0:01:44 > 0:01:45I'm keeping the food simple,

0:01:45 > 0:01:47so it's easy to make and good fun to eat.

0:01:54 > 0:01:57I'm cooking do-it-yourself, spicy sausage sandwiches

0:01:59 > 0:02:04A zingy yoghurt sauce to go with them and brilliant pop-tastic cakes,

0:02:32 > 0:02:34It's so yummy.

0:02:37 > 0:02:39This sauce is so easy to make.

0:02:39 > 0:02:41You just start by grating the cucumber.

0:02:43 > 0:02:46Squeeze the water out, so it's not all watery in the yoghurt.

0:02:46 > 0:02:50'Add it to the plain yoghurt and squeeze in lemon juice.'

0:02:50 > 0:02:52The lemon makes it very zingy.

0:02:52 > 0:02:54Chop up some garlic.

0:02:55 > 0:02:59Add a pinch of salt and some pepper.

0:02:59 > 0:03:01Get some mint.

0:03:32 > 0:03:34Faster!

0:03:34 > 0:03:36I bet this is how James Bond goes shopping.

0:03:41 > 0:03:45Borough Market's just over on the other side of the river.

0:03:45 > 0:03:48The Ramsay secret agents' mission is to try and get

0:03:48 > 0:03:50the best watermelons in London.

0:03:51 > 0:03:55I think food at parties is best when everybody can just help themselves

0:03:55 > 0:03:58and tuck in. It's much more fun that way.

0:03:58 > 0:04:01My super-sausage sandwiches are a build-your-own job.

0:05:46 > 0:05:50I'm going to put it on these skewers, which I've soaked in water.

0:05:50 > 0:05:53This is so they don't burn when I put them in the oven.

0:05:53 > 0:05:55And there's a bit at the bottom,

0:05:55 > 0:05:57so people can grab them when they're about to eat them.

0:05:57 > 0:06:00They really do look like sausages now.

0:06:00 > 0:06:03I'm going to drizzle a bit of olive oil on the top,

0:06:03 > 0:06:06to stop them drying out. After you've been touching raw meat,

0:06:06 > 0:06:08you've got to keep your hands nice and clean.

0:06:08 > 0:06:12'Then simply pop them into a hot oven for 10 to 12 minutes.'

0:06:15 > 0:06:17This is one of the busiest markets in London,

0:06:41 > 0:06:43'Now I'm going to test build one.

0:06:43 > 0:06:45'Toast your pitta breads.'

0:06:45 > 0:06:48Cut the top off this, so I can put everything inside it.

0:06:48 > 0:06:51I'm going to start by adding some lettuce.

0:06:52 > 0:06:54'Spoon in your zingy yoghurt sauce.

0:06:54 > 0:06:57'Add one of the spicy sausages,

0:06:57 > 0:07:00'chopped tomatoes and a bit more zingy sauce on top.'

0:08:16 > 0:08:19Sounds like our party is going to go with a fruity bang.

0:08:19 > 0:08:20Hope so!

0:08:22 > 0:08:26One type of food you have to have to make a good party is cake.

0:08:26 > 0:08:29So it was great getting your help to come up with an idea.

0:08:29 > 0:08:32Big thanks. Because cooking popcorn is so much fun

0:08:32 > 0:08:35with all the explosions, I'm going to make popcorn cakes.

0:08:39 > 0:08:42So, I've got some water that's boiling.

0:08:42 > 0:08:44I'm going to put a glass bowl of chocolate over the top.

0:08:44 > 0:08:47'Don't forget, parents like to know what you're up to in the kitchen -

0:08:47 > 0:08:49'especially with hot pans.'

0:08:49 > 0:08:51Add in some butter.

0:08:51 > 0:08:55And a nice big squirt of golden syrup.

0:08:55 > 0:08:57Then you leave this to melt.

0:08:59 > 0:09:01Get my pan ready for the popcorn.

0:09:01 > 0:09:04And it's got a little bit of oil in to stop it from sticking.

0:09:04 > 0:09:07'All you do is add the popcorn kernels,

0:09:07 > 0:09:09'make sure you put the lid on and wait.'

0:09:09 > 0:09:12Wow, so this is melted and this is popping like mad.

0:09:17 > 0:09:19That filled up my pan.

0:09:19 > 0:09:23Switch it off. Now I'm going to get this bowl

0:09:41 > 0:09:43'Make sure the chocolate is not too hot.'

0:09:45 > 0:09:47I've still got sticky hands,

0:09:47 > 0:09:49but I'm going to put some sprinkles on the top.

0:09:49 > 0:09:52'Colourful hundreds and thousands make them look fun.'

0:10:24 > 0:10:26so make sure it stays like that.
