0:01:05 > 0:01:09Today, the Route Finder has brought me here to Wrexham. Yeah.

0:01:09 > 0:01:13I'm in a lovely park, down on the banks of the River Dee.

0:01:13 > 0:01:16Now, I know lots of tiddlers that live here in North Wales

0:01:16 > 0:01:20and they like to keep busy, doing brilliant things and...

0:01:20 > 0:01:21DING-DING!

0:01:21 > 0:01:24Ooh, looks like the Route Finder is going to show us.

0:01:27 > 0:01:31There's a waterfall with fairies hiding in trees

0:01:31 > 0:01:34and flowers filled with busy, buzzing bees.

0:01:34 > 0:01:36Animals hide on trails to explore

0:01:36 > 0:01:39and high up through the air, cable cars soar.

0:01:39 > 0:01:43There's a tram to a mine that goes deep underground

0:01:43 > 0:01:47and a house made of clay, all circular and round.

0:01:47 > 0:01:50The sails of a windmill turn, making flour for bread

0:01:50 > 0:01:54and people on ropes abseil up over your head.

0:02:11 > 0:02:13A bit later on, me and the tiddlers

0:02:13 > 0:02:17will be painting a picture of him and his friend, Pedro,

0:02:17 > 0:02:20and all the other animals that live in the park.

0:02:20 > 0:02:21Go on, you have that.

0:02:21 > 0:02:24Now, whilst I've been going here and there,

0:02:24 > 0:02:27I've been collecting things for me logbook

0:02:27 > 0:02:31so I can remember all the places I've been. I remember this.

0:02:31 > 0:02:32Do you?

0:02:32 > 0:02:34Ha-ha! Me and the tiddlers,

0:02:34 > 0:02:38we used these when we were tasting some yummy honey that the bees made.

0:02:38 > 0:02:42Branwyn, Tamsin and Tegid took me to the Ugly House.

0:02:42 > 0:02:44We planted flowers for the bees

0:02:44 > 0:02:48and I collected a frame from the hive so we could get some honey.

0:02:50 > 0:02:52So, what are we doing next, Lisa?

0:02:52 > 0:02:56You can see that there's a wax capping on top of here,

0:02:56 > 0:03:01so the honey's not going to come out unless we cut that wax capping off.

0:03:01 > 0:03:07- Wow! Can you see the honey dribbling out?- I think it looks like cheese.

0:03:07 > 0:03:09Like you're chopping cheese.

0:03:11 > 0:03:13Right. So, what are we doing next, Lisa?

0:03:13 > 0:03:16We're going to spin the honey out.

0:03:16 > 0:03:19'Turning the handle makes the machine spin.'

0:03:21 > 0:03:24That makes me feel dizzy!

0:03:24 > 0:03:27'And the spinning makes the honey come out of the frame.'

0:03:27 > 0:03:30Wow, so where do you think the honey's gone?

0:03:30 > 0:03:32All the way to the bottom.

0:03:32 > 0:03:34All the way to the bottom of the barrel?

0:03:34 > 0:03:37Oh, it's very heavy. Urgh...!

0:03:41 > 0:03:45- It looks like gold. - It looks like treasure.- Yeah.

0:03:45 > 0:03:49Golden treasure, taken from the honey bees.

0:03:49 > 0:03:50Mmmmm!

0:03:55 > 0:03:56Hmm-hmmm.

0:03:56 > 0:04:00I had a great time with my friends, Tamsin, Tegid and Branwyn.

0:04:00 > 0:04:03And I also had fun when I went abseiling

0:04:03 > 0:04:07with Immy, Ollie and Ben in their local park.

0:04:08 > 0:04:11Ollie, who should you make sure you do abseiling with?

0:04:11 > 0:04:14- A professional abseiler.- Yeah.

0:04:14 > 0:04:17We must only go abseiling at a special abseiling place.

0:04:17 > 0:04:20What things would you need to go abseiling safely?

0:04:20 > 0:04:23- Helmets.- In case we bang our head.

0:04:23 > 0:04:26That's right. Or something might fall on our heads.

0:04:26 > 0:04:30- Ollie, is there anything else we need?- A harness.- That's right.

0:04:30 > 0:04:34- Because we don't want to hold on to the rope with our hands, do we?- No.

0:04:35 > 0:04:39Excellent. That's it, keep pushing that rope through.

0:04:40 > 0:04:42Oh, here he comes.

0:04:44 > 0:04:47Good lad! He's doing well, isn't he?

0:04:47 > 0:04:49It's really exciting!

0:04:49 > 0:04:51He's almost there.

0:05:20 > 0:05:21Hee-heee!

0:05:25 > 0:05:28Oh... That was a fantastic day, that.

0:05:28 > 0:05:31Hey, and do you remember this one?

0:05:31 > 0:05:33That's the tram ticket the tiddlers clipped.

0:05:33 > 0:05:37Liam and Fraser took me for a ride on the tram

0:05:37 > 0:05:39up a very high place called the Great Orme.

0:05:42 > 0:05:46- It's a very steep hill, isn't it? - Yes.- Yeah.

0:05:46 > 0:05:48How many people can this tram carry, Liam?

0:05:48 > 0:05:51It can carry 48 people.

0:05:51 > 0:05:54- 48 people?- Wow.- Yeah, wow-wee.

0:05:57 > 0:05:59Fraser, can you tell me how the tram works?

0:05:59 > 0:06:03Well, when there's a tram coming down,

0:06:03 > 0:06:05it sort of helps this tram go up.

0:06:07 > 0:06:11Most trams have a cable on the top. This one has a cable on the bottom.

0:06:11 > 0:06:15- Oh...- This tram is the only one of its kind in Britain.

0:06:15 > 0:06:16Oh, is that so?

0:06:16 > 0:06:18- Oh, we're getting higher.- Yeah.

0:06:18 > 0:06:22- What can we see, tiddlers? - Can you see there? There's the prom.

0:06:24 > 0:06:25The prom, yeah.

0:06:25 > 0:06:28- We can see the sea sparkling away. - Yeah. From the sun.

0:06:31 > 0:06:33Hey, so what happens now?

0:06:33 > 0:06:35We get off at the halfway station.

0:06:36 > 0:06:40Right, everybody off. Let's go. Ha-ha!

0:06:49 > 0:06:53Now, the other day, I met some tiddlers called Meddy and Megan.

0:06:53 > 0:06:56They live in this great place called Llynnon.

0:06:56 > 0:06:59There's a roundhouse there that's made out of clay

0:06:59 > 0:07:02and a windmill which actually makes flour.

0:07:04 > 0:07:07- Hoo-hoo!- Hello, Mr Bloom. - Hello, Lloyd.

0:07:07 > 0:07:10- It's a bit exciting in here, isn't it, tiddlers?- Yes.- Yes.

0:07:10 > 0:07:12Wow! So, we're inside the windmill.

0:07:12 > 0:07:15How does the windmill work, Meddy?

0:07:15 > 0:07:17The wind makes the sails turn round

0:07:17 > 0:07:20and then the sails make the cogs go round.

0:07:20 > 0:07:23And the cogs help turn the grain into flour.

0:07:23 > 0:07:27But, first, we need to start by pouring in the grain

0:07:27 > 0:07:29at the top of the windmill.

0:07:29 > 0:07:31You can see the cog even closer here.

0:07:33 > 0:07:35Yeah. Look over there...

0:07:38 > 0:07:42Right, then, tiddlers. We've got a great big bag of grain here.

0:07:42 > 0:07:46- Where do you think we put it? - In there.- That's right.

0:07:46 > 0:07:47And here we go...

0:07:48 > 0:07:50Let's tip it up. Whoo-hoo!

0:07:52 > 0:07:54It's like a big waterfall!

0:07:54 > 0:07:56Here we go, last little bit...

0:07:59 > 0:08:01Whoa!

0:08:02 > 0:08:05Next, the grain comes down through the funnel

0:08:05 > 0:08:09and the cogs move the stones against each other, which grinds the grain.

0:08:10 > 0:08:13As the grain is ground, the flour is caught

0:08:13 > 0:08:16and sent down the chute to the ground floor.

0:08:17 > 0:08:20Whoooooo!

0:08:20 > 0:08:21Hey, hey...

0:09:56 > 0:09:58- Really?- Mm-hmm.- I see.
