01- Who's squashed their lovely biscuity mixture down?- Me!- Me!

0:04:01 > 0:04:04That's it, the base is made. Our cheesecake

0:04:04 > 0:04:07is called hide and seek cheesecake.

0:04:13 > 0:04:15What is next? Let us see

0:04:18 > 0:04:22That's it, keep going, guys. It looks really good.

0:04:22 > 0:04:24Let me give you some clues.

0:04:24 > 0:04:27The special ingredient is red.

0:04:27 > 0:04:30So, could it be...

0:04:30 > 0:04:34a red bus?! Eugh,

0:04:34 > 0:04:36that wouldn't taste very nice.

0:04:36 > 0:04:39Come on, we'll try again.

0:04:39 > 0:04:43The special ingredient is red and it's squashy.

0:04:43 > 0:04:46So... Hmm, could it be...

0:04:46 > 0:04:49a red cushion?!

0:04:49 > 0:04:52They're not going to eat a red cushion.

0:04:52 > 0:04:54Come on, we'll try one last time.

0:04:54 > 0:04:57The special ingredient is red,

0:04:57 > 0:04:59it's squashy

0:04:59 > 0:05:02and it's a summer fruit.

0:05:02 > 0:05:05So, it must be...

0:07:35 > 0:07:39and now we're going to put them on top of your biscuit base.

0:07:39 > 0:07:43What we need to do is to hide the raspberries

0:07:43 > 0:07:45underneath the cheesecake mixture.

0:07:45 > 0:07:48Now, where do eggs like this come from?

0:07:48 > 0:07:50ALL: Chickens!

0:09:04 > 0:09:07which is a liquid vanilla.

0:09:07 > 0:09:11It's got lots of flavour in it so we won't need much,

0:09:11 > 0:09:14only a little teaspoon.

0:09:14 > 0:09:18That's it. Just half a teaspoon. Then put it in.

0:09:18 > 0:09:21The final thing we have to add to our cheesy mixture

0:09:21 > 0:09:24is something that's going to make it really sweet.

0:09:24 > 0:09:28- What do you think it is?- Sugar! - That's right. Did you guess?

0:09:28 > 0:09:30It's caster sugar.

0:09:30 > 0:09:35Pour in your sugar and then give everything a really good mix,

0:09:35 > 0:09:37for the very last time.

0:09:37 > 0:09:39Don't forget to mix with us.

0:09:39 > 0:09:42And the very last thing we have to do is play...

0:09:42 > 0:09:47the two spoon game. So we've got two spoons.

0:09:47 > 0:09:49This one's called Margaret.
