0:00:52 > 0:00:57With simmering anger, a person's feelings might slowly bubble

0:00:57 > 0:01:01away under the surface, making them feel grumpy, snappy and moody.

0:01:04 > 0:01:08effect on you or the people around you, it's time to talk to someone.

0:03:30 > 0:03:33me and my friends get up to, like running crazily in the woods.

0:03:33 > 0:03:36This makes me happy and calms me down a bit.
