0:05:01 > 0:05:07Next, sprinkle flour on your worktop ready for rolling the pastry.

0:07:46 > 0:07:48Make sure to roll it quite thin

0:07:48 > 0:07:51so that it's big enough to cover your baking tray.

0:07:56 > 0:08:00Fold the pastry and then unfold it inside the tray

0:08:27 > 0:08:30and tip over the creamy mixture.

0:08:32 > 0:08:36Sprinkle grated Emmental cheese all over the top.
