0:00:33 > 0:00:35lined up for you today. I'm talking top tips from one

0:00:35 > 0:00:37of the world's finest football freestylers,

0:00:39 > 0:00:46chosen by you lot at home. Let's kick things off, eh?

0:00:46 > 0:00:49Here's what's coming up. F2 freestyler Billy Wingrove tells

0:00:49 > 0:00:52you how to handle pressure on the footy pitch and shows off

0:00:52 > 0:00:54some super skills. We find out which goals YOU voted

0:00:54 > 0:00:58to see on this week's show. And after hundreds of entries,

0:00:58 > 0:01:01we go behind the scenes with the final five chosen to star

0:01:01 > 0:01:08in the brand-new series of Jamie Johnson.

0:01:08 > 0:01:10Oh, I cannot wait for that! Talk about an unbelievable

0:01:10 > 0:01:16opportunity! Do not miss that later in the show.

0:01:16 > 0:01:18Let's start, though, with the biggest footy

0:01:18 > 0:01:25stories from this week. There was drama in the EFL Cup

0:01:25 > 0:01:35is West Ham came from two goals down to beat London rivals Spurs 3-2.

0:01:35 > 0:01:39Wolves took Man City two penalties but lost out on the final hurdle.

0:01:39 > 0:01:41And Arsenal just edged past Norwich in extra time.

0:01:41 > 0:01:43Elsewhere, the Reds beat Swansea, Chelsea saw off Everton

0:01:43 > 0:01:45and Bournemouth, Bristol and Leicester all made it

0:01:45 > 0:01:53through to the quarterfinals. A hat-trick from Liverpool striker

0:01:53 > 0:01:59Rhian Brewster also sent England into the under-17 World Cup final.

0:01:59 > 0:02:02They beat the mighty Brazil 3-1 to book a place

0:02:02 > 0:02:04in the final against Spain, which takes place

0:02:04 > 0:02:11later this afternoon. Get in, boys!

0:02:11 > 0:02:16And Bangkok Sports Club beat Satri Angthong 20-19,

0:02:16 > 0:02:21In an extraordinary penalty shoot-out and we wouldn't

0:02:21 > 0:02:23normally tell you about were it's not for this!

0:02:23 > 0:02:25One of the weirdest penalties ever likely to see.

0:02:25 > 0:02:27Honestly, I've never seen anything like that.

0:02:27 > 0:02:34Ridiculous! What a way to win a shoot out.

0:02:34 > 0:02:45And a massive well done to the young England players

0:02:45 > 0:02:47too, who made the World Cup under-17s final.

0:02:47 > 0:02:49Good luck from all of us here at Kickabout.

0:02:49 > 0:02:51Penalty shoot-outs and major tournaments both bring

0:02:51 > 0:02:53a mighty amount of pressure for those taking part.

0:02:53 > 0:02:56It's vital players can deal with those situations on the pitch.

0:02:56 > 0:02:58How do footballers keep their cool? Look no further than this F2

0:02:58 > 0:03:07freestyler superstar for all the advice you need.

0:03:07 > 0:03:10Hi, Kickabout fans. I'm Billy Wingrove from the F2

0:03:10 > 0:03:14and I'm here to talk to you about pressure.

0:03:14 > 0:03:19In our book, F2 Galaxy of Football, there's a young lad called Jack.

0:03:19 > 0:03:22Now, Jack has to deal with pressure and he has

0:03:22 > 0:03:26to save football from football evil. Now, you're probably thinking,

0:03:26 > 0:03:29how can you deal with pressure just like Cristiano Ronaldo,

0:03:29 > 0:03:32Lionel Messi and Jack from the book? Well, these guys embrace

0:03:32 > 0:03:35the pressure and it's all about having confidence.

0:03:35 > 0:03:37The more confident you are, the less pressure you feel.

0:03:37 > 0:03:40In fact, you embrace the pressure and channel it into a positive.

0:03:40 > 0:03:48Just like me now, I'm under pressure because I've got to hit

0:03:48 > 0:03:51the crossbar first time, knowing it's no cuts, you know what?

0:03:51 > 0:03:56I embrace it, I'm confident, let's go.

0:03:56 > 0:03:58Ibrahimovic, Pele, Ronaldo, Steven Gerrard.

0:03:58 > 0:04:04All these players have played at the very top level

0:04:04 > 0:04:07and the deal with the pressure. If there is pressure on you,

0:04:07 > 0:04:09turn it into a positive. When you achieve, it

0:04:09 > 0:04:18will be even sweeter. Team-mates look out for each other.

0:04:18 > 0:04:21If you look at all the best teams in the world, they have some

0:04:21 > 0:04:23star players of course, but ultimately, what they do best

0:04:23 > 0:04:26is playing the team, support each other and fish each

0:04:26 > 0:04:29other and train each other on. Without that, you

0:04:29 > 0:04:32can't win trophies. Defender, midfield, striker,

0:04:32 > 0:04:41to have passion can win you matches. Crossbar.

0:04:41 > 0:04:48Skimmed it but it still counts. Dig deep and believe in yourself.

0:04:48 > 0:04:50Every single professional player we've filmed with,

0:04:50 > 0:04:53they've all had this confident about them.

0:04:53 > 0:04:55They think they're the best, even if maybe they're not

0:04:55 > 0:04:57the best in the world, inside their mind,

0:04:57 > 0:05:01they are the best, so you can never ever doubt yourself when you step

0:05:01 > 0:05:03onto a football pitch. Always have the confidence

0:05:03 > 0:05:10and the belief that you're going to achieve.

0:05:10 > 0:05:11What a strike! Nice one, Billy.

0:05:11 > 0:05:15Thank you. And from one football

0:05:15 > 0:05:17freestyler to another. Let kick off this week's pictures

0:05:17 > 0:05:24with one featuring our very own John Farnworth.

0:05:24 > 0:05:26This is Harry. As well as being a massive

0:05:26 > 0:05:34Farnworth fan, of course, he's a huge Liverpool supporter too.

0:05:34 > 0:05:37And like Noah last week, he also has his name on the supporters'

0:05:37 > 0:05:38staircase at Anfield. Nice one, Harry.

0:05:38 > 0:05:46These siblings are huge Spurs fans. Here they are at Wembley

0:05:46 > 0:05:49last month getting ready to watch their team take on Swansea.

0:05:49 > 0:05:51They were also lucky enough to meet Jermaine Jenas

0:05:51 > 0:05:53while they were there. Sticking with superstar meetings,

0:05:53 > 0:05:56he's Brody with Wayne Rooney, who he met during a hospital visit

0:05:56 > 0:06:02to see his sister. And look at this!

0:06:02 > 0:06:05Amazing birthday card made by Matthew and his family

0:06:05 > 0:06:07for Filbert the Fox at Leicester City, to celebrate his

0:06:07 > 0:06:1225th anniversary of the club. Finally, Liam goes to every game

0:06:12 > 0:06:15at Stamford Bridge and recently met Chelsea legend and his dad's hero,

0:06:15 > 0:06:22Gianfranco Zola. Wow.

0:06:22 > 0:06:24And for those of you not old enough to remember Zola,

0:06:24 > 0:06:33he scored goals like this... What a legend!

0:06:34 > 0:06:37Looking ahead to the Premier League fixtures, Chelsea travel

0:06:37 > 0:06:39to Bournemouth whilst The Foxes take on a managerless Everton

0:06:39 > 0:06:42with a new manager of their own, ex-Southampton boss Claude Puel

0:06:42 > 0:06:49will no doubt be hoping for a win during his first game in charge.

0:06:49 > 0:06:51Elsewhere, managerial bezzies, Klopp and Wagner take each

0:06:51 > 0:06:57other on as Huddersfield travel to Anfield.

0:06:57 > 0:07:00The big game, though, has to be the early kick-off at Old Trafford,

0:07:00 > 0:07:04the Spurs play Manchester United. Tottenham will be looking to record

0:07:04 > 0:07:08consecutive league victories against the Red Devils for the first

0:07:08 > 0:07:15time since April 1990. But it's going to be tough,

0:07:15 > 0:07:18as they've lost 20 of their 25 Premier League away trips there.

0:07:18 > 0:07:21Get this too - it's Rashford's last Premier League came as a teenager.

0:07:21 > 0:07:23Will he score more before he turns 20?

0:07:23 > 0:07:28More goals now, as it is time to reveal which you voted to see today.

0:07:28 > 0:07:30Last week, we asked you to choose between Scandinavian superstars

0:07:30 > 0:07:33or brilliant Brazilians. I've got to say that there

0:07:33 > 0:07:39was a standout winner with this one. Let's take a look, shall we?

0:07:39 > 0:07:42And the shot into the back of the net, what a goal!

0:07:42 > 0:07:46What a beauty! Ronaldo!

0:07:46 > 0:07:52Brilliant goal! David Luiz hits it, it's brilliant!

0:07:52 > 0:07:57Oh, what a goal from David Luiz. Here is Coutinho. What a magnificent

0:07:57 > 0:08:08strike from the Brazilian.

0:08:11 > 0:08:14Oscar! Oh, what a goal!

0:08:14 > 0:08:21A goal of supreme quality from the Brazilian Oscar.

0:08:22 > 0:08:29Rafinha has made the run. It's Rafinha!

0:08:30 > 0:08:32Great determination, a bit of skill from Neymar

0:08:32 > 0:08:37and the shot is over the reach of the keeper.

0:08:37 > 0:08:41Oh, you can see why they call Brazil the home of the beautiful

0:08:41 > 0:08:50game after that lot. If you head online again after the

0:08:50 > 0:08:53show, there are two options to choose from, with two huge games

0:08:53 > 0:08:55coming up next weekend between Manchester and London clubs.

0:08:55 > 0:08:57We're asking if you'd rather see goals from United and City

0:08:57 > 0:09:00or Arsenal and Chelsea. Yes, we're clubbing the big rivals

0:09:00 > 0:09:08together on this one, its North v South, folks!

0:09:08 > 0:09:19Would you rather see goals like this or this? The choice is yours. Head

0:09:19 > 0:09:25online to the website to cast your vote. You have until 9am on

0:09:25 > 0:09:28Wednesday and we will reveal the winner on next week's show. You

0:09:28 > 0:09:34might remember these five from a couple of weeks ago, the talented

0:09:34 > 0:09:38footballers chosen to star in one of CBBC's biggest shows. We promised

0:09:38 > 0:09:50you an exclusive sneak peek and here it is.Earlier this year, we teamed

0:09:50 > 0:09:52up with Jamie Johnson to bring you guys the opportunity of a lifetime,

0:09:52 > 0:09:59a chance to appear in the show. Hundreds of you sent in fantastic

0:09:59 > 0:10:04footy skills but only five could be chosen to star in the final series

0:10:04 > 0:10:13and this is it. The big day has finally arrived. The five are about

0:10:13 > 0:10:17to start in series three of Jamie Johnson and we are here for a behind

0:10:17 > 0:10:27the scenes look.It has just been a fantastic opportunity for us and

0:10:27 > 0:10:32Jamie Johnson and for the kids on kickabout, a big part of the show is

0:10:32 > 0:10:37having fun. Anyone coming in for the first time, it is about expressing

0:10:37 > 0:10:42yourself, enjoying yourself, not feeling the European films. It is

0:10:42 > 0:10:53hard work. And what a team we have picked to join the Jamie Johnson

0:10:53 > 0:10:59cast today.I am a big fan of much of the day kickabout, I watch it

0:10:59 > 0:11:02every Saturday and I love watching Jamie Johnson, when he brings his

0:11:02 > 0:11:09football skills on the show, it is real, not just fake.It is quite

0:11:09 > 0:11:14intimidating to see all the cameras. But really exciting and fun.I am a

0:11:14 > 0:11:19massive Match Of The Day kickabout fan. I was waiting to hear back and

0:11:19 > 0:11:25then I got it. It was amazing!I am a big Jamie Johnson fan, I love the

0:11:25 > 0:11:33drama and the skills. So many people entered and for me to be one of the

0:11:33 > 0:11:44five chosen, it is actually a crazy feeling, to be honest.

0:11:51 > 0:11:55It has been tremendous today and everybody has been raving about a

0:11:55 > 0:12:01free kick that Jamie scored earlier. To do it here in front of all this

0:12:01 > 0:12:12camera crew, that is difficult. The biggest challenges of the final five

0:12:12 > 0:12:15is patience, you get called to do things is a certain time and

0:12:15 > 0:12:19sometimes you might be getting filmed without realising it. It is a

0:12:19 > 0:12:27challenge to be patient. Your chance may come all of a sudden. We had to

0:12:27 > 0:12:35wake up at 6:30am and have breakfast quickly and leave. We get our kit

0:12:35 > 0:12:39and get changed and then go out to where we are filming. You get to

0:12:39 > 0:12:45have a bit of free play at the end. I enjoyed playing against Jamie's

0:12:45 > 0:12:54team.I didn't expect how long it took. On TV, you don't get to see

0:12:54 > 0:13:07that. It feels good. I feel proud of myself. There are five players

0:13:07 > 0:13:11chosen to be here, have you seen any of them?I have seen one of the

0:13:11 > 0:13:20girls, she is very good. Seeing her skills online, she looks very good.

0:13:20 > 0:13:23Kwik-Fit, quick acceleration, as soon as he got the ball, he was off.

0:13:23 > 0:13:31Really good. For the chosen five, it is such a monumental day. Never stop

0:13:31 > 0:13:40smiling. I am proud of them. They have gone on from filming tricks in

0:13:40 > 0:13:43their back garden to starring in the new series of Jamie Johnson. I can't

0:13:43 > 0:13:53wait to see it!I have had a really great time and it has been a good

0:13:53 > 0:13:57experience.Thank you too much of the day kickabout and Jamie Johnson,

0:13:57 > 0:14:04I've had a brilliant time.Just an amazing opportunity. Long days but

0:14:04 > 0:14:12worth it.A big thank you because I have had an awesome brilliant two

0:14:12 > 0:14:22days.For me, this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.An

0:14:22 > 0:14:27amazing couple of days for our final five. How good they look on the

0:14:27 > 0:14:36pitch? Well done again to all of them. A bunch of superstars! And you

0:14:36 > 0:14:44lot at home have impressed us with your skills too.

0:14:44 > 0:14:46First up, here is Dan, wearing his Knockaert Brighton shirt.

0:14:46 > 0:14:50Hope you caught our Brighton special earlier this month.

0:14:50 > 0:14:53And that was certainly a special from you as well, get in.

0:14:53 > 0:14:56Next up, Cohen and Matthew. Firstly, Matthew nutmegs Cohen.

0:14:56 > 0:14:58A bit sneaky! But then Cohen it his own back

0:14:58 > 0:15:01and does exactly the same. Watch out, Matthew!

0:15:01 > 0:15:04Next up Jayden scoring a goal on Sunday for St Mary's,

0:15:04 > 0:15:08his new team and he's already got 15 for them this season, wow!

0:15:08 > 0:15:15Here's Reggie in his West Ham onesie.

0:15:15 > 0:15:24Love it. He loved his boots so much he went to bed in them. Joseph is

0:15:24 > 0:15:30emulating his favourite player. I will never tire of that.

0:15:30 > 0:15:32Brilliant stuff, keep sending in your videos

0:15:32 > 0:15:36and fantastic footy photos. We love seeing what

0:15:36 > 0:15:38you've been up to. You can either upload

0:15:38 > 0:15:42via our page on the CBBC website or e-mail Kickabout.

0:15:42 > 0:15:45That's it for today, I'm afraid. Make sure you are back same time

0:15:45 > 0:15:47next week for more top footy action. Until next time,

0:15:47 > 0:15:52Kickabout fans, see ya!
