0:02:39 > 0:02:46but we made our own little band for Jam Sessions, so let's talk about
0:02:46 > 0:02:47what it's like to be in a band.
0:02:47 > 0:02:49I think one of the most important
0:02:49 > 0:02:50things is definitely to make that
0:02:50 > 0:02:53connection and to, kind of, vibe on
0:02:53 > 0:02:55a really personal level with everybody you're working with.
0:02:55 > 0:02:59- So it's important to feel that...connection.- Like a family.
0:02:59 > 0:03:02- Yeah.- And even if you are... if you all have different styles,
0:03:02 > 0:03:05I feel like as long as you're listening to each other
0:03:05 > 0:03:07and you know what everyone else is about,
0:03:07 > 0:03:10everyone can come together and make, like, a cool new sound.
0:03:10 > 0:03:13Sometimes it's even so cool to have people who DO have different
0:03:13 > 0:03:15strengths in different genres, because...
0:03:15 > 0:03:17- We're into such different stuff. - I know. We're so different.
0:03:17 > 0:03:20Yeah, different voices. Cos you end up taking stuff from each other
0:03:20 > 0:03:23and learning things that maybe you wouldn't have otherwise.
0:03:23 > 0:03:26It does sound really cool with all the different style voices, yeah.
0:03:26 > 0:03:28So long as you listen to each other,
0:03:28 > 0:03:30you find your sound,
0:03:30 > 0:03:33and you're ready to take what comes,
0:03:33 > 0:03:34- you can be a band. - I totally agree.
0:03:34 > 0:03:38I think that those are really the core three things that
0:03:38 > 0:03:40being a solid band boil down to.
