0:00:15 > 0:00:18but what can make us go from grumpy to bully?

0:00:18 > 0:00:21There's so many reasons as to why someone bullies.

0:00:21 > 0:00:24Sometimes it can be because they themselves

0:00:24 > 0:00:25have been bullied in the past.

0:00:25 > 0:00:26Bullying someone else can help them

0:00:26 > 0:00:28take their mind of their own problems.

0:00:28 > 0:00:30Sometimes bullies are dealing with something difficult

0:00:30 > 0:00:33in their own lives and they don't know how to cope or talk about it.

0:00:33 > 0:00:35Having more power over someone else can help them feel like

0:00:35 > 0:00:37they've got more control in their life.

0:00:37 > 0:00:41Some bullies don't even realise what they're doing is upsetting.

0:00:41 > 0:00:43People can bully you because they want to fit in with the group.

0:00:43 > 0:00:46It can be really hard to stand up to friends.

0:00:46 > 0:00:47They might even be worried that

0:00:47 > 0:00:49if they don't join in they'll get bullied too.

0:00:49 > 0:00:51'Bullying is...'
