0:10:28 > 0:10:30That's amazing.

0:10:30 > 0:10:34The lifeboat crew really do keep animals safe.

0:10:41 > 0:10:44It's a tough job out in the deep blue sea.

0:10:44 > 0:10:47Tony and his buddies often get really hungry,

0:10:47 > 0:10:49but with no cookers on board,

0:10:49 > 0:10:52what do they do when they want some hot food?

0:10:52 > 0:10:56Even the new lifeboats won't have a cooker on board.

0:11:21 > 0:11:27OK? We pop that pin in the holes there, yeah?

0:11:27 > 0:11:31All the way down...like that.

0:11:33 > 0:11:36OK? In three places.

0:11:36 > 0:11:41We leave it for 20 minutes or so, and then there's special water in here

0:11:41 > 0:11:45and when you've put the pin in, it's mixed that water

0:11:45 > 0:11:49and that heats the food which is in the middle there.

0:11:49 > 0:11:53We just open it a little bit like that...
