0:04:15 > 0:04:18but I've heard you can grow an avocado tree from this.

0:04:19 > 0:04:22Don't forget to keep checking on your chicken.

0:10:13 > 0:10:17So this is really easy, much easier than everyone thinks.

0:10:19 > 0:10:23I'm using a pizza cutter, but you can use a knife if you want to.

0:10:23 > 0:10:26Then pop them on an oven tray lined with grease-proof paper.

0:10:28 > 0:10:31Now just put them in the oven for eight to ten minutes.
