0:01:10 > 0:01:12Exercise doesn't always have to be super-sporty,

0:01:12 > 0:01:14cost loads of money or be competitive

0:01:14 > 0:01:17and we can all come up with some creative excuses

0:01:17 > 0:01:19if we're having trouble getting motivated.

0:01:19 > 0:01:22I'm washing my hair. I can't find a window in my schedule.

0:01:24 > 0:01:27I find the best way to get motivated is to have a goal.

0:01:29 > 0:01:33There are lots of things you can do to stay active and keep fit

0:01:41 > 0:01:45Or just do it yourself and even chores can help you keep active.

0:01:57 > 0:02:01and know I should probably do more, but I'm not a big fan.

0:02:01 > 0:02:03I'm sort of fit and do dance classes,

0:02:03 > 0:02:07which I like especially jazz and you can jump about.

0:02:07 > 0:02:11One time, I over-exercised for six days in a row

0:02:11 > 0:02:13and it made me feel really tired and the next week,

0:02:13 > 0:02:15it just made me not exercise at all.

0:02:15 > 0:02:18I've always exercised a bit, but sometimes I've pushed myself

0:02:18 > 0:02:20too hard, too often, which actually led to injuries.

0:02:20 > 0:02:22When I used to over-exercise,

0:02:22 > 0:02:24I used to feel really weak and dizzy and I couldn't breathe

0:02:24 > 0:02:26and it was horrible. So, ever since then,

0:02:26 > 0:02:29I've started to balance it out so I never feel like that again.

0:02:29 > 0:02:31When I stopped playing football at school,

0:02:31 > 0:02:33I started getting really unhealthy.

0:02:33 > 0:02:36I was tired all the time and even walking up

0:02:36 > 0:02:38a set of stairs would make me feel exhausted.

0:02:38 > 0:02:40I've been in a workout routine for a few years now

0:02:40 > 0:02:42so I know how best to get the exercise I need

0:02:42 > 0:02:45without straining my body and hurting myself.

0:02:46 > 0:02:49It's really important you find the right kind of exercise

0:02:49 > 0:02:51for you and make sure you get a good balance.

0:02:51 > 0:02:54When you're exercising, listen to your body.

0:02:54 > 0:02:56Try not to overdo it so you don't injure yourself.

0:02:56 > 0:03:00With the right balance, exercise is a great way to improve your health

0:03:00 > 0:03:02and feel good about yourself and, remember,

0:03:02 > 0:03:04rest is a really important part of a good routine

0:03:04 > 0:03:07so don't let guilt creep in when you're not exercising.
