0:00:43 > 0:00:45HE MAKES CHICKEN SOUND

0:00:50 > 0:00:54We're down in rocky Cornwall, which is great for us action-mad Ramsays.

0:00:55 > 0:00:57SHE SCREAMS

0:00:57 > 0:01:01- Today, it's a full-on girls' day out.- Hooray!

0:01:01 > 0:01:03We're going coasteering,

0:01:03 > 0:01:07plunging into the sea from the rocky coastline.

0:01:07 > 0:01:09Oh, it's going to be exciting. I can't wait.

0:01:09 > 0:01:11But the big question is...

0:01:15 > 0:01:19First, Dad, Mum and me are off to the beach to give our new puppy,

0:01:19 > 0:01:21Bruno, a taste of Ramsay action.

0:01:21 > 0:01:24His first ever swimming lesson.

0:01:24 > 0:01:27- Are you ready for an adventure? - Ready for a life jacket?

0:01:27 > 0:01:29You put your life vest on.

0:01:29 > 0:01:32Us Ramsays are crazy about swimming,

0:01:32 > 0:01:35but Bruno's not experienced the sea before today.

0:01:35 > 0:01:38- Are you ready for your first swim, young man?- Yay!- Come on.

0:01:38 > 0:01:39Yeah!

0:01:41 > 0:01:44Bruno in a life jacket is so sweet!

0:01:45 > 0:01:48- Good boy!- Where's my life jacket?

0:01:48 > 0:01:51- You don't need one! - Where's YOUR life jacket?

0:01:51 > 0:01:54Bruno's only got tiny legs, but he's doing brilliantly!

0:01:54 > 0:01:57- Oh, you good boy!- Good boy.

0:01:57 > 0:02:00I think Bruno really liked his first swimming lesson.

0:02:00 > 0:02:03- He's a bit chilly now, because of the wind.- He needs a hot chocolate.

0:02:03 > 0:02:07Come on. Dad and Jack are leaving Cornwall to go back home.

0:02:07 > 0:02:09And for our girls-only action adventure,

0:02:09 > 0:02:12I'm cooking up a brilliant energy-packed picnic.

0:02:13 > 0:02:15(Mum's coming!)

0:02:15 > 0:02:17A super-healthy fruity smoothie,

0:02:17 > 0:02:21brilliant black hummus with crunchy vegetables

0:02:21 > 0:02:25and because we're in Cornwall, I'm making Cornish pasties.

0:02:25 > 0:02:27Half is sweet and half is savoury.

0:02:27 > 0:02:29It's like a whole meal in one.

0:02:29 > 0:02:32And this is how they sometimes used to make them here.

0:02:32 > 0:02:35This is my Tilly version.

0:02:35 > 0:02:38First, add minced beef to chopped potato, swede and onion.

0:02:38 > 0:02:42Then, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and mix.

0:02:43 > 0:02:47- Hello!- Hi, Mum. - Ooh, what's in there?

0:02:47 > 0:02:51- This is for the savoury side of my Cornish pasties.- Oh, yum.

0:02:51 > 0:02:53But these pasties have a twist to them.

0:02:53 > 0:02:56Because they've got a savoury side and a sweet side.

0:02:56 > 0:02:59Good idea! Oh, I look forward to it, Till.

0:02:59 > 0:03:03Even daredevils have to wash their hands in the kitchen. Me included.

0:03:04 > 0:03:07Now roll out the shortcrust pastry.

0:03:07 > 0:03:09Putting flour on the rolling pin,

0:03:09 > 0:03:12it'll stop it from sticking to the pastry.

0:03:12 > 0:03:14Next, cut out circles.

0:03:14 > 0:03:16I'm going to use this plate as a template.

0:03:17 > 0:03:19Perfect.

0:03:21 > 0:03:24Start by putting in some savoury mixture.

0:03:24 > 0:03:28Keep it to one side, so there's nothing to fold over.

0:03:28 > 0:03:30Savoury side done, now the sweet side.

0:03:30 > 0:03:33Chopped apple, cinnamon and sugar.

0:03:33 > 0:03:35Fold this over.

0:03:35 > 0:03:37Pinch the edges together.

0:03:37 > 0:03:40And this just keeps it shut.

0:03:40 > 0:03:44I'm just going to put two little holes, one here...

0:03:44 > 0:03:45and one here.

0:03:45 > 0:03:49These two holes are going to let the steam out when they cook.

0:03:49 > 0:03:51The next one.

0:03:53 > 0:03:56I think everyone's going to love these.

0:03:56 > 0:03:59Then paint your pasties with beaten egg yolk.

0:03:59 > 0:04:02The egg wash will make it really golden and crispy.

0:04:02 > 0:04:06Bung in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes.

0:04:06 > 0:04:09Don't forget to tell your parents if you're using hot stuff,

0:04:09 > 0:04:11even if you know what you're doing.

0:04:11 > 0:04:14Mm-hm! They look and smell amazing.

0:04:14 > 0:04:18I'm going to get some pictures of these for my blog.

0:04:18 > 0:04:21You can check out my recipes and blog on the CBBC website.

0:04:24 > 0:04:26After Bruno's triumph in the Cornish sea,

0:04:26 > 0:04:28he's passed out in the living room.

0:04:29 > 0:04:32I wonder if he's dreaming about winning Olympic gold

0:04:32 > 0:04:33in the doggy paddle?

0:04:35 > 0:04:36I love puppies.

0:04:42 > 0:04:46My smoothies should be perfect for our big coasteering adventure.

0:04:48 > 0:04:52- What will you put there?- The tree off the top of the strawberry.

0:04:52 > 0:04:54The tree. Looks like a tree.

0:04:54 > 0:04:57Definitely gets done quicker with two people.

0:04:57 > 0:04:59So, Hols, what's your favourite smoothie?

0:04:59 > 0:05:04I like a smoothie with some peach, mango, strawberries and raspberries.

0:05:04 > 0:05:07Ooh, that sounds like a good smoothie.

0:05:07 > 0:05:10- What's yours?- I love this one because it gives nice energy.

0:05:10 > 0:05:11Last one.

0:05:11 > 0:05:12For me.

0:05:12 > 0:05:13Holly!

0:05:13 > 0:05:15Next, chop bananas and blitz.

0:05:18 > 0:05:19So, Hols, bee pollen.

0:05:19 > 0:05:20What's bee pollen?

0:05:20 > 0:05:22Do you want to try some? It tastes quite sweet.

0:05:22 > 0:05:24If you haven't got bee pollen,

0:05:24 > 0:05:26a spoonful of honey is really delicious, too.

0:05:27 > 0:05:30Then add apple juice and soaked chia seeds.

0:05:30 > 0:05:32Leave that to blend up for a while.

0:05:35 > 0:05:36Mmm, that's yummy.

0:05:36 > 0:05:38So, if you pour it...

0:05:38 > 0:05:39A funnel helps.

0:05:39 > 0:05:40You're so messy.

0:05:40 > 0:05:43But you should stop before it gets full.

0:05:43 > 0:05:44Duh!

0:05:44 > 0:05:47Volcano! THEY LAUGH

0:06:11 > 0:06:13You just stay there and it'll be OK.

0:06:16 > 0:06:18Meg's best friend Emma is staying with us.

0:06:18 > 0:06:21She's coming coasteering, too.

0:06:21 > 0:06:22Em, why don't we take a selfie?

0:06:22 > 0:06:23Yeah!

0:06:25 > 0:06:29It's going to be a full-on adrenaline rush for all us girls.

0:06:29 > 0:06:32Time to crack on with my black hummus.

0:06:32 > 0:06:35It's really easy and really delicious.

0:06:35 > 0:06:38Especially when it's eaten with crunchy vegetable sticks.

0:06:38 > 0:06:44First, start by adding cooked black beans into the blender.

0:06:44 > 0:06:47Then, I'm going to add in my ground coriander.

0:07:01 > 0:07:04Add salt and pepper and give it one last whizz.

0:07:06 > 0:07:08That should be perfect.

0:07:10 > 0:07:12Sprinkle over some sesame seeds.

0:07:12 > 0:07:16This will give it a sort of nutty taste and make it really delicious.

0:07:17 > 0:07:20Got some red pepper, some carrot,

0:07:20 > 0:07:21some orange pepper and some cucumber.

0:07:23 > 0:07:25Mmm. That's good.
