0:06:58 > 0:07:02I'll show you some of the best tricks and
0:07:02 > 0:07:05skills that won't just impress your friends
0:07:05 > 0:07:15but will take your football game play to a whole new level.
0:07:17 > 0:07:19Before I started learning football freestyle tricks, I had to
0:07:19 > 0:07:22work on my control and my concentration and the drill
0:07:22 > 0:07:24I did every single day
0:07:24 > 0:07:26was the Maradona Seven.
0:07:26 > 0:07:29This involves two touches with your feet,
0:07:29 > 0:07:31two with your knees, two with your shoulders,
0:07:31 > 0:07:33and one with your head.
0:07:33 > 0:07:36The reason this is good is, you're using all
0:07:36 > 0:07:46your body parts you use in football and putting them all together.
0:07:49 > 0:07:52Variation number one is while doing your kick ups,
0:07:52 > 0:07:55control the ball but this time catch it so before
0:07:55 > 0:07:58we were kicking the ball up, but this time we're
0:07:58 > 0:07:59letting the ball fall and
0:07:59 > 0:08:03rest and more importantly, balance on the top of the foot.
0:08:03 > 0:08:05I would recommend once you've learned it on
0:08:05 > 0:08:08one foot, switch to your other foot so you can mix it up and this
0:08:08 > 0:08:18will give you coordination and balance on both feet.
0:08:18 > 0:08:22Variation two, this one is a little bit more difficult.
0:08:22 > 0:08:25As the ball hits the floor, you're going to perform a half
0:08:25 > 0:08:26volley.
0:08:26 > 0:08:29Rather than kick it ahead of you, you will kick the ball with
0:08:29 > 0:08:34your heel on the half volley it comes back from where it came from.
0:08:34 > 0:08:37The reason why this is so good is, again it
0:08:37 > 0:08:38all about your coordination.
0:08:38 > 0:08:41If you don't quite get the half volley, you will miss the control
0:08:41 > 0:08:44and it's going to go away from you so it's
0:08:44 > 0:08:45a real challenge to get the
0:08:45 > 0:08:49half volley right, kick it on your heel and then the ball
0:08:49 > 0:08:51will return back to your feet and once you've
0:08:51 > 0:08:59done it, keep on doing your kick ups and your Maradona Seven move.
