0:01:02 > 0:01:05And today, the Route Finder has brought me to South Wales.

0:01:05 > 0:01:08Mm! And I tell you, there's loads going on here

0:01:08 > 0:01:10on the beach, and all around.

0:01:10 > 0:01:13Oop, looks like the route finder's going to show us!

0:01:17 > 0:01:21There are great rocky beaches, with surprises to find.

0:01:22 > 0:01:24Beautiful parks,

0:01:24 > 0:01:27with creatures of a different kind.

0:01:30 > 0:01:33Fairy tale castles. Go in and explore.

0:01:35 > 0:01:39And real castles tower over gardens, and more.

0:01:40 > 0:01:44There are beaches for swimming and some surf there, too.

0:01:44 > 0:01:48And gardens in the town with fun things to do.

0:01:48 > 0:01:50Where are you?

0:01:50 > 0:01:53You can see why these tiddlers love where they live.

0:02:03 > 0:02:06Ooh, look at all that sand, ha-ha! And later on

0:02:06 > 0:02:10I'm meeting some tiddlers who fancy doing a bit of beach art.

0:02:10 > 0:02:13Yeah! Can't wait to get stuck into that.

0:02:13 > 0:02:16But you know, not all beaches are sandy, like this one.

0:02:16 > 0:02:20Some, where you get rocks, and when the tide goes out

0:02:20 > 0:02:24sometimes it leaves rock pools, where you find sea creatures.

0:02:24 > 0:02:28Ey-up. Hey, looks like the route finder's going to show us!

0:02:28 > 0:02:32Now, this was a time when Giuseppe and Anna-Rose invited me over.

0:02:32 > 0:02:35They showed me some sea creatures.

0:02:35 > 0:02:37Yeah, we got to go on a seaside safari.

0:02:41 > 0:02:46Wow, look at all the rock pools that the sea's left behind!

0:02:46 > 0:02:50We're going rock pooling with an expert called Judith.

0:02:50 > 0:02:52Now, it's important to go with a grown-up.

0:02:52 > 0:02:56Judith can tell us how to be safe on the slippery rocks

0:02:56 > 0:02:58and about all the creatures we find.

0:03:04 > 0:03:07- So you must be Judith.- Yes.

0:03:07 > 0:03:10- And who have we got here? - I'm Tristan.- I'm Laura.

0:03:11 > 0:03:14I've just seen something scooting around in a pool

0:03:14 > 0:03:16and I'm going to try and catch it,

0:03:16 > 0:03:19but they're really fast-moving.

0:03:19 > 0:03:21Here we have it.

0:03:21 > 0:03:24Hey, well done, Judith. Oh!

0:03:24 > 0:03:28So, this animal has got thin legs, and they're really stripy,

0:03:28 > 0:03:30like blue and yellow.

0:03:30 > 0:03:32Like football socks!

0:03:32 > 0:03:34Does anyone know what it is?

0:03:34 > 0:03:37- A lobster?- It looks a bit like a mini-lobster, doesn't it?

0:03:37 > 0:03:40And it's sort of the cousin of a lobster.

0:03:40 > 0:03:42- It's a common prawn.- It's a prawn!

0:03:42 > 0:03:47So we're going to set the prawn free back into his rock pool.

0:03:49 > 0:03:52The tiddlers are taking photos

0:03:52 > 0:03:56to remind us of the things we find on our seashore safari.

0:03:56 > 0:04:00Now, the other day, I met some tiddlers in a beautiful place

0:04:00 > 0:04:03called Margam Country Park. Yeah.

0:04:03 > 0:04:05It's got some gorgeous trees and plants

0:04:26 > 0:04:28- Toads?- Hmm, maybe some toads.

0:04:38 > 0:04:40creatures that live in and out of the water.

0:04:40 > 0:04:44Remember, it's important to take care when walking near water.

0:05:02 > 0:05:06Luckily, Jo found something earlier and kept it in the shade.
