0:04:29 > 0:04:33so you have to watch out because rattlesnakes are really poisonous.

0:04:49 > 0:04:53After working up an appetite, I'm heading back to hit the stove

0:04:59 > 0:05:04we have is my American burgers, smoky LA fries and amazing whoopies.

0:05:04 > 0:05:08It's a Ramsay tradition and I love traditions like this.

0:05:10 > 0:05:14This is my beef mince and I'm going to start

0:05:14 > 0:05:18by adding in garlic powder, but you can use fresh garlic as well.

0:05:18 > 0:05:20Real burgers are very easy to make.

0:05:20 > 0:05:24Salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce,

0:05:24 > 0:05:26they're just a bit of a mixing job, really.

0:05:26 > 0:05:28This is the fun bit.

0:05:28 > 0:05:30I always like getting my hands dirty.

0:05:45 > 0:05:48You get a lump of it and you roll it into a ball,

0:05:48 > 0:05:53you grab a block of cheese and you just make a hole in the middle.

0:05:53 > 0:05:57You hide it in and just put the burger over the top, so nobody knows

0:05:57 > 0:06:00until they cut into their burger and they're like, "Oh, wow, some cheese."

0:06:00 > 0:06:02It's clever, isn't it?

0:06:05 > 0:06:09cos it's different to everyday, it's more fun.

0:06:09 > 0:06:13Then just pop in the oven for about 20 minutes and remember,

0:08:01 > 0:08:05This is a mayonnaise and pesto. Everyone loves ketchup though.

0:09:13 > 0:09:15You've got to have them with your burgers.

0:09:17 > 0:09:20You have to peel and chop the

0:09:20 > 0:09:22potatoes then put them onto your tray.

0:09:22 > 0:09:23I really like fries.

0:09:23 > 0:09:27But not only potato fries, I like sweet potato fries as well.

0:09:27 > 0:09:29And they're much easier than people think.

0:09:29 > 0:09:33Sprinkle some oil over them, enough that would coat them all.

0:09:33 > 0:09:35A pinch of salt and pepper.

0:09:37 > 0:09:40This is the secret ingredient to make them nice and smoky -

0:09:40 > 0:09:43smoked paprika It gives them more of a flavour and a colour.

0:09:43 > 0:09:48You want them to be evenly coated. Then just wash your hands.

0:09:51 > 0:09:54Put them in the oven for about 40 to 50 minutes,

0:09:54 > 0:09:57but it really depends on the thickness.

0:09:59 > 0:10:01I can tell they're going to be amazing

0:10:01 > 0:10:03and they're going to smell good, too.

0:10:04 > 0:10:08Back from the walk of fame, Megan and Holly are hanging out.

0:11:04 > 0:11:07These are my Ramsay whoopies.

0:11:07 > 0:11:10First, I'm going to start by putting my butter in.

0:11:10 > 0:11:13I'm beginning by making a really easy cookie dough.

0:11:13 > 0:11:17Mix butter and brown sugar and cream them together.

0:11:17 > 0:11:22Then, add vanilla extract, an egg and melted chocolate.

0:11:22 > 0:11:26I really like chocolate, probably not as much as my brothers

0:11:26 > 0:11:27and sisters though.

0:11:27 > 0:11:29It's really sticky and hard and it's in my eyes.

0:11:33 > 0:11:39Next, tip in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and chocolate chips.

0:11:39 > 0:11:42These are always my favourite cos I love milk chocolate

0:11:42 > 0:11:46and white chocolate. Then slowly add them in, it smells amazing.

0:11:47 > 0:11:51Cookie dough mixed, now simply wrap in clingfilm and chill in the fridge.

0:11:53 > 0:11:56Once the cookie dough is firm, cut, ready to bake.
