0:01:45 > 0:01:48So, nobody's a massive fan of doing chores or homework.
0:01:48 > 0:01:51But some children and young people have extra responsibilities at home.
0:01:51 > 0:01:54They could be looking after a parent, a brother or sister,
0:01:54 > 0:01:55or someone else in the family who is ill,

0:02:18 > 0:02:20I find the life balance sometimes hard,
0:02:20 > 0:02:23and will often do my homework as soon as I get it,
0:02:23 > 0:02:25so I don't have to worry about it.
0:02:25 > 0:02:29I do quite a lot around the house, like do the washing,

0:02:30 > 0:02:32It varies day-to-day.
0:02:32 > 0:02:34Even though it can be difficult,

0:02:36 > 0:02:39and think it's important to look after your family.
0:02:40 > 0:02:43Having a lot of responsibility at home
0:02:43 > 0:02:45can have a big impact on a young person's life.
0:02:45 > 0:02:47You might wonder, "Why me?"
0:02:47 > 0:02:49And ask why your life has to be
0:02:49 > 0:02:51different from other people's.
0:02:51 > 0:02:54You might feel like you're missing out on the normal things
0:02:54 > 0:02:56that your friends do.
0:02:56 > 0:02:58Or people might start leaving you out.

0:03:04 > 0:03:06Overwhelmed, like you can cope.
0:03:06 > 0:03:09Or worried about the person you care for.
0:03:09 > 0:03:13And sometimes these feelings can be hard to deal with.
0:03:13 > 0:03:14But there is help,
0:03:14 > 0:03:18in schools and organisations where they work with young people
0:03:18 > 0:03:20with responsibilities at home.
